staff tried to help... Roaches, dead and alive, in the room. the big water bug roaches TV in one room didn't work. Original room was not cleaned or made up when we got to the room. Ended up in 3rd room. Had the roaches in that room, including a live roach on the wall in the shower side entrance near the first room had not been clean like the lobby was ....heavy urine smell as you cam into the entryway from the parking lot. But the front entrance was totally clean all the time

The hall smelled of weed, the room was lacking in cleanliness. One wall was covered in dirt. One lamp shade was missing. The alarm clock didn't work, the back of the remote was missing. The wall s had holes all throughout. The free breakfast was depressing and needing care.

Me and my boyfriend had a big aredeal with this hotel never will I ever stay here they gone accuse my boyfriend of smoking in the hotel I ask him to pull up the camera pull it up and then he gone gone say am give you ten min to get ya stuff he lick my stuff in the room and threat to call the police on us we don’t do nothing to them and I thank it’s all because we where black and either he just had a bad morning but I wouldn’t recommend any black to stay here all he want was for me to pay the 200 hundred and I told him no call the police cause when they come they home side with me

There was nobody EVER at the front desk. Had to stand there for awhile before anyone ever came. Housekeeping just walks into the room without knocking, and the doors dont lock. They are REAL funny about vaping in the hallway and rooms, but didnt care that there was dog hair in the bathtubs and all around the toilet. Also didnt care about people smoking marjiaunua right outside of the doors and blowing smoke out all over when my kids were walking by. We had a double bed, and you could hardly even walk around the room bc of NO space. The guy in the front was extremely rude to my husband about an error that was made with THEIR system when checking in. we managed because my husband was working around here but NEVER. AGAIN.

It was extremely clean, unfortunately the whole experience was let down, by the bed linen not being changed. It had human hair on it. And obviously had not been changed. I did let the front counter know, in the morning. But that night I had just finished a 10 hour drive. And was exhausted.

The floors in the room haven't been mopped in months and the bottom of my socks were black from the fifth, the coffee pot was filled with old coffee and an old coffee packet the locking mechanism on the door was sketchy at best and then when I went to the dining room to get a cup of coffee at 10 minutes till 9:00 the staff had removed all the coffee cups.

Room was nasty and had visible trash on bathroom floor. Bathroom door knob and hair drier was broken. We had an early morning appt and had to go with wet hair. Found a dead bed bug. Floors were so sticky. We didn’t want to take our shoes off. Room stayed too hot all night even with a lowered temperature. We got NO sleep. Dirty towels on back of bathroom door that someone else had used. Empty Kleenex box still in container on bathroom sink. We will never stay here again. GROSS!! Need to get better housekeeping.

When I arrived I rang the buzzer, outside of the hotel because doors are locked, for about 15-20 mins and NO ONE ANSWERED. I had to call the hotel just to get someone to come to the front desk and let me in. Which when I walked back to the front lobby door there STILL was NO ONE!!! She took about 5 more mins to come. There were several missing light bulbs. I had no towels. Paint was splattered all over. The fridge was broke. There was no coffee pot. I paid for a suite and was put in a broke down regular room. It looked COMPLETELY different than the rooms I saw on the 1st floor. The closet was LITERALLY broken off the wall and there wasn’t a bar to hang my clothes from.

Booked on hotels.com with a hotels.com giftcard which was charged $87 to stay 1 night. Nowhere did it say anything about a $100 deposit to acquire the room. So the quality inn would not let us stay even though we paid $87 for a room. So we weren't able to stay at a hotel and we're out $87 for the room that was already paid for us to stay in. Every time I tried to cancel the booking or get a refund it said that our trip was in progress. How can it be in progress when I'm not even allowed to check in at the hotel. Terrible business educate. They should be ashamed of themselves.

The property was horrific bugs in the rooms. Smoked cigarette burns on comforters that was non-smoking poor customer service they didn’t clean the room. I didn’t make the bed just nasty. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for my dogs to sleep in.

We were in a big bus and it several families and or couples that had their own rooms reserved they instantly assumed that we all would stay in a few rooms together, not enough towels, pool was not open, roaches everywhere

Terrible experience. Front of house staff were positive but then the room wasn't clean. Dirty pillow cases and a roach on the ground. When I asked for a refund, five mins after i arrived, they refused.

