It was close to all the restaurants and attractions. The smell of the room, hearing foot steps all night. Shower curtain torn and bath tub need cleaning.

The hotel did not reserve my reservation and when I arrived with my family I was told that they did not keep my room, gave it to someone else and had no other rooms available. I will never stay with comfort inn again. I will also discourage anyone from staying there as well

Room was updated and spotless. New carpet, paint, bathroom vanity, and more. A fantastic value imo. We've been staying here for many years & it never disappoints. It's close to EVERYTHING in NMB & just a stone's throw away from Myrtle but without those resort prices. Pool was clean & open. Highly recommend for families or solo travellers.

The convenience of its location was highly beneficial for our intended destinations. The aroma was not to my satisfaction. It presented an aged quality, reminiscent of mold and mildew. The air conditioning unit operated at a significant volume. During the night, it emitted a considerably loud sound, which disrupted my sleep. The room itself was compact.

The beds and pillows were comfortable but the shower had very little water pressure. It’s a decent place to crash but price could have been more reasonable for the lower quality. I have stayed at other Comfort Inn establishments and they were nicer.

The lady working the front desk was rude from the get go. Checked in she barely spoke five words and I had to ask her to repeat them. There were (I assume) homeless people sitting at the property and weren’t asked to leave untill late that night, breakfast was moderate/standard, they didn’t clean the entire room and barely restocked the towels, while trying to go up the elevator we were waiting for one of the cleaning lady’s to go and we were told by the staff that the stairs were faster. I will not stay here again.

The staff were very unpleasant, the parking area was ridiculous and most nights a back up parking area was used by us because large trucks had taken up the parking area close to the hotel. One morning at 6:30am I was woke by hearing a man arguing loudly with a woman and this continued until around 7:30am. It was actually very intimidating and not the best way to wake up. Regarding the staff they could not have cared less about us staying at the hotel and didn’t even acknowledge us as we walked by as we were coming and going and only spoke when we were leaving at the end of our week long stay.

The only positive thing about this property was the fast check-in. Upon walking to our room we noticed a lot of dirty linen throughout the hallway , which seemed odd because if rooms were being cleaned why not put dirty laundry in a dirty hamper basket. Approximately 10 minutes after being in our room my wife was using the bathroom , a housekeeper barged into the room. My wife was so upset/ embarrassed. The housekeeper stated she didn't know the room was now vacant , she just wanted to make sure she cleaned the room properly. I don't fault the housekeeper , but the front desk receptionist should inform the housekeeping staff when rooms are now occupied. Our toilet kept running throughout the night. Informed the receptionist of the findings , the lady had an attitude and then stated that nothing was wrong with the toilet. The tub had a lot of rust in it to the point you can tell the shower wasn't cleaned from the previous guest. I asked a housekeeper if he could clean the tub, he stated that he didn't have anything to clean the tub but he would send someone else which never happened. The breakfast was a joke. This property has definitely gone down since my wife and I visited 2 years ago. The staff was rude. We will not staff at this property in the future.

The only item of note, that we advised the check out staff of when we checked out, was that the toilet lever didn't come back up ... so we had to take the toilet lid off to life the lever, so the bowl would refill. Overall, we're quite happy with the hotel. We plan to stay there again next year when we come down the night before our condo rental is ready.

The third floor corner room was quiet. The view was lacking. The entire property was clean. The shower lacked water flow, was horrible. Water at the sink was fine. WIFI was lacking.

Our room (202) smelled like cigarettes and very moldy and musty smelling. The carpet was damp feeling and very hard/oily/sticky feeling. Our socks were absolutely disgusting after we walked around without shoes on for a few minutes. There was trash underneath the beds. The freezer had not been cleaned out and there was melted ice cream in there that had been in there quite a while. We did not notify staff at first. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby upon checking in and we’re just going to try and make the best of it. We ended up leaving a day early because we could not take the smell any longer.We told the lady at the front desk when we checked out why we were leaving a day early. I have been in Myrtle Beach often but didn’t know this property was so close to my timeshare. I have a Saturday to Saturday timeshare but because of flights from Niagara Falls I came in on Friday and needed a room. This property was very good. Check in person was very helpful.

Of all of the ‘fancy’ hotels in the area — this ‘affordable’ option ended up being the MOST CLEAN and PROBLEM-FREE. We have friends who booked the Marriott for double the price & had to check out immediately — thanks for good room service also!

My mom and son have asthma, and my mother in law has had lung issues since recovering from Covid. We smelled marijuana all weekend. The rooms were not adequately kept up and the ceiling plaster was peeling. There was a blood stain in one of the tubs. The air stopped working in one of the rooms and the microwave did not work. I will never stay here again. I have never had trouble with Comfort Inn before but it’s make me not want to deal with them ever again.

Took my wife for a little birthday trip. Hotel was nice, staff was friendly, and it was conveniently located to the beach and shops. My only issue was when my mother-in-law was coming to visit us. We were told her service dog was not allowed in the hotel, because she was not a guest.

I did not like the breakfast bar. The sausage was sitting in a 1/2in of grease and the fried eggs looked dried. i am not able to eat the pancakes or sweet stuff.

This room was definitely a smoking room in its past life. As soon as you walk in it smells awful. Otherwise it was the only available place for when we going to Myrtle beach. Location is good. Elevator terrifying.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and were underwhelmed by the overall experience. The property feels run down and offers only very basic services. While the room was somewhat comfortable, the bathroom had a loose/broken toilet seat and there were very few towels available. The breakfast area was particularly disappointing — the selection was limited and the quality of the food, especially the hot items, was poor. In our opinion, the price we paid did not match the level of service or amenities provided. We expect more from the Comfort Inn brand and hope the property considers some much-needed updates and improvements.

My overall trip was good! The room was nice and clean, and everything went smoothly during my stay. The only downside was the water pressure it could definitely be better. But other than that, I had a great experience and would stay again.

Stay was good with the exception of location of room. It was “Bike Week” (motorcycles) in Myrtle Beach. They booked us up front room, next to the main highway #17. The roar of the motorcycles sounded liked they were driving through our room. Thank God for earplugs and my husbands c- pap machine.

My partner and I didn't arrive to check in until 2:30 am. At 6:45 am I was startled awake by thunder only to realize i heard water running. The ceiling was POURING rain water down the bathroom wall into the floor.

The hotel was nice but the restroom was not very taken care of I stepped into the tub to take a shower and immediately fell backwards into the toilet which was pushed about 3 inches from me falling on it. I called the front desk and asked for a shower mat due to the slippery mess of the shower and they brought me a bath mat

Room was very clean, location was awesome. Breakfast could use a few more items. Employees were very friendly.

Really didnt feel safe about our room when we went to a concert and came back to a room key thrown down inside of our room that was not there when we left

older facility but well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient to shopping and highways.

Reasonable rate, free breakfast (cereal, waffles, eggs), close proximity to dining, shopping, attractions.

This hotel was good for a one night stay. There were some very nice workers who were helpful and kind. The continental breakfast needs a few for options for juices, a hot cereal, and pastries. Variety is the spice of life and there should be something for everyone.

Beer can was found in the room upon checkin.

It was convienient to resturants within walking distance. Staff was great, friendly, and helpful.
