Location was good the staff where smiling , parking was a plus booked this hotel because of free breakfast and pool Bathroom small, shower was below average and the pillows suck. Breakfast was limited to two choices and pay for rest and pool was small and cold

The property and our room were very clean. The lounge was nice and the food was decent. The only con was that it took our food a long time to arrive and we ordered a burger and a Caesar salad. They may have been short staffed that particular day. The bartender was very friendly and welcoming while we waited. However, because our food took so long, we decided to not try the Cafe for breakfast. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The hotel is located in an area where whatever you need is in the area. The city is not far either.

Very clean room-very spacious. Friendly staff. If you stay during the week, make sure to use the express bus into town. On the weekend, it’s 10. Breakfast is a little expensive but hey free coffee! Overall I would definitely come back!

On-site parking is free. Comfortably sleep 4. Shower pressure is very slow, called in 2 times to fix the issue. It's pretty expensive, especially compared to my last stay here in Aug.2025.

Clean rooms, helpful and polite staff, has a pool and a bar. Has a daytime shuttle bus to NYC just around the corner for $4 a trip. Easy access to the city and free parking makes it perfect for getting in and out in the daytime. Recommend an uber or lyft back from NYC after 11, the New Jersey transit system is not recommended for the inebriated and the yellow cabs guys guys are ruthless criminals when crossing to Lincoln tunnel

Booked for May 19-21 we had a medical emergency and could not make the trip. We tried to use our paid booking for a later time in the year and were refused by the Manager.

The front staff is the best I have come across . Manager is so humble and helpful and so is the staff. Nothing different except must use a car to get needs handled .

The property had free parking which was a big plus. The staff were nice and friendly and rooms comfortable . It wasn’t ideally located as there wasn’t anything around there but there was a shuttle bus 5 mins walk away which got us into the city.

Pretty standard hotel experience, in a good way. The room was excellent and clean with everything I needed. The front desk staff was friendly, informative, and efficient. Price was also pretty good.

Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Pool was a plus for my son just wish it started off from 3ft till 6ft but all in all he enjoyed it. Staff are all pleasant and very helpful. Supermarket and huge shopping plaza literally across the street/highway 5 minutes away. NY only 15-20 minutes away no traffic. Huge mall 8 minutes away with so much to do there. Food served at the Grill inside the hotel was pricey and tasted awful, I'm sorry. Would recommend eating or ordering out, plenty of restaurants around you.

This is our second time staying at this hotel with our family, and it has been a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The rooms are very clean, and the housekeeping service is excellent. Free parking is available, and there is also a shuttle bus nearby that makes it very convenient to get to downtown New York City. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Parking is very safe. Location is great. It's just a one-shuttle ride away to Time Square.

The hotel is off the highway, not walkable to anything. Clean rooms, spacious, and comfortable beds. Liked the microwave and fridge. Need to provide bottled water. The pool is cold and very crowded on weekends with no towels stocked. The breakfast should be free for what you get. We chose other options in the area after the first day. Staff was all pleasant. Parking was free. Overall a good stay, but due to location may choose other hotels.

Friendly and responsive staff, very clean, indoor pool, gym and recently added a bar. Location cannot be best.5 mins from Lincoln tunnel. And the best perk of all… free self parking! That right there saves you $60 per day and a headache. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the Executive Suite room; it was clean and spacious. We enjoyed having access to a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfy with the perfect amount of fluff to the pillows. I took off one star for a few reasons. 1: No working ice machine. 2: There was no indication on the elevator which floor the fitness area/pool was. We had to ask the front desk. 3: The parking garage situation is very hazardous. You have to check in first in order to use the parking garage and there was no adequate space to leave our car, causing a back up of vehicles from guests checking in same time as we were. And there's only one way in and one way out but no mirrors for you to see around the corners. We were scared we were going to head on collision with a car on our way out of the garage. Besides those minor issues we really enjoyed our stay

My family and I are very grateful for the service at this hotel. We booked it for the free parking, proximity to New York City, and the pool. When we arrived, the front desk, let us know that there is a problem with the pool and it had to be drained, and would not be open. My 10 year old son was very upset and, because he has special needs, could not get over the closure of the pool. The staff here went above and beyond to fix the pool as quickly as possible and get it reopened. They let us know they were doing it just for us. They made us feel very special and cared for, especially my son who really wanted the swimming as the biggest part of his break. We are very grateful and will definitely come back to such a great manager and front desk staff.

The alarm started blaring early in the morning and when we went to evacuate we called just to be sure and the lady said it was just a test but that was not announced. Staff won’t even let us drop off bags early charging $5 per bag is ridiculous just contacted the previous hotel and they let us leave it there until we made our way over to NJ.

The hotel smelled of mold. So we could hardly stand it with the child. The water in the pool was very dirty. One night we didn't have hot water for an hour. The view through the window was a garbage dump. The carpets were dirty and smelly. The only staff was very kind.

