Breakfast is not what I expected, besides the pool was never open, they deducted money from my card without me having allowed it is a total bad option

After checking in, we found dirty socks left in the room and a used coffee pack in the coffee pot, so we don’t think the room was really cleaned. There was no ice in the hotel because one machine was broken and the other was empty. While the general manager was very nice, the rest of the staff were rude and not interested in helping guests. We decided to leave at 6 am, and there were no baggage carts anywhere. Breakfast was barely edible the first day and totally inedible the second day. Breakfast was all pre-packaged junk food. It is our first time at a Fairfield and definitely our last. Motel 6 would have been better than this dump.

Erica was so kind and helpful when checking us in. Room was clean. Nice breakfast. My only complaint is the amount of light that comes in under the curtains. I put a blanket on top of the a/c unit to help block out the light.

The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful.

the map takes you to sleep inn so just make sure you go to the correct entrance behind the other hotel. staff were always present and responsive and respectful of privacy.

Stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and I will stay at Fairfield again as I travel around.

We always sanitize our tools when traveling. We did find hair in the bathroom. The staff was polite and helpful. The cleaning staff had a little communication problem. We needed some more towels. We asked the housekeeper. At first, she didn't understand my request. I repeated myself, and she understood. Overall, we had a pleasant trip.

The best part of my stay was the staff. They were very helpful and kind. The lady who was in charge of the breakfast was a hard worker and very friendly.

Rough neighborhood seems that local crowd uses parking lot dark areas for nefarious activities. Side of hotel away from street late at night is very busy with locals. We came home late one night with guy having issues banging on truck screaming for close to 45 min. Called police they never showed up before he moved on. Cable service had issues and relied on everyone to stream to TV which killed the WiFi too. Beds were extremely firm and parts of room showed wear and tear. AC was very weak. Breakfast was terrible. One of the worst continental breakfasts I have ever had at a hotel.

Booked and paid for handicap room as my wife is in a wheelchair, got there semi truck parked in handicap spots, reeked of marijuana as soon as we came in, got room key 2nd floor, 1 elevator. Got wife and luggage into the elevator and went to the room, no handicap of any kind. Left wife there and took stairs down to the front desk, no rooms available and no refund on the already paid for room. Should have left then and went somewhere else, got even worse for the two days we stayed. Definitely would not recommend this motel for any reason. Had to go to laundromat and wash everything we brought because of the smell-yuck.

The hotel smells amazing as you walk in. The staff were simply wonderful. The breakfast was different all 3 mornings, well stocked and several choices. Room was clean. The bed was firm and off the ground where I had trouble , for a 62 yr old. Overall it was a good stay.

I think there are several worker families living in the hotel. We had two nights with loud parties in adjacent rooms Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel. Front desk staff very friendly. Homeless and tweakers all around the property. It was ok overall

Worst experience ever. Very old hotel and noisy but very clean. Upon arriving, we found that the microwave and TV were not working and the bathroom door was broken. Maintenance were sent right away to fix the TV and to replace the microwave. Did not return (as he said he would) to repair the door. Security guard is there at night and that says an awful lot. Right next door is a lower end/cheaper hotel that’s separated by a wall. The mornings/afternoons are fine but the freaks come out at night. Noticed several drug addicts in the parking lot which made my family and I feel very unsafe. Will not be returning. Expected much much better from a Marriott hotel.

The hotel seemed clean and well kept. The neighborhood felt a bit rough, though. Also, we needed to use the pull out couch and there were no linens, blankets or pillows for the couch. And the beds only had 2 pillows each, so that was a bit disappointing. We asked for extra but the staff didn't have access or any additional pillows or blankets.

My family had an amazing stay here. The staff up front were super friendly they welcomed our dog like she was a member of their family. The room was clean and spacious. Beds were so comfy. Nice delicious breakfast every morning. The location had lots of food options in close range!

This is one of the best stays that I’ve ever had in any hotel. The hotel was very clean. The staff went above and beyond and the breakfast was great. I was so impressed! Will definitely stay there again!

The room was very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. They had a hot breakfast every morning with a good variety and the lady that worked there every morning was so sweet and always had a smile on her face.

Front desk staff was loud, arguing with guest upon arrival. Staff removed breakfast items before the 10am cutoff. Cleaning personal came into room prior to check out time.

Condition of the room was surprisingly poor for Fairfield. Door into bathroom barely closed due to bottom of the door being really tight to floor tile. Bath tub was dated and caulking around it was not done professionally. Was on spendy side for the condition of the hotel. Location was a bit of a sketch as well. Overall ok, but for not what you would expect from Fairfield and for that price.

One concern: Security. Another guest had an expensive bike stolen from the parking lot and understand there are no / operational camera(s) in the parking lot.