There was quite a bit of mold in the bathroom

Hotel is located in a horrible part of town. Cops all around with people pulled over, outside of their vehicles. Homeless people sitting around every where. Random vehicles parked around and in the parking lot, blaring music. My mom and I were on the second floor, once you got off the elevator, it’s was miserably hot. I’m assuming the floor didn’t have air. The room was hot, you would think they would have turned the air on knowing they were renting out the room. The air machine was leaking all over the floor, the soda machines were sold out of everything so when we tried to get our money back, the machine didn’t refund anything. We told the person at the front desk that barely spoke English and all she could say was talk to the manager tomorrow. We asked for our money back on the room or to put us on the first floor because it was too hot on the second floor and the floor of the room was nasty and the bathtub had all kinds of bugs. We changed rooms and all throughout the night we could hear loud noises coming from outside and loud music. I’d rather spend more on a room and have a better experience than save money and worry about your safety all night. We will never stay here again.

In the morning, I went down for breakfast There was a dead (thankfully) roach by the counter near the food. Someone also tried to steal our car off of the tow dolly overnight.

When we checked in the lobby smelled like crack smoke, the room had dead bed bugs on the wall, the pictures didn’t look nothing like the room. It was a good option on a budget

Good for a quick night stay. Booked because it mentioned a pool, but the pool is out of service. The air wasnt as cold, but it was fine for the night. Overall it was a good stay. OH! There is a deposit of $50 USD. Its refundable, but it would have been nice to know

I didn't know what to expect because of the area but was very pleased with my stay and the condition of the hotel and my room. There was a loud group of youngsters across the hall up at 2am but I didn't report it.

The hotel room was no clean at all. Given towel with stains, and when asked for new towels we received more stained towels. The mirror in the restroom was cracked, the sheets had holes in them, and the headboard was falling apart. We also found lighters and used needles in the drawer. The staff did not seem to have a care about our concerns when mentioned. Would not recommend.

We checked in and was ask first to give them a $50.00 refundable deposit which was weird, I've never had a hotel ask that before. The pictures on the internet don't match what what we saw the room or guest service desk. As soon as we checked in there was a man in the front doing construction ripping up the floor. As we were checking in we started reading the signs they posted. One was no refunds after 20 minutes. We got to our room and one bed had a stain on it of some sort. The sheets looked like they have been slept and and not changed. The bathroom had hair in the tub and in the sink. Over the sink on the ceiling it looked like plywood had been painted black. My whole overall experience I felt as though this room had been used and not clean and I asked for a immediate refund at the front desk. The ladies at the front asked why I was wanting a refund and and I told them I didn't feel it was cleared. They tried to offer us another room but I declined. She was very nice she did Refund me my fifty dollars But told me since I but Booked the room third party I would have to get in touch with them for a refund of the room.

We had three different rooms during a one night stay. There were cockroaches in two out of three rooms and the third one had a rampant mold problem that you could smell as soon as you walked in. We found a roach in the middle of the floor meaning the room was not cleaned thoroughly prior to our arrival. The front desk girl was new and gave us a hard time about getting a new room claiming she would then have a dirty room she could not sell. However clearly the rooms were never clean to begin with. When we were complaining trying to find a new room someone else came up saying there was a wet spot in the middle of there bed that reeked of pee and the sheets were yellow. We almost left and took the loss of the money for the

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but even though the price was fair, the issues could have been prevented by someone paying attention to the upkeep of the room.The room we were in was below average. There was a leak under the sink. The bath towel was wet from the leak. There was only one hand towel. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn't work. The remote did not have a back cover, the battery fell out and went under the bed. When my husband looked under the bed and under the couch, there was dust and trash underneath. There was a cigarette hole in the pillowcase. The deadbolt screw was loose from the wall. We went to the front desk more than we should have. Again, these were issues that didn't have to be.

Cockroaches everywhere, we only stopped for a couple hour nap, which was almost impossible because there was a train horn blowing all night. Pay the extra $20-$40 and just stay somewhere else. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The motel is old. When we first arrived the night staff was arguing with a customer over reservation. No explanation on how to get to our room. Elevator is in the back of motel. Did not tell us what time is the breakfast. The pool is out of order. The floor in the room was sticky. The shower was leaking. Guest was outside the hallway talking and taking pictures. The room we stay in was 202. Not stay here again.

I made a mistake w my reservation thru the 3rd party agent but the front desk clerk went way above and beyond to help me get it fixed and in for the night without being stuck paying for 2 nights...he didn't have to do that but he did so the owners should know how good he is with guests

I had booked a hotel for four nights after the first night I woke up and saw a cockroach in my room, so requested a refund and left the hotel. They still charge me for the night I stayed, and the next day did not refund me for the last day or my deposit

Easy check in

I really enjoyed my stay. The only issues that I had was the grab bar in the shower was not fastened. If I would have slipped and needed to grab it, it would have come off the wall. Also, the shower head was not fastened to the wall. You can see where they tried to fix it, but they were not successful.

