You gave us a confirmed reservation. The hotel says they never got it. The property was in terrible condition. You should delist it. We had to find another location when rates jumped up due to Bills- Cheifs game

Very nice, a good spot

Clean room, friendly staff, Close to stores and resturants, Good for an overnight stay

They advertise check in until 12 midnight. I arrived at 11:15 PM, and, although the 'OPEN' signs were lit & lights were on, door was locked, no one answered the serveral buzzers and no one answered the phones. Waited 30 minutes. Nothing.

It was absolutely 💯 wonderful!!! Clean, cool, quiet, service was fabulous! Secluded and surrounded by gorgeous pines, even though on the boulevard it was set back enough soyou didn't hear any traffic noise!! Though furnishings were dated they were in perfect condition but quite charming!♥️. I needed help with my tv and Tom whom I believe was like the superintendent was more than happy to help immediately! He got it going no problem!!! Highly recommend this as a great place to stay! Also there was a grocery and convenient store directly across the street!♥️♥️♥️♥️💯 Price very reasonable too!

We did try to make coffee, but it was terrible. And Tim Horton’s were all over nearby.

Amenities are working, especially A.C
- 3/5
Totally outdated room
- 1/5
Very dissapointed for 180 dollars a night . I would not have paid more than 50. Worse hotel ive ever stayed in in 3 countries . Dirty smelly
- 1/5
Refrigerator did not work, very dusty and no soap.
- 4/5
The Inn was very clean ! My stay was just an overnight, but I was very satisfied, and would stay again !!
- 3/5
Toilet had dried urine on the seat. Heat couldn't be lowered. Would not stay there again.
- 4/5
Shower grout could use a scrubbing.
- 2/5
WE had a rough time checking in the owner of the hotel took the front desk computer to a wedding and we were told even with our reservation in hand that we didn't have a room. After a 90 minutes ordeal they finally put us in a room for the night reluctantly. THe desk clerk told us they do not work with online sites. Beware !!!!
- 4/5
Easy access, clean, and peaceful.
- 4/5
I really liked staying here , very clean and organized place and rooms. I would say that the non smoking room I had did smell like cigarettes but other than that everything else was good . 9/10
- 2/5
The outside looks run down, the rooms are tiny. If you pull the bed away six inches from the wall you will see housekeeping is just superficial. The Bed cover smelled dirty, they don't get washed frecuently, it's useless to wash the sheets. Save your money this is not a clean place.
- 4/5
A nice, overnight stay. Clean and Friendly. "Don't always Judge a book by its cover."
- 4/5
Was the perfect price for our one night stay.
- 4/5
Little out dated outside pool was closed should have complimentary breakfast and there were no samples of toiletries
- 4/5
easy check in /out. Nice hot water should have been about $20 less and there was no blow dryer or bible
- 4/5
Was ok there making some improvements , to close to highway noisy ,price wasn't real bad , just a little to far from the Falls .
- 4/5
Good place to stay for a night but 0
- 5/5
Great little quaint place. Reminded me of when I was a kid living in that area. I go back in a heartbeat
- 3/5
Very clean place but kinda pricey.
- 3/5
I liked the fact that the room we booked had 2 rooms within so we had some privacy, It had a shared bathroom and hallway to exit. It is nice for a family with kids. I would say it was rather pricey though.
- 3/5
The room wasnt bad. We spent the majority of our time out exploring Niagra Falls. When looking under the beds to make sure the toddler didnt drop anything, they were extremely dirty/dusty and used tissues crumpled up. The bathroom was clean, but there was wood particles laying around most likely due to termites. The pool was not open, which was disappointing, because it was hot when we visited. Customer service wasnt bad. The bedding was nice and clean.
- 1/5
The property was not clean it was really bad, there was dust all over the place.
- 5/5
very clean, liked the tile instead of carpet, easy to get in and out of motel
- 1/5
No Wi Fi was there. The Bedsheets were dirty and very old.
- 1/5
DEath in family and not even discount on canceling even for this.
- 3/5
not responsive staff .... keep bailing none will come. Amenities is ok not that great service is poor
- 5/5
Very accomodating. Location excellent. Pet friendly
- 2/5
