The water from the sink came out yellow, which was extremely concerning. On top of that, when we checked out the next day, the staff initially refused to return my $100 deposit because they couldn’t find the record. The whole process was disorganized and frustrating. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. I would not stay here again.

The staff is very attentive, courteous, friendly and professional. But the room, and the building condition is just ok, need update. the location is great, convenient both to get food, eat in restaurants, and the easy access to highway.

This hotel is absolutely atrocious. I arrived at 6pm and didn’t get checked in till 7 bc staff was on lunches. We got into the hotel room, smelled like pure cigarettes, dust everywhere, no toilet paper, we didn’t even sleep in the bed we were scared to get a disease. please avoid this hell hole.

Staff were hospitable and friendly as they come, more than that to help customers with their need... But every other aspect was almost as if they were trying to deter customers from staying there. Super dirty, when I first got there I even scrubbed my own room to prepared it myself for my time there... bc it was so dirty.

Average room kinda dirtier than it like so I just got cleaner and i scrubbed it myself. I cleaned the shower/tub bathroom and Any other places that I felt should be cleaned. On a better note, the staff were super friendly and seemed happy to help with anything I needed. But you get what u pay for when it comes to the rooms...

Staff was fine. Building and area around it not well maintained but it was cheap. People above us played their TV until the middle of the night way too loud. People yelling at 4:00 a.m. woke us, due to an overflowing toilet. Lots of noise.

Room smelled horrible. Cigarette smoke... The condition of the room was as bad as thr smell. Old fixtures that were worn out (toilet seat, shower head, sink counter). Bed mattress bad. Not a great experience..

The stairs and upper walkway creak like they are about to give out on you. When you open the door to your room, you are greeted with a strong smell of stale cigarettes and mold. The windows barely close completely and the security lock on the door looks as if it's been broken off a few times and lazily put back on. The paint on the walls is bubbled and peeling off from water damage. Every surface is covered with a thin layer of dust and the baseboards have a layer of grime most of the way around the room. The walls have strands of hair, dirt smudges, and reddish-brown stains running down from the ceiling. Soap scum and body hair cover the shower. The bare floor is peeling up and missing pieces. All the furniture and linens are clearly aged, worn out, chipped, stained, and unstable. Nothing in the room has been updated or replaced in decades, including the TV and sad little minifridge. I didn't even want to sit down on anything, let alone sleep in that bed. The woman at the front desk was nice enough and quick at least. I don't want anyone else to be trapped into reserving a room here without knowing what it's like. The pictures on their website look nothing like the room you are going to get. The rate is also outrageous, considering that clearly none of the profits ever go towards repairs, cleaning, or basic maintenance. The reservations are non-refundable at booking.

The room was disgusting, it smelled like smoke, and there was mildew all over the bathroom. Cheap, broken furniture, TV didn’t work, and dead bolt didn’t work. Which was a problem given how sketchy the parking lot was.

This hotel was dirty inside and out. I arrived a 2am. People were milling around outside, yelling at each other. Two men were sitting in a truck in the back of the hotel. I did not feel safe. Black mold everywhere in the room. Furniture was broken

This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed at in my life. In a horribly unsafe area, there are long-term tenants that deal drugs or have loud children running free. The place is HORRIBLY DIRTY, literal mold and stains and BLOOD ON THE BEDSPREAD.

It was very dirty! It was loud. You can hear people outside talking and yelling. The inside needed to be updated. Found hair on the sheets and I¿m the bathroom and shower. Burn marks on the sink. Very disgusting hotel!

I really like their customer service you know on the motel is not in the best part of town however I had no issues with any riff Raff at all and their customer service is always phenomenal very friendly and very helpful very courteous and very professional very accommodating as well. And they are pet friendly which I love.

Overpriced. Rundown. Card keys failed. Staff said try again. Failed. Got new cards. Had to switch rooms. I was given 1 bed, not the 2 beds booked. Too few electric outlets. 3AM someone knocked at door. Didn't open the door.

Even for a budget hotel, this was pretty terrible. The carpet and walls are so badly stained and/or unclean that my whole experience was uncomfortable and centered around not making any contact with either surface. We were supplied 1 bath towel for 2 people, our bathroom sink did not drain, and (this absolutely baffles me) the bathroom light did not work at night. Additionally, the other guests are completely selfish and uncivilized in that yelling is apparently the only way to communicate with one another, no matter the time of day. The fact that it was a different set of people doing this each day suggests that it is not an unfortunate experience with a single group of people but rather a typical occurrence that can be expected here.

Everything about the stay just had a feeling of discomfort— the room, the lack of cleanliness, the bed bugs, the quality of amenities and the neighborhood. i am not coming back here especially now because I have a baby. I’d rather pay extra to stay at Hampton Inn off the 80 business route toward downtown nearby.

This place has bed bugs. I have had no bites at all and I stay here one night, i wake up with at least a dozen bites all on my arms. They are red, raised bumps that itch. Definately bed bugs.

Bathroom sink nearly unusable due to faulty faucet that required Herculean strength to get just a trickle of water. No housekeeping service between 1st & 2nd night. Ants the second day. Guests looked like they'd been rode hard and put away wet!

Nothing worked the TV didn't work I couldn't get anybody to help me and the bed sheets were dirty. Wife I didn't work as well.

When we went to check in we were informed the property had no hot water. Staff on duty wasn’t willing to discount room, and didn’t seem to think the water issue was a big deal. He was more interested in his video game then providing service.

I asked for a change of linens 2 times. 2nd set also had cigarette burns in sheets. sink and counter had cigarette burns, room smelled. Restroom toilet barely flushed... This area attracts eventful people too. Police came to location while we stayed our one night. We already had the plan to drive away if police came again and sleep in car.

In my room it was fair but again the smell of pot was very strong in the bathroom. In the evening, it was a madhouse, kids playing till the late hours running up and down the isle. Being on the second floor it sounded real loud. While asleep the room next to me decides to play music loud enough where I could hear it. My second night, again my neighbors decide to have an argument, real loud and it was getting to the point where I called the front desk to complain. The guy said it’s a family who just got back and I told him it wasn’t

Rooms were dirty. Housekeeping did not make the beds or clean the rooms our entire stay there. Just a horrible place to stay. Beds were super uncomfortable and same with the pillows. Highly don’t recommend this hotel.

The kurtons had a big hole in it with tissue pluged in the hole.. I didn't even sleep under my blanket because the bed smelled bad... Like mild dew

The hotel staff was super nice. The area is good because of all the shopping that is available in the area. The traffic noise made it hard to sleep. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were super UNcomfortable for my whole family.

I have stayed in a variety of hotels in the last year. This hotel is not the newest or oldest and is neither the least or most expensive. My rating is based on a few simple facts: it is clean, the other guests have been respectful of my need for quiet, the facility is kept in good repair(lamps work ,etc) and the staff has always been professional and friendly. I wish there were hotels like this on more of the locations i travel to.
