    Our original room was infested with cockroaches. We asked to be moved to a different room., but 5 over 2 days is better than 35 in 40 minutes. The 2nd room was better, however the room above us was noisy all night, stomping and moving furniture across the floor between 1-4 in the morning. Maybe they had a roach problem. Needless to say, no one slept well in our room over 2 days. I would not recommend and will not return.

    If it had not been absolutely impossible to likely get a refund and find somewhere else to stay, I would have left as soon as I made it beyond the lobby after checking in. The entire place smelled awful like cigarettes and marijuana. In our room there were dead roaches on the floor, in the dresser and in corners. There were other bugs in the shower. The floor appeared as if it had not been swept, vacuumed, mopped in weeks. The furniture was peeling, the walls were marked up and stained. There were bugs in the cabinets of the kitchenette. I found more smaller bugs on the bed covers. Had there not been bed bug preventive coverings on the mattresses I may have just slept in my truck. And to add insult to injury, I was charged a $100 deposit in case I damaged the room. This entire facility needs to be stripped down to the walls and completely refurbished and then kept clean going forward.

    My stay was terrible it was noisy, clogged sink & toilet the shower was not working properly ,Dogs barking, babies crying ,fire alarm ringing. elevator was not working and I was put on the 3rd floor.     there was a lot of trash located around the outside doors & near the stairs. the elevator was also being serviced during my stay, I was not thrilled that my room was on the 4 th floor. i had a hard time getting my luggage up to my room, then avoided leaving or having company due to the fact I had to take the stairs also.

    The one star deduction might have nore to do with Hotels.com and similar sites compared to Extended Stay. The prices you see do not take into account a $100 deposit(security deposit, basically). If the visitors keep the room spotless, then they receive the deposit back in roughly a week. A pain, and I can see this causing Extended Stay to lose business for such an amount compared to a typical $30 deposit. Another observation was the staff was seemingly overworked. This location was converted from a different type of facility and some of the "cracks" show. Their front desk is the size of a closet...giving the impression of a leasing office for...apartments. I can go back as the prices were very reasonable.

    The rooms have a wet mop smell. Sheets were upside down turned inside out and spotty so was the pillowcase. Sofa in the room is very dusty. Dust along bed head on floor and in corners. The staff smell like they don’t brush their teeth or wash. Trash all around the property and hallways are a mess. Trash in front of each door. Rooms aren’t cleaned correctly. They spray mist and keep it moving. My tissue that was on the roll was half gone and had poop on it. Just not the lace for a vacation or a night rest. Find somewhere. The only thing that wasn’t present was bed bugs I’m surprised

    To start, they charged us with a deposit fee of $109 that we were unaware of. They said it would take 3-5 business days to credit our account as long as there was no damage to the property or smoking in the room. They didn’t bother asking what form of payment we wanted to use and just charged the card used to hold the room. They ran two different transactions for the deposit and the hotel room. The bar in the tub was broken so we took pictures and showed the person at the front desk. Second, the area is very unsafe and smelled like weed down the hallways and at check in. Third, we tried to check out and there was none at the front desk way past their hours of operation. We tried contacting the number and had no luck. The hotel room was somewhat clean until we found fingernails on one of the nightstands. We will never stay there again.

    Showed up too room. Used condoms on the floor. Room was dirty and disgusting. Empty beer bottles and cans all over the place. Smelled like weed too. It was late and we lost our room at another hotel. So i got this room for a week. Gunshots and very rough place too stay. Checked out on sunday. Called hotels.com to cancel the rest of the nights. The hotel said that we didn't check out. The hotel told hotels. com that we were still on the room on monday. We worked all day on monday. Called hotels.com 4 times. The hotel said the would refund 2 nights. I said no. Hotels.com didnt nothing to get my refund because i didnt spend the extra money for insurance. Amother thing is the tried changing me an extra $150 for damage for the room. If no damage they would give it back. I didnt pay it. They gave me the room. Dishes pots and pans will cost you an extra $50 too. Dont go out at night. Very dangerous area.

