The room looked outdated and poorly maintained. The bathroom was very old and in need of renovation. The air conditioning unit was also old and did not perform well. Overall, the hotel felt dated and did not meet my expectations.

The room had stains in the carpet, the elevator smelled like weed, and the treadmill was broken. The pool water was really cloudy.

Lobby was good As soon as the elevator opened on second floor an awful smell hit you. The room the smell continued, carpet was very stained, stuff on the walls, in bathroom there was dark smear on wall near toilet, you could see smoke stains on walls in closet, the curtains were only half curtains so you could not close them. The longer I stood there in disbelief from other reviews online and how bad it was I got so stuffy it was hard to breath. My opinion this room was filthy. I could not spend the night here, so I checked out.

The front desk staff is usually the same woman and her name is Christine and she is wonderful. She greets my children by name and always makes them feel like royalty during the stay. We have never had a problem with the wifi or my sons xbox, The safe is extremely accommodating and really focus on my children's enjoyment. Housekeeping comes while we are at the tournaments and everything is usually fresh and ready to go when we get back from a long day of baseball. Convenient location if you want variety of food or access to doordash. The pool is never freezing. Breakfast is at the same time so you can plan your mornings. Rozy is a wonderful site to see in the mornings and always makes me laugh while i grab breakfast for the kids and take it up while i have breakfast downstairs usually. Comfortable beds. My children chose another hotel last weekend, and within 5 hrs they were saying they regretted it. I only wish they alternated the breakfast options or atleast switched the sausage for bacon every now and then! but other than that it is a delicious breakfast and we are thankful for it always being constantly restocked throughout the morning to ensure availability and freshness

No used clothing bags. Also the folding suitcase stands are missing. They are nice when two people each have a bag. One wooden stand is okay, but a second stand is better.

The room was clean and the A/C worked wonderfully. My kids really enjoyed the pool! The facility was clean however the halls did smell like cigarettes but I think that is to be expected at most hotels. The woman at the front desk was super sweet and the breakfast was great!! Would stay there again for sure.

My Hotel room was goo slept well, the only complaint I had was the shampoo, lotion was not new they were left overs .😢 I asked for a later check out and it was granted, so thanks for that.

Our room was dirty, there was only one bath towel and one hand towel in the room and we had 2 people. I had to go downstairs to get more towels. It was loud, kids running around in the halls slamming doors etc.. We will not stay here again

The staff was incredible and my room was great. Huge king bed and the room was a great size. Everything seemed very clean and breakfast was good. The pool was warm for an indoor pool. For me this was a stop on the way home, so I only stayed one night, but I would definitely stop here again. I do have to say though that I saw a cockroach in the elevator. It took me by surprise because the hotel seems extremely clean so this big guy just snuck in somewhere. I did not see any bugs in my room or anywhere else in the hotel, just on the elevator with me and saw just the one. I only stayed one night.

Parking was easy, room was clean, bed decently comfortable. Appreciated having little coffee machine in the room, and breakfast in the morning. Short stay for us on our route to Nashville. Worked out great.

The bathroom counter is low for me and im only 5'5. Unfortunately I left 3 pairs of earrings in the room. Two were expensive and one was just beads. I was in town again 3 days later so i stopped by to ask if they had them and they said no.

The room was clean. The bed and the pillows were super comfortable! That is the main reason for my rating. Customer Service was pretty cold, but it was also late at night so maybe they were tired.

Stayed there 4 days. Asked for extra towels for room mid-stay and never got them. Soda machine gave wrong drink from button pushed and I was expected to get money back from machine company ! Pool water was not all that clean / clear.

We arrived only in time to sleep and be refreshed as we went on our way. But we did notice how clean it was, from the lobby to the dining area and of course our room. The safe were friendly and helpful!

