Please do not book this hotel. It's right off the freeway. The area in general is sketchy. The hotel does not have cleaning staff even though the property is massive. The mattress had signs of bed bugs. The furniture is old and tattered, it was one of the worst experiences I've had booking a hotel. I didn't even spend the night or bring any of my luggage in because of the fear of bed bugs. The know the property has issues and an infestation and does not address it. The front desk person was pleasant and tried to offer me a different room but I couldn't even trust that. I left not too long after checking in and they wouldn't give me a refund!

The room was absolutely disgusting, as soon as we arrived there was dirt from outside in the room. Before i was even able to put my things down i see a bedbug crawling all over the bed, as well as a roach crawling into the microwave. The walls were filthy. We paid for a smoking room and due to all those inconveniences, they were only able to move us into a nonsmoking room. Their excuse was that the room was in a different building that did not get exterminated.

Ii was in snowed in at this hotel for over 12hours had a short power out, the snow plow truck was in front of my room running and syinking up then they where charging me to stay after i wanted to leak before check out.

Staff were nice and we got the smokers room so it smelled like smoke but that’s what you get for picking the smokers room. There was a slight chemical smell? I physically couldn’t sneeze cuz of it. Toilet wasn’t that clean but other wise affordable and worth it if your on a budget.

The breakfast that was included was a complete joke. Muffins, juice and granola bars inside a doggie bag nice touch smh!! Only pro was the comfortable bed.

The rooms were decent, they were clean, but it’s a very weird set up, this is actually not a Hotel, but it feels more like if you live in a shanty town. The breakfast? Could not be considered a breakfast by any stretch.

Room was very small. Heater was nice - microwave didn't work but they replaced. Bed was nice.

The room they had reserved for us (non-smoking) smelled like cigarettes (because of course it did). We moved to another room that smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Stayed since it was only one night. But never again!

Our stay here was horrible. The property itself is unsafe and unsanitary where there's thrown out appliances such as microwaves in the parking lot, a mass amount of wild cats around. The room itself had a horrible odor, filled with insects, as if it was not open in days. The staff there doesn't clean the facility properly, and when they tried to leave us cups that we asked for they left them at the foot of our door rather than wait for us to answer. The heating/cooling system is ancient and does not offer proper comfort. The 'closet' did not have any hangers or really anything to put away clothing on. No pole even. No iron and the hair dryer did not work. The sheets were not cleaned properly. There were no personal hygiene products either. They advertise breakfast is included however they offered us a cold English muffin, and a small orange juice in a brown bag. That is not a breakfast you advertise for that is rations.

There is no such a call breakfast. One bottle of orange juice and two small muffin. Handover to me when I ask for the breakfast. Small roaches in the room and the housekeeper leave the door open. When I came nighttime I found my door was main door was open. I went to the front desk. I brought a guy to show him. I was so scared. I thought somebody inside.

When we got there someone was still in the room. Had an argument with front desk, they stated no one was inside, yet the latch was on, where you can only close by inside. Smelled really bad, dirty, outdated, broken drawers.

WiFi is a little bit slow. But all in all, it's definitely worth it consider the price in this area

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness. The rooms were not well-kept, and the bathrooms were definitely not up to standard. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which I did appreciate. However, I would caution future guests not to come with high expectations. While the service was nice, the condition of the facilities needs major improvement.

Good location.But in my room water.wa.leakjng from.fridge,couple.of flies when we entered the room on day 1. AC was making noise.bathroom sink was not clean.

Breakfast is a joke. They will ask how many and hand over an old muffin and an orange juice bottle. There was no warm food, and items were not fresh. We threw away those and decided to get our own breakfast. We planned for an 11-day stay, but had to cancel the reservation in 2 days. We moved to another location which was great. Overall, I did not want to spend time writing this review but thought of sharing with people who would think twice before making a reservation.

This place is so dirty and disgusting. So many pubic hair and dry sperm on my bed, pee stains on the toilet, hair on bath towel.

Let me just start off with the room was terrible. Building feels like it’s going to fall down under your feet. Staff has a horrible attitude. I went in my room to start dropped off my stuff and went out to Hoboken for the night. Came back to go to bed and checked under the mattress like everyone does. Come to find out there is rat feces all under the mattress and blood stains on the covers. What I would presume to be symptoms of bed bugs. When I went down to ask for a refund because I now had to sleep in my car. The manager Christian told me he couldn’t refund me and I would have to “deal with it”. At the end of the day a horrible place to stay. I now have to cancel the charge on my card.

