I didn't like anything I booked walked into the room found a stain on a chair in the bed sheets there was crumbs and the bathroom sink and tub were dirty. I work in hospitality and I would not have approved this room or the second room as I booked two rooms as guest ready. once clean this should have been inspected and the housekeeper should have been called back to fix the issues it should have never made it to guest ready status I didn't like anything I booked walked into the room found a stain on a chair in the bed sheets there was crumbs and the bathroom sink and tub were dirty. Shower Cleanliness, bad customer service, didn’t know anything about the room request, bad quality sheets/ quilt, half pillows, nasty walls, only stayed 2 nights and wasn’t able to be refund for the 3rd night.

I got there went in room looking in the bathroom painted peeling off the tub bad they gave me another room went in there same thing so I left it alone then boom turn my tv on and it's broke smh ... the breakfast looked horrible did a waffle it was so nasty it taste like egg only thing was the staff was ok and the bed was comfy I won't be back

I needed to reschedule my booking, but was unable to and was unable to get a refund, so I end up loosing $145 because I could not stay on the dates reserved.

Cons: Very dated. Weak shower pressure, and every wall in the public areas needs paint touch-up, especially around and inside the elevator.

Told breakfast would begin at 6 am when we checked in, only to find out the next morning that it did not start until 7.

The hotel smelled absolutely terrible throughout, everything was old and clearly not taken of or updated- including the elevator. The front doors at the entrance wouldn’t open either. The breakfast wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t fresh. The only reason they got an overall 2 is because the staff was very polite.

Front door locked when I arrived in the morning. Big sign on front desk that says no visitors. Big sign in hallway by breakfast room that says no food or drink is allowed to be taken from the breakfast room. I sat on bench out front and it collapsed.

The rooms are partially renovated. However the plumbing in the bathroom and bathroom renovations are poorly done. There is no hot water which they are blaming on a public utility. This suggests they have no in house hot water capabilities which is highly unlikely as it is either natural gas or electric and the power is on. I believe the Radisson should provide a full refund.

The staff was very humble and nice. But the place needs a lot of work. No it needs a make over because it looks nothing like the pictures on the website. Fasle advertisement i would call it. I cant say it was deplorable but it could have been better. I have pictures and video.

This is not the level of a room/ facility I would expect of a "Radisson" hotel. It had a "painted over" shower stall with the paint peeling off. The walls were dirty and there was dog hair all over the floor. Very disappointing. Staff was nice, but obvious disrepair and dirty.

It was a great stay and I will return on my next trip

Only thing is that you can tell that the rooms were remodeled in a hurry.

The rest of the stay was absolutely horrific. I’ve stayed at multiple Country Inn and Suites throughout the years and always had a nice stay, comfortable bed, and a clean room. This place felt like a bad motel 6 knockoff. The lobby, windows, hallway and elevator all looked like a war zone. Chipped and peeling paint everywhere. Mysteriously wet carpet in the middle of the hallway. Keyed access door barely latched. Ice machine was moldy. This entire “non-smoking” hotel reeked of weed. Trash piled up in the hallway trash cans to the point of overflowing for days. The room was absolutely disgusting. Same level of disrepair as the rest of the place…only worse. Hair left on towels, holes in the sheets, mattress caved in in the middle, something brown splattered on the walls, stained curtains and very obvious SEMEN STAINS on the chair and walls. Even the lampshades were filthy. Bathroom vent called in dust and mildew. The whole shower was chipped and discolored. We stayed for 5 days because the location was convenient but about the third day a friend let us know that this hotel has an hourly rate! We also saw a prostitute and her John come out of the elevator and link up with her pimp who (surprise surprise) is the security guard during the week. Do not stay here. Multiple hot showers and STILL feel icky.

Microwave in room didn’t work, room wasn’t stocked with soap or tissues (empty bottles and boxes). The first thing you see on the front desk is a bunch of NONCORPORATE ENDORSED policies they made about where you can eat the breakfast you pay for leading to a direct confrontation with management when I tried to take my breakfast with me made of under cooked food

What can I say, staff was great, room was ok. “Lipstick on a pig”. Place is old and the remodel is not done properly. All in all as long as the price stays low ($56 with points) I’d stay again

Guest in Next room went to breakfast at approximately 6:30 a.m. leaving dog in room that howled, barked and scratched the whole time waking myself and many other guests in surrounding rooms. Called front desk to make them aware of the problem yet Management did nothing to remedy the issue!

