The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. This hotel is set up for extended stay and seemed nicely stocked for an extended stay. I was only staying for one night so didn’t need the kitchen facilities. The staff were very friendly.

The staff was nice, but the facility is woefully outdated. No breakfast, no ice machine, hallway was 85 degrees, carpets were filthy, unable to stream on room TV. Do yourself a favor and say elsewhere.

Tv didn't work,called staff replaced quickly, second tv quit shortly after. No covered area to pull through while raining to unload, I was surprised wasn't one when we arrived. Pictures of all rooms show couch but wasn't actually available on the 2 queens

The staff was a great

The room was nice. The fold out bed was awful! The king bed was okay. The air conditioning unit worked but was very loud and kept us awake. The room was next to a post office so we heard trucks going in and out all night. So we got very little sleep and the coffee was nasty.

It was great, the room was much better wI thought it be, very impressed. The employees were outstanding very helpful and friendly. Next time in town we will stay here.

Loved having my own kitchen to prep my own meals. Traveling for business so im tired at the end of the day and can just come back to my room and fix a light dinner without having to go out to eat.

I didn’t get much sleep. There’s a warehouse behind that worked during the night. I heard beeping from the trucks all night long.

If I could give it 10 stars…I would…My stay was extremely pleasant and I was greeted by the most competent and friendly staff…The ambience of the room, itself, immediately relaxed me upon entering the room…I was so eager to just lay the bed, curl up under the covers and watch some television as I drifted off to sleep…I WILL be staying here again…Loved IT!!!

The problem is I specifically searched for a facility with a bar/restaurant ON PREMISE, selected this hotel based on that list, and THERE IS NO BAR/RESTAURANT IN THIS HOTEL. I chose that because I wanted a facility in-house after a long day of driving and I am VERY disappointed.

This was a great place to stay. Really close to many shopping areas and approx 5 minutes away from downtown. The staff here is great and they are always willing to help. I highly recommend this place if you are staying for a long stay. The rooms have a kitchen and the facility is equipped with a laundry room and gym.

Chose hotel based on parking while driving truck & trailer for cross country trip. Hotel lot was going through construction so parking with decent security was tough. Rooms were great. Free laundry was awesome. No breakfast though.

Entered the facility. No one at the desk. No note stating they stepped away. No bell to call them back. Waited 8 minutes before started looking for clerk. Clerk finally came from down the hall.

We had 4 kids and 2 adults and put us in a room with one king bed and a sofa sleeper. Not enough room for all of us to sleep. Will never stay here again

This place was so clean. We have been staying in another hotel at our destination that isn’t have as nice! We will be back when in the area!

My family and I came out of state and we picked this hotel based on it being nice and had an indoor pool. When we got their the lobby smelled like weed and the manager who checked us in didn’t greet us properly. Come to find out after we checked in, the pool was closed all day, night and even the next day for chemical imbalance which shouldn’t have taken that long. Very disappointing to pay as much as we did without being able to go for a swim.

We had booked a night at the Candlewood property in West Little Rock. It turned out to be a horrible experience all around starting with the facility and staff, truly unworthy go an IHG hotel. My wife felt very unsafe so we moved to Candlewood Suites in N Little Rock. Having stayed in several Candlewood hotels before, we were shocked by how dirty and unkept the facility was. In front of the door to our room there was literally trash we had to pick up. The furniture inside was in terrible shape, stains all over the carpet, etc. With back-to-back disappointing experiences, we have now definitely crossed out Candlewood Suites from the list of hotels we will stay at.

This is my first stay out of my whole cross-country trip where in order to get access to internet I should have their rewards program membership. Front desk literally told me I wouldn’t get wi-fi password unless I was their member. When booking, the ad clearly said “free wi-fi”

Quiet and clean

There is no vanity in the bathroom - just a tiny sink. Nowhere to put anything you need. Television selection was minimal and there is no channel guide in the room. No weather channel on the TV. Room couldn't decide if was to be cold or hot - we had no control. No portico to protect guests as they unload or load their cars in the 90 degree heat.

Very clean and quiet. Very close to major shopping and interstate.

I chose the pay at the property option for this reservation. While driving to the hotel I was called by the property manager and told I needed to pay now or they would not hold the rooms for me. We had also requested a first floor and close rooms due to traveling with a special needs child. We were put on the second floor and our two rooms were at the opposite end of the hallway.

