Reviews
The hotel received mixed reviews with guests appreciating the friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and close proximity to Universal Studios. However, there were consistent complaints about the outdated decor, uncomfortable beds, and issues with the smell in some rooms. The area surrounding the hotel was also frequently mentioned as unsafe and having a high number of homeless people.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Close proximity to Universal Studios
- Outdated decor and uncomfortable beds
- Unpleasant smell in some rooms and surrounding area
- 5/5
There was free parking, the room was spacious, the staff was amazing! Anything you need just ask and they are willing to help you out!
- 5/5
we had a great time! will definitely return!
- 4/5
The housekeeping team does amazing. This motel does require a 100 dollar deposit during check-in, cash or card, but cash is given back the day of check out, while the card takes a little longer. They don't offer breakfast, but overall not a bad location, very close to many stores, food, Universal, etc.
- 4/5
Good quality for the price. 10 minute drive from universal studios.
- 4/5
The rooms are a little outdated but the beds and pillows are perfect. The bathroom is updated with a modern feel. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was great as well.
- 3/5
Great location and good value In a busy area that can be loud at night
- 1/5
Horrible place roach motel
- 1/5
I didn’t like the way they show pictures on social media that is not wat it is like in person
- 4/5
Room 206. The room was kept clean and maintained. Check-in was a breeze. Getting extra towels, fast. However, the bed mattress closest to the shower was a nightmare. The middle sagged so had to balance sleep on the edge of the bed. Mattress needs to be replaced. If they have replaced it - awesome! Other than that, good value for the price.
- 2.5/5
The scary location. I had to put something in front of the door while I slept to feel safe. O'neill, there was boogers and on the walls and pube hairs on the toilet, and in the tub before we even used it.And toenail clippings.
- 5/5
Clean room nothing fancy but nothing awful will comeback again for next year’s universal fan fest
- 1/5
Wasn’t the best day first of all didn’t have TV most of the time TV was broken. Ask them to fix it. It would work for a tiny bit and stop then got a room with a hot tub. One of the buttons was broken. Hotel was dirty. The food had to wait 30 minutes for breakfast. Eight people got fed before me and I was there before them and all they can tell me is maybe he called your name and he didn’t hear it definitely would not be staying here again.
- 2/5
Place was perfect spot but not very inviting. Mold in bathroom . . Homeless outside sitting by cars not making it very safe
- 0.5/5
There wasn’t 1 thing we liked about the stay. We left 15 min into our stay Everything. Carpet was wet, sticky and smelly. Dead Bugs in the bed, the room smelled, broken buttons on AC and AC shot out visible dust when turned on.
- 3.5/5
Floors were dirty, noisy
- 5/5
I was worried about the parking but we went on a good weekend. Had no trouble with parking, the room was clean, and staff was nice.
- 0.5/5
Horrible
- 4/5
When we first got there, the toilet cover was broken. We reported it to the manager, so we would not get charged for it.. the place overall looked modest, but not the cleanest. But overall, I give it four stars.
- 4/5
As a no-frills, clean and safe place to stay.. it’s perfect. It’s incredibly clean, the beds are so comfy! It was perfect! It’s central and close to all things Hollywood and only 7 minutes to the Universal Studios main gate.
- 3/5
— just before checkout time the hotel turned off the water to replace a water heater. I was showering at the time prior to checking out. I was able to get a trickle of water out of the sink to finish rinsing off. By the time I got packed and to the front desk the clerk said the water was back on. It seems very inconsiderate of the hotel to not wait until after checkout time before turning the water off. — the hotel is old and showing its age. The room was dingy and worn
- 3/5
No breakfast The location
- 5/5
Clean friendly staff fast service The location was a bit off but not terrible
- 4/5
There are just two areas that could be improved: having a microwave in the room would be more convenient, and the TV could benefit from being mounted on a more secure swivel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future.
- 3/5
Location to Universal Studios. Low end motel.
