    Very bad experience here. Arrived late at night and tired to have someone who was very nasty come out and say we could not stay there with a trailer. We stated we understood and if they could please point us in the direction of somewhere we may stay since it was 1130 at night and she proceeded to say “that is your problem” very nasty experience.

    Worst hotel stay of my life. From the group of men that hang out directly outside the lobby/entrance door in lawn chairs drinking beer, to having to look at 4 different bedrooms just to find a clean one, to the bugs, smell, and how ungodly unclean that place is.

    The property wasn’t the problem. I advise against allowing extended stays to be booked through your platform. If someone decides day of to extend their stay they just cancel reservations. So I got to the hotel at 11pm after my flight only to have to find a new hotel.

    I would not recommend anybody stay with extended stay ever. I booked a room was confirmed ,received the confirmation .I flew from Boston to South Carolina and when I arrived ,I was informed they had no room for me. The girl behind the desk really did not seem to care and would do nothing to help us as far as checking other properties I don’t know how a hotel can get away with This!!!!

    I have stayed at many Extended Stays and this was the worst hotel I have ever been to. The only positive part was the front desk lady was very friendly. I was only there for one night and went through 4 rooms to try to get a stayable room. They were extremely dirty, smelled of vomit. I could not take a shower as the tub was filthy. The sink was full of hair as if someone had just shaved their face. Used bars of soap in the shower. When I went to call the front desk the phone had no cord to it. The floors were so dirty you had to keep your shoes on. The worst part was when I went to go to bed, The blankets had what appeared to be blood spots on them. When I went downstairs to try to get a new blanket I was told they didn't have any clean bedding. People were coming in and out all night as if these were rented by the hour. Definitely not a place for families with children.

    They cancelled my booking without as little as an email, phone call, or text then proceeded to be angry with me for being upset. They gave different excuses such as my number, and email weren't listed when I've booked numerous times with expedia and that's never happened. They will take your money first then come and tell you they were overbooked. I had to find a new hotel after driving 5 hours. The customer service reps were terrible as well.

    He hecho reservación por expedía en este hotel y en 2 ocasiones al llegar a reservación me dicen que no hay habitaciones, pero entonces porque aceptan reservaciones atracos de la app expedía, luego hay que hacer el proceso para el reembolso y lo peor es que hay que buscar otro hotel y lógico se conseguirá a un costo más elevado..

    Nothing! Not only did the manager not want to allow us to check in even after paying on the app. When I left in a panic and told her to do whatever she needed to do with the items we had left in room she threw everything away and did not wait the 10 days they are legally supposed to wait and 8 have a police report and will be filing a law suit for the items totally approximately $2-3 thousand dollars

    Room was clean, everything in good order. I noticed the shower floor creaks, room 430 will need attention next renovation. I had never used an Extended Stay before, so finding the two burner cooktop was a surprise. Next time, I will know to bring food and a pot.

    The microwave in my room was not working. I also did not have any kind of chair or seating in my room, other than the bed. The bed was cozy, though. There was also a laundry room that was an awesome amenity I was pleased with.

    This facility is infested with German Roaches and it is filthy. There was a hole kicked in on my bathroom door and it was stuffed with dirty toilet paper. The electric socket in the kitchenette had roach feces all over it. The hallways and parking lot smells like weed and there is trash blowing outside everywhere. The back door to the property doesn't even work. It's just gross. The only redeeming quality was the nice lady at the front desk. She completely understood my concerns and issued a refund. I have no issues with an older, no-frills facility, but this place is disgusting and needs to be knocked down.

    This was the worst stay Ive ever had. I wasnt going to leave a review because I was asking for assistance and was denied so here goes. I booked online pics look bright clean and cute. Traveling as a single female I was trying to find safety. I checked in ran and dropped my bag off in the room I didnt check it out I was running late. I got lost on the way there. When I got back to the hotel I noticed how bad things were. There were broken beer bottles in front of the front door and bugs inside. I went to my room and after looking around realiszed my door wouldnt even stay locked I had to slide the fridge in front of it. There were horrible blood splatter bug looking droppings in 3 spots all over the ceiling. The blinds were broken and i had to hang a towel over them. THe floor was sticky I was afraid to touch anything. There is no one at the desk at night there is a roll down window and its shut and locked. SO I couldnt ask for help or a clean room, and didnt have the money to pay for another hotel. I was scared all night. COuldnt even turn the tv on for noise there was no remote and switch didnt work. I got up at 6:00 to get out of there as soon asn I could. I was going to say something to the front desk then too. Guess what no one was there again the roll down window was still shut and locked. SO I couldnt get help. Contacted expedia for a refund since no one was here to help me. THis hotel denied it because I didnt speak to them during my stay.WTH how when no one is working

    Lobby and hallways smelt of weed. Elevator was oversprayed with fragrance. Room lacked a shower curtain and a battery on the smoke detector. The window blinds were broken and the floor left our socks brown. There was a grainy sugar-like substance on the bed cover.

    I got this room for my daughter and her friends so they could attend a concert, while they said the front desk staff was very nice the hotel itself was scary. As soon as they walked in they felt very unsafe. The bathroom shower had mold, there was mold around the windows and they said it had a very bad smell, as well as being greeted by some bugs. I know this is South Carolina and there are lots of bugs but when they got back from the concert, they saw four cockroaches not Palmetto bugs in a span of five minutes and since the front desk is not staffed after 11 they had nobody to call so instead they drove three hours home at 1 o’clock in the morning.