Nice. No ice machine but everything else good. No closet space but we are making it work for the price. Friendly staff!! We were able to book at the last minute, which is wonderful!

The only good part of this hotel is that the beds are comfortable (although squeaky) and it’s a quiet stay. The overall condition is gross feeling. It has the landlord special vibe where everything is just painted over. The pool had literal trash floating in it, and we had to get the front desk to unlock it bc the hotel is in a dangerous location. There’s homeless people outside and a roach motel next door. Two guys came outside and started smoking a blunt while we tried to swim. There was a man at the motel next door screaming at them and I felt unsafe so we went inside. I will absolutely never stay here again. Beware! Pics do NOT match reality!!! Bathroom floor was gross!

The rooms and building could use some up keep. There was chipping paint and a nail sticking out in the elevator. They ran out of food for breakfast at 8:00 and was not replenishing it.

This hotel is not the same as what the pictures show online. It’s old and dirty. The lobby was ok but the rooms were bad. I reserved two rooms and the first one had a broken a/c unit that was leaking water and smelled like mildew… and it was hot in the room…. The second room the bathroom was dirty and the sheets had light stains on them. The hotel was not as advertised and i would never advise anyone to stay there. We had two rooms and 7 of us and we left there as soon as we saw the rooms. Sucks because we were traveling from out of state and could only go by what was online.

This was very disappointing. The parking lot was unsafe with wanderers, the lobby smelt awful, the roof smelt even worse, the facility clearly is not well maintained, etc. Thankfully the front desk concierge was great and helped right as much as she could. I would not stay here if you have the option.

Building is severely in disrepair appears to have water damage and baseboard cracking away from walls. Carpets are disgusting with huge stains everywhere. The bed felt like there were bugs crawling on us all night long when we entered the complex there was a sign that said absolutely no guest, but when we were going to the elevator, a woman came out that appeared to be a woman of the night. This place was really disgusting. I would never stay there again and their advertised pictures are a complete lie of what the rooms look like.

Check in was very welcoming. The clerk was really nice and friendly. But the aesthetics was not good. The floors were dirty and the bathtubs mats were dirty and they hadn’t been changed. There was a dirty sock that came out from under the covers as well.

It looks really nice at first glance. But if you have any eye for details it lacks and appears gross. Jankey little things in the bathroom and the floor is SLICK! You can see the glue coming up from the vinyl, it looks like dirt till tou realize its not. The pool was nice but needed cleaning. And trash everywhere outside. But the staff was amazing and the beds were clean!

We had Expedia for the check in. Arrived to property and all seemed to go smoothly, but when we tried to access the room it seemed that the door lock prevented us from entering as if room was occupied.The person on duty had a make shift cardboard tool that evidently had been used to slip in partially opened door to hold interior door look to be able to open door from outside. Creepy. Couldn't get the door to open, so reassigned us to room across the hall, and upon unpacking, realized that the floor in front of the a/c was more than wet, it had lifted the flooring in multiple areas along the wall where the a/c sat. So, now its been 30-45 min since we arrived after a long day of traveling and wanting to just relax and lay down but now have to once again notify the desk that the room is unacceptable. So, once again down to the front desk and we are assigned a room next door, but upon checking the room, it has been used to smoke in, so immediately, I notify the desk that it is not acceptable. I was told to stay in room and they would come by to check it out. I could not stay in the smoke room and we were in room(water on floor) previously waiting, but evidently the person came to smoke room to contact us but we were next door. More time has passed and I again went to front desk and asked for a room that didn't have water flooding the floor from a/c, not a smokers room and I was getting grouchier by the minute as we had been offered 3 different rooms that were not acceptable.Fin

Baseboards are filthy, my in room the soap dispenser had grime and hair on it, and the icing on the cake was the dried blood and boogers on the walls. If you're not concerned about cleanliness, then this is the place for you. If you prefer to stay at a place that offers piece of mind and cleanliness, steer clear!

I caught bed bugs on this trip. Lots of bites on my arms. Very clearly did not wash linens. Bathroom was quite dirty. Far below the normal country inns and suites.

