Would give zero stars if I could.

Property was disgusting with multiple people hanging out in parking lot. Door to room was unable to be secured. Toilet and were broken. Room was filthy. We attempted to speak of our concerns with front desk staff who didn’t care. Front office and employees smelled of marijuana. We left property after one hour and stayed somewhere else.

The room was not like it showed in the pictures. I requested a non-smoking room with a refrigerator. There was no refrigerator and an ash tray in the room. Nightstand and TV stand didn’t look good, the shower was almost big enough for an average adult to fit in. Had to clean up water on the floor around the shower when through. The door to the room was way off and could see light between the door and frame all the way around it. It also let bugs in. The A/C system was on its last leg it sounded like, but it did cool the room well. Would I recommend this place? No, not even to my worse enemy.

Definitely the grossest place I’ve ever had to sleep, not clean, smelled bad, cigarette burns in the sheets, roaches, and the area was sketchy af to the point of having a curfew and being warned coming in.. absolutely a den, wouldnt suggest but the 2 folks I met behind the counter seemed sweet which was appreciated

I’m not one to complain. But Let me just start by saying, I have never stayed in a nasty hotel but this one was definitely a first for me. It was nothing like the pictures, at all!!! The property looked not taken care of, it had a bad smell outside of the hotel and in the room I was given, the AC was not even working right, it was rusted and had stains on the unit, I was sweating in the hotel the whole time I stayed there. I complained to the clerk on duty and she was not even no help, like she didn’t even care. Not to mention there were more than a handful of cockroaches crawling around the room which I was already mad and the shower wasn’t even cleaned properly there was other peoples hair stuck in the shower. So nasty! I couldn’t even believe it. The walls had stains on it, yellow splattered stains. Also I couldn’t get over the smokers smell in the room, gave me a headache, I’m sorry but that hotel should be reported for investigation. It was not worth the money I paid to stay there. I wish I could get my money back. The worst experience!

The room had a dead roach crushed on the wall, sticky floors, and random gobs of goop with hair in it sort of in random places along the walls and on the headboard when I entered. The shower was badly degraded - there was a hole worn all the way around where the shower head was supposed to join with the wall, so it was just hanging loose. There was a roach infestation and it was BAD, I saw my first roach while I was checking in and they were out and about even with all the lights on. No toilet paper or cups were provided without me asking, and I bought my own body wash and cleaning wipes because those weren’t provided either. There was a random pair of socks in the bathroom, but the towels were folded like housekeeping had been through. It smelled bad, all the time, and the smell was unidentifiable but gross. There is a Waffle House in the parking lot but they don’t offer a dine in service; all the main food options are fast food across a multi-lane highway. Closest intersection is far enough down the way I couldn’t see if it had a crosswalk, and in the heat I didn’t make it that far. The only bright spot was that every employee who interacted with me was kind, positive, and respectful, to my face, but they’d made derogatory comments about other guests to me as they left.

Roaches everywhere they don’t clean the room nor do they clean the sheets, roaches in the bed n all in the fridge poor service overall and they don’t care about your comfort

So the room smells like smoke but there’s a no smoking sign near the door. The bathroom door had holes in it. The bedsheets had hair on them. The front desk did give us new sheets thankfully. If you want somewhere cheap to go then don’t expect luxury. There was a lady sitting at the top of the steps and was still there when we left.

Bugs in the room. The room was not clean. No toilet paper in the bathroom. The door would not close correctly. Rented it for 3 nights and only attempted to sleep in the hotel one night. Slept in my car the remaining two nights at work.

I didn't like getting woken up before 6:00 a.m. to the people that seem to be living there beside me arguing after keeping me up past 11:30 p.m. the night prior. I had to sign the paper talking about noise ordinance but they didn't enforce it. When I called and complained nothing was done. Pathetic there and a horrible drug area! Literally got pulled over just leaving there to go grab dinner. They thought we were getting drugs there... just don't waste your time and money there

The only thing accommodating is the Staff Deadbolts don’t work, filthy linens. The shower looked like it had fecal matter in it.

