Close to interstate- super friendly staff. Noisy hallways at 1 am, and parking lot is shared with other businesses which was a bit weird. Breakfast was solid. Overall, a good stay and good vibe.

The property, staff, and room were excellent. The only minor thing was that the shower head in our room wouldn’t stay up, so had to hold it by hand

I was not warned ahead of time when making a reservation that they were doing a full construction project on this hotel. They were replacing the floors and doing all kinds of other things. It created a lot of dust and a lot of noise and shut down certain areas of the hotel. In addition, construction vehicles took up a lot of parking spots and there’s limited parking here, forcing us to have to park in the neighboring businesses parking lot. I travel a lot and never complain, but this was not right. I actually checked out a day earlier than planned because of the inconvenience that was created by all of the construction. Place was a mess.

The lady who worked the desk who checked us in was exceptional. I have been to many hotels and she was the most pleasant, thoughtful person I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Thank you Evelyn you made our stay a pleasurable one.

Have stayed at this hotel a few times before as it is a park sleep and fly hotel too. Always a good stay! Staff always friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. On time airport shuttles! They always have some breakfast food and fresh coffee even when you take the early morning shuttle to the airport and before the breakfast room opens at 6 am. Cracker barrel restaurant next door for dinner the night before. Easy walk to it. Fridge and microwave if you want to bring food of your own. And Keurig coffee machine in the room. Would recommend this hotel for a good stay altho currently renovatiions of the breakfast room and some first floor rooms..Earplugs available from the hotel.

The room was a good size The shower didn’t look like it had been cleaned since the last person. We booked this as a stay to rest and get some sleep on a road trip and instead were up past midnight because of a high school sports team that was running wild through the hallways and shaking the walls enough that it kept waking up our baby. We contacted the front desk and they already had gotten complaints and knew exactly what we were talking about and said they would contact the chaperones and coaches. An hour went by and it didn’t stop so my mother in law in a neighboring room went out and yelled at the kids. We ended up checking out around 3:30 am because we couldn’t sleep anyways.

Clean large room. Friendly staff and hot breakfast. Parking could be better. We came in at 11:30 and was hard to find a parking spot. There is a camper store next to the hotel and there were several large campers around. Will stay again but if the parking continues to be limited we may have to look elsewhere. Hotel itself was great.

They stay was quiet and clean. I was there for a family hirls shopping trip. Kind staff and friendly smiles everywhere.

The representative checking in was fantastic! She was friendly, personable, and welcoming. We had booked a suite for five adults. On arriving in our room there were no additional towels, toiletries and later discovered there was no bedding in the suite for the pull-out couch. We thought maybe they had already made the pull out and upon unfolding it there was a massive urine stain on the mattress. We called the front desk to let them know about the bedding. They told us we had to come down and get it, we also told him about the massive urine stain on the mattress and that we were able to switch it with a family members from their pullout that they weren't using. There was no apology, no offer to make it right, just asked what room the dirty mattress was in now. There was sunflower seeds stuck to the bed frame of the pull out and a dirty sock from a previous occupant beside the couch. Definitely not a great experience

Location, room size, staff. More wear and tear, esp in bathroom, than expected.

We stayed for 2 nights. No one straightened our room or gave us new towels

The only other problem was every faucet in the room dripped. The wet bar one in the room was annoying on the metal sink all night. Also there is limited parking and both nights we had to park in the adjacent Campers World parking lot, with limited lighting.

Room rates were ridiculously priced!! Breakfast was not so good. Eggs and sausage were definitely microwaved and dry.

Very nice staff, nice clean room, comfy bed, yummy breakfast. Unfortunately the noice from the highway was very loud. The first night I only got 4 hrs because couldn’t sleep from the loud trucks and cars. Slept with white noice but only helped a little.

Staff was lovely. Hotel was convenient enough. Highway construction was a pain but that too will pass.

I stayed there with my wife and daughters for 3 nights. It is a well-maintained and clean hotel. Staff was helpful and extremely courteous. Parking was abundant. Best thing about this hotel was the Breakfast. It was really great! I would not hesitate to recommend it. It is a great value for money!

