Spark by Hilton North Little Rock

Very good

I stayed for three days and the hotel was clean, the staff was very accommodating, friendly and approachable. They helped me with anything I needed. The only complaint, they didn't come in and clean my room on the day before I was leaving. Otherwise, next time I go back to Little Rock I will be staying at the Spark!🙂

The stay was amazing. The room was clean and fresh. The check in was effortlessly done by the staff even with the wrong dates selected by me. My only small complaint is no meat for breakfast. The placement of the elevator was perfectly placed. Will stay again at Spark.

The location was just off the highway and provided many areas to dine. It was not a full breakfast. I couldn’t make waffles or toast. It was just cereal boiled egg, bagels, yogurt.

I also liked that they offered bottles of wine for sale in the lobby (good to know), but there is a liquor store across the street with more reasonable pricing. Lots of dining options in the area that are close by. Easy on and off the interstate. I kindof expected more from a Hilton brand, especially since Spark is a fairly new property. The room smelled odd...like mildew or worse, urine. It dissapated a bit after the a/c was on for a while. There was no shampoo nor conditioner in the containers in the shower, plenty of bathing gel and lotion. Of course, pillows were terrible but the bed was comfortable. Breakfast area was crowded, coffee extremely weak.

The hotel was very clean. The room was spacious and the bathroom was really nice. There was no microwave in the rom but there was one in the lobby for general use. I will definitely be staying at Spark again. A great deal for the price.

The room was clean. There was ample parking. The bed had a large dip in the middle and squeaked when you moved. The front desk attendent acted like we were an inconvenience to her day and was unable to make change without using her phones calculator to make change when given a $20 bill on a $9 purchase. All in all a decent and convenient place to stay.

Spark was a great value and checked all the important boxes for us. The chain is designed to fit the minimalist client and being older seniors we prefer the warm & fuzzy surroundings. Kudos for staying true to your concept and for providing top level Hilton service!

The location and price point was a factor, but the hotel is nice and clean. Front desk clerk was friendly and our granddaughter enjoyed the pool! No complaints!

The room was nice. It was quiet. There are a few casual eating places near. The only issue was the bathtub. The stopper was bent and wouldn’t go down so a bath could be run.

It was a great location it was clean and updated No coffee or microwave in the room. The bed was a bit harder than I like.

Property was decent enough, but the front desk clerk was rude and unconcerned for customer care. An "alright" location an overnight but really wouldn't recommend for much more. Bed very uncomfortable as well.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Pool was a big factor in our choice of hotel and was not available during our stay. Location convenient to restaurants and a mall. Breakfast area very well tended to and clean and stocked.

The Breakfast was OK but a bit disappointing, no pancakes, bacon or sausage. The rooms were neat a very clean. The parking lot was well lit and felt safe. The Handicap parking was very handy. Some of the doors needed to have either a push buttons access after the card or at least a way to prop them open. Not all Handicap bathrooms had chairs or seats in the shower. We had to change rooms but the staff were very courteous and pollite, solved out problem quickly.

We stayed here one night as we traveled to vacation destination. We liked our stay so well that we stayed here on our return trip also. Staff is courteous and proficient. Hotel is located near numerous nice restaurants and extensive shopping, as well as easy access to interstate highways. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the climate control efficient. When we travel through Little Rock we plan to stay here again.

The other chair in the room is not comfortable at all. This is a one night stay only hotel, IMO. I traveled for business and due to the noise, it was restless night sleep.

Pool was closed which one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Breakfast options were very limited and staff was not helpful or friendly. The property felt new and very clean.

The room was a good size, I wish there would have been a lounge chair in the corner, but the roll out desk was great. We were crafting and had plenty of space, but there was only one seat.

Traveled with my dog, given 2nd floor room, no problem, until the manager saw me with my dog and stops me to ask my room number. He said you're not supposed to be on the 2nd floor; you need to pay a fee. I had already paid the pet fee. The manager need to work with their reception and not bother guest.

We stayed here New Years Eve. It was quiet, clean, and staff very helpful and nice. We didn’t eat much of the breakfast, no hot food option, but was an average continental.

The website stated continental breakfast and all it had was cereal and bagels/muffins. No hot food.

Very clean, modern with nice staff. Breakfast was very minimal. Some cereals, bagels, fruit, muffins and hard boiled eggs. A little different than breakfast choices we’re used to at similar hotels, but overall great experience.

Check in, parking, dog walk area, quiet hallway and rooms, and very clean room were all appreciated. It was convenient to I-40 for our quick one-night stay.

Hotels.com states that this location has in room microwaves and coffee makers which was not true and very dissapointing.

the indoor pool was too cold, the room and the water. the front desk service was an abomination, no one smiled except for 1 house keeper. everytime one of us would ask for help, it seemed like it was the biggest inconvenience. the night lady was the worst human to interact with. i am recommending everyone to NOT stay here.

