The condo was equipped with all necessities..bed was comfortable..I was traveling alone and appreciated the front door and room pass code entry. Restaurant next door Filets was very good...and I came for bike week. So staying in walking distance to Captain Archies is a plus...thank you

We we unable to stay at the property. When we arrived at the apartment, we found that it was in disgusting shape. We found black hairs all in the bed, The refrigerator and freezer were nasty with brown stuff all inside, the lamps were completely rusted, paint on the walls were missing and the dining table was nasty and not at all clean. The biggest issue was the bed full of hairs. We attempted to get the people who run the apartments to move us to another apartment but they refused saying that in their opinion the apartment was perfectly fine. HA HA! I bet none of them would sleep in that bed. Never ever stay there!!!!!!

I was in town for work and tired of hotels. I love the location (you can walk to restaurants) and the view was lovely. As a solo traveler I felt super safe (you have to enter a code to get into the building), and the parking was safe as well. I loved having a washer/dryer in the room! The bed was old and kind of lumpy, and so was the sofa. Everything was just a little tired and dated.

I truly enjoyed how peaceful and comfortable the property was. I came for a short getaway to celebrate my daughter’s early birthday and just needed a break from everyday life, and this place delivered exactly that. The room was very clean and relaxing, which made it easy to unwind. My daughter loved the view of the boats and enjoyed being on the property as well. Everything felt well-kept and welcoming. Honestly, there wasn’t much to complain about. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

It was ten minutes from the event we were attending Amanda, the housekeeping manager save the day had it not been for her? This visit would have been an absolute total disaster. It took us three hours to check in. Because upon arrival the room was not ready. There were several calls to get someone to come out and bring towels and linens and pillows. I also called three times for trash bags and laundry baskets that we were supposed to leave dirty linens in upon checkout… And never received. It has a hotel feel to it, which I did not like, but it was close to the venue, so it was a compromise. The bedroom smelled and there were dirty dishes in the sink. There were no shower curtains. The burners on the stove were not in place and the dining table chairs were in the kitchen and the dining table was in between the kitchen and the living room. Again, Amanda, the housekeeping manager was so kind and professional. She absolutely saved the day to make our stay bearable. But I would never ever stay there again.

Never got breakfast didn’t know it was offered. So I went out for breakfast Not very handcappied or disabled accessible, my husband is disabled he had to walk far distances to the room , he wasn’t able to swim or use the jacuzzi , he was very disappointed, but he can walk far because he has shortness of breath as well , bad knees .

The location and view from our window overlooking the marina were great. There were a few negatives with the apartment, starting with the shower water, which was only lukewarm (bordering on cold). Also, a smaller-than-expected TV screen in the living room (43 inches) and a noisy neighbor playing video games every evening, which could be heard through the wall. Also, the coffeemaker didn’t work well.

It was a spacious apartment with a beautiful view. Everything was clean and nice. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The water didn’t get as hot as I like it.

The condo was spacious and the beds were comfortable and clean. The view was nice. The location was further then I expected. There was no one ever in the reception area. When we had questions i had to call the 1800 number. The place was over all clean but it just looked worn in some place. Scuff marks on the walls. The sofa's need to replace. The arms were sticky and there were stains all over the arm chairs sofa. The furniture definitely need updating.

Liked that it was close to the beach, no issues checking in. Did not like...bathroom floor was dirty, stove and refrigerator both need to be updated. Both were rusty and stove's door had peeling and glass was dirty. Need more luggage carts.

There was not any property staff. I had help from another person staying there on how to get the people on the phone to get our room. It took us two hours to get it. The people that live on property were bossy and told us the rules. There was nothing telling us the rules of the property. I definitely will not stay there again. Was very disappointed. Would not recommend this property.

Overall, I rate my stay a 3.5. The facility is very outdated. The refrigerator in my room had rust on the exterior and interior of it, which made it very difficult for me to use. The chairs in the living room area didn't look clean, I'm not sure if it was because they were so worn and outdated or they were also too dingy in color. I never even sat in that space. There was one lamp in that same area that was extremely rusted/burnt, I am not sure. I didn't it was sore to the eyes, so I didn't even do a close up to confirm. We stayed 4 nights. Bathrooms were big and very clean. Beds were comfortable with clean linens. View of the marina was nice too. Location was great. Would stay again.

As prior locals when we come home to visit family we always love staying in this location. We already know that we will be staying somewhere clean and close to family.

No tissue was in the bathrooms so I had my own. Couldn’t get into the room upon arrival the room code was wrong. Brain was a great help to me. He made show I had my passes and where to park and the correct door combination.

When we called the number to ask for it and to inquire about getting some air fresher for the room and we were told they'd bring it right over and nobody ever showed up. The floors were absolutely filthy. Our feet were black all the time. We had to keep washcloths by the bed just to clean our feet before getting settled in. We found a mop but not a bucket or any other cleaning supplies. We did find a ticket for a free movie rental on the front desk, along with a blank parking pass, so we used those. However, the DVD player in the living room didn't work. We tried the bedroom and the remote batteries were dead so we changed them out from the remote in the living room and were finally able to watch a movie. Last, several years were taken from us when a photo fell off the wall in the middle of the night and the frame broke apart. It had already been taped together at least once before. Not our best vacation stay.

Was very clean and had all I needed to make meals and enjoy my stay.

Nice place, great location on Waterway, but Vacasa reservation system was terrible! They never processed our Expedia reservation, could have cared less about our confirmation. One Vacasa reservationist saved the day for us by getting us into one of last open units, but the system is a joke regardless of their excuses.

Everyone was very friendly and the property was very clean. The only part I didn’t like is that I had 3 vehicles and they only gave me parking passes for 2 and my 3 had to park under a bridge away from the property, by itself. The property was not so full that my 3rd car should have had to park under a bridge.

The room could have used a little more cleaning prior to my familys arrival but it was good enough. The entrance smelled of cigerettes and the room could of been aired out prior to arrival.

Overall the stay was decent. However, the cleaniness of the room upon arrival was VERY disappointing. The refrigerator had old spills, kitchen counter, table & chairs had a sticky substance on them. Last but not least, the couch was FILTHY looking due to stains. For usage, it had to be covered with a sheet.

Our room was very clean and nice. We had a great view of the marina from our balcony and it was very close to a great local restaurant/ bar that we walked to for food, drinks and a great live band. The staff was very friendly when checking in and out as well and most of the communication for check-in and out was done via email or text for social distancing. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in the area.

My husband and I will never stay at this hotel again. One of the staff members was very rude (the others were pretty nice) Our tvs kept going out, for the 3 nights we stayed we had not one good nights rest because of the bed , the pictures look nothing like the hotel, the water view was horrible like there is pil in or. On the positive side, rooms were large and well appointed, the location was extremely convenient with everything accessible, and parking was easy. We also enjoyed the existence of a heated outdoor pool and hot tub.

This was a miserable experience. The front desk and manager were actually unkind to us and turned us away at 9 pm with no help and treated us like we were ignorant and untrustworthy. They need training on how to help folks when there has been a misunderstanding or mistake! Horrible. The worst ever!

Great location on the water. It is a 10 minute ride Lyft / Uber to Ocean Drive and Cherry Grove. The comfort of home for the same price as the Super 8 down the road.

If you like being woken up at 3:30am by the alarm for the rotating bridge mere yards from the property, and enjoy listening to the person in the next room coughing up a lung, The this place is for you. Also please don’t forget that the front desk person could not care less about how tired you are, and will give you lip when she can’t find your reservation.