Room 183, looks trashy from outside but the mattress and sheet were surprisingly comfortable and clean. Found a cockroach in the bathroom and when you open the fan it smells cigarette. And the breakfast ? They gave you 2 muffins (bought at the supermarket) and one orange juice that was expired. Won’t comeback…ah and there were like 6 people living (yes living) in the room next to us…door always open and wearing weird costumes…well, it was quite an experience !

I’ve never left a negative review before, but I felt compelled to share that you should consider almost any location before this. The room itself wasn’t too bad, it was clean but very dated and lots of damage in the room, along with a handful of bugs. The hallways were very dirty and smelled of urine when walking outside. While nothing happened to us, it felt very unsafe.

There was barely any water pressure. The shower was broken at the top and the bottom. I was just a horrible mess.

It was overall pretty good but we found a couple of cockroaches. There was also a lot of little black things on the beds. But very nice besides that.

Breakfast included is "To Go" not continental breakfast. "To Go Breakfast" consists of a paper bag with contents of these 3 items: 1) a 10 oz Tropicanna orange juice (room temperature), 2) Uncle Wally's Muffins (twin pack chocolate chip or blueberry - although option wasn't asked) & 3) Nature Valley Fruit & Nut Granola Bar. No ice available. Most hotels that do this type of breakfast have it noted within their general information. Decently clean (actually under black light, it was better than a lot of even upscale hotels). Retro style. Our room had tile floor which is preferred but other people with out party had carpeting.

Small rooms, pretty clean and we stay 2 nights and they came and clean the room. For the price it’s good. Nothing fancy but clean and feels safe.

It’s on a good location, but the property areas are really dirty and feel unsafe. The bedroom has a weird smell like it wasn’t clean for a long time and the bathroom was dirty. And because the property common areas feel unsafe and are open, it also feels unsafe when you’re in the room. I won’t stay there again.

This style of motel you expect to have questionable areas be it cleanliness, comfort, clientele but overall not bad. The drapes need to be hung proper, clean bathroom vents,and seal the doors. Safety is paramount in the lower end motels A secure door no possible option to look into another’s room. Comfort, and pleasant desk staff was great just improve those security issues much better,

Do not stay here. The room was dirty/dingy, smelled of smoke, and there were bugs. Leaking AC unit, swollen ceiling tiles, dirty tub. Pretty sure one of the lamp shades had a blood stain on it. There were people loitering in the parking lot-all rooms have windows that face directly out into the lot, people can look in when they pass. The room next to me had three people come in and leave in the span of a hour. I left almost immediately and booked another room.

The staff didn’t have a single answer for the white powder on the floor. I cleaned it up myself because they didn’t have 24 hour maintenance

Not the cleanest. Room smelled like somebody smoked weed. I booked non smoking room but definitely thousands of smokers been there and done their thing

The beds were the only good thing in our room, they were comfy but the rest of the room was poorly. There were holes/rips in the curtains, the remote was not only missing a piece of plastic from it like a hole in the remote but it only turned on the tv couldn't change the channel or the volume. The lamp shades were also stained and dirty.

Alrededores muy sucio y mal olor.De madrugada llegaban personas raras y decían palabras raras. El estacionamiento completamente oscuro.Ofrecen un desayuno y solo dieron un juego y un cupcake. En un bolso y cero opciones para comer.Totalmente diferente a lo que presentan en fotos. Debería Sanidad inspeccionar toda el área y realizar un mejor trabajo.

The picture provided does not match the actual property. I am surprised this is an accredited hotel. My room smelled like drugs and there was a plastic bag sticking out under one of the ceiling tiles in the bathroom. The bathroom door had adhesive on the exterior. There were cracks and stains all over the walls of my room. There was no accessible power outlet to charge my phone. The surroundings were dirty and unsafe.

Sleep with cockroach, I have 2 rooms but all the key card can unlock both rooms and one of my room the door was unlocked when I’m not in the room come back from time square

We vere in 3 room all together in our 7 days stay. All rooms smelled of weed and they were supposed to be non smoking rooms. The rooms were old and the bathrooms were looking like what it was. Old, old dirt in the corners and hair from other people on the walls.

Last minute book. It was super easy. Front desk was very friendly. 2nd time staying here. If ur looking for.some alone time this is the place to go to

Immediately going into the bathroom once checking in there was trash and dirt piled in the corner. Once we got to our room, the tub was stained and cleaner not cleaned off. There was crusted stuff on the sink that wouldn’t come off either, with the peeling wallpaper and chipped tiles. The heater didn’t shut off once it reached the suggested temp and had to manually turn it on and off. It is a very noisy location but you can see that from the map. The bedding, towels, etc had orange stains and cigarette holes. Not to mention being locked out of the room for 30 minutes because the door battery broke, but that isn’t their fault, the manager was quick to respond and waited for us to get back to the room before checking one more time.