- 5/5
The room appeared clean at first, but finding hair on the bedsheets was unpleasant.
- 4/5
Everything was great except for the neighbor above who was up until 3am walking VERY loudly back and forth across the floor and then again at 6am. I highly suggest asking for the top floor if you are sensitive to concrete feet above you at ungodly hours of the morning.
- 1/5
Room was not the one in the pictures for which is why i reserved it in the first place. I was given a different room instead. It did have the jacuzzi but smaller and cracked. Room didn't have enough towels smelled like cigarettes and old. Bathroom smelled like wet mop was used to clean. Mid night couple fighting in the premises. Do not recommend taking your children to stay at this hotel. Overall too pricey and not satisfied with my reservation. Will definitely not be going back.
- 5/5
We loved the hot tub in the room!
- 3.5/5
Very outdated, could use a touch up. We also spotted several spiders
- 3/5
This location is convenient to Universal Studios. It is only a 10 minute drive. It is also near restaurants, CVS, etc. The property itself is old. There is no USB outlet, only the regular outlets. Check in was smooth and the staff was cordial. The main issue we had with our room was the condition of the carpets. It was dirty.
- 1/5
I don’t even know where to begin. This was easily one of the most uncomfortable and concerning hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Check-in was normal, nothing out of the ordinary. I specifically booked this place because the in-room jacuzzi looked appealing in the photos. That’s where anything remotely positive ends. Around 11 PM, multiple men claiming to be hotel management started aggressively banging on my door, yelling for me to open it. No phone call. No warning. No professionalism whatsoever. Just pounding on the door late at night. I was completely caught off guard, had to throw a towel on, and ask what they wanted through the door. They insisted I open up immediately. When I did, they attempted to enter the room without proper consent, claiming there was a “water leak.” Here’s the problem: • My room was in a unique location with no rooms above or below • I was simply using the jacuzzi as intended • There was zero evidence of flooding The situation felt completely off. Multiple men showing up unannounced late at night, pushing to get inside the room? That’s not just unprofessional — that’s a serious safety concern. I told them clearly: this is not how you handle a situation like this. You call the room. You communicate. You don’t ambush guests. They backed off eventually, but here’s what didn’t happen: • No apology • No follow-up • No accountability •
- 1/5
It was the second, ever, dirtiest room that I’ve stayed in, and I’m in my mid-30s. Ceiling lights were missing their shades, floor made my feet black, bedsheets and box spring covers were stained, blow dryer was also stained, and caulking around the hot tub was cracked. There is no cozy blanket or comforter on the beds — just thin sheets. I was so cold. I’m sad because I wanted to love it, but found myself wanting to get our 1 night stay over with.
- 5/5
Good budget friendly hotel
- 4/5
Was totally great
- 3/5
Location was best of this hotel. Close to were we visited. Noisy area with planes going by. Laminate flooring was wrapped as if previously flooded.

The hotel is in the Burbank airport flight zone. In the morning the flights taking off from the airport when noisy.
- 5/5
Yes
- 2.5/5
The showers were hot, there was parking and many restaurants in walking distance The photos don’t match the rooms, everything looks and smells more tired than the photos. The bathroom was “clean” but there were long hairs all over the shower walls, curtain, and bathroom door. The AC worked but made the room quite humid. During check in the night desk person didn’t tell me anything about the WiFi or anything beyond where my room was. Beds were 5/10 for comfort
- 0.5/5
They were nice to help us with dates It was dirty outside, people were walking around everywhere looking suspicious, bathroom had a horrible sewer smell, tub was filthy, room smelled like sewer, mold and felt dirty. The room smelled very dirty. I couldn’t stayed there checkout same day
- 5/5
Close to universal studios It was all okey
- 5/5
The room was clean and organized, we were very well received, we loved staying with the family.
