Location was close to the I-40, facilities and rooms were exceptional, staff was very accommodating and friendly, food items and quality of food was really good (Starbucks was a plus for my daughter and niece), and pet-friendly. Great price booked through Booking.com. This is marked as one of our favorites to book again with future travels.

The property was clean and the staff very friendly. The location was great, next to a few restaurants if you don’t want to eat at the bistro. Great value for the price! The drink prices at the bar were a little high but it was nice to not have to leave the hotel to get a cocktail.

The room was comfortable and clean. The facility felt safe. Easy parking and easy access to nearby roads. Lots of options for food and drinks.

Friendly staffs. Very convenient location. Nice hotel but perfectly clean. There were cockroaches walking on the floor at the corridor along the maintenance rooms and kitchen. Also, there were cockroaches in our room. Tried to ask front desk to resolve the issue, but they sent the maintenance guy to fix our AC instead.

Darrell and Ronnie were very kind and respectful. They were amazing. My only complaint is the pool is closed for the summer. But we only stayed overnight and had a great time

Clean and staff were very pleasant I called and asked about the pool and was told that they do have a pool which is correct but the pool is currently closed due to resurfacing. I had teenagers who expected to swim so this was a disappointment

Very comfortable beds. Quiet. Very friendly staff. Only unfortunate was the pool was not open.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. Only downside is they don't free breakfast but has a Bistro restaurant onsite serving breakfast, lunch and dinner options.

Only problem was getting an Uber.

It was nice and clean with a great location to restaurants that I like, beautiful indoor pool and gym facilities and a great outdoor firepit area.

The staff was very friendly food was very good room was very clean and it was very quiet at night was not able to hear the neighbors. You could hear a little of the doors closing in the halls but not like other hotels I have stayed at which made that very nice.

Front desk was welcoming and efficient each shift. Had only a minor issue but it was fixed quickly. Front deck even retrieved my speaker i fogot in the room . Thankss for a great honest staff.

Room was nice. Check in was quick. But service in the restaurant/Bistro was terrible. The bartender was very helpful but the kitchen took an hour before we got any food. If it’s scheduled to be open until ten, get someone that can fix a bowl of soup and grill cheese quicker than that. Ridiculous!!

The hotel was under construction this week. The room had several water bugs.

Comfortable bed and pillows, very clean room. Carpets recently shampooed as carpet was still damp when we arrived. Close to interstate 40 so very noisy if you open a window to get fresh air, but air conditioner i room works great and not noisy. Staff went out of their way to accomodate our needs after long drive. The Whole Hog BBQ across the parking lot is delicious and i am not a big fan of BBQ.

The hall air conditioner was inoperable. The room air conditioner had not been turned on so it took over 3 hrs to get the room comfortable enough to rest. The staff was great and I spoke with the front desk person about getting rate reduction.

It definitely needs some upgrades. Open wires under ac unit ( not safe for toddlers for sure), squeaking beds and bathroom was meh. The service and staff were good and friendly.

Front desk was amazing. I believe his name was lewis but not sure on that. He gave great service and pointed out all the perks of my stay. Including the bar (super nice lobby )with tv and even a fire pit located outside. Will def be adding to my list of staycation spots when i need a mental health day away.

Great location and parking areas well lit. Breakfast is not free, but we had to get out really early so can’t comment on how good it is. BBQ restaurant right next door had great ribs for dinner on checkin day!

My husband is from Little Rock, and whenever we travel in from Dallas, we always stay at this Marriott location. It’s a great location, always clean and comfortable. Fantastic! We had a great stay. Easy to book a room, staff were great, room was spectacular. The whole hotel smelled wonderful and was very clean. Highly recommend.

I stayed here while passing through and it was great. Very quiet, comfy bed and warm room. Only thing was complimentary water(or any drinking water) was not available because GM was on leave. Overall great and will stay again.

Towels had a foul odor

I ordered a roll in shower and got a tub. You could tell the room needed random minor fixes to the tile on the wall to the sofa that was in the room.

They accommodated us so well! We had a full house in the pool area and lobby for a couple hours to celebrate my kids birthdays with family, and they were so patient and kind! Room was clean and food was great at the bistro !

The room was nice, very clean. For us the bed was too soft - just a personal preference but with back issues it’s important.

Perfect place to stay and visit places like the Little Rock zoo. Easy access to dining options and shopping.

