The view was amazing. The suite set up was ideal for our family. Me-Me at the front desk was very welcoming. The Knot up the street was a fun bar. Parking was really tight.

Wonderful room and property location. My issue is with check in. After you check in, provide your card/id, they redirect you to the "concierge desk" to get your key, forcing you to be pitched on time share deals. The young man started by asking me if I had a husband!!! All I wanted was to get my key. He went on to be combative, implying I overpaid for the current trip I was on, and made it clear this was how he made his money. A horrible experience except my daughter got to witness how to handle a bully.

Accessibility Thermostat was confusing

The hotel and room were extremely clean and well-maintained. The pool was clean and heated, which allowed the kids to enjoy swimming even in the cooler weather. The room was excellent, and the staff was outstanding—very friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay!

Didn’t get a breakfast. We actually went for their 90 min sales twice! How stupid are we! Furniture very uncomfortable, lighting in kitchen and bath very bad. We left a day early because we were so uncomfortable.

We stayed between the 1st and 4th of January. The location was amazing. Restaurants nearby and a quiet location away from the crowds. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was absolutely fantastic to say the least. The young lady at the front desk (goodness I forgot her name- she had short dark hair) was so sweet and welcoming. Pool was heated, and jacuzzi was nice and hot for the chilly nights. Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Myrtle beach. Our stay was great and we will definitely be back soon! The only fault is in order to get to the pool area you have to go to the first floor and walk across the parking garage to get into the pool so it’s best to keep an eye out if you have little ones with you, but other than that our stay was fantastic!

Parking was tight. I had to let guest out car then park & yes my Size i had to fight to get out. Kids enjoyedthis got a good Laugh at me .. This is a Small Resort . But Efficient

I loved the ocean front rooms. The bed was comfortable and cozy. The location was great and convenient to a lot of entertainment venues and shopping. We enjoyed being there and everyone was so nice and caring. I would visit again and hopefully with more family members together. The couch and chair in living room was not comfortable at all. It was hard to sit and enjoy. We had to add the bed pillows to sit with ease or just sit at the dining room table. Other than that, all was great!

The size of the balcony and the view is very impressive. Hot tub is wonderful. The room and the grounds are VERY clean. Maintenance folks are seen frequently cleaning, inspecting and ensuring that everything is in working order. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for some R&R, it's a beautiful place.

The room and property was clean. There is no dining on premises and the bathroom was small, with no vanity space. The area around the property is quiet and the beach view was very nice.

The only issues with the unit were the noisy fan in the 2nd bathroom and the icemaker apparently didn't work (or we couldn't figure out how to turn it on, which is more likely the case). All room amenities were clean and operated well. Our only comment regarding the facility as a whole .... the reception/check in office on the 3rd floor is rather inconvenient.

This was a fantastic place to stay! My kids are already saying they want to go back & that this was the best hotel they have ever been in. The pool was so cool, with a portion to swim into a “cool” tub (like a hot tub with bubbles but cold water). They have an outdoor and indoor hot tub, a kiddie pool, 2 grills, and a fire pit outside. My kids also couldn’t get over the foot wash stations for when you come back from the beach. The room was really nicely decorated and the beds were so comfortable! Room was great and updated. Everyone was nice. Only thing i didnt like was you cant get extra towels of needed since there is no room service during tour stay. But overall love the room and would highly recommended. Also parking garage had limited space but extra uncovered parking across the street

The room itself was spacious and clean. My only issue was check in. We got there at 7:30 after working half the day and driving the other half we just wanted to get to our room shower and go to bed. There was another couple checking in ahead of us. The lady at the front desk was explaining everything to them gave them their room number & sent them to another lady to get their key. Then it was our turn she needed to know ages & names of everyone staying. This took a little over 5 minutes. She gives us the room number & tells us to see the other lady to get our keys. We had to wait 15 minutes or more for her to finish up with the couple ahead of us. It’s finally our turn and she starts her whole sales pitch and we tell her we just want our room keys. She then proceeds to get snotty with us. Saying stuff like having respect for people and everyone has a job to do etc. I said we aren’t trying to be rude but we are just really ready to get in our room. I really hope they change the check in process because if there was more than one person in front of us. Check in just does not seem like the greatest time to sell people anything.

It was absolutely perfect. My kiddos loved every bit of it and we did too. The view was perfect, just what this working mama needed. If i could give the front desk staff more than five stars i would. They're incredibly sweet and so helpful. Will definitely be booking with them again. This place is so clean and smelled wonderful inside and out.

Expedia billed me for a hotel reservation total including taxes. Club Wyndham WestWind billed me an additional large amount of money when I arrived at check in. Bottom line, don't book thru Expedia or any third party, book directly with the hotel. Not happy!

The room was extremely clean and comfortable and the view was fantastic my only complaint about the room is the entrance to the room is from outside and I was hoping to see a better Locking System from the inside than every other Standard Hotel if nothing else it's a peace of mind for the people that sleep in the room

The staff and location could not have been more amazing. Having been misled by hotels.com and told room slept 8 they made sure we had extra bedding for air mattresses and ensured all of our party were looked after.

Best customer service I have had in a while. I got help from destiny at the front desk who was super nice fast and efficient and then got my key wrist bands from Julie who was also very pleasant. Condo was great very spacious and clean! Will definitely be staying here again.

Only received 4 stars overall because I specifically asked for Oceanfront. Did NOT get, but did get a good view of the ocean from the 9th floor. Otherwise I would stay here again, on an upper floor. Loved the condo, very clean and staff were awesome!!!

We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again. Staff are wonderful, very attentive and the property was so quiet. Just what we needed. The swimmimg pool was warm and enjoyable for mid February. Our accommodations were very clean, with complimentary dish wasing items, coffee, hand soap, lotion etc. Excellent.

Fantastic staff. This is a time share property so we agreed to a sales presentation but it was not a hard sell. It was a very pleasant condo, staff got us an oceanfront after we discovered the original condo was an ocean view. Very very pleased with the whole experience and neighborhood. Will definitely go back.

While this is an older property, the staff and location make it an excellent option for a stay at the beach. This is our second stay at the property and we will return. The staff is wonderful.

Wyndham West wind is a small facility. They had everything we needed beach swim pool clean rooms very helpful staff. We have stayed here multiple times, and will go back again.

The property was well maintained/managed. The two bedroom, full bath w/ wrap around balcony was perfect for my family. Parking was free and the garage being located under the hotel was extremely convenient. The overflow parking being located directly across the street was a bonus for our guests. The hotel sits right on the beach ⛱️ . Great spot! I would definitely recommend.

Property was timeshare and we were asked to attend a presentation in order to get free stuff. Didn't realize this was timeshare when booked on Expedia. Thought it was just a hotel or wouldn't have booked it.

We love the location and the master bedroom having a sliding glass door to the balcony !! Love being ocean front !!