- 2.5/5
Centrally located to NoHo. It was quiet and could sleep without disturbance. The staff was very helpful. The room smelled ok once I managed to get the air going. The bathroom was great, I wish the rooms were just as updated. The condition of the elevator could be better. The hotel looked ok until I got into the elevator and could tell it was going to be a worse for wear hotel room based on the condition of the elevator. The buttons on the air conditioner were gone and cracked. Plastic Chairs to sit in. Lighting was just over head cans. The curtains were hanging off the rails. They have an ironing board but no iron. No glasses to drink out of. The standing closet was well worn. TV interface and remote pretty impossible to figure out.
- 4.5/5
2 miles from Universal Studios ?
- 1/5
Room was in terrible conditions. It is a .5 star
- 5/5
Clean room, very spacious and friendly staff
- 3/5
The room was clean but could use an update. A few switches/plugs didn’t work. Beds were somewhat comfortable. The bathroom door did not shut all the way.
- 5/5
Good
- 2.5/5
Not the best in cleaning, some rust in the bathrooms, carpet not clean enough, bellows has some hair, only two towels for 4 people in the room
- 4/5
The pillow was to hard
- 4/5
The room had 3 beds to comfortably sleep my family of 5.
- 4/5
The lady that works nights was so very nice and helpful thank you to her
- 0.5/5
Long lines
- 4/5
Room clean staff good .
- 3.5/5
Very spacious No latch on door for extra security, there was barred windows that were not latched .
- 2/5
Furniture in the room was old and felt very stuffy.
- 4/5
The front desk, staff and managers are very nice and very helpful
- 1/5
Condition of room was in desperate need of repair or replacement. The area the motel was in waws really sketchy. This place made motel 6 look like a 5 star hotel.
- 3.5/5
The shower has been remodeled and is very nice. In the room. No coffee, no clock, no hangers, no cups. Mold on ceiling in bathroom.
- 3/5
The Front desk person was friendly and a good communicated . I loved the sunset view sky from my room window and the shower pressure. This motel is located close to a busy instruction of two major streets, the traffic noise is terrible . Bring ears plug . Is Too noisy .old furniture.
- 5/5
Very clean and pleasant hotel. I stayed in a room with a jacuzzi. Highly recommend it!
- 5/5
Cheap and convenient as we were going to Universal Studios.
- 4/5
Clean
- 4/5
The room was very clean dated but clean and the staff was exceptionally polite the night manager of the hotel. Toni was very helpful and the day staff cleaning staff as well as the front desk attendance were very nice. The coffee was good could’ve been a little hotter. I particularly liked the luggage cart. It was easy to manage and they had a nice big elevator. Our room did not face the freeway. We were in 202 and it was very quiet at night. There was a great place to walk our Service dog that had grass and it was around the perimeter of the property off the busy street. We would stay there again. We were only four minutes from our appointment this morning, which was Ideal.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
The room had bad smells. they had to changed to another room it’s was better, old bedrooms, , no coffee supplies. . Close to universal, a lot of homeless in the area.
- 3/5
Ok
- 4/5
Excellent staff
- 4/5
Exactly what we needed to be right down the street from Universal Studios maybe 5 mins driving. If you like Mexican food try Ernie's It's close and the food was great.
- 4/5
Room was clean, Front desk staff were friendly
- 4/5
The 2 front desk clerks were super nice
- 4/5
The only minus thing was the bed was very, very firm, But I get it they need things to last.
- 1/5
Bed bugs don’t stay there and waste your money in a disgusting place like that
- 2/5
Good for the money but wouldn’t stay here again
- 5/5
Room was clean, price was decent and staff was helpful and courteous
- 3/5
Need new furnitures and tv don't work
- 4/5
Recommendation's. - rooms need a makeover and needs paint job .
- 1/5
Room was awful. Pictures are not accurate. Staff wouldn't help at all. Don't stay here. Terrible hotel.
