I was seeking clarity for a Booking reservation upon check-in she refused to look at the paperwork nor give any explanation. Overall she was very unwelcoming. The mattress was too soft causing y back to ache.

Didn’t get much sleep as you can hear when a toilet flushes the water going through the pipes in the wall. It was very loud…. We was on level 3.

The check-in clerk was a smart slick. The ice machine didn’t work and another person said that they had reported it not working the day before. The printer for our receipt didn’t work. The bathtub drained very slow. Disappointed to learn that parking cost 10 dollars and that there was a charge for breakfast. We were going to buy an ice cream cup until we learned that it cost 13 dollars. Very ridiculous. Done with hilton

Staff was extremely rude. 10 dollars for parking in an empty lot was outrageous. Breakfast wasn’t free. We had to check out three rooms. The air conditioner wouldn’t get below 75. It was miserable. The person of color at the front desk said hotels don’t get any cooler. Bad experience.

To start, I didn't read the fine print and it turns out I had to pay $10.00 a day for parking so I guess it was my fault, I asked at checking if they had my Hilton Honors reward number and they said I couldn't use it because I did no reserved directly with Hilton, I used Expedia, asked if I could get a bottle water and they said, we'll do it this time but if you do not reserve directly with us and use your member number, we supposed to charge you for it. I was there from Sunday through Wednesday and my bed was made and got clean towels once, did not vacuum or clean the bathroom floor, I saw the same dirt stain every day. To me, it was not a good experience and since I visit that town every year for business, I guess I will be looking for a different hotel to stay in.

Checking in was a breeze as I had prepaid for the room. The incidental fee has increased from 50.00 per room per night to 75.00 and they now charge a 10.00 parking fee. No big deal. The room was spotless, clean and the air and heat worked perfect. All the staff was professional and nice. I checked out at 9:00AM. By 11:00AM my 75.00 fee was already back on my Capital One credit card.

$10 to park is new and just a money grab. Air conditioned seems to be preprogrammed to cut off between hours of 2-5am (all of the last 3 times I’ve stayed there). Too hot to sleep.

Check in/checkout was seamless. The staff was nice. There was no room service the forst night and I disnt realize they do it every other night. We needed more towels and they gave them right away. The omelettes at breakfast were amazing! Breakfast is not free. I would have loved the opportunity to pur hase a food voucher at the time of booking.

Front desk was amazing fast friendly efficient!! Even let me know it was a little busier than usual. Only downfall was the air in room would not go below 73. I was working all day so this was the only complaint since i like it cooler when i sleep. I belive ive had this issue before woth same location with top floor rooms. Will def stay again. Wonderful spacious room and love the fedk so i can do my work conference calls professionally.

Checkin went smoothly the desk clerk Jeanna was very professional and personable The bar/restaurant were closing when I arrived however a continental breakfast would be available for $10.95 a menu was also available or $14.95 you could have both that I didn’t understand but didn’t need to $140+ for a room that was comfortable but nothing to write home about They say first time for everything…paying for a continental breakfast?! Got to hotel and our room wasn't available at 11:20 pm. They over booked and gave our room away. We had 4 people staying. The guy tried to find a room the first go around and only had a king room. They didn’t have good descriptions so he had to go look for a room with a sleeper softa. Final after 30 to 40 minutes he found one. Got to the room and they didnt have a bed in a bag in the room, then i had to go get one. I would hope they would grant me some heavy Hilton points for not even having our room when we arrived and no one bothered to let us know. It would be great to get some points for $$$ for the inconvenience. Thanks, Mr. Hull

I was charged a room upgrade I never asked for or was informed about at church in. Asli, I was charged for an additional night because the person at reception I spoke to didn't make a note of my request to check out one hour past the checkout time even though they confirmed that this would be okay i.e. would not incure additional charges, to me in person at the time of the request.

The hotel was excellent in all ways except one. I had booked online using hotels.com and the pay at hotel choice. But when we checked in, my friend paid it on her credit card. She got a receipt for it. Only when I went to pay my credit card this month, i also got charged for the same room!

It was subpar, considering it was a Hilton. Our room toilet barely flushed, community bathroom toiletries like soap, shampoo, cheap toilet paper. Pool room was outdated and broken in places pool had missing parts of the wall and flooring, felt like we were at the YMCA. If I can I’ll be canceling my return trip when passing through Little Rock in 4 days.