It is in a great location.I have stayed here before..this was before covid...Had to stay here due to business.The rooms were clean however the Hall way and Elevator smelled like dog...Need to clean pool more frequently with covid I did not swim a lot of traffic in pool area.. People did not wear mask on the elevator. Or in the lobby So if you are ok with that you will love the stay..my main complaint çlean elevator and hall more and if your going to have the pool open clean more frequently..

Great hotel and staff was wonderful only thing that was disappointing was the room 309 had a large stain on the bed room curtain and a piece of dried mucus on the lamp shade on the window side of the room and the sofa bed mattress was worn out.

Added charges after paid by Expedia, no ice machines, TWO TVs, neither worked! Room booked was not available... “Expedia is different that us”. I don’t care! I’m in YOUR property!!!

For the 4 days we were there no housekeeping service was provided. No fresh towels, bath or hand towels. The sheets were never changed or beds made up. The trash bins were never emptied or the floors vacuumed. We reported TV problems but nothing ever done to correct them. You could rarely find staff for anything after 7pm. Will not even consider this hotel again for my trips to Little Rock, and I make several.

Over all nice property. Vacuuming both in the hallways and in the Room could definitely have been better and the inside of the elevator was extremely dirty. Staff was extremely friendly and I have no complaints about the service.

Great rooms. Will have to remember to get a room of the front. There is a trucking company in the back so the beep beep beep of the trucks was a pain. But awesome place.

The apartment was out fitted with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We even brought our dog. The full kitchen was great.

Everything was really nice, clean, modern, etc., very pleased. Little things werent functioning, that by themselves aren’t a big deal, but did affect my comfort relative to my expectations... I realized the microwave didn’t work, luckily they have mini stove tops in there, and my room door lock seemed to not accept my key every time I left the room, causing me to go down to reception to get a new key. Will I book there again- probably. Good location, nice place. Just the little things that didn’t work this time.

For some reason or another the room stayed hot even after adjusting the thermostat, cabinet under the kitchenette sink wouldn’t close.

Whatever you do ask for a room on the front of the hotel not the back. My first room was on the back side and there is a loading dock and trucks are backing up ALL NIGHT. It wouldn’t be so bad but you hear the beeep beep beep of the back up alarms. I eventually asked for a room on the front side and the staff was very accommodating. Unfortunately I had to downgrade my room but it was worth it to not hear the trucks. Both rooms were clean, modern and spacious. The only complaint I have (and it wouldn’t stop me from staying here) is the floor tiles in both rooms were coming up. It wasn’t that bad but when you would walk on some areas you would feel the floor give or hear the pops and cracks of the tiles moving around. The hotel is in a good location (other than the loading dock behind it) you have easy access to the highway and there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance and you could find any type of food you could want within a 5 min drive. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

I loved our room at Candlewood Suites. Everything was arranged well. Must have been designed by a woman. The only thing missing was a desk lamp. I highly recommend the hotel. One major problem was internet speed. Really needs improvement.

The reviews I read prior to booking are true. The hotel was in a great location close to many restaurants and highways. Easy access to anything you need. There was a trucking company just outside of our window and there was some noise early, but if you had the AC running you couldn't hear it. Didn't bother us at all. Very clean and all of the staff we encountered were very friendly. Comfortable beds, full kitchen and big room. Only complaint is WiFi was slow. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Easy access when we were traveling across the country!

Really nice place to stay and reasonably priced for area too. We wanted to stay another night but they were fully booked.

First, the service was terrible. The guy at the front desk was rude and didnt give us any info about the hotel including where the elevator was. The rooms were clean but the pool area was very dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable but the main reason I gave the bad review is this hotel is built next to a freight company so ALL night, 18 wheelers are pulling in and out with the loud back up beepers going all night!! ALL NIGHT!!

We were very pleased with our stay! The room was reasonably priced and very clean. I can tell that the hotel staff takes time to make their guests comfortable. There is a Cracker Barrel and Walmart right next door.

Loved the room!! Tall ceilings, lots of space. But the walls were thin. A neighbor must have fallen asleep with the tv on loud, so we could hear it all night long.