- 3/5
Pros: - We paid only $250 for 2 nights for a room with a king size & a twin size bed. - It’s only 10 minutes away from Universal which was the purpose of our stay. - Credit card was not required, we were able to pay with a debit card. - Front office staff was nice & explained everything thoroughly. Cons: - Our room was a little run down & outdated. Not the most aesthetically pleasing, but still clean did well for simply being a place to sleep. - Beds did not have comforters, just a thin fleece style blanket & sheet. And some of the pillows were very firm/hard. Thankfully we brought our own pillows & blankets. - Towels were very small & thin. And although our stay was for 3 people, there were only 2 towels in our room. Overall for the price, not a bad hotel. We’d probably stay here again, but next time we would bring more blankets & our own towels.
- 1/5
Unfriendly and unprofessional staff. AC didn't work, you can't regulate the temperature and the heater didn't work. Dirty towels, they had hairs on them. Bed sheets were super thin and pillows very hard. Our TV was not working, had to mess with the cables for it to turn on and then had to press really hard on the buttons on the remote control. The area around the hotel is sketchy and a couple of the other guests were definitely on something, so the hotel should definitely invest in some door latches.
- 5/5
yes
- 3/5
It was horrible staff was nice but was a terrible room
- 2/5
The room smelled of really strong cologne - we couldn’t get it to air out at all. One of the beds had stained bed sheets, and there was someone’s leftover McDonald’s in the microwave.
- 5/5
Yes air conditioner
- 3/5
Good
- 5/5
Checking in with front office clerk super easy. She was really friendly and answered any questions we had. The room is a regular basic hotel. It was clean and ready for us :)
- 4/5
Great staff, downstairs jacuzzi in my room had some issues, little things but staff very attentive
- 5/5
friendly staff Close to universal
- 5/5
Clean property, friendly staff, i go every year because its so easy to get to universal studios.
- 4/5
Room and hotel is as described in the pictures. Only downside was, that the room was not ready and had to wait almost an hour after the 3pm check in time.
- 5/5
Overall, this was an excellent stay. I highly recommend getting there early enough for parking and from there take Uber services. At night the parking lot is completely filled and you would have to pay for parking. The room had a few dings and scrapes that are expected from an economy style inn. The bed was pretty hard but served its purpose. For the price and it being so close to holiday season I would definitely stay here again. Staff is very friendly!
- 3/5
The room had trash left from previous guests, the walls had staines on them from who knows what. But otherwise was convenient as far as location and beds for our family. The room was a different lay out than what was shown in the photo but it still worked. They also asked for a cash deposit at time of check in that wasnt expressed in the booking, but it was returned the next morning at check out so be prepared. Other than that our stay was nice a bit pricey for the environment but its LA so what can we expect. Id recommend this for a easy quick night over.
- 5/5
The perfect stay for our universal studios trip. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were very nice & accommodating. We will stay here again when we come back.
- 3/5
The bed we paid extra for did not have any blankets to sleep with, if i checked in at 2am i expect for my room to be ready. And when checking in it took forever for the reception guy to come in, and then when asking for balnkets a few minutes after he did not show up and we called the number indicated there and still no answer.
- 4/5
We had a great time and the staff was most helpful
- 5/5
Clean and spacious room. Had a toddle. Close to universal studios Hollywood.
- 4/5
Room was fairly clean, needs updating and better maintenance, bed was comfortable, pillows were terribly hard and hurt my ears. Carpet needs to be stretched as it was buckled in areas. Overall a fair place for an overnight stay.
- 4/5
Daily housekeeping was awesome. The parking stalls on site are tiny.
- 5/5
Hotel was good for the night the
- 4/5
Very clean, less parking available than rooms. First come first serve
- 5/5
Hot tub probably needs to be run and cleaned. But it wasn’t terrible. Tv dint work, had to call front desk, but they came right up. Parking was good thank goodness! Overall great staff gal at front desk changed out room for us, which was much appreciated!!
