At first it seemed to be a nice place. Staff was nice. The location was good There was bed bug in bed. Was told we were put on the floor where contractors stayed during their stay. Stated that the first floor were for exceptional stay. In other words that was the nicer rooms. There was a smell in elevator and on the floor where the rooms were. Only stayed there for about 2 hour. Checked out because of bed bugs. My money was refunded in full.

The property is clean, safe and the location is great. Business trip and it was close to where I was meeting. The food and shopping options are all around.

The bed was comfortable, it was quiet and the AC cooled the room very quickly. Staff was extremely helpful in getting treadmill to work in fitness center but the equipment was very run down and not clean.

The property didn’t look anything like the pictures. The front desk lady was super nice and helpful and refunded our money when we left. The room smelled like smoke and my wife is sensitive to smoke smells. There was a lady walking down the hall going door to door for whatever reason. When we told the lady we were leaving she apologized and said that kind of stuff usually stays on the first and 3 floor. Not a family friendly hotel.

Its a worn, used property that is in need of a freshen up. Its a place having a bed to sleep and a shower to use.

The staff were pretty friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Unfortunately we had neighbors who were smoking next to us during our stay so as soon as we left our room, we got a strong whiff of it every time we left. Room was missing towels and phone cord was cut so we had to physically go down to ask the staff for towels. Parking was plentiful and not too bad. Overall, not bad I suppose for the price.

The room was to be handicapped accessible but was not. My husband is vision impaired and dark color walls and poor lighting makes it hard on him moving around in a room.

During checkout the young man gave no eye contact when I handed him the room key, he was more engaged with whatever was on his phone.

We found an old capsule pill on floor that looked like it had been there for days.

Every thing was clean and quiet. Food and variety was good. Attendants were polite and helpful. Parking was good. Overall - all was good. Suggestion for any change would be to have taller toilets; they are just too low for adults. Bedding was very nice and clean. I would recommend your lodging to others.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. There was no soap in shower. Bed cover had a cigarette burn hole in it. Shower faucet was not sealed and secure at connection to bathtub, and to turn on shower, the mechanism was terrible design for life of faucet and enabling adjustment to shower operation. Main elevator needs maintenance and better cleaning. I imagine very soon the doors will stick close or open. Not a terrible stay at all, but I expected more for the money.

Best breakfast by far. Lovely staff clean rooms. A bit of a chemical smell and old ac unit but thats the only issue. Overall amazing choice for the price. Let me say again BEST breakfast of any hotel in this price range that ive been to.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming how ever the rooms need some special attention the room was not cleaned well I had no face towels it smell like something was burning the entire time and when I was packing to leave I noticed how dirty and unkempt the mattress was if I would've noticed before I wouldn't have stayed and the walls in the rest room were very dirty there was even some writing on the walls probably wont be staying again its a shame though because its rare that you find as friendly of a staff 5 stars definitely for the hospitality

Place is very dirty. We had to go to the front desk 3 times as the key to door did not work. Staff did not apologized until I mentioned I was going to write a review. I will not stay again at this place.

It took 15 minutes for the hot water, the coffee machine was broken, the coffee in the buffet was cold, the bowed shower curtain put water all over the floor and the breakfast was fair.

Nice hotel for a good price. Bed and bedding were very comfortable. Great location with easy interstate access and restaurants close by.

The front desk staff was very nice and accomodating. The building is older and in need of some TLC: the ac unit didn't work well, drains were slow, the hallway was hot and smelled all weekend, trash was left in the hall for over 24 hours, and there were stains on the blanket and couch. In my opinion, it wasn't worth the $24 savings per night.

Outside hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Entrance, elevator and main hallway were not clean. Carpet on upper floors smelled like a curry. Room appeared to be cleaned with dirty rags. Spouse had to Re-clean the room and bathroom. Shower curtain had to be changed out by staff. Mold around edges.

There was mold in my room and there was no remote to the TV which prompted me to move rooms

My stay was pretty good, they had a good breakfast and their rooms have gotten a lot better. The evening staff was okay, but there was a lady by the name of Tiffany at the front desk that was not very pleasant and we were there for 4 straight days. They charged us a $60 security deposit every night and when we turned the key in and asked for our deposit back she argued that my husband did not leave one because she was there when he checked in. It ended up she had the wrong person which was fine. It was the way she handled it she lacked customer service and was not pleasant at all. My husband stated she was rude every day to him and on the last day I saw it for myself.