I over a hundred dollars for a room. The room was ok and bathroom was okay too. Motels 6 have free breakfast this is supposed to be better but it's not.

My room was just right for my cross country trip. Coffee in the lobby would have been nice to have, though- you can only get coffee when the bistro is open, which doesn’t open til 7am. Plenty of parking, comfy bed, hot shower. I couldn’t quite reach the sink in bathroom though, its small and too far back in the counter away from where I was standing for me to reach.

Louis (or is it Lewis?) at the front desk is an absolute rock star! He was everything someone working in hospitality should be- warm, helpful, pro-active and incredibly kind!

The room was very clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom/shower were in great working. The area is nice with two restaurants in very short walking distance. There is a mall only a few blocks away and multiple other places to eat very close by.

I wan there one night for a wedding. The room was clean and confortable. THe staff was inattentive and uninterested. THey had no motivation to serve the clients. Would hardly get up from their chair or appear from behind a wall or a desk to answer your question. In the morning, the breakfast bar was able to offer coffee only apparently. No food, toast, egg... nothing even though we inquired the night before and were told the times breakfast was served (at extra cost). I will not return....

It states on the site that breakfast is served from 6-10am on the weekends, however the cook left before 9am and their Starbucks coffee machine was also broken. A storm came in during our second night and water was pouring in from the wall, flooding the floor and air conditioner unit-which did not work. They were unable to move me due to vacancy so we had to stay in that room for the remainder of our trip.

When we arrived at checkin trash was overflowing on the ground from the containers. The hall ways were covered w trash. Once in our room a dresser drawer was broken and many of the lights did not work. Something is seriously wrong here.

The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Just what we needed as a couple.

So I got my parents this hotel and tickets to a concert and let me tell you... THEY WERE SO GREAT WITH IT ALL the staff were amazing and worked with me and the suprise. My perons loved it they said the room was amazing clean and the bed was cunfy. I cant be more pleased and happy about the hotel and staff!!!

There are no towel hooks in the bathroom. Only 1 USB port that was hard to find. The bed was not the size that I had reserved.

Coffee pot in room broken, got in late to bed late woke up late. No coffee and bistro down stairs closed at 930am. Disappointed and crappy with no coffee.

The room is clean, and new. If one thing that needs to change is the electrical outlets by the bedside we’re not working right and no USB outlet. The coffee maker outlet had the same problem. I unplugged the alarm clock and used the outlet. Overall it is a nice hotel that worth the price, close to restaurants and Little Rock area.

The was wonderful! The front desk check in person was awesome. Evening restaurant staff was fantastic. The only negative, and it was a big one was the noise. The hotel is being refurbished, which we were aware. The problem was the noise was still going on late at night after 10. We also heard loud dog barking. Because of the staff, we might be willing to give the hotel another try.

We were placed in a room with a broken ac unit. The staff was friendly and willing to move our rooms. We made it to the second room and same issue. The coolest the room was the entire stay was 77 degrees.

The whole reason we picked this hotel was for the pool and then we come to find out at check in that the pool is out of order. We will not be staying here again.

I called and asked if the pool was open and the front desk clerk informed us that it was. Upon arrival we found that the pool, which was indoor, was open but the heater was not working and the pool water was freezing. That information would’ve been appreciated when I called and inquired about the pool. The bed spread was dirty. The lounge/restaurant area was nice.

This hotel is located in the perfect Hub of North Little Rock! Shopping, dinner, and fun! It was well lit in the parking area and the staff was very friendly!! The room was perfect!

Other than a struggle with the hotel clerk about whether my room had been paid or not through hotels.com, the hotel itself was great. Don’t be fooled by the open cafe, you need to get your coffee by 9:30am. Some restrictive amenities. Super clean and smelled great though!

Checking out, the front desk person was not at her post but sitting in the restaurant eating breakfast. She didn’t bother getting up to check us out.

We enjoyed our 2 nites and 2 day stay! Everything was clean, staff was nice and loved the stay over all.

Overall... the stay was okay. Not great for the price, just okay.

I had a great stay!!! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! Stephanie checked me in and made sure I had everything I needed. After chatting during my checkin, she even made a follow up call to make sure I was happy with my room!!

Breakfast - even though we had a rate that included breakfast the property claimed because we came through Expedia it was not.