The customer service was excellent!! I can not think of the young lady's name that did my check in but she was AMAZING and accomodated my request. The lady that did the breakfast set up was so kind and the food was fresh and plentful. Ive stayed many times before and have received good customer service, but this time it was really top tier. I dont usuually leave reciews, but would be remiss if i didnt this time! Keep up the excellent work!

Room was clean and very nice at check-in. On Sat. we went out for lunch. Got back to the room about 1:45. Room had not been cleaned yet. Lady at desk said it would be a little while befor cleaned. We went to lobby to wait. Cheked room after 45 miutes. Finally went to room at 4:20. Still not clean. We canged and left room about 5:30. Told lady our room was still a mess. Nice place. Stayed here twice 2 weeks apart. First stay great with comfortable clean room. Second stay found a hair ball on floor by the shower. Bed was uncomfortable on one side but ok on the other. Mattress needs replacing. Breakfast pretty standard.

Terrible house keeping service

My first room had a roach infestation… I always disinfect before I bring my family inside. I walked in the bathroom and saw 3 dead roaches on the floor! I told the front desk she asked did I want to move and I said they were dead so no… thinking maybe they had the building treated… that night I woke up to give my son cough meds and went to adjust the the a.c and 2 baby roaches were crawling and I screamed turned on the lights and another one was on the wall!! The pool does not have any chlorine and our swimwear had a funny smell to them from the water.. The sweet night clerk got us into another room and apologized!

The room was fine and the check in was smooth , however, the breakfast ran out of food before the scheduled time to closed. They were unable to replenish the empty containers.

Very good experience on all ways. The accessible unit 311 was perfect for me. A 75 year old but not handicapped person. Most comfy bed I’ve slept on in years! Very happy to have stayed here and will again in the future.

Great surprise to us. So clean, kind and caring staff, peaceful. Great get away for the weekend. We come to this area for softball… we will definitely reserve rooms here!!!

The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, there was dried blood on the floor in the bathroom and the only towels stocked were hand towels. When I talked to the front desk, they weren’t apologetic or concerned. Disappointed since this hotel got high reviews.

My family was in town for my son to have heart surgery . About 11 o’clock while we were re eating our left over dinner we saw roachs crawling on the night stand

The second room they gave us was alright, the shower and sink was clogged so it took forever for the water to drain. The comforter had stains on it, and so did the towels.

The lady with the glasses who was the breakfast host, was not too kind and she let the food run out an hour before breakfast ended. When someone asked her to put more out, she got an attitude.

Customer service was excellent clean. Only problem I had was the sink was backed up other than that. Everything was pretty good but once I complain about it, they came in and fix it the water still drain in the sink real slow

Our room had only one washcloth and only the toilet paper that was on the holder. Thankfully Kleenex is flushable. Would probably stay again if necessary, I would just check the amenities first.

I wanted to choke the kids that were there. They completely took over the pool, were running up and down the halls. There was water standing in the floor from them going back and forth from the pool to the elevator. Very very unruly and it just wasnt one or two kids, there was about 20. This behavior went on all night, with them playing ding dong ditch and running up and down the halls screaming.

The busy front desk lady had to come up to our room and put the TV online. She also had to plug in a floor lamp and the refrigerator didn’t work. She ended up having us change rooms..

BED BUGS! After checking into a room without sheets and being told no sheets to begin our stay, we were moved to a room with sheets that was seemingly clean. However, woke up Sunday morning with close to 60 bites over my body and more continued to show up the remainder of the day and into the next. I have video of a bed bug crawling across the bed as well. Spoke to manage who two days later is still refusing to contact a pest company and has only offered to refund my stay even though I am not incurring medical bills because of their negligence to maintain their accommodations properly. Rose at the front desk tried to be as helpful as possible but the General Manager Jay seems to only be there half the time and has yet to contact me. I have had to call them repeatedly at this point.

Had a nice stay for the holidays. Been staying here for the last 5 years for the Christmas holiday. Had issues with first 2 rooms we were put in but staff were wonderful about getting us into new rooms.