This place shouldn't even be on Expedia. The only sign to let you know it exists is a banner hanging on a balcony. When you check in you have to speak through a window right beside the world's loudest ice machines so you can't hear the clerk. They make you sign paperwork saying you will abide by the curfew and not loiter. I asked the guy if it was safe to stay there and he said, "Well, it is now. It didn't used to be." Meanwhile, there are people loitering everywhere! There was no toilet paper in my room. There are only sheets on the bed, no blankets. The whole place smells like smoke and weed. The TV was already on when I got in the room as if someone had just been watching Indiana Jones. Lots of holes in the bathroom door and walls peeling. Bugs were everywhere!!! I killed probably 15 creepy crawlers and when I left 4 skittered into the room. Numerous crawled on the bed. The shower sprayed water everywhere. I didn't want to use it, but I smelled like the room, which smelled like smoke. Had to kill a spider who was guarding the shower. When I checked out I told them they needed to spray for bugs and the woman rolled her eyes as if I had offended her. Zero stars. Would not recommend. Just sleep in your car.

The microwave was shared one in the “lobby”. An ice “bucket” was crumpled up and crammed through the security glass slot when requested as it closely resembled an empty cool whip container. Staff was ok if you like trying to hear people through a mini speaker with vending and ice machines right behind you. After this booking my wife no longer allows me to choose hotels.

We showered with our flip flops on because of the filthy shower pan. The sink had hairs and boogers in it. We slept in our car because roaches were everywhere when we turned the light on (i took pictures) and the bed sheets had blood specs, like bedbugs do. The walls and door were just filthy! On top of that, they say at check in there is a noise ordinance after 10pm, and base was thumping at 12am and yelling half threw the night in the parking lot. Not aplace for a nice couple or even kids. There was a woman working a room. Every other hr or so she would change clothes and redo her makeup and a different guy was in and out her room, even the next morning. If the staff paid better attention to the surroundings and did something about it, and the house keepers cared more about cleaning, it wouldnt be bad at all...especially for the price.

We have now dubbed the feces, bloody and moldy room the murder room. Plus not so dog friendly. Our dogs were attacked twice 1 time in our room and 2nd when taking them out to have the room worked on. DEFENTLY LOOK UNDER THE BEDS.

The floor in the bathroom was peeling up, looked like water damage over a long time. Furniture and fixtures had broken parts and missing shelves. The door had clearly been forced open. There were four different places where a "burglar latch" had been ripped off of the wall, one of them had been snapped off and was not removed before a new latch was installed. The bottom of the door had a gap where something must have been forced through. This hotel is near a train track, an airport, and on a busy road, so noise levels can't be helped. Staff were above average, very helpful when my key card stopped working.

Parking lot was full of drug activity. People approached my vehicle as I was pulling in at 2 am asking what I was looking for. Smell of marijuana was in the corridor . Asked for money back but was told to contact Expedia and then once Expedia reached out to the property, I was denied a refund. Would not recommend!!!

Other than that stay away from this place. Our AC unit didn't work, both sets of sheets had cigarettes holes burned in them, room was run down and unkept. Watched drug deals going down in the parking lot. We went back to the front desk to let the women know of the issues in the room and she immediately started calling people on the radio to get the AC looked at and the sheets changed. We thanked her but told her we were not staying there and had to find another hotel. Even though we paid with a non refundable she was so sweet and offered to refund 1 of the 2 nights. Again other then that sweet women at the front desk this hotel is a stay clear of. I found it so sweet that she offered the 1 night refund but also feel that the owner/management of this hotel should refund me the other night since we didn't even stay and had to find another hotel to stay in.

We arrived at midnight, in line to check in, a guest had a blunt right at my back, the smell was awful, I decided to move forward anyway. We got our keys meanwhile the high as a kite guest was chasing a ruckus, fine. We head to our room and the smell of urine going up those status was unbearable. Again, this was midnight, there were rooms with the door open, blasting rap music, and toddlers running around while adults were drinking as smoking, yes I was scared by the stare downs I received. Get to the room and the smell of cigarette smoke in the room was horrendous and making us nauseous. I didn’t stay and opted to leave, but as I was leaving 2 cop cars were in front of the property with their lights on. Scary place to stay, if you don’t mind any of that, then that’s the place for you, left and didn’t receive a refund.

Room was dirty. It was more like a run down apartment complex with kids toys everywhere writing on windows and inside the room there was vulgar writing all over the place. Very loud all night. Random people knocking on our doors. Had kids riding scooters outside our windows upstairs for hours. When first arrived had a woman follow us in our room chasing us with a dog off leash trying to pet our dog and letting that dog get up on our dog. It was disturbing and not normal for a hotel. Please spend the extra and don’t risk staying here.

It seems like they’re trying to fix it but I won’t stay again. Worst experience in a hotel if my life and I genuinely wish the new GM the best of luck turning this place around. He’s got a hard job ahead of him and seems like he really cares. He was the only good thing about the stay.