    Bed was clean and attractively set. Room was cool, but nothing dried even overnight in front of fan, very damp. Older building, simple, inexpensive, and ok for short stay. I spilled water on the laminate floor, wiped it with towel, filthy. But bath looked clean. Excellent front desk staff.

    I don’t think the room had been cleaned, the floor was dirty and sticky, There was no shower curtain, the bed was not comfortable, the ac was really loud no workers were at front desk after 6 pm there was garbage everywhere outside piled on side walk, super loud and fighting in hallways on my floor, no bfast or even a coffee machine in room elevator was broken and water puddles in hall and stairwell. No ice machine that I could find but couldn’t ask anyone. gross.

    Elevators arent working. Outside doors are unlocked and can easily be accessed by anyone. Stairs is not gery well lit and dingy. Smoke abd loyd boise on the first floor and travels up to the 2nd floor. Room itself is durty, floor is sticky with gunk, dusty and moldy. It's very unsafe and unsanitary. Especially with kids.

    Zero star. Worst lodging you'll ever visit. I got there later in the night. I noticed lots of cockroaches in the breakfast area. When I entered the room, there were at least 10 cockroaches on the floor and few on the bed. When I complained to the front desk and asked if I can get a room with no roaches, the clerk said that the entire hotel is infested. I was left with no choice but to walkout. There were hundreds outside too. I called their headquarters requesting a refund and I was told I should expect in 48 hours and never did. Do not stay here. Expedia shouldn't be listing this property. It's crazy it's listing it as 3 stars.

    After a late night arrival in Charleston (11:40 PM), we arrived at the hotel after midnight. We were let into the building by a resident--the office was closed. We used the phone provided to contact the staff, and Veronica finally came down, She said we did NOT have a reservation, and after I produced the paperwork, she checked again, and told us again we did not have a reservation. When asked for an available room, we were told there were no rooms available. We went to our car, and drove to several other hotels looking for a room after 1:00 AM. After being told they were all full, I attempted to call hotels.com's customer service line UNSUCCESSFULLY, and finally reached out on the app. After an hour dealing with Khansem, who was very friendly, we were told Extended Stay said we arrived too late (5:30 am is the latest time IN THEIR EMAIL). I could call back @ 9:00 that day to hotels.com customer service number and they would try and get a refund for the PREPAID reservation. I said I would dispute with AMEX, which I did. We ended up sleeping in the car after an all-day flight the night before...VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were told they did not have a reservation--Hotels.com was told they cancelled it after we arrived too late (12:50 AM) We had already paid for the reservation, so, if we had one, they had no right to cancel it. And there were no rooms left at the inn...I think I had the before somewhere else...

    There was no shampoo, no coffee, no pot for coffee, no ice bucket, only a mattress on a cheap bedframe. I did not know the area and it was a very sketchy area. Homeless everywhere. Loud music was played out in the parking lot. I would not recommend a single woman by herself to stay there

    Very comfortable and clean bed, besides that, the appliances are really old and not well-maintained, sink needs repair (water spill around the faucet during use), toilet flushing mechanism needs repair (water won’t stop flowing into the reservoir after flushing, must be stopped manually), mildew smell inside the room, visible cracks with termites infestation in some spots along the bottom walls.

    The area had very much strange activity and strange people walking around at night. Also our first night in the room seemed nice and clean but the very next day there were roaches in our room popping up from almost all areas of the room. We tried to get our room switched but they had nothing else available. Definitely would’ve gone somewhere else if I had the money and time to do so.

    This place stunk. There was a cockroach in my room and I want when I'm there for ten minutes. However a positive about that, the staff member on duty changed me to another room immediately which was cleaner and more acceptable.

    Upon arrival I noticed loitering around the property. The lady at the counter was very nice and supportive. After checking in and entered the hallway I noticed a strong presence of cigarette smoke. I entered my room and went to shower. I went to pull the lever at the bottom spout and noticed it was loose from the wall, shower head leaked from the threads spilling water out the shower, tub drain dirty and clogged, one towel had a brown stain (disgusting)… desk light didn’t work and tv didn’t work. I continually worried about my vehicles safety.

    They tell you when you get there it’s an extra $109 smoking deposit, we will see if I actually get it back. The floor in my room was slipper like it was covered in grease! The toilet and shower were both broken!

    The staff was courteous, friendly and went above and beyond to satisfy my needs came into Charleston for a funeral from Springfield, Georgia. You’re night staff and day staff or an asset to your company. it’s hard to find good customer service these days❤️

    I was charged an incidental fee that was outrageous. Also told the incidental fee was to be paid in cash but would be refunded to the card I had on file to make the reservation which sounded shady. Online 1st got one price got there to check and was charged 3 times the rate I made the reservation for. The front desk worker was very unprofessional arguing with someone on their cellphone while ignoring that I was trying to check in for over 20 minutes until I left and went somewhere else

    This place is absolutely disgusting. There were cockroaches in my room, the heater smell made the fire alarm go off and it’s in a very unsafe area. On top of that - you have to pay a refundable incidental fee that is twice the price of the room. There are no incidentals in these rooms - bare basics. I asked the front desk person when I would receive that money back and he said the very next day it would be credited. That did not happen so I just called over there and the person that picked up the phone said it would be anywhere from 2 to 10 business days. I have never heard of anything like this before. Do not stay at this property!

    After booking the hotel and paying, I get a phone call from the property stating that they are completely sold out and that I need to seek reimbursement. After no resolution, and no refund, however, was assured that it would happen, and it was just all extremely inconvenient that I had to find another hotel, and that the issue is still not resolved and outstanding.