    Nice that it has a full size fridge/freezer and a cook top and I didnt see any bugs throughout my stay. That was not enough for me to ignore the rest unfortunately and I had a really low bar knowing I was renting cheap. Worlds tiniest microwave and all appliances looked dingy. Small pile of trash where I guess someone swept but left the pile. Nasty walls with everything from kids drawings to caulk from filling giant holes to the worst -footprints by bed on the walls. I can only imagine ...adult acrobatics. Bathroom surfaces were mystery filled with crusty feeling towels and trash in trash cans from previous visitor. I used a towel to step on out of the shower and when I picked it up it was black showing how dirty the floor was. In general, hotel had the musty smell that says water sitting somewhere and someone smoking cigarettes in the hall (im a smoker too but I dont want to breathe in strong stale ashtray smell every time I walk in to the hall. And lastly trying to sleep while wondering who was going to murder who as a man&woman yelled & slammed & doors as they were in a nonstop heated argument bc "give me back my phone. Dont take my Sh*&. And my favorite stop choking me with no interference from staff/cops...

    It’s off Ashley phosphate so of course that’s the ratchet but we had women black women at that streaming and hollering it was giving drugs, which made me feel unsafe. Then my very last night there they were making so much noise in the hallway, but I think someone was moving. They even bumped my door a few times very hard. I guess you get what you pay for when you come here.

    The bed is not great and very uncomfortable the room kept giving off an odor as soon as you open the door. Phones do not work in the room, the bathroom has no compensation for showering, the toilet kept clogging up, you have to pay for towels and pillows.

    The beds were firm and very comfortable. The shower pressure and temperature were very good (we had to buy our own shower curtain). Front desk was helpful and cordial. There is no lobby just a security check-in (no breakfast but Bojangles is right beside it). Always kept our shoes on as the floors were vinyl and needed to be washed. The towels and sheets were clean.

    The smell was definitely unique, and not in a good way. The TVs were broken in 2 of our 3 rooms. There was an oily brown residue on the floor, and basically all over one of the rooms. There was mold on the shower curtain and I am allergic to mold. There appeared to be urine spots on multiple areas of the room that were never mopped up. The area was scary. The shelves were broken in the bathroom and held up by blue tape. We couldn’t use the pull out bed because upon removing the cushion, there was cigarette ashes all over it. Would absolutely never stay again, even any of the other locations. The only good thing was the staff, they were very friendly and kind.

    The roam was clean but had a weird smell. Has a kitchen, but you have to buy the pots and pans. Not provided. All the other hotels I have stayed in they were provided. The shower curtain doesn't stay in place. It falls right back into the center so water gets everywhere. They will also roaches in the bathroom. This was an urgent stay however I will go somewhere else next time I am out there.

    Horrible. Dirty, no lobby, staff seldom at the window in a tiny entrance. The elevator doesn’t work. Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed.

    Depending on what staff is working, depends on if anyone is actually at the front desk or not. Certain staff will cater to the people they hang out with here at the hotel and chatise the rest

    First thing, staff was actually very nice and did what they could to their best of their ability. But overall, other than the bed being the only thing clean and welcoming, everything else was dirty. Fridge had mold, walls, floors, and every corner had some sort of buildup. Shower curtain always let out water causing floor to always get wet. Everytime I came back to the room it always had a smell. It’s a non smoking hotel but it somehow always smelled like cigarettes. There was yelling and door slamming during quiet hours and had trouble sleeping. I see why the rooms were low.

    Room was not ready for check-in. Used bed linens, with lots of hair on it. Stained sheets. No bath or hand towels. No hand soap or shampoo. Cockroaches in room.

    Had problems with extra nights on my card. My associate also had extra charges . Pay with cash. Don't use personal account or credit cards. Pay attention bro your bill before and after you leave. Overall the property was ok for a short stay.

    Arriving I noticed two random people just hanging out front of the building. Couple of the rooms from the parking view were missing screens for the windows or they were hanging off broken. The man at the desk did not greet me as I stood there waiting to check in. After about 2 min, he stated that someone else will be right with me in a few. Then he went to the back and said ok I’ll take you as if I was an inconvenience. Was not pleasant. No customer service skills at all. Just gave the key cards and sent me on my way. The hotel smells. No comforter for the bed. The room was equipped with one bar of soap, 2 towels to dry off with, and 2 bath towels. Picture didn’t really match up well with the room that was online. The parking lot had trash in it around back and random people in the parking lot just hanging out. One of the cleaning staff seemed to be wearing a bonnet while working. There’s foot traffic all through the night. I woke up around 2 am and didn’t sleep until 630 am because of people coming and going from the staircase and walking the halls. Or people above stomping and running in their room. It seems that people are actually living there. I don’t think anyone mans the desk until 11am. There’s a button to press for service. Don’t think that worked. I would not bring my children here, nor will I return. 0/10 do not recommend.