All together, the worst stay I've had. The people hanging around the outside were super sketchy. The staff didn't seem to care and they were all on personal phones. The first room we were given had a roach crawling up the wall, toilet was clogged, and the sheets were horribly stained. They let us switch rooms. The second wasn't any better. But at least the toilet wasn't clogged. It was loud and noisy all night with people yelling and playing music and fighting. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone to stay and I will NEVER be back.

All together, the worst stay I've had. The people hanging around the outside were super sketchy. The staff didn't seem to care and they were all on personal phones. The first room we were given had a roach crawling up the wall, toilet was clogged, and the sheets were horribly stained. They let us switch rooms. The second wasn't any better. But at least the toilet wasn't clogged. It was loud and noisy all night with people yelling and playing music and fighting. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone to stay and I will NEVER be back.

This place is a rat hole. There's activity all night long with people going room to room. When I first pulled up there were police with suspects on the ground with one lady upstairs screaming. The room next to mine had people going in and out all night. If u have kids do not bring them here. Homeless people all over the property. The room stunk like mold. What a terrible waste of $

Customer service was excellent. At night a little noisy but just for a hour or so. Nothing to crazy. Room was really clean. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was very nice to me.

When I first checked in the staff said they were fully booked even though I had a reservation. I asked for a non-smoking room but got a smoking room. Worst place I’ve ever witnessed! Holes in the sheets, holes in the walls, wreaked of smoke, graffiti on the shower, shower floor was filthy, bedbugs, no security lock, could hear the people in the next room all night long yelling at their dog which kept barking. People outside knocking on random doors. One guest even told me to be careful as I walked to my room. I would never stay here again and highly recommend no one else stays here if you value your life and safety

I love the modern room and fantastic. The area was a little bit dangerous but the security people there did an excellent job protecting my vehicle and I felt very safe.

The room was NOT cleaned and smelled of cigarettes. The shower was disgusting, the panels behind the tv were broken and coming off the wall, and the outlets didn’t work by the lights, garbage all over the property and the trash cans were overflowing. Between 2-4am a crackhead knocked on my door 5 different times scaring my children until I finally opened the door and told them to go away. When we came down to check out and get out of there at 7am there was tinfoil with drug residue by my car. If you’re not a crackhead or a prostitute don’t book here. This place needs to be shut down.

Had to keep getting my key cards reset so I could get back into my room. Vending machines worked half-assed. Seemed like a lot of drug activity and there was even a shooting. Maid only came every other day to ask if I needed something. Not enough towels and no hand towels.

I didn't like to be greeted by a dirty room without towels or supplies, dirty floors & I had to complain to management to get it clean, also too much noise at night when trying to rest, not sure of returning.

I checked in, ran to Walmart and checked out as soon as I got back. The place was filthy, staff was unprofessional, and all kinds of people hanging outside smoking weed. I ended up not even staying there and went across the street to the Hampton Inn. I tried to request a refund but this site says the room was a non-refundable room.

When we arrive to check in no one was at the desk. We waited for about 10 to 15 minutes and no one showed up. And of course when we tried to call about it we received no answer.

Absolutely horrible, dirty, and unsafe avoid this place at all costs especially if alone or with family. Yes, it’s the cheapest in the area but you will find places worlds different for another $30. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

This was one of the scariest places I’ve ever been, and that’s not a small claim. I don’t know the solution, but it was clear that rooms (including right next door to ours) were being used for criminal activity, and I suspect a variety of such. A group of homeless addicts had a makeshift station just outside the parking lot where people would go then come up to certain rooms all through the night. The same characters doing this at 10pm when we arrived were still at it at 8am when we got the hell out of there as fast as possible. There were several police officers on scene when we left. I wish they’d been there earlier. And there was no way I was taking a shower, even though I smelled like the sheets, which I slept above. Luckily, we left alive, and nothing was stolen, but we emptied our vehicle and relocated it to right in front of the front door before making the precarious trek to our room in the back of the building, where there was a legitimate and sophisticated criminal ecosystem operating with near impunity.

The night staff provided excellent service. They were very polite, and the service was truly amazing.

Sink faucet continuously drip. Door to toilet & shower has huge hole above door knob, bottom corner of plywood splits, door knob handle loose, shower base has hairline crack on surface. We checked out 1 day early because front desk clerk said no other room available to transfer room. Took pictures of damaged complaints. Manager said she'll process for refund but refund not forthcoming. Checked our bank account, no refund.