- 5/5
Quick easy friendly check in. Spacious room.
- 2/5
I didn’t even bother sleeping under the blankets. Place is gross and noisy
- 5/5
Room was cozy, comfortable, and clean.
- 4/5
It was okay.
- 4/5
It was clean and staff was very nice
- 1/5
The room had a weird smell to it. End up all bit up from bed bugs. The worst.
- 4/5
Super clean rooms and linen. Love that the other room we rented had 3 beds and was very spacious. Close to Universal Studios and the price was less than expected! This is the third time we stay here! Definitely will come back next year!
- 5/5
Staff for super nice and helpful it was quiet just a good place to stay what we went to
- 5/5
Thank you
- 3/5
It was close to Universal Studio , that was the whole purpose of the stay. For the price it was good enough
- 4/5
It was quiet for the most part. Staff was kind. Very dated but had a nice stay.
- 5/5
Nice staff. Clean rooms. Rooms need some touch ups but good price and convenient. Thank you.
- 3/5
The bed was uncomfortable
- 5/5
It was in the perfect place for our plans. Nice place
- 2/5
This place is adorable, but the bedding was dirty, and so was the carpet. If you choose to stay here some rooms have carpet others have hard wood floor. I recommend bringing slides for walking on the carpet. If you take a shower and step on the carpet or even when they’re dry your feet turn black and it feels sticky. The office people were very nice.
- 3/5
The staff was very helpful and the hotel was nice in a pinch. I wouldnt want to stay for longer than a night, but it was affordable. Lots of places to get food within walking distance. You could tell that they are slowly remodeling the rooms. Our bathroom was fairly new looking but the room could use an upgrade. Id definitely stay again if I needed something quick and cheap.
- 3/5
I really wanted to give a higher rating. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was so convenient to get to Universal Studios, literally down the street. The room was clean, air conditioner worked great and plenty of parking. My complaint is the beds, they were so hard. The king bed didn't even bend when you sat on it. It was difficult to sleep.
- 4/5
room was clean , friendly staff , good location
- 3/5
Overall it was okay, nothing to write home about. AC tends to make the bed closer to and the carpet wet and cold. Beds weren’t great, they concave on you but for price it’s decent. Definitely a pay what you get for hotel but it was close to Universal driving.
- 5/5
Everything
- 5/5
This property has the best staff the very accommodating it’s clean priced well and around a great district. It’s just a little bit of an older property.
- 1/5
People smoking in rooms near making ours smell disgusting. Absolutely disgusting sheets with weird stains and felt itchy when waking up. Last night had people above us stomping, moving furniture, and being so loud I got less than 2 hours of sleep.
- 3/5
Clean enough just to sleep very close to universal studios. The AC had a very weird smell coming from it and the staff did not pick up the phone or very rarely did after calling multiple times through the day but did answer texts. If you're just sleeping here its perfect, not fancy but just alright. Quite a few guests were being a bit loud/inconsiderate late into the night.
- 4/5
Older hotel but clean and friendly staff
- 4/5
Check in was easy and staff member was great !
- 4/5
If you are planning to visit Universal studios Hollywood and need a place to stay, Colony Inn should be your first choice. The hotel allows you to park at their property without any extra charges and the theme park is very close by. There are many eateries, shopping areas, and other amenities nearby.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly & room was clean with everything needed for the stay.
- 5/5
Hide a fee of parking they charge you 25 each day.
- 5/5
We went to universal studios as a family trip for my daughter’s 20th birthday! And we all loved our rooms and those bed are super comfortable!! Staff was friendly! We got there before check in and we were able to semi check in so when we got back we just had to grab our rooms keys! Will diffiently be back for our next trip
- 5/5
Great option near Universal Studios.
- 3/5
Room smelled like pee. Late the 1st night i went to the office and asked for a blanket for both beds, was told he only had 1. The rest where locked in the maids closet. The rest of the trip we only went back to the room to sleep and spent the rest of our time with faamily.