The only issues I have were with my room. The bathroom door handle in our room (713) was broken and fell off once pulled. I alerted the staff about it after our trip. Also the water pressure for the shower wasnt as high as it was before.

Parking was great, didn’t eat breakfast, staff was excellent, hot water went out our last night, staff fixed it to where water was warm but pressure was very low that was the only negative to our stay. I would stay there again.

The room was great, just like the photos very spacious. The area is what is not that great. They also charge a lot for holding bags and other insurance fees etc. I would recommend this hotel as a last choice honestly but overall not bad.

There was not a hot water to take a shower after 10AM. I guess they don’t have enough hot water supply to accommodate all rooms before checkout. So you have to wake super early to be able to get comfortable shower.

It's a perfectly nice hotel but even though it's rather expensive they do not offer a breakfast. This is disappointing since most every hotel at this level offers you a breakfast. Also if you are planning to get into New York City by bus you can walk 5 minutes to a nearby hotel super 8 and grab the regular shuttle buses every few minutes into town but when you come back that same bus leaves you rather far away 10 to 15 minute walk from the hotel. This is okay and summer but it's bloody cold as it was last night in November. But once again the hotel is it perfectly nice good truly nice hotel

Room was more spacious than we thought. It was maintained clean. There is no switch for washroom vent. This is the first time we spent in a hotel where they did not provide us with a brush and tooth paste [small ones packed] We had to purchase downstairs. There was no water bottle at all.

Breakfast was not part of our package but the complimentary coffee was late for each day. Took 15 minutes to replenish. There was only one staff person for this. If the coffee was more readily available, it would have been much better. Water was cold and readily available all the time though.

We did not travel into NYC but were there to see family 5 minutes away with our 3mo old. We did not have to interact with staff often because of how easy it is to go to and from your room in the parking garage, but those we did talk to were very kind. The room was clean and spacious. The best part was, as I mentioned, how easy it was to get you in from the third floor parking to our room on the ninth floor. The elevators in the parking garage take you directly up to the room level and so it is easy to get all of our stuff, including a portable bassinet and stroller to and from the room every day as we visited family. We will be back!

We stayed two nights as we wanted to be close to NYC and driving distance to friends in NJ. Not picturesque but if you want a hotel close to NYC without the expense and comfort and cleanliness (and free parking) I would highly recommend!!!

The attached parking garage is excellent and included in the price of the room. The room was clean and well equipped. The interior was in good shape. Front desk staff were great. While bus stops were walkable, it wasn't an easy walk. Elevators were average. If I needed to visit NJ and NYC, and were arriving by car, I would happily stay here again.

Great, beds comfortable! Parking included and safe! Had no issues! Housekeeping replaced all toiletry items first day but then stopped replacing bar soap, make up removal wipes and shampoo. Left generous tip on 3rd day and they still didn’t replace those items. Other than that, no complaints.

Room was clean, 24 hour desk was convenient and staff was great. Love having free parking available and was very easy to get a bus across to NYC. Bus fares were 3.50 each way when we were there so very affordable, ubers ran 30-50 depending on the time of day. Hotel grounds were well kept but the 10 minute walk to the bus station was a bit dirty. Not anything the hotel can control. Location is convenient so that means close to highway and litter gets blown around. The sidewalks are not well kept so if you have mobility issues I would plan on needing to get an uber or taxi to pick up from the hotel itself. The hotel offers various shuttle options as well. I'd definitely stay again for the convince and cleanliness.

This hotel was clean, the room was good sized and all the staff we interacted with were friendly. The location is really more a car dependent place, we didn't try to walk to the subway but it would have been not easy for someone who wasn't comfortable with walking moderate distances in an urban setting. We picked it for convenience to get to NYC and the free parking is really a great feature. No issues with the cleanliness at all, only negative was that they didn't refill the coffee packs between days which was a bit annoying, we were leaving so I didn't have time to say anything. 1st world issue, lol

I had a very disappointing experience with the hotel manager during my stay. The behavior I encountered was unprofessional, disgusting, and downright childish. Instead of being helpful and accommodating, the manager dismissed my concerns and made the situation worse. I’ve stayed at many hotels before, and I have never experienced such a lack of basic customer service and respect. A manager should set the tone for the staff, but unfortunately, this one left me feeling frustrated, unwelcome, and disrespected. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience. House keeping kept harassing me and all he could do was apologize.