There was not seat invthe lobby area you have to sit on the side of a wall outside. The room and linings dirty plus the worker smoking while cleaning the room so the ac had all the smoke scent traped in there. It was awful i would not recommend anyone even if i had an enemy.

The hotel seemed to be occupied by people who were staying for an extended period of time. Many of them seemed to rely upon a bicycle for transportation.

High crime area, room was cleaned with little regard, outlets didn’t work and over head bathroom light was not functional. Toilet seat needs to be replaced. Welcome sign out front should be change to beware. Front desk staff was the only enjoyable experience. At face value they were professional. Mattress needs to be replaced and the door appears to have been kicked in multiple times.

We had an awful stay at this hotel. The bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper sitting on the counter, no holder just a single roll. Toilet was too short and hard to actually sit on. Door security lock was was broken and not usable. No coffee in the room or even in the lobby. Staff were very rude and unfriendly. The hotel does not have a pool, like in the picture. Dead cockroaches on the floor and in the shower. No rack to hang my clothes. I would not recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff is always great. Every time I come I never have a problem. They always have my stuff together. I just wish the rooms would be done better sometimes there’s no remote in the rooms and if there is, there’s no batteries and sometimes there’s no comforter on the bed and you’re sleeping With just sheets only. But I always stay there for the staff. They’re excellent!

The ac did work but all the buttons on the unit were smached broken you could not control the temperature. The shower was a joke and the beds only have sheets . No blanket . Very poor light for the room

We had to buy our own pillows and blankets. There were roaches. The bed was broken and we had to use a bag to lift it. We were told that our room would be changed but it wasnt. No bathroom fan or light. One towel for four registered guests. Loud fighting and yelling and banging on rooms around us all night.

Honestly ya get what your pay for, I stay here often cause it’s cheap and in a central location. Rooms can very I’ve stayed in some that are pretty “clean” and some that were less clean. People live there and they hang out outside at all hours. This is a “I need to sleep somewhere tonight and only have 75$” kinda place. Def not a family vacation or business trip kinda stay lol.

Room key would not work so we had to go back down and redo it. Found a cockroach in the bathroom. It’s almost 3 in the morning so there is nothing we can do about it.

The environment seems to be a little trashy, to many individuals hanging around the outside of main office. The Staff lacks professionalism, or maybe they have never been trained properly. The overall look of the place is DIRTY. To many extended stay patrons that has no respect for the place. Spider webs and dirt especially the air-condition unit. It seems more of a hang-out for staff instead of a place of business.

Holes in the wall, one appeared to be from a knife. Room smelled like cigarettes. Electrical issues in main space and bathroom including flickering shower light. Shower faucet handle broken, was able to be rotated backwards past the off position and had a piece of plastic missing. Broken toilet seat. Not enough towels in room. Mattress was incredibly worn out. TV coax was disconnected, had to be scewed back in. Loud parties and banging on walls and other guests having cookout outside. Linens were stained. Not enough pillows, pillows that were given were flimsy.

Staff was super rude, got into the room and it had dog hair and human hair on the bed, it seemed like it wasn’t even cleaned. The towles were brown they weren’t white, everyone smoking all around so smoke going through the door. Didn’t even stay the night and they refused to give me my money back. Ended up booking about her hotel somewhere else.

The first room they put me in smelled heavily burnt marijuana, despite it being a not smoking room. Second room was better. Appliances were working. The surrounding area is definitely not safe, especially for children. I recommend putting extra money aside to stay in more of safer area.

I mean it was cheap and you’ll know why when you arrive. The folks who ran it were fairly nice but that’s about the only positive. You’re in a rundown hood of a neighborhood where every time I walked out I thought I was gonna get robbed. The room was very dirty and there was a dead roach on the wall. Not to mention the DIRTY towels. It seemed like nothing was cleaned. Besides the dirty interior the walls were also paper thin. You could hear the talking 10 rooms down from you. There was no positive of this hotel if you could even call it that. Just spend the extra 20 bucks and stay in the 20 other hotels in that same area!