We were very disappointed to see that the swimming was not open in late July with very high temperatures. Our kitchenette was attached to the bathroom and was not useable or clean looking. The room had a horrible stench.
- 4/5
It's not super fancy, but it has everything maybe even more than what I expected. Clean towers every day, hair dryer, microwave, soap, good air conditioner. It was a lot better than what I expected. And the person working there is very nice and friendly.
- 4/5
Clean room, Convenient to Niagara Falls and highway.
- 1/5
Such a worst place I’ve ever stayed in.
- 3/5
The ceiling mirror was a bit much for me though.... And I'm laid back a out most things.
- 4/5
For the price and location I would rate this at 3 stars, although in general I might not rate that- the manager was readily available, the room was warm and quiet. We were en route across the country moving my daughter and wanted to see Niagara Falls. This motel was close (about 12 miles away) and inexpensive. There was a great restaurant nearby, several grocery stores and -coffee. The town in general was potentially one of the most polite groups of folks I’ve ever encountered...
- 1/5
I found bed bugs crawling on the bed. I immediately left and left my clothes there.
- 3/5
However, it worked! In an area with plenty of offerings.
- 4/5
Visiting friends in the area, this motel was convenient and inexpensive. Would stay here again.
- 4/5
for the price it was a good deal and it was clean.
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable, not bad.
- 3/5
Motel is very dated. Rooms smells like a basement. Service was mediocre (went at 3PM and office was closed, came back an hour later and there was an attendant). Room wasn’t fully cleaned, hairs in bathroom and crumbs on floor. No excuse for the cleaniness. Doesnt matter if a room is $45 or $245... a guest should expect a clean room.
- 3/5
Dirty wash clothes left hanging on shower curtain and had to wipe off toilet seat. individual who checked me in and out was nice. Room was cozy and otherwise clean. centrally located off niagara falls blvd
- 2/5
The room was so cold and there was no heater but the room was clean the water was super cold that we couldn’t even take a shower ! We nicely wanted a little extra time and they were a little bit sharp about it
- 5/5
Very nice and clean room! Thank you for the great service!
- 1/5
I have never experience in my life such horrible stay in any hotel or motel. The rooms smells like a rat house. I saw some flies, mosquito, door knob was broken, pillow with hair sticking on it feels like not done laundry for many days, floor carpet is so old and when walking i saw dirt is ticking on feet. My mom was saying she couldn't sleep whole night. I would re-command such motels/inn shouldn't be listed in hotels.com.
- 4/5
Nice hotel not far from Niagara Falls. The price is not high and the quality is good.
- 3/5
The people were nice. Friendly lady at the front desk, and a couple sitting in lawn chairs outside the main desk walkway, I don't know if workers off for the day or patrons sitting there because the pool was closed on the walkway were friendly. Hot water took over five minutes to come out in the sink! Room 2 was kind of dirty when I wiped it down with their wash cloth. Dust on top of the refrigerator, a piece of broken glass in the refrigerator. Dust on all the overhead rims, dirty where the windows slide open.Towel rack in bathroom's screw is loose from the wall, and stripped so you push it in and it slides out again.
- 1/5
the price I was giving by Orbitz was not the price I had to pay they told me the room was 100,00 dollars and they did not know why I was giving that price and I had to pay the $100,00 to get the room and it was no were as good as some of the other room I had visited the alarm clock was broke the refrigerator did not keep things cold. It was just a very bad room
- 4/5
Close to Niagara Falls and shopping center! They didn't open the pool the entire time we were staying though which was disappointing.
- 2/5
Very dirty carpet and no hygiene. Not satisfied at all
- 4/5
My room was clean and air conditioning unit was on before I arrived. I received fresh towels without asking. No bedbugs! Manager was never rude. I guess the pool will never open. Parking area and driveway needs repaving. Located about a half hour from Niagara Falls and Canadian border. Short distance from stores. Cigarette burn holes in the sheets. Need channel listings for TV.
- 1/5
