Booked a suite that was very comfortable and spacious for us two. Staff all helpful and friendly especially Rita who served breakfast

All was pleasant. Comfortable bed and healthy choices at breakfast. The only drawback was the annoying fan in the bathroom. It turned on with this light so unavoidable.

Very well designed rooms, loved the shower and bathroom having lots of room will definitely stay again

Yes. We asked for extra pillows and for a chair for the shower in our ADA room. Then when our car wouldn't start, they helped us with cables. We are telling everyone that the staff is AMAZING!!! Thank you. We'll be back.

The front desk person, CJ, went above and beyond to make us comfortable as family congregated in dining area. Miss Rita, breakfast cook and hospitality, was so warm and welcoming that we felt like old friends. Every single staff member I met was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again

We had a lovely day at the residence Inn in Little Rock. It’s in a safe quiet neighborhood. The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially give high marks to Rita in the kitchen who prepared a wonderful breakfast, including gluten-free options.

The property itself is very nice, room was comfortable, clean and updated. Breakfast was okay but not as warm as it should be. The biggest problem is the noise from the multiple trains in the area. Rumbling of the rails and whistle blowing about every 2 hours all night. Okay place to stay if you have a family member at the medical center, but we had a hard time sleeping.

The bed was incredibly cozy – definitely one of the most comfortable! The breakfast had a good variety. We also really appreciated the flexibility of the staff – when our original room didn’t quite work for us, they kindly offered us another one without any issues. One thing to keep in mind is the pet fee, which was $150 – a bit of a surprise since we’re used to much lower fees (usually around $50). Just something to be aware of if you're traveling with pets. Also, we noticed that the night shift staff was much friendlier compared to the morning team – not sure why, but it definitely stood out.

It was easy on and off the interstate. The bed was comfortable and we liked that there was plenty of hot water for the shower. When we first entered our room, we were hit with a slight sour smell. It made us think that the room hadn’t been used for awhile. We discussed this with the manager when we checked out. She said that she would personally look into this.

Great property, however, pet fee is $150!

They checked in with me within 15 minutes to make sure my room was clean and to my satisfaction. Close to family outings. Good breakfast!

Nice place to stay

We stayed here just for a night on our way to Indiana from Texas. We have stayed in the same brand hotel in other state, and it was nicer. This is seems old, too old, but good enough. The first thing is the location. It is pretty closer to the main interstate road, but there is nothing to go, even a decent place to eat nearby. The room walls are thin so we could hear people talking in the halls and outside. Parking is free and available easily but the main issue is security. On entering our room, we noticed a note from the hotel management warning us to watch out for our vehicle. That was news to me. Never met anything like this before in my entire life. Not sure, maybe it is getting more common nowadays. The check in was not flawless and fast. We had a gentleman in training servicing us, but we understand. The person is learning. The manager was able to help him and us. Both were very polite. Breakfast is included but no restaurant inside or nearby, as Ie ruined. So, we ordered Daahdoor. It was ok. It is a good place to stay when on the road, but price could be cheaper considering what is offered.

The key cards didn’t work. No extra bedding for the fold out. No utensils or coffee cups. Phone didn’t work. WiFi was spotty. Blankets weren’t comfortable. Staff was fantastic but the room was poor.

Check in was easy & the area is very well lit and maintained. The room is well kept & rhe pillows are very comfy!

The location was great. We were minutes from shopping, parks, church and more. Our suite was more like an apartment than a hotel room. The continental breakfast was very good. It had hot and cold food choices. The front desk staff and kitchen staff were very friendly and ready to help when needed. We’ll definitely stay there again. I have no complaints.

The room was very clean and well furnished. The staff here is the shining stars of this hotel. They were so helpful and nice. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of food, milk and juices. I will stay here again if in this area for sure.

I love everything about the property. The only area lacking was housekeeping service had to be requested.

After having booked a room at Residence Inn North Little Rock 2 months in advance, we were informed while enroute during our 4 hour drive to the hotel that there were now no rooms avaliable. So our Residence Inn reservation was transferred to the Fairfield right next door which we agreed to do. The room that was given to us there reeked of smoke. Would have preferred a non-smoking room. We didnt complain, only stayed 2 nights. Other than that hiccup, it was really alright. The staff were great........

Very grateful for the kind staff and cleanliness of this hotel. So comforting when you are traveling and tired. We will be back.

Dirty and run down. Pool and fitness were closed due to construction, which should really require a refund. If I knew that I would’ve stayed somewhere else.

The room was clean, quiet, comfortable. But, getting on to the internet was going to be a process to get on. . We had to use our own membership to get onto Netflix. The swimming pool and the exercise room were closed That was especially disappointing, as we still had to pay the regular price.

Easy check in, clean and comfortable rooms. We would stay at Marriott residence inn for travel anytime.

The room was very spacious and very well laid out. With a refrigerator, range and microwave - everything you could need or want. However, the HVAC compressor outside made so much noise, coupled with the unit in the room that I managed only 3 hours of sleep. I achieved that because the bed was very comfortable. Something needs to be done reference the high decibel level occurring in the room.