The pool needed maintenance

Coffee pot in room didnt work. No coffee fixins and we asked a couple of times. Housekeeping came in and took our towels and didnt replace them after first night. Had to go to desk and ask for more. Room was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Things left in fridge from previous guests. Son found marijuana cigars in top of closet. Hallways smelled of marijuana and cigarette smoke. Hairdryer wouldnt work in bathroom because the plug didnt work. Breakfast was not good at all. No coffee in breakfast area last morning. Housekeeping came to room at 10am before we checked out to try to clean our room. I was still getting dressed. Highly disappointed as the name and location were my deciding factors for this hotel stay. Would not stay here again.

I had to attend a wedding in Little Rock Arkansas, my first time visiting the state! I stayed at the Wingate by Wyndham North Little Rock. I had a really pleasant stay! First of all, I loved that I was able to checked in online, only had to verified and picked up the key. Great! The room was comfortable and clean (the carpet is a bit outdated) with the exception of the bathroom. Some improvements is needed in the bathroom, the floor had black looking spots and there was a dirty wash cloth hanging over the shower curtain (more attention needed for small details). The bed was comfortable, I loved the softness of the pillows. The breakfast buffet had variety of options, a very good way to start the day! The staffs were pleasant, convenient location and taking into consideration the affordable price, it’s an ideal place to stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future, and highly recommend for anyone in the area, and as a solo traveler from Temple TX, I felt very safe!

The hotel was nice. I was just staying overnight on my way to my daughter’s house. There is plenty of lighting in the room. The bathroom is a good size. Beds are comfy and breakfast was fine.

What impressed me the most was the friendliness of the staff. It is an older hotel and could use some renovations. But the bed was comfortable and the price of a nightly staff was reasonable.

The room was clean overall. There was a used bottle of shower gel left in the shower. I'm pretty sure it wasn't cleaned but wasn't horribly dirty. There was only one partial set of towels. I requested a set at the front desk & the gentleman said that there was only set per room. He didn't bother asking how many were in my room or checking my reservation. I stated that the one that was there wasn't complete but he refused. I made do but almost killed myself getting out of the shower with no floor towel. This was my third stay at this location. Hotel is overall decent for the price. Customer service is below average.

Despite being advertised as a non-smoking room, I walked into what could only be described as an ashtray masquerading as a guestroom. The air was heavy with stale smoke, and cigarette burns marked the bedding—an immediate sign of neglect. While the room had the superficial appearance of being “made up,” it was far from clean. The most jarring detail? Stray black hairs everywhere—pillows, bathroom, tub—unmissable against the pale, taupe decor. It was repulsive. Had it not been so late, I would’ve left immediately. Instead, I slept on top of my own towels just to avoid contact with the bedding and surfaces. The only positive was the exceptional water pressure, which was a small mercy considering I felt like I needed to power wash myself after staying there. At checkout, I calmly shared my experience with the morning manager, who responded with complete indifference. No apology, no acknowledgment, not even a basic gesture of professionalism. I wasn’t asking for an apology—just a sign that someone at the company gave a damn. They didn’t. This stay was beyond unacceptable. A flagship name should carry standards. This property failed on a

They need a remodel bad. Smells bad and alot of traffic in the hallway that can be heard in the room. The breakfast was old and not prepared fresh. If you have other hotel options try them first

Quiet and clean

The room they put us in look like the door had been kicked in before. There were dirty towels by the door when we arrived and they were still there when we checked out at 10 the next morning. Kids were running and playing down the hall after 10pm. Blood was on the ceiling and a whole was in our cover. Upon entering the hotel, the smell was bad. It smelled like urine and air freshener. Breakfast was disgusting. There wasn’t any coffee. She said it will be about a 7 minute wait…I would never stay here again. These rooms were not worth $87 plus a $60 deposit.

This is our go-to hotel to stay in for Anime Fest and Comic Con. It's a quick drive to the statehouse convention center but even more important, close to amenities like the grocery store & restaurants. The staff is really nice.

I rented a suite and the room had no towels, the tub drain had to be rigged open , the cable box was unconnected and i had to hunt down a cord and connect it myself and they dont let you go back to your room with breakfast or they charge you.