I messed up and scheduled a day short for my stay. The general manager was beyond friendly and helped me get another room, even though they were booked it wasn’t the same room, but at least it was a room in the hotel and I didn’t have to change hotels. I will definitely be staying here from now on

Staff is amazing! Super friendly from the cleaning crew to the breakfast staff to the front desk. Clean, comfortable, was recommended as the best place to stay by Cicero residents. Near other hotels not super close to food but driving like 5 minutes. Needs a bar everyone hung out at night in the hotel bringing own beverages into lobby area other than that need it was great oh and a pool open till 10pm No bar

1) The suite we rented did not have a safe where one could store important documents or valuables. 2) The king bed was very soft and unsupportive, so we woke up everyday with back pain.

The breakfast area was well stocked , clean and pleasant. The woman in charge was excellent in its operation. Housekeeping staff was friendly and very helpful. Inn was near everything that you might want( stores, restaurants and in our case a community hockey center.

Check in and out was flawless. Staff was great with providing with requests I made such as toothbrush and milk at night. It’s a very clean place. Beds are very comfortable. The shower pressure was great. And breakfast was very good. Clean space. I didn’t sleep well because of a noise going off at night in the room. I think it was the refrigerator. I did tell the front desk that following morning. They said they would look into it. Other than that I would stay there again. I would just check in early just in case there is a problem. I can then address it early.

Their breakfast buffet was to notch and had great variety to account all different diet types.

Parking was horrible with the snow. Flight was delayed for hours and then for a safety issue. Missed connecting flight to Arizona. No hotel offered in Syracuse only NYC but had no guarantee we would even get to NYC.

A few problems but a good hotel to stay at. Staff was very accommodating.

It was fine I am tired of getting a survey for every stay I make because I travel a lot for business and it’s annoying to get a survey for every random night.

We were with our grandchildren to enjoy the pool in the winter. Everything about our stay was great.

Our room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I was surprised that there were no coasters for our glasses. There was also no exhaust fan in the bathroom for the steam. There might have been vending machines around but we didn’t find one on our floor (4th) although we did have an ice machine. It would have been nice to have a curtain panel on each side of the window to block out the light coming in from the gaps where the shades didn’t quite cover the entire window. The staff that checked us in at night and out in the morning were very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was offered but we were having breakfast with family.

The room was a very large suite and holiday inn expresses always have great breakfast. The shower’s drain was a bit clogged the first night and our room wasn’t cleaned the first night. Room was used to go to a Syracuse football game. It was an out 15 minutes from the school.

The bed was very comfy. The breakfast had a lot of good options and made it easier so we did not have ti go out to eat.

The hotel was ok. Reservation was for a king bed and we ended up with a double. We couldn’t check in and then come back when our room was ready. So we left and came back at 4 pm.

There was no hair dryer in the room. When I called the front desk, the staff member on duty had no idea where extra hair dryers were. When I mentioned this issue on check out. A female staff member was very unprofessional in her tone and actions. Stating they didn’t have any hair dryers.

After a long day on the road, this Holiday Inn was a lovely way to end our day! The girl at the front desk was delightful and so helpful! The room was huge and very comfortable! It was a great place to stay!

Great hotel for a great price. Went for the state fair and booked kinda last minute with no problem. Loved the indoor pool and free breakfast.

It was fine and served its purpose for being close enough to the airport because we came in so late. The only thing we didn’t like is there wasn’t any hot breakfast left if you didn’t get up at 6 am. We went down at 9 because of getting in so late and the potatoes and eggs were gone leaving turkey sausage and pancakes. There were lots of people standing and waiting to get pancakes. As many people waiting I doubt they all got pancakes. They didn’t replenish the hot food for the late risers. For the price we paid you should be able to get a hot breakfast. At least the rooms were clean and it was quiet.

Everything was really great, the only thing I would say is my husband left the toilet seat up when I lowered it it broke the toilet seat and it took him a day to fix it. Also they didn't refill our toilet paper in the bathroom. Other than that everything else was fantastic.