I traveled to Arkansas for a dance competition for my granddaughter. How you respond to your customers is very important no matter the services. Upon checking in the gentleman at the desk was not friendly at all he was the older of the 2 that I delt with…I originally purchased 1 room and upon entering it was okay except for the sink was dirty but I carry cleaning supplies so I looked over it…I selected comfortable ONLY because the beds were. Upon returning back after the competition other family members decided to stay so I purchased the adjacent-joining room upon open the connection door to birth rooms the small amount of floor was so nasty-a spoon-so much dirt and even cereal. The toilet had dried feces on the side of the bowl. Yes I do have my own bag of stuff I use wherever I go even at 5star hotels but that was to much! The walls had so many different type of stains that we never used that bathroom again.

My husband mentioned the room was very clean, and look like renovated, comfortable. Even thought around the hotel does not look so nice, he recommend to stay at this place. The staffs is very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was great. Price was good compared to other hotels nearby.

It was nasty? Things were broken, unclean and scary

On the wall continuously spraying some type of room freshening spray that smelled awful! The bathtub was dirty and so was the floor in the bathroom!! The mattress was too big for the bed frame so it hung over the box springs on one side of the bed. Also the bed comforter was stained and looked dirty! The air in the room was blowing slightly cool air while on the lowest temperature, I called the front desk and they sent someone to fix it. ( the guy unplugged the unit from the wall and plugged it back in and it worked as it should afterwards.) The place is rundown and disgusting!

Just an over night stay. On my way to Memphis. Bed sheets were rough. No blow dryer. But overall I would recommend.

The pictures of this hotel is no where close to what this place looks like. Very dated and dirty. There was people doing drugs in the halls and running from to room slamming doors all night long. Can’t call the front desk because the phone doesn’t work and they close the elevator down from dusk til dawn (probably because they don’t want people OD’ing in it). I was there with small children and it was the most sleepless and terrifying stay I have ever had. The room itself was dirty (the was blood on the roll down shades for the window). This place should be ashamed of the pictures it uploaded here to get people to stay. It’s a slum and the front desk gentleman is entirely less than friendly. Never again would I stay- and these 10/10 star reviews are fake. No one would rate this place as that.

I will never return. upon arrival they tried to charge me a $50 security charge. I have no idea why or for what. there was a hole in the bathroom wall, another bad repair job in the bathroom, possible black mold and jouges in the walls of the elevator

Looked like someone had put fist thru wall an it was painted a different color than rest of room,yet we were cautioned not to tear anything up! Air conditioning worked and they let me have my dogs, those were the only two positives we noticed.

Bathtub had chips in the paint, the walls too. The room itself was clean, but the hallways were very worn, dinged and the ceiling tiles had a lot of marks from what looked like a knife. They smelled off too, not even like cleaning products, but stale. No ice maker anywhere, breakfast was okay but the sausage needed to be cooked longer. It was barely cooked, I guarantee it wasn't to the proper temp for pork. Would not recommend this property until it's updated.

If you just need a place to stay for a short spell this place is decent. It’s an old building that has been touched up. Only one elevator was working and the neighbor looks shady (hood) for the most part, its clean, I didn’t smell smoke, didn’t see bugs 👍 and the bed was comfortable.

Paint peeling off the bathroom door and the bathroom shower walls. Flem stuck on the ceiling above the bed. Glue coming up between the seams of the flooring. Curtains were fake and the blinds were broken and would not close show. Anybody could see in the room throughout the night. The entire building and room smelled so strong of perfume it was overpowering.

Friendly staff, smooth check-in, the new furnishings are very nice. Hwr, do not expect the std. of the Country Inns & Suites by Radisson pre-2022. This brand has been taken over by Choice hotels and it is definitely more on the economy level of service now, than the mid-market level that it used to be. It seems that the remodel contractor is/was sloppy or it is a DIY job, by some very inexperienced DIYers. The headboard had a cigarette burn mark, the paint around wall a/c unit on the floor near the elevator was moldy and peeling, the tissue box holder in bathroom was sticky, one room had no safety lock on the door, scraped and mismatched paint in the elevator sums up the condition of the entire property, etc. This property needs to be thoroughly audited for facilities issues. It provides good breakfast items!