Pillows not in bed. No pillow cases. Missing bath mat and towels. No hair dryer. Bed was so hard. Front desk service was very kind and had to make up for house keeping errors. Flsmoke alarm missing and in closet. Overall feel not very clean and not Wyndham standards.

We got a double queen room. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Everything was very suitable for our needs. The fitness center was quaint but good enough. The breakfast was good.

When I notified the parent company, no action was taken; I received a canned "your input helps us improve" response. The hotel itself has been unresponsive. This hotel charges a $60 "deposit" upon checking in. A week after my stay, it has not been refunded as promised upon check-out.

Good location on the highway but enough back from the traffic to be quiet. Killed 2 cockroaches in the room and notified them. After 11pm they offered to change our room. Too late. Woke me up with that message and I'm pretty sure if there are cockroaches in one room, they're not confined to that ONE room. Hope they hire an exterminator

We had a roach in our bathroom, and we’ve been double charged it appears, a lot of weird charges for the room and we just arrived.

The staff were not helpful and not kind. I walked in and I thought the person sitting in the dinning area was a customer. Come to find out it was the staff member that was supposed to check me in. They could not find my name for a reservation which was upsetting. When I did get to the room it smelled like cigarettes and bread and butter pickles. Also I found a cockroach by my TV. Very let down at this property.

The property was clean. The only dislike was my trash in my room wasn't emptied and getting off the elevator was a sacks of trash that was still left there from the housekeepers. And my room smelled like a smokers room even though it was a nonsmokers room.

This hotel needed a little tlc. Only one washcloth. No body wash in container.

There were dirty eyelashes on the counter when we got into our room. We told them and they just said sorry. The shower has full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Awesome, but one of them was completely empty. Also, it said there was a hot tub. None on site and not even any bathtubs. So, that was sad. Other than that, all was good.

They made us pay a 60 dollar deposit upon arrival and never returned it. The room had mold and it was dirty. We only stayed one night but it’s was uncomfortable due to cleanliness

The people working there were very helpful, nice and friendly. Our room was meant for 4 people (2queen beds) but there were only enough towels for one person in the room. The fixtures in the bathroom were literally falling off the walls. The soap bottle in the shower was empty (& of course I didn’t know that til I went in the shower!) and (not a big deal), but the body lotion was empty, too. No wipes in the gym to wipe down equipment.

Did not have hot tub. Was kinda of upset about that.

Centrally located to everything in North Little Rock. Check in and out process was extremely quick and cohesive. The rooms were spacious, but the interior seemed a little worn. The bed were extremely plush and comfortable and the room includes both a fridge and microwave

The staff charged me for a deposit fee of $60. It did not pend at all, rather it was charged. I then called back and reported the incident 3 times. After the 3rd call I was charged another $60 then a received a -$60 credit, which did not resolve the initial charge of $60. I will have to dispute this with my CC company. Beware!

The room was covered in mold. I was given a new room and it smelt terrible, the hallways smelt bad, and there were people hanging out in the hallways and stairwells. I had to use the stairs since the elevators didn’t work. The first floor was under construction and the doors were wide open.

Hotel was under construction at the time of our visit. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere. Our mattress looked like someone had kicked the bucket on it. Walls were dirty. The room smelled horrible. We booked a king size bed and had to take two queens because there wasn’t a room available that we had booked.

They should have let clients know the building is being remodeled.

Property was undergoing a remodel. While I understand this is necessary at times there seemed to be an excessive amount of items unsupervised throughout the property. Tile Flooring was in a state of disarray.

The hotel was being renovated. This information should have been included in the description. This made it noisy. I would not have booked the reservation, if I had prior knowledge of the renovation. The hotel had an unusual order.

This is our 5th stay this summer. We have made this our summer home away from home while attending Dr appointments

The receptionist had a really rude attitude, The first room they gave me already had people in it. Letting me know that they don’t even know which rooms are empty or occupied.

Once we arrived, they gave us a room at the very end of the hallway. The hallway had a loud mildew smell that also was in our room. The refrigerator didn’t work. I asked to be moved to another room and I was the room had a smell in it as well. Overall I felt Safe Location very convenient to the mall and other shopping areas.