We booked a junior suite with two queens and a sofa sleeper - family of 5. When we got there, we were given our keys. We went to the room only to realize she gave us only 2 queens. Went back downstairs and the front desk staff was clueless and not helpful. Said there was nothing she could do. My husband went downstairs to get an extra blanket foe tbe youngest of our kids as it was late and we were just gling to make due. Another staff member (male) was extremely rude and tried to say they didnt have any only to end up giving my husband two blankets. Finallt about an hr after, the front desk calls us back and says "oh you were actially supposed to be in room no 408..." at this point we had already gotten the littles to sleep so we just sajf wed stay where we were. One of the worst customer service experiences weve had at a hikton or any hotel for that matter.

drove up from Dallas. check in slow and then i got to room to find the keys didn't work. Had to go back down with luggage to get keys redone. I'm a senior citizen and that just wasn't my idea of a good check in. Maybe older lady with fake blue hair is not a good representative for customer relations.

Our stay was not great. A/C unit wasn’t working, the front desk person advised us to use thermostat on the wall only to discover the thermostat had been removed. Front desk person came in and reset the unit, it worked for a few minutes and stopped working almost immediately. The thermostat read 60 degrees but it never got below 80 We had been traveling all evening and didn’t get checked in until 1:30 am. We barely slept and left the next morning exhausted with another long drive in front of us. The $75 non refundable pet deposit hardly qualified as “pet friendly “ as stated in the description. We won’t return to this facility .

My co-worker reserved a room for two nights three weeks in advance the same as me, but the two nights were not confirmed at check in. when we came back for the second night, her room was cleaned out. No one called her to notify her that her luggage was taken downstairs. No accommodations could be made for her and she ended up having to share my room with one king bed for the second night of our work trip.

Hilton Hotels have always been a very pleasant place to stay at. Everything around the hotel, including the staff, were great. The only two negative things to say about this place was, one: the first room we received smelled very damp and mildewy. Second: the second room was very clean, but the beds had bed bugs. My wife and daughter had multiple and very ugly bites on them.

Me and my family always stay at the Hilton Garden when we are in Little Rock, AR. This was my first time having an issue with one of their rooms. I took a nap when I woke up ants 🐜 were all over the desk. I immediately went to the front desk to see if I could change me room or see if the had any ant spray. I was told by Kristina that the hotel was booked up and she would let her manager know what was going on. I was also told that they could not offer me a refund since my room was purchased through a third party (Hotel.Com). I emailed hotel.com to inform them of the problem and I was told that they would try to contact the Hilton Garden to see if they would issue me a refund. The manger at Hilton Garden would not return their calls. So, unprofessional. I do have pictures and a video of the ants if anyone is interested.

We were looking for convenience with having a restaurant on site since we would be arriving late. We didn’t expect anything special knowing it was hotel food but unfortunately it was actually really bad. We threw most of it out.

Upon arrival our wireless key (that we had been notified was ready several hours prior) let us into the building but not the room. While we were trying to get it to work the front desk clerk was lurking in the hallway playing on her cellphone and glaring at us and when we started towards the front desk she states “um is there something I can help you with” in a manner that suggested we shouldn’t be in the building. Only 2 towels in room for 5 guest reservation. No pillows or blankets available in the room for the fold out bed. Called to request and was told I would need to “come get them myself because she was the only one there” in a rude tone that suggested I was a nuisance for requesting basic items. Went to the front desk to get items, and clerk was no where to be seen. After calling out twice she emerged from where she was sitting on her phone with no socks or shoes on to hand me items. This person represents your hotel, and it’s not a good experience or image.

Upon arrival, our wireless door key would not open our door even though we were checked in and alerted our room and key were ready hours prior. After multiple tries we had to go get physical keys. Front desk clerk seemed sketchy and was hanging out in hallway on her cellphone when we arrived. No pillows or blankets available for the pullout bed in the room this trip even though our reservation was for 5 people. Had to contact the front desk for them. Was told I “would need to come get them from the front myself because she was the only person there, but would have to give her time because she had to go to housekeeping for the pillows”. Understandable under normal circumstances but she was hanging out in the hallway on her cell when we arrived not at the desk, and when we went to the front for the pillows we had to call out a couple of times for assistance because the clerk was in the back, eating, and the desk was not manned at all. There were only 2 bath towels in the room- again for a reservation that was clearly for 5 people and made the day prior. 1 tv remote was disgusting and obviously not cleaned. It was caked with icing and visible smears over the whole remote. We had to clean it ourselves. Overall disappointing.

We have stayed here several times before and it is a great hotel. However, this time we did not buy the trip insurance. Then the family we were travelling to see got covid. (So my mistake for not getting the "tariff"). Even though i am a Hilton Honors Member and even though we have stayed there several times they would not let us switch dates and we lost our money. We will never stay there again.