They said they were charging me a $20 deposit for something. They charged me to check in early. I haven't had the $100 deposit reimbursed, that's right not 20, but 100.

It was a good stay. Front desk was excellent. Price was reasonably good! Room was clean and perfect! I’d definitely consider this place for another stay!

This property is nasty, non-smoking had cigarette holes throughout the comfort, refrigerator had dead bugs in it, the curtain to the window did not close, smell weed smoke in room. Unacceptable!!!!!

This hotel was absolutely disgusting! It smelled like someone was smoking pot, the floors in the entry way and halls were filthy, once we got into a room the shower hardly worked, the toilet wouldn’t flush and as my husband was going down to talk to the front desk we noticed roaches. The staff was very rude when my husband tried to talk to them about it and the pool wasn’t open like we were told it was.

My only request when searching for a room was a pool. This pool was closed and wasnt even mentioned at check in. The wall ij the bathroom had a hole from the door handle and there was a gap under the door to the hallway. I reserved 2 queen beds and got 2 double beds. The staff was nice and room was clean.

Its an old hotel that has been poorly maintained. Room smelled heavily of scented cleaning products. Booked a suite and was given a room. Didn't spend the night, booked another room at a better hotel.

This was a nice property. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast. No muffins or bagels at all. Only bread for toast... white bread. Only apples, no other fruit. I know that this was Easter Sunday, but i just expected better.

This establishment was so good to me after being displaced due to a tornado my children, our cat, and I got a nice place to stay with nice service.

We travel to Arkansas to visit my husband's family and normally its good. We've stayed at this hotel last year and it was pretty good for the price. Customer service good, price good, even pretty clean. But, this trip we stayed at the same exact hotel and it was different. The customer service was good, but this time the hotel hallways, elevators, and halls to the rooms were disgusting. We witnessed liquids thats was spilled in the halls near the elevators, the day we checked in. The carpet in the halls by the rooms were not vacuumed, and the elevator floors were sticky and nasty. The morning we checked out, everything i mentioned was the same. Only clean are was the lobby and our room. Only complaints about the room was that there was no smoke alarm. It was disconnected and not replaced. That the last time we will stay there.

Wifi didnot work and when we asked about it, the reception guy didn't even respond. Free breakfast was horrible but the only thing good was the comfy bed thus giving two stars.

When we arrived check in went ok. We walked into hotel in a wave of marijuana small, hallways were loud with movement. I called for extra towels they said they will be at my room in 10 minutes. I waited for an hour had to go back to car to drive to the front desk to ask again Which they advised I coke back in 10 minutes. So I waited finally he told me to follow him down a long hallway to get. Get back to the room clean up to get ready for bed we lay down get comfy. I grab my cup to get a drink of water and what so I see a roach. Needless to say I woke my husband we got dressed and left to find another facility. Mean while we were in the middle of an ice storm and I am disabled and can barely walk. We left !

I liked that it was close to the activities in the area i was attending and it was a safe clean environment. I didnt like the fact that i was getting asked my whole stay by the staff (the person who checked me in) what room i was in.

The location was centrally located for easy access to everything in less than 10 minutes & Plus right of the highway with easy access back on.

Don’t stay here

This was the dirtiest hotel that I have ever stayed at. Quality Inn? More like “No Quality Inn.” There was a dead rat in the parking lot, a dirty mop being used to wash the floor, stains on the walls, elevators, bedsheets, towels, and the stench of bad food every around corner we turned. There were empty vendor machines, rust around the ice maker, dead plants in the hallway, and actual trash in the doorway. Don’t stay here. I checked out within 30 minutes.

This hotel is in a ruff area. Very scary. My bedding was stained and had holes. The plug 🔌 ins more than half didn’t work. And I seen cockroaches when I got up in the morning. Pet friendly but charged way to much for this hotel for only two small dogs.

Our room was clean, now the hallways carpet were filthy. We had a smoke detector bleeping every 30 secs in the first room they put us in and we called they immediately changed our room. Breakfast was great. Pool was out of order.

It need an upgrade

No one attended the front desk, I had to ring a bell and wait for assistance to check in and check out of the hotel. The room was very dark and dingy. I wasn’t comfortable with how dirty it was; very dusty, hairs in the shower and sink and stains all over the comforter. I disinfected the whole room myself before I felt like I could relax in it. The bathroom did not have any ventilation so the room was very humid after showering. Our first night there alarms went off several times then stopped abruptly. My boyfriend was heckled for money by another guest in the hallway when he went to get himself a drink. We will NOT be going back to this hotel or staying in North Little Rock anymore.