The staff was very "unsure" of the pool hrs, which was one of the things that interested me in the property. So in the end we went somewhere else for pool time. With young people in the summer, the pool is a necessity . Breakfast was good, but they didn't know what scrambled eggs are and my husband saw a beehive outside and they didn't know what that was. But if you want peace and quiet, at a reasonable rate, this is the place. I would be willing to go again.

The room smelled terrible of cigarettes. I told the front desk i wanted a non smoking room and the attendant said all rooms were non smoking. obviously neither the owner nor staff visit their rooms. if not a guest, then either their cleaners or maintenance personnel smoke in the room

The service was okay, but the front desk failed to inform me that there wasn't hot water in the room, and apparently the lines in the water were full of rust. I got the rust to clear up after letting the water run for 5, but never got hot water. When I got to the deal to tell them, he told me they knew about it, and haven't had hot water for awhile because "it has a leak. " The next morning breakfast was a debacle and very dictating. Can't do this, don't do that, and they had a guy in the breakfast room monitoring people and how they cooked their breakfast. Doesn't seem I can add pictures to the review, but I have videos and pictures.

All was well, the ppl were friendly & was pet friendly & no one complained about our dogs barking. Beds are very comfortable, nice bathroom. Enjoyed our stay & will look for this place again, if we come back to town.

I requested a wake up call everyday and it was late or never happened each day! I requested maintenance to my room to the first morning and no one every came. Found mold on the doorway and the guy wiped it and spray paint over it. The guy downstairs during the day had terrible customer service skills. I also didn't have trash cans in my room. The floors are not well cleaned or maintained. Build up in every corner where furniture and floor meets. The elevator is like going into hell hole hotbox. I left trash and towels in the hallway and only the towel got picked up. They left the trash all day till I said something. Mind you the housekeeper came by because they were at the end of the hall near me. The room did it's job but you get what you pay forIt makes no sense to offer free breakfast and then restrict the customer from taking it into their room. While also providing a microwave and fridge in the room to use. I think this pissed me off most of all about my stay. I got free breakfast hotel for a reason. To eat in my room in peace. But you "can't" take the food out of the dining hall but given that isn't written or explained ANYWHERE till you walk into the breakfast area i took mine anyways. But it's a redundant rule.

They lied about pool being treated so we could not use pool whole time could not take food back with you I do t like eating in front other people

Booked here as a place to stay overnight on the way to Santa Fe. Hotel is in need of a make over. Door to the bathroom had paint peeling and the ceiling in the shower was falling off. Bathroom was good sized and room was good sized. Really only there to get a little sleep before moving on down the road. Main reason I picked it was due to the price since we were only passing through.

Nice, clean and spacious room. The bed was big and firmer than my liking but I slept well. The AC unit gets very cold. Room has micro, fridge, coffee maker, and a large sitting chair with TV table. Very large television, nice size working desk. What I loved the most was the quietness of the floor. I didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t speak to it but I know there’s coffee.

Hotel didn’t have hot water to take a shower. Total inconvenience.

He was so unfazed and nonchalant about it as if it was normal. Also hated you could bring break to your room. Very inconvient when the dining room is small.

Customer service was very good…staff was very friendly. I’m not sure if the hotel is going through a remodel but it seems a bit rough in some of the common areas. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the breakfast, but I was disappointed when I found out that we weren’t allowed to take it back upstairs to our room. Our trip was planned around a church conference and it involved us getting ready and having to leave early in the mornings, so needless to say having to sit downstairs the entire time was a major inconvenience and we didn’t bother after the first day. I had my 2 children with me and so I really needed to be able to eat and get ready at the same time. Other than that our stay was fine.

The towels and washcloths were dirty like they were never washed. The ceiling in the bathroom had black mold. Bathroom also had dirty walls that should have been cleaned. Probably won’t stay at this place again. Also, the area was just a bunch of drug users and vagabonds. Elevator is also out of date, just a side note. I could go on, but I’ll stop.

Cleaning staff is very nice. Front office is mostly pleasant except for one person. I have stayed here for a long time mainly because I don’t like having to move my stuff. Be aware if u check in online they will charge you 25 dollars extra if u are already staying there for the four hours ur in the room. If you’re going to be checking in and out save yourself the 25. I was unlucky and got a room that floods so my property got damaged not to mention it was extremely humid in the room. If you’re going to be paying in this range for a hotel I don’t recommend this one.