It’s worst and pathetic. I paid $212 for a night stay with two rooms 1 king and 2 double beds. The carpet was worn and torn out. The bedsheets has no life and we’re torn . Only 1 room A/C was working and I was told to use the fan in second room. The moment it was turned on, there was lot of dust and cobwebs ... never cleaned for decades. A fan picked up from a trash may look better. We had sneezing due to the dust. Luckily we had extra blankets and have to use them on our bed. I can’t believe such rooms still exist. I am so disappointed to put my 2 months old baby here. Zero eminities except free parking and WiFi. Some how survived between night 12:00 to Morning 6:00 am and vacated. Expedia Agent/ staff booked this room for me. That is Expedia standards. I will never come nor recommend this hotel and do not trust Expedia
- 3/5
The place was a little overpriced but competitive for the area....the manager was nasty as heck maybe I woke him up..it was 12:30 AM when I got there.... but overall was ok for sleeping 6 hours and running to airport..did not see any bath towels so got creative with that... otherwise just ok nothing too negative or positive to report on...
- 2/5
older building...needs some updating....A/C was not consistent...didn't work well...roasted or froze. had to ask for towels for next day...
- 3/5
Nice area to stay close to niagara falls alsa a lot shopping place around the that property
- 1/5
Beds are worst. Even bedsheets were not present. Horrible stay
- 4/5
Rooms were pretty clean and the amenities inside the room was nice. But the staff was not so welcoming
- 3/5
Coulnt get cable to work in room, and we had hotel workers talking loud outside our room door at 4:15 am. Pool wasnt open and its July!? Lazy lazy
- 1/5
Expedia is very worst to book the hotels . I have booked through Expedia , all the troubles with reservation. Hotel charged me more than what showing in Expedia. I called to Expedia people then they told me that it is up to hotel . We can’t do anything like that which is worst customer service center
- 1/5
I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this motel, given that it started with the hotel owner accusing me of lying and trying to charge extra for children included during our stay. Despite explaining that 4 adults and 2 children means that there are 6 people total, she insisted the number 4 included the two children and that she had to charge us extra ON TOP of the “extra person fee” Expedia already included in our rate. 6 people in 3 queen/double sized beds shouldn’t have an extra charge and after 10 minutes of fighting her attempted scam we agreed on a price. Meaning, we still paid more than Expedia calculated we would. Was later told the room would be ready at 3pm to find out we’d be waiting in our car after 10 hours of travel time at 3:45pm for the same woman to finish “cleaning” and entered at about 4pm. The room smelled like urine and was most certainly not worth half the amount I paid for. Would not recommend, spend the extra money for a comfortable and CLEAN place closer to the falls and civilization. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced.
- 3/5
It was nice to stay friendly staff they need to update on some stuff but otherwise it was nice and very comfortable
- 3/5
They need to chang the beds and keep the surrounding area little clear.
- 1/5
The hotel and room was not clean, and dilapidated. Also on Hotels.com the hotel was listed as pet friendly, however when I informed the clerk that I had Mt dog traveling with me she informed me that there was an extra charge of $11. The hotel was already over priced for its condition and with the additional charge I could have gotten a much nicer hotel. Very unhappy and I would not recommend anyone stay there for the price. Lesson learned. Go with a national chain that has a reputation to uphold.

Was given a smkoking room when i requested not smoking asked for non staff states booked

Nice quaint Inn with assisting management in North Tonawanda
- 3/5
Second time it has happened there
- 1/5
Awful experience. Multiple bed bug bites. Very upsetting
- 1/5
I booked the hotel about 3 weeks ago. When I was close to the hotel, I received an email saying my reservations were cancelled. I called the hotel to inquire why and the manager who picked up was really aggressive and rude to me. It was a horrible experience and I don't reccomend this hotel to anyone. They will just cancel your reservations last minute and then treat you like garbage when you call to inquire.
- 4/5
Just stayed for a night, but it was better than I expected for the price.
- 3/5
clean basic room, suitable for our needs, expensive for the basics though

Horrible