This is by far the worst hotel I ever been . Smell like cigarettes . Wall with mold , cockroaches, shower super dirty , sheet dirty and curtains all mold .i ask for change room but they say was full . After I beg they give me another room worst then the first . Never again

I have been staying there almost every Saturday. But this time the room smelt like someone didn't clean it. It smelled like roaches and pee. And there was a few roaches but not many and I killed them then sprayed down the room to get rid of the smell. Other than that it's a nice place to stay

People at front desk were helpful

I booked the room the receptionist Davina that took my reservation she gets a five star ❤️ love the cats and the dogs cuz it's pet friendly I have three labs but the kind that I have to use raid on and I'm talking about the spray can that becomes a problem. My advice to anybody shake everything out before you pack.

I don't recommend it for families with children of any age. The property is in bad shape and needs remodeling before it's like in the pictures posted.

Did enjoy the place at all

There was no coffee maker in the room, the ice bucket was dirty, there was only one wash cloth, no plastic flatware, one tiny microwave for the entire hotel in the lobby, people loitering outside at night urinating in the shadows, a malfunctioning HVAC, no power outlet at the work desk, one hard wooden school chair, non-functioning light switches, peeling paint on the walls, broken plastic floorboards - not even a do not disturb sign to put on the door! Overall, the hotel was substandard, cheap, dirty, ghetto and since it was beside a major highway, it was noisy all night. The only good things were the price, location and the accommodating staff but I won't return.

Everything was wrong clerk letting they friend be in room so when entering tv on pillow prop different an someone left beer bottle in room

I couldn’t even stay there, i just took the money loss. So ghetto, very very dirty , blood on the sheets, smelled liked pee and and mold and mildew.

I had three different rooms all were dirty and unsafe. I ask for a refund but still trying to resolve this issue

I was supposed to stay here 2 nights but checked out after a few hours because the sheets were dirty, the sink was clogged, and there were bed bugs among a million other things. I was told I was would be refunded for my stay by the front desk which I am still waiting on.

We asked front desk for new bed sheets the lady at the front desk ignored us after we asked for help. I understand for the price I shouldn’t ask for much but if I’m being honest I would have much rather slept in my car over all like my experience with the staff from the room wasn’t pleasant I wish I could’ve gotten a refund but I didn’t.

Maid service was not provided during my three day stay, and I was so informed by the desk at check out. I had to go to the desk at night to get towels.

The staff at check in and check out were nice. However, the bed only had a top sheet and the mattress looked dirty and stained.. also the door was hard to lock as it looked like it had been kicked in before and some of the lights in the room didn’t work. The gang tags on the side of the A.C. unit in the room was charming touch though.

The people in the morning are very mean they are rude and don't try to help you. Then the room you get has no refrigerator or microwave and the people that stay there has no respect for the other people that's trying to sleep and have to go to work. They need better rules better rooms better service

Dingy towels, shower looked disgusting. Toilet barely worked... paid for microwave and fridge. Room only had fridge. There were no blankets, just a sheet on the bed. I knew it wouldnt be nice, but i did expect a blanket, clean towels, working toilet and a shower i could step in without contracting something

The price of the room

Super unsafe area. People selling drugs and prostituting on the stairs and in front of the office. Rooms were disgusting lights and air conditioning didn’t work, the bathroom door didn’t even close halfway. The whole room was disgusting and covered in cigarette burns and smelled horrible. People outside all night yelling and banging on doors and screaming.

The stay is okay but the bugs is ridiculous in this hotel. Yeah its cheap but at least get an exterminator to get the bugs out. First and second floor is compromised.

Didn't like it at all. Had to change rooms at 3 am because my fiance got bit by bedbugs. The next room they gave us didn't even have a curtain. Only had sheets on bed. Stains,scraps on the walls. Would never go back.

You could smell weed everywhere I got a smoke free room and it smelt like cigarettes bad. There was soap in the drain and hair in the tub a gob of it. There was mold in the corner of the bathroom. No blanket on the bed . No trashcan anywhere in the room. The bed was extremely hard

They placed me in a room on the backside of the property where the drug dealers hang out (I was approached twice in the short time it took me to get all of my things from my car into the room). It took five times trying to use the room key card to get into the room and when I finally made it inside, the TV was on and it smelled like someone had just got through smoking a cigarette in it. There were only sheets on the bed with no bedspread and there was no way to contact the front desk because the phone was broken and also had no cord connecting it to anything. If all this wasn't bad enough, I was more worried about my car being parked there overnight. So I grabbed my things, put everything back in my car, drove around to the office (which was now locked), flicked my room key card through the small opening in the window and left to go find another place to stay. DO NOT BOOK!

Room was very dirty. The TV did not work. The nightstand was broken. I requested a handicap room that was not available.