- 1/5
To add to all of this, when the cleaners came through the room they stole our phone charger boxes. This was not a pleasant experience and I would like a refund.
- 4/5
The Hotel was very accommodating and decently priced compared to many other hotels in the area. Our room was clean and comfortable. It is very close to all the activities we did in the area including Universal, Walk of Fame, and the Hollywood sign. We would definitely stay here agian.
- 1/5
No ideas
- 5/5
The broom was great. Only thing that was off was the TV placement and quality, outdated and dim screen.
- 5/5
The hotel is very close to the amusement park and the front desk staff was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I’ve stayed there before and will again because it’s close to the park.
- 4/5
Quaint spot 10 mins from Universal 👍
- 4/5
The easiest best check-in I’ve ever had! I’ve been coming here for years, and the new manager really takes pride and helps his guests
- 5/5
I’ve been coming to this property for years. Manager was amazing! I’ve never had such an easy check in great service helped me with anything that was wrong in my room immediately! I can’t say enough about how great this new manager is
- 5/5
The good thing is that they have elevator
- 3/5
This is my 2nd stay at this place. I returned because I like the area. It's clean and well maintained. I believed they have repainted it since I was here last year. My complaints are: there is no microwave or coffee machine. Personally, I really don't care about that but I really don't like the fact that they don't have any drinking glasses. They have an ice bucket but nothing to drink with. I know this is on purpose because the same thing happened last year. Last year I went to Ralph's and bought a package of plastic glasses. I should have remembered and I would have brought some with me. It would have been nice to have a lamp over the desk. I will not return next year.
- 2/5
Room had black mold in the bathroom. Won't be staying again.
- 5/5
Very nice area and near universal, kinda outdated but its a good place to sleep
- 3/5
If you want something close to universal this is a great spot, it was quiet and the staff was nice. The parking is tight.
- 5/5
Will come back!!
- 5/5
We stay in this hotel because its close to Universal studios, rates are okay rooms are clean cant complain ill be stsying there again.
- 2/5
Worn out. Floors, terrible shape. Mold in the shower, nonexistent cable, TV, missing lightbulbs, poor interior, lighting in the room, no end table lights. Bathroom door doesn’t fit properly and not a towel hook to be found. Would never dream of ever going back. staff was quite helpful for what they had to work with.
- 4/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Very clean and safe environment :) will definitely come back!
- 5/5
Great location
- 3/5
The Colony Inn is a conveniently located budget motel in the heart of NoHo. The rooms were clean but pretty bare bones. The room was surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to Vineland and Lankershim. Off-street parking seemed safe.
- 5/5
Quick and easy on the go
- 4/5
Parking was horrible but overall a decent stay
- 4/5
While was just average at best there were some good dining options within walking distance
- 2/5
Expensive place but not clean and floor is very dirty carpet , vanity faucet hardly gives you any water , no microwave , poor condition room for price
- 4/5
Nice tub
- 5/5
Nice and clos
- 5/5
Nice and quiet
- 5/5
Very nice! The lady at the front desk was amazing! Strongly recommended!
- 3/5
It was ok. Not worth the price. Rooms are run down. Pillows and beds were rock hard. Crackheads roaming around.
- 5/5
Went for the night for universal studios. Easy check in. Would definitely stay again
- 2/5
The shower was nice.
- 2/5
The hotel was dark inside. While clean, the room did not come close to the actual room. The photos need serious updating to reflect actual condition and look of rooms.
- 3/5
Staff friendly. Good enough close to event went to.
- 2/5
Creo que podría ser remodelada por dentro especial mente los baños estaban mojesidas los colgaderos de tu allá.