Yes, breakfast was fresh and neatly placed. Parking was great and close. Staff were wonderful. First time staying at a Spark Hotel, and very clean and wonderful decor on inside. I'm very picky when it comes to comfortable beds cause I have a lower back issue. This bedding was great and so comfortable. I couldn't believe it. My son and family stayed as well. They really enjoyed it also. Was very pleased. Will definitely be staying again. It was so nice.

We were very disappointed with our stay. We were told there was a free breakfast buffet and it was only muffins and coffee. The coffee was almost un drinkable. We were told coffee pots would be available in the rooms and that was not available in

Not as advertised. Reserved a king suite and the description said it had refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker in room. It only had a refrigerator. If you wanted to use a microwave you had to use the only one in the building which was located in the lobby. Not furnished for comfort in either the lobby or guest room (suite) Not up to “Hilton” standards.

The stay was great. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I can’t think of anything we were unhappy with. It was my favorite place out of our many different hotel stays on this trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I don’t really care about the free breakfast, but it was nice they offered a continental breakfast.

UNPLUG THE ROOM PHONE. I stopped here during a long and stressful drive. I got a call at 4:30 in the morning. I called the front desk and all they could say is that the calls were not from the Hilton (which the caller said they were.) Took me a long time to fall asleep and couldn’t help but noticing the noisy 18-wheeler serving the Chick-filla next door, which stayed for maybe 2 hrs. Shortly after I fell asleep, the same person called again. When I left the hotel, I mentioned this to the manager and he said many guests received prank calls thru the night and they couldn’t tell who it was because it was from within the hotel. So Spark saved a few dollars by not having caller Id on their room phones, and made themselves vulnerable to this kind of extremely unpleasant customer experience. I will consider staying at a Spark again, but I will unplug the phone from the wall during my stay.

The overall stay was okay. Positives: The staff were pleasant, and the hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable. The negatives: The rooms were very uncomfortable, just to be in, there are no chair you have to just sit on the bed. Even with the air on it was hot in the rooms.The indoor pool was extremely cold and isn't enjoyable due to the coldness. The breakfast is a joke of a breakfast.The dining area was extremeley hot. You have to ask for everything even down to a garbage bag. It is not the worst I have stayed at, but for the price it could have been much better. Oh and don't forget the surprise 200.00 deposit fee for two rooms. after the rooms had been paid in full prior to arrival. Which is not a big deal but should be posted prior to room rental .

This is a good motel, but the staff could care less if you were there. Just putting in their time. It was very clean with newer amenities.

It’s a nice hotel and very well lit parking lot. The area not far from it isn’t the greatest but didn’t have any issues during my stay.

Very close to McCay mall and all the amenities and auctions is there and shops and have gym and the only thing I didn’t like was the pool was a little cold, but it was nice once you got used to. It wasn’t as bad as I thought I’ve stayed there a couple twice now or three times so I definitely enjoyed it.

Place was fine for one night. I was traveling alone and didn’t need anything but a decent bed. It was clean and nicely kept. My concerns include the thin walls adding to the noise resulting in loss of sleep. The other concern is the busy traffic pattern, it’s hard to get in and out of the parking lot at times. Not bad for the price.

It did have a different smell though but for the price it was great!

Hotels.com says that the hotel had two pools and a bar, but only one indoor pool with no bar. The rooms had no chairs or microwave or coffee pots, but with that being said the room was amazingly clean and comfortable.

Everything was lovely. The bed was comfortable & pillows. I didn’t hear the outside noise. I recommend this location and will be booking again in October. 😊😊😊

The hotel looked new inside and out. Room was great, not a lot of channel choices on the tv but it was fine. Breakfast did not offer a hot option unless you wanted to heat up sausage and biscuit.

We just needed a quick night stay in a road trip. Clean room, however staff were unfriendly at checkin and uninterested when I let them know the room was miserably hot. The light in the bathroom is also connected to the rather noisy overhead fan.

For over $180 for one night, I expected a bug free room. The gentleman apologized but made no effort to do anything other than bring me bug spray. I've been a Hilton Honors member for years, and this is not the experience I usually have. Bugs are NOT acceptable.

No chairs. Not one. They have a kids stool ypu can sit on with no back support. GIANT empty space that could hold the missing chair or even 2 or a sofa! Then they are selling Ramen soup in a hotel room with no microwave. There is a space for a microwave, but they cheaped out. If you only need a bed and a tv youre good here.

The rooms were nice but a bit spartan. No coffee maker or cups in the rooms. We did enjoy the breakfast, the pool, and the coin laundry. Could have been a bit quieter. It seemed as if the floors were thin.

being a new hotel of course made the cleanliness excellent. Easy check in with staff. No issues. Grab and go breakfest was very addequate. Will be looking for the Spark chain more often.