We had to set the air conditioning very low to get the room cool. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The Breakfast was good and had most of the things that we liked. Could of had more fruit options. The Location was good for what we were doing. The last 2 mornings our room did not have hot water so we had to do a quick sponge bath. That was uncomfortable. We had asked for the 2 day towel swap, but it was the 3rd day that we asked for new towels. That was okay.

Everything from the staff to the breakfast was great. I didn't like the musty smell and stale air in the room. The A/C was not working. Even at 68° it was too warm.

Door handle was broken and when I brought it up. They said it would just the lock and they would fix in am. They never came to fix it. Room smelt and carpet was wet and sticky.

A great 3 day relaxation. Needed this mini getaway to have time to myself and recharged. It was well needed. Definitely recommend this stay.

For an older hotel, you can tell that the staff makes a concerted effort to present a clean, comfortable, and pleasant facilityl. The breakfast offerings were fully stocked with a large variety. There was no problem selecting items for a satisfying breakfast meal. Lighting in Room 308 needed to be addressed. The overhead hall light when entering the room did not work at all. The light over the bathroom mirror would attempt to light, but never really did. There was a dead bug of some type on the bathroom floor near the toilet.

Not a great value for the price. There are better options in a mile radius for $50 less a night. The photos are AWESOME compared to the reality of the hotel, even after you get over the awful curtain choice that makes every room look like a murder scene (it’s worse at night from the outside). We had a bug in the shower, which wasn’t a huge issue. The water never really got hot. The room had badly red stained carpet adding to the “murder mansion” vibe as my kids said. Many many needed updates or paint (bathroom was disasterous with missing grout, shower bar had cracked the tile and wasn’t repaired, they just moved the bar), one of the shelves was ripped off our shower stall too and just left removed. Ceiling was cracked and sagging at the edges. Our ac housing was ripped off the unit and just shoved back on, but the ac was creating a puddle inside, soaking the carpet. There isn’t enough space between the bed and the wall to move around the bed so it’s hard to get in/out, when they’re ridiculously high off the ground too (I’m tall and you have to hitch a leg up to climb up onto the bed). Very noisy neighbors you could hear through the walls. And literally ZERO parking after a certain time at night. Overall I would choose other options next time.

It was nice location ,breakfast was nice. My sheets on my bed had black spots on it. My bathroom sink was not clean good it had toothpaste in sink before I use it which is nasty.

Location was easy to get to and from airport and highways. While property itself was safe, the area around property was riddled with homeless. Front desk was fantastic and helpful. Property was clean but we were moved from one room with a leaky ac to a room with a leaking ceiling.

Close to everything. Sketchy hotel next door with lots of homeless, druggies and prostitutes. Did not feel safe outside of the hotel, including the pool area.

Absolutely loved it. The bed was so comfortable and the room was very clean! Checking in was a breeze, the employees were all very knowledgeable on the area and were so kind.

Our room (that we shared with our 6 year olds) had a pungent marijuana smell and the pool was not up to par- it looked dirty and needed repairs. The surrounding area is ghetto- like a motel with an actual barb wire fence. Yikes! The bright light of our stay was Ebony at the front desk. She was friendly and helpful and had a great, welcoming, and warm energy. She gets 5 stars but the place itself was not worth my money!

Staff seemed overwhelmed during breakfast. Whoever was in room above us was walking around all night(midnight to 4am) and floor joists were creaking above our head.

The room was your average room with two queen beds, however, one of the beds was so tightly fit against the air conditioning unit that the person sleeping there was frozen while the rest of the room begged for some cool air. Then the next morning we discovered that the shower turned itself off when the hot water was attempting to be accessed. The sink had hot water but the shower was broken and there was no alternative for a shower from the front desk. The pool was also a disgusting green and covered in leaves, so despite the 75 and sunny day, no one could use it either.

I stay here every few months to visit family have always had a pleasant stay.

I had been staying at this hotel chain for quite long time. And most of the time I particularly liked my room decor, bedding and bathroom. Cleaning could improve. Lady at the breakfast bar was really nice and helpful!

Bed was horrible! Worst sleep ever Mattress was extremely hard. Checked out early due to unable to sleep comfortably. Hotel beds are usually one of the best amenities offered. I am very disappointed and displeased with my stay due to lack of sleep. I am a Marriot Bonvay Honors member but don’t think I will be using them in the future

Nice staff, lobby, and breakfast area. Parking was a breeze. Conveniently located. However, this hotel needs room repair and remodel asap!! Broken towel rod, toilet lid sliding off, tub was dirty and missing grout, carpet was absolutely disgustingly dirty with pet stains, and the beds were hard as rocks. Will not stay there again!
