The breakfast was better than most. The facility seemed updated but some general maintenance is needed. Not sure there are many great locations in the area, the best thing about it is quick highway access.

Everything was fine except for breakfast. It was 7:00am. No coffee or any kind of muffins. Very little of the food that was there.

The room was clean and cold (which I love). The check in process was easy, they do not have tap pay so you will need a physical card. There is not much to eat around the hotel, you will have to drive to downtown in order to get anything to eat. The breakfast was pretty good. One of the staff members during breakfast was agressive. Banging everything and complaining about her job. Also, we went to the Forrest Frank concert and by the time we got back there was not one spot open in the parking lot. We had to park in the pharmacy parking lot and were instructed we had to move our car by a specific time so it wouldn't get towed.

I stayed with my grandson for 2 nights. We truly enjoyed our time. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was helpful. We had a great time in the very warm pool. In fact.... we would stay just for how enjoyable the pool was. We will definitely be back.

The staff here was so wonderful. Very friendly , helping me as I Am disabled. I would definitely stay again and I will recommend it to anyone who is interested in coming to North LITTLE ROCK. TY TO THE STAFF AND YOUR GREAT HOSPITALITY!!!!¡!I LOVED IT!

Front desk employee was nice Not enough handicapped rooms available. Quite disappointing Also, we came down for breakfast around 8:15. There were a little bit of eggs and 3 pieces of sausage. Only 3/4 of us got a sausage. Yogurt machine empty. No more biscuits and gravy. The attendant said she wasn’t bringing out more food. This was a surprise as we have been staying at Best Westerns across the country and all other hotels were very attentive and kept adding hot food as needed. This was the only stop that did not provide the same service.

Super ghetto i thought my life was in danger the moment i pulled in. Homeless druggies all about property grounds. The words of racism etched into the elevator. If it was jot so late to go anywhere else i gladly would have.

The stay was good but staffing took it too far

The room had dirty and old food items under the couches. The bed and pillows were terrible, woke up with bad neck pain. The breakfast was okay, not pet friendly. No grass anywhere, the "pet area" was a small section with large stones that was littered with trash. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Have been coming to hotel for years, every time we stay it seems to get worse. This go around they couldn’t even stock the room with appropriate towels and wash rag. Two queen beds and we booked with 4 total people stay and received one wash rag two towels. Second night we let them “clean the room” they took all our towels and wash rags, receive d zero wash rags and 2 towels again. I don’t mind asking for wash rags but not something I normally have to check for before a shower. Also side note but make sure you bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. They provide smallest shampoo and conditioner, bar of soap for body and one for face. Zero hand soap for washing hands.

Check in with Teresa was great. She had a great spirit! The sofa bed in the room was extremely old with stains, not something we wanted to sleep on. The floor could have been swept better as we found fries under bed. Breakfast was presented well. Checkout staff had a great spirit!!!

AC worked well, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was standard with a lot of choices. We booked two king rooms, but were given one king and a double queen. We were only there one night so that was not a big deal. It was close to some good restaurants in the downtown area, but the neighborhood a few blocks the other direction was sketchy. They had a lot of bright lights in the parking lot of the hotel so that was good.

Since I was visiting a new city I had questions about traveling and parking down town. The employee at the front desk was very helpful and even helped me navigate the Uber app.

We didnt stay for breakfast because of a surgery at the Children's Hospital, but the staff did mention it and they were super friendly. We enjoyed a few hours in the pool which was nice and warm. And the room was spotless. We were late on check out so we called from the hospital advised we had cleared our belongings before we left and told them to close out out room which they were happy to do over the phone.

The room was clean but it needed some TLC. The toilet paper holder was broke and. You really couldn't use the outlets due to the counter being too high. You could tell that the fixes they had done were gerryrigged.

The WiFi in the area was spotty and took long time to get my Google Maps using the hotel WiFi and I was scared but staff said that’s normal in the area. Not sure

How was my stay? I never got here. I paid for the room and my flights got cancelled. I was stranded at an airport. Then when i had to cancel my reservations i was informed the hotel is refusing to refund my money. On top of that expedia is claiming my trip insurance I paid for is useless. So I am out my money now and I didn't even get to stay here. This is the icing on the cake after being stranded at an airport.

The people were very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size, the bathroom was very nice and since I am handicap it was safe and the shower was easy for me to get in and out of. It was in a convenient location for restaurants and for getting on and off the highway. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

The staff were very helpful and apologetic, but the rooms were dirty. The first room had dirt in and under the pull out bed mattress. The second room's a/c went out. Then the third room had bugs in the bathroom. I finally just asked for my money back and went somewhere else.

Hotel and rooms were clean, beds were comfy, AC worked way too well, and the woman at the front desk was great. She helped me with a room key issue and was great to chat with!

Checked in late and keys did not work. Manager handled like a pro.

Breakfast was as expected with no surprises, the staff kept the breakfast area clean & stocked. I liked that there was a microwave available in breakfast area for heating up your food. The beds were ver comfortable & room stayed nice and cool. The stationary bike in the exercise room was nice to use.