Had a stay for 4 nights. Hotel is very good the room was clean service was nice. Around the hotel are few more hotels so its not very isolated.( returning back at night feels little lonely but it seemed quite safe, no homeless people around). Parking has shutter doors so its very safe. Room was quiet and clean. Are not walkable for food but not a biggie. You usually stay in Manhattan for food anyways

Stayed at this place twice now. First time was great, room was clean and stayed cool. 2nd time they upgraded me to a suite at no charge! I'm grateful to them for making an ordinary weekend amazing

The hotel itself is ok. Nothing like the pictures. It seems much more dated that what the picture show. The area does not feel very safe at all. It was also very noisy during our stay. There was a horrible smell as soon as you walk out the front door of the hotel on the all days we were there. The staff was friendly and nice despite what they are working with.

Comfortable room and helpful staff. Neighborhood seemed a little rundown, glad the hotel had the gated parking structure included. Shuttle to times square was in a nearby hotel and stopped at 10pm.

Uncomfortable Beds and Staff is not accommodating

Safe, nice and centrally located. Breakfast was not included but had a restaurant there to order limited options. Television wasn’t working and they came a fixed it right away.

It’s very god and nice

Such a great place to stay if you want to visit NYC. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Even got tips on hair products to use for curly hair. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms were clean with nice showers. Parking was plentiful and gated. We were able to get a Lyft to the hotel within 5 minutes. Short drive to the Lincoln Harbor Ferry. Would recommend for any family looking for a good value.

Perfect place for our NYC/USOpen visit! Easy 15 minute bus/shuttle ride to Manhattan to catch the subway to all of our destinations. Very clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay! Parking was included and so very convenient. We would stay here again!

Hotel in good condition and not too far from my office I need to commute to.

If you can figure out the New Jersey Transit system, and a bit of a uphill climb, literally you have to walk up a fairly steep hill to the bus stop it will take you to Port Authority in NYC.

It was quiet pretty close to the grocery store, it was very nice staff was friendly. The gym was nice to have to keep up my daily routine.

This is the cleanest nicest most comfortable hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my 40 years of traveling. I stay here anywhere between 40 and 60 times a year. This place is fantastic. We’re broadcast television company and all of our crew. Stay here.

It was a great location. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The bus was a little walk for pickup, a longer walk on return. All down hill I had the family pick me up after the first night. Wish they had a better selection for breakfast. Free parking was great as well. Very friendly staff, very helpful. I just wish i could have gotten a better rate for the second night. (Friday night was higher. I looked at a lot of properties and i think this was the best. We had three rooms and we all loved our stay and how we could get into the city easily. Would highly recommend this property.

Our only qualm was lack of a bigger laundry room and the hours for laundry. There is only one machine made available for 9 floors and there are restrictions on using laundry after 9 pm. It is hard to make it within that window if you are out touring the city. The management should provide more options. Overall this is a good place to stay in NJ/NY even for a big family. Would 10/10 recommend.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my boyfriend and I were extremely happy with our stay. We planned a last-minute trip to go to an event which made it very hard to find a place in the area that met most of our expectations. Parking was a big issue because most places charged a ridiculous nightly fee however, this hotel had free parking that had a garage right in the building. What I especially liked about this was being able to go straight to my room from there and not having to go through the main lobby. The hotel was clean, spacious rooms and staff were very helpful. It was a great location even with traffic. It only took us 20 minutes to get to the MetLife Stadium. The location was great. Almost everything you would need was within 10 minutes; Walmart, cvs, restaurants, a mall with a number of different activities in the location. The only thing that could’ve made our stay better would’ve been if they included breakfast considering the price was a little high. However, it was still an enjoyable stay and would return again.

My biggest disappointment was that the pool was closed. I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised a pool, and I knew our kids would be looking forward to using it. Unfortunately, it was out of service during our visit, and we weren’t made aware of that in advance. Overall, it’s a decent option if you just need a place to sleep and aren’t looking for many amenities — but definitely call ahead if there’s a specific feature you’re counting on.

Very nice room, pool and Gym. Comfortable bed. Easy indoor parking (important for summer and winter).

We stayed for four nights and everything was great. Clean rooms and it comes with all the amenities. I recommend this hotel if you are going to Manhattan. Price is very more reasonable and you get more for what you pay compared with a hotel in midtown. There is a bus that takes you to times square in 20 min. It is just a 5 min walk going and 10 min back coming back we had no problem. The bus is $3.50.

Did not like location, not walking distance to find food or restaurants. The property was clean.

Our stay here was excellent! The ladies at the front desk were friendly, check in was smooth, room was clean and spacious we stayed in the king bed with a pull out sofa sleeper suite. It was perfect for us as a family of 4. Parking included which was perfect for us since we drove, the kids used the pool. Would definitely come back in the future. Great spot to stay at to get to and from NYC and save money rather than staying in the city.

The hotel seems pretty dark inside like in the halls and elevator area. Needs more lights our room was to the back so all we can see was trees.

Everyone was so friendly. Housekeepers were amazing too! Private secure parking. The lobby has this yummy lemon water too complimentary. I’m already planning my next trip to NYC and I’ll be staying at this particular hotel when I go.