- 4/5
The only issue i see it’s the parking it’s like first come first serve not enough parking
- 5/5
We love ❤️
- 4/5
None
- 2/5
horrible
- 4/5
Quick (early) check-in. Front desk was very friendly. Small parking lot, but we were able to find parking each night. Neighborhood seemed fine, we even walked to a few places. Property is older, but maintained. We had the suite with the hot tub in it. Very basic, a few cable channels, no pool/gym, no room service, etc. Toiletries aren’t the best (bar soap was awful & hard to lather). We ended up buying our own toiletries since we forgot to bring them. We were visiting Universal Studios and it was a short drive. We paid the $35 general parking at Universal. All in all, I wouldn’t mind staying here again.
- 4/5
Nice motel for the price continently close to Universal. Only downside is the limited parking. I was luck enough to get a spot but I could see running out of spaces and having to park on the road which wouldn’t be too good because the surrounding area seems shady at night with a lot of interesting characters walking around in the shadows.
- 4/5
Not sure why you charge a deposit when there are no amenities and payment for the room is made in advance
- 5/5
Staff were so friendly, easy and quickly check in , room suite was enormous, with 2 clean and neat queen beds, with a jacuzzi we loved , bathroom really clean, we love all the place !! Definitely we recommend it !
- 5/5
It was a comfortable trip! This was our second time staying here! The area was calm and cool!
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
Even though the property is on the older side of it's existence, the room was comfortable and the area was quiet and felt safe
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and kind and the hotel is very close to the park
- 4/5
Nice clean safe place. I was comfortable. Better than I had originally thought
- 4/5
It was a good hotel the only thing that sucked was the cleaning
- 4/5
The manager on site was amazing. She was knowledgeable and friendly
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Not a bad place to stay a night at when visiting universal studios Hollywood
- 4/5
Personal great friendly staff
- 5/5
Check in staff is always friendly.
- 5/5
It was a very cozy place, the staff at the front desk were very friendly, and the hotel isn't far from Universal Studios. Would definitely go back to stay here.
- 4/5
Short drive from Universal Studios
- 2/5
Awful place, run down, old sheets and blankets. NEEDS WORK! Never coming back, almost two hundred dollars for this dump!

It was an average stay. The place isn’t the greatest hotel ever nor is it in the most safe looking place, but you get what you pay for. It was great for only needing a place to sleep and the people working there are very sweet and friendly. The rooms themselves could use an upgrade & major refurbishments.

The motel is AWESOME !!!! the staff is very friendly, when we check in its always easy. I stay here i believe 2 or 3 times . To visit Universal its only like 6 or less minutes away . The area around is ok you are in the city so homelessness is around . Like i said that dosent effect the hospitality of the motel . We are planning our next trip in 2 weeks cant wait .

The staff is fantastic. If I needed to print something they printed it. There are no common amenities. Sink outside bathroom was off but the place was a clean place to stay

Staff was great but the hotel is in need of refurbishing. Had a very noisy upstairs neighbor and couldn't sleep all night.

checked in to the property through, what appeared to be, a bullet proof window. was going to give it a chance, so went up to the room. the room, looked absolutely nothing like what the photos presented. the furniture was outdated, brown and at least 30 years old. the bed was super squeaky. when pulling back the comforter stains were reveled on the sheets all over. left five minutes after checking into the room and did not receive a refund. not to mention there was no clasp lock on the door and the normal lock was not working. would not recommend.

The team was great. The room was ... not good. There was mold on the curtains and on the wall behind the curtains. Both beds had stained mattress protectors. The A/C worked, but rattled like mad and there was no consistent temperature. The 'blanket' for the beds was a thin item that would act as decoration. There were two blankets in one of the cupboards, both were stained, one had cigarette burns. The property looks nothing like the photos. There is no microwave, no coffee pot and no freezer with the fridge. The TV was too small for the room and the watchable options were less than stellar. Murder She Wrote for the win! They are very close to Universal and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

The room had a bad smell. Can hear noises from nearby rooms. The bed was average. The elevator had a horrible smell. The parking is a little tight. Not located in a good area.