Sheets were torn at the top. Called down about a hair dryer after I washed my hair and was told they didn’t know where house keeping kept them so I had to leave with wet hair!!!!!

The check in process went smooth and quick. The clerk was extremely friendly. I got up to my room and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was! Extremely clean, spacious, and overall nice! However, after being in my room for about an hour, other guests checked in to their room right next to mine... they were HORRIBLE guests, loud, obnoxious, and overall disrespectful. I called down to the front desk to ask them to try to get that room to quiet down. Not for lack of trying, just for the simple fact of rude guests... they refused. The front desk graciously and promptly moved me to another room, completely away from the guests from hell. The new room was just as clean, spacious, and nice! Overall, the room and services provided were 5 stars!

Ladies at the front desk was super nice

Liked the furnishings and decor, which had been recently refurbished, and that it was dog friendly, but there was no dog areas on the hotel property. Some curb areas and vacant lots off premises were fortunately accessible. And enough outside noises that the last time were woken, we agreed it reminded us of the movie My Cousin Vinnie.

We loved the front desk staff. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful! We were there when a huge group of young baseball players were there and the hotel floors were pretty dirty in the common areas (elevators, halls, etc) the breakfast was ok. The hotel itself is located near everything we needed.

Great breakfast great hotel. Highly recommend it for the price. The only reason why this is not a five star it's only because of a personal preference in between the restroom being a walk-in shower as to the old school tub. That's the only reason everything else was five star. Great place smells great and the poor area was just fine. No problem with the free parking outside in that area. Everybody and their entire staff and they're cleaning staff were amazing.

My wife is now hooked on Best Western hotels. Beds were comfortable, plenty to eat for breakfast and a nice drink machine for coffee, and juice variety. Nice heated pool as well.

Overall this was a good stay. There were others staying there that did not know how to behave. The staff was always quick to take care of any issues. Hopefully my weekend was a one-off and they don't always have noisy and annoying guests.

Good for money!

While this property is pet-friendly, the pet area is nothing but rocks. There is no grass on the property, which was really hard on my elderly dog, who already has trouble walking. The room was nice and very clean. Beds were comfortable although the metal frame made noise every time we moved. You can hear people walking in the room above you. We even got a call about a noise complaint of us running in the room, even though we had been in bed for a bit at that point, and there certainly had been no running in our room. This made it hard to relax because we were worried about the noise with just normal movements. Breakfast was decent except for the fact that the eggs hadn't been refilled. Overall, the place was decent but I probably wouldn't stay again.

If you bring a pet just know that they have rocks everywhere for your dog to potty smh!! No grass anywhere. (Bring puppy pads) Also… check in was supposed to be at 3pm I didn’t get a room around 4:30pm. I had to get a different room because the room i reserved for never got cleaned. They kept saying it’ll take 15 mins, came back in a hour and it was still not done. Then want laugh and say sorry about that it’s going to be another 15mins or an hour or so. Umm no ma’am! Thankful for another room but ridiculous! I’m not coming back!! I do don’t recommend! Outside was sketchy as well. And it looks like my husband ‘s truck got hit during the night from the parking lot. And there’s a sign that it’s not the hotel’s responsibility for damage vehicle or stolen vehicle… really?!! So aggravating. We only stayed one night and it was a horrible experience!! Just glad that we were safe and or room was able to cool down. Breakfast was good. That’s about it!!

It was a 6 min drive to Texas Roadhouse. It was a 5 min drive from the hotel to my reserved parking for The Rascal Flatts concert at the arena.

The front desk ladies could not have been more pleasant and personable. The location was safe. The hotel was spacious and clean with great amenities, pool, workout room, breakfast, a little market in the lobby for satisfying any craving. Beds were comfy and water pressure was strong. We'd glady stay again.

I like to start with the positives - they have good coffee and the room was clean. This unfortunately is where the positives end. The area this is located in is not a safe area. We had planned on stopping at a gas station close by to grab some water and snacks for the room but there were people in the parking lot clearly selling drugs so we drove away and opted for the overpriced water sold by the hotel. When we got to the room it was not what was advertised. The room pictures online are misleading. We paid a lot more for a room with a jetted tub but the tub is out in the open with no curtains or doors so unless you want everyone in the room to watch you take a bath this is not useable. The king bed was extremely hard so between that, the hard lumpy pillows, train sounds and police sirens going off throughout the night we did not get any sleep. There are also porn channels on the tv so would not recommend for a family with children in the room.

They came very late and Alex who was at the front desk called our room to make sure we knew someone was changing the tire. That’s excellent service from the staff!!!! She was also very helpful when we checked in!!!

Overall my stay at this hotel was great... Until my other guest made it after 10:00 p.m. and the front desk clerks ended up calling the police on him. I hadn't gotten him a key before this, so he wasn't able to get in so he had to call me. Not exactly sure why they did that... But everything else was great.

The hotel itself was very clean, beds were comfortable, room was a little difficult to manage temperature, and the area was a bit questionable after dark, but it's convenient on and off the highway and to dining options. The amazing woman at the front desk was extremely personable and got me checked in quickly