Terrible customer service. Switched us to a different hotel and then charged us again at new hotel even though we had already paid. Will not refund us.

The room we got has full kitchen that we didn’t use. The place was quiet. We were passing through and just checked in sleep and checked out.

Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is great for extended stays, the breakfast was loaded with choices and the staff were friendly. Our great-granddaughters loved the pool and we were there for an event with them. For a longer stay we would have made better use of the kitchen.

Roaches in our room and the hallway. Both queen size beds were very old and uncomfortable. You could feel everything. We also used the pull out couch which was a joke. Maybe 3 inches thick and could feel everything. Linen was very thin and I was told they had no extra pillows for that bed. Never eat the eggs, they tasted like plastic.

Very nice! Our family of 4 loved our 2 bedroom with the pullout couch and slept comfortably. There was even a kitchenette with all the utensils and a mini market at the check-in desk. Breakfast was delicious! The pool was well kept and the kids had a blast for our short stay! Highly recommend!

We were passing through and this was a great hotel and great location for ease of access for our travels.

It was clean and quiet but again there was a $75 pet deposit(nonrefundable) that I was not aware of until I got there. Other than the pet fee my stay was enjoyable.

This hotel was not the best place I've stayed. Smelled like weed, room barely cleaned to acceptable standards, tub/shower drain very slow.

It was a last minute reservation and the staff was amazing especially Kendra. The room was comfortable and clean. Great space for our family and dogs. We had a room with two bedrooms.

Overall this hotel was perfectly fine, my family was comfortable and happy with our stay. My only complaint is that the hotel still advertises having a hot tub and there is a hot tub pictured in the photos of the hotel. There is not a hot tub, so I feel mislead. This wouldn’t be an issue except that I was specifically looking for a hotel with a hot tub when I booked. I would’ve gone with another hotel had I known there wasn’t actually one.

Hotel was great. I reserved a one bedroom suite and when we arrived we ended up in just a regular suite. We have three little kids so it’s nice to have the separation. I asked the hotel what happened The room worked ok for us.

Room was fine - it was basic. Bed was clean. Pack n play was VERY old and if I had a choice, I wouldn’t have used it. They probably need to invest and buy new every few months. It’s what? $100? Worth it. Bfast was fine. We did it in a hurry and was fine. Again every staff member was very friendly. We were there 2 nights. House keeping never came. There was 1 trash can (annoying), and by the end of the 1st day, it was over flowing. No one came - and we were out of the room without the do not disturb on the door. We had our infant, which means dirty diapers - but the trash was never changed. Yes I love having my bed made, but whatever. It’s the trash and clean towels that pushed me over the edge. But I was too busy with family and the events of the weekend - a guest can’t be expected to call for housekeeping. Just do it - even just the basic stuff. At home, when my trash is full I take it out. At a hotel - I can’t do that. We ended up putting plastic bags of trash in hallway bc it was beyond overflowing. Again - fine stay. But simple things would’ve made a pretty crazy, busy and hectic weekend so much better.

While I still find the convenience of this type of hotel rather than most, I critique with the hopes that things will improve for future customers.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need. During the week, they offer hot options with their continental breakfast but weekends are cold only. There is a large selection of individually wrapped foods. They laundry facilities are priced well. The pool was a comfortable temperature and no more than 10 people allowed at a time. Reservations for the pool are made to help ensure this. Overall it was a great stay!

The staff was amazing and accommodating! Check in was a pleasure because of it! The room, however, was quite concerning. The toilet didn’t flush, so I had to remove the back of the toilet and manually flush it. There was no bedding on the pull out couch [i did ask for some and was given them right away] and the mattress itself was thin, lumpy, and tilted towards the head of the bed. While checking the closets for the bedding I discovered a large pile of dirty towels. There was also food crumbs on the box spring portion (exposed by a smaller mattress on top) of the bed. I was especially bothered by these conditions because of the covid situation our country is facing!

Shortly after settling into our room we were called on the room phone to ask if our room was satisfactory and if any additional issues needed to be addressed. (Which we had none because the room had no issues.) Will recommend to everyone I know. Best overall experience I’ve had yet!

Overall a comfortable stay. The room was very clean and spacious. I always like to get a suite room so there is a sitting area available. The only downside is the pull out sofa sleepers are rarely bearable overnight. This room was no exception.

Awesome stay staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was on the side with freeway so was kinda loud but the double room suite was perfect and even had a fire place. Will definitely be back for another staycation.

Disappointing

Nice hotel - clean and quiet. They were great about pets and the rooms were large and well kept. I’d definitely recommend this as a place to stay. Breakfast was good with a fairly wide selection.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. 2 bedroom suite was large enough for my husband and I and 4 boys. Breakfast was very good as well. Person who checked us in was very kind and explained all amenities to entertain our boys while we were there.

There were cobwebs and the refrig. was not clean. Rowdy people up and down halls, not quiet! My cat was freaking out from all the noise. No sleep both night's. I would not recommend this place.
