I booked the hotel for a friend and she wasn’t able to get in and use it she had to wait in the car w/ her baby until 10am before she could get in

Clean comfy room, pool and outdoor space, nice shower with Dove products provided, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, great location. Keep skimmer near the pool to remove bugs from surface.

The room was clean and fresh smelling upon our arrival.

This hotel exceeded my every expectation. Honestly I wasnt expecting a Holiday Inn Express to be so nice!! From the moment I walked into the lobby I knew the stay would be amazing. The property was extremely clean! The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus! The location is perfect, right next to several restaurants and Walmart is within walking distance

The lobby and common areas are pristine and the breakfast was really good every day. Love the Costa coffee in the lobby and they offered cookies daily:) I want this property to be 5 stars so bad, but there were definitely some things that could use attention! Used the gym and only 2 of the machines were operational. Pool was not cleaned and not in service. The first room I was given had a strong musty smell that was enough for me to ask to be moved. The second room was better but still when the AC is running, it gives the room a damp smell. There was mildew in my shower and the bathroom floor had not been fully swept/mopped. There was no toilet roll dispenser and the temporary one that was put in was too close to the wall so it didn't hold a roll anyway lol. I only leave these things for the purpose of making it better, not to say it's terrible or to complain! I want to see this property do well because the staff were so great and it met my need for my week:) Thank you :)

I liked the clean rooms and friendly staff. I have no complaints and if I was to be in the area again.this would be my place of stay. The breakfast had a nice choice of turkey sausage, pork sausage, cheese egg amulet, oatmeal and pancakes.The eating area was nice and clean and the staff was in location to keep things wiped down.

Holiday Inn should consider the health and safety of their customers too.

Great place to stay along my route through Augusta. Nice, well appointed hotel and they had REAL BACON for breakfast! That’s becoming a rarity in hotel breakfast cuisine. Only minor complaint, and it’s one I share with most hotels these days, is that I had the “Do Not Disturb” placard on the door and housekeeping STILL knocked on the door around 9:30-well before checkout time.

The front desk receptionist was pleasant and very helpful in answering any questions that we had.

People in room next door were extremely loud and after a call to the front desk the noise did not stop. With as many rooms the hotel had why put people in rooms next to each other

The location is great, convenient to Walmart and many restaurants. The hotel is clean, and both stays have been peaceful and quiet. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at personally in the Augusta area. Will definitely be back!

Everything was great! Rooms ervices just kept knocking every 2 minutes as soon as 10 am Hit. That was the only bad thing.

TV did not work in the fire room they assigned me, then moved me into another room, after I’d already unpacked everything. The second room had dead roaches in the tub and floor was dirty.

Arrived to find marijuana in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. We left a day early due to weather and were told to expect a refund within 7-10 business days and never received this.

Rooms had a smell

There was an insect in the room. Also my request to have a late checkout was denied repeatedly even after offering to offer an additional payment. As a paying customer I felt that my room extension should have been considered instead of a flat out no. This made my stay less than pleasant.

the hotel was alright. it was the bed that I could not get on that was not ok. they could see that I was short, but put us in a room with a bed that was above my waist. they did find an old stepstool, but I was almost afraid to use it. I am 80 years old with bad knees. they should use better judgement.

Toilet didn’t flush- my hubby had to take top off and make ball was connected to have water fill so it can flush

Wasn't a fan of the housekeepers coming in and getting my towels off the floor in the bathroom while I was asleep/not in room, I know how I leave my room, when I checked out a housekeeper told me they saw me sleeping in the bed and that kinda weird

Our room had a kind of musky smell to it. The air conditioning controls weren't easy to control, so the rooms temp was a little cold most of the time.

Arrived but they did not show a reservation for me even though I have a confirmation. No rooms were available.

Room was what you expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Good value for the money. Clean but not fancy. Breakfast was good and folks working there were nice and helpful.

The room had a smell like it was cleaned with old mop water and the carpet felt damp. The sink didn’t drain and house keeping opened our door at 9 am and asked if we were an 11 am check out, which I feel like they should know. Wasn’t terrible but wasn’t awesome

Front desk staff was wonderful. The breakfast was terrible. Arrived at 9:15 am. The young lady replenished nothing. No grits, on hand. One dry burnt biscuit available and sausage gravy was at the bottom and didn’t look fresh along with the tough sausage. Very disappointing. Lastly, the ac would not consistently stay on ( no matter how low the temperature) in the room, my friend and I woke up sweating. Nice modern room with comfy beds.

The staff was friendly, and Miss Trish, the manager went out of her way to make us feel very welcome and every respect. Every employee we encountered was super friendly, regardless of their role at the hotel. I would personally recommend this hotel very highly for anyone who is looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay that is at a very good location!

Only had one of 2 elevators working. We usually use the stairs but when you have a lot of luggage at times you need an elevator.

Although clean linens and toiletries provided by the hotel were present in the room, the tile bathroom floor and shower were dirty. The commode tank wasn't working properly. I opened the tank many times and made adjustments for it to fill to enable flushing. I reported this to the staff during check-out. They assured me they would make the necessary repair.

I had to make an emergency trip due to a family death- in the middle of the biggest snow storm in a century. The staff was so caring and accommodating, especially the GM Tricia. The breakfast staff was also amazing and kind, making my broken heart a bit easier to bear. Inhad to change my plans several times and the desk staff handled it quickly and cheerfully.

Everything was excellent. I did have to unplug the room refrigerator because the compressor motor made noises. This was not a real negative but i forgot to tell them.

Cell Service inside the hotel was terrible. The WiFi was very slow and often times dropped strength.

No one contacted me to let me know they were without power. After a long drive I had nowhere to sleep at. I was only a couple of hours from home so I continued driving.

This is our choice every time we visit North Augusta. It is easy and convenient to get to, right off the highway. It is also easy (and safe) walking to restaurants (fast and sit-down) and there’s even a Walmart nearby. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was okay. It was clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good. The WiFi did not work. When I asked the receptionist about it not working, her only advice was to restart my device. Our biggest complaint though was the mattress was horrible; extremely lumpy. Both my husband and I slept poorly because of it.

This was the second Holiday Inn that I have stayed in during the last 48 hours that turned out to have a cockroach in the room. What is going on here? I was in Savannah the night before and saw/killed a cockroach in my room then the next day in North Augusta, the same scenario happened. Please,please, please, fix this . I’m again, considering never to stay at any Holiday Inn moving forward. Oh by the way, I have a video with day/time stamps to prove my point.

Loved the staff they are very nice and helpful the room on the other hand water damage in the window almost sliped in the shower and the bathroom door none locked my granny in came completely off beds berry comfy tho breakfast was fire !!

This was a busy hotel. Valet parking was good. It’s nicely decorated. It has a nice room and water view. Lots of walking and restaurants near by. All the staff were friendly. Beds were fairly comfortable. Lots of eating and bar choices. We had a bogus fire drill while there late at night. That was an adventure.

I’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn Express twice and I enjoyed myself both times. Everything was always clean and presentable. The employees were always friendly as well. Any time I come to North Augusta I will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express. Two thumbs up from me
