Not a great place to stay. Very thin walls and right by the highway. Room was small and very basic.

No one was ever at the front desk, day or night. Side door to hotel was open 24 hrs with a rock in it that kept being replaced

We stay there at the end of our trip to Maine. Was going to see the football Hall of Fame it was very close to it. Out of all the hotels that we stayed at on our trip this one was the very best and cleanest. During in the middle of renovating all the rooms. A very excellent choice for the price that you pay for night. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good too.

Staff at desk were friendly. No problems. There was construction or renovations occurring so there was a lot of work goin on. Would like to vidit after they are done, the room was nice. If you can visit the rock shop across the street.

From the moment I walked in, it was a very welcoming experience. The hotel was clean. My room was comfortable. The young man at the front desk was very nice and friendly.

NO BREAKFAST AS I COULD NOT TRUST THE FOOD!!!! LIKED NOTHING DURING MY STAY!!! BANGING SOUNDS ALL NIGHT LONG!!!!!!!..... WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN IF IT WAS FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAD TO SIGN TWO WAIVERS ON THEFT AND PETS..... WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN IF IT WAS FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!! REQUESTED A TOP FLOOR ROOM AWAY FROM THE ELEVATOR BUT WAS GIVEN A GROUND LEVEL FLOOR ROOM!!!!!

The room was clean The elevator didn’t work- the hotel smelled bad - staff was not very friendly or at the desk half the time- poor security (side doors were propped open for days)- no closet or dresser to put away clothes in the king room.

By all the main shopping and restaurants, but tucked away from the traffic. We go to alliance at least twice a year and will stay here from now on.

My room was always clean. Air conditioning was on every time I went to the room very nice great it was always cool. Staff was very helpful with my questions. Thank you for everything.

Key didn’t work multiple times. Loud construction. Elevator issues.

The hotel is presently under construction on the second floor and the elevator did not work well.

That was a big issue because they didn’t have breakfast and when I asked they really didn’t give me an answer. Also there were quite a bit of homeless people that were asking for money and cigarettes Serve breakfast like it was stated and they give you a heads up there were homeless people there, I didn’t feel safe at night

No nonsense hotel with average rooms. Clean and a decent amount of space. Nothing to write home about but not horrible either.
