    I stayed for 4 days and things seemed fine until the last evening, when I discovered that one of the "new" towels that housekeeping had replaced that morning was actually dirty, with makeup and dirt on it (definitely not my makeup & not my dirt.) I'm fine with not replacing my used towel - which I had hung up - but I certainly don't want someone else's dirty laundry. This raised questions about how clean other items had been the whole time. Yuck.

    No real choice of breads for breakfast. The bread at the breakfast buffet was stale… I ended up asking for four sunny side up… they wanted to charge me a full breakfast for them, after my protest they cancelled the charge, i just left a tip for the nice waitress. THEY HAD NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE, they did not tell me, in spite of my messages,AND I HAD TO RENT A CAR!!!

    All food service staff seems to be in a transition where no-one really knew what was going on, not well trained or managed restaurant/bar staff. Most seemed very new to service. Prices were outrageous $32 burger. On the other hand, others when encountered included the front desk, security, outside, housekeeping, valet were all fantastic, and very customer friendly. I would stay there again, but would visit the other restaurants in the area much better value.

    Short staffed at Salt & Mortar. Spent 40 minutes & never did get breakfast before having to leave. Other cafe on site advertised croissants etc but they didn’t have any ‘today’. Was hesitant to order a latte lest it be under par. Had to pack up & leave. Got breakfast off site.

    The picture on Expedia is misleading. You cannot see the canal from the property. The front desk personnel said that there was a time when you could see the canal but a building was constructed and blocked the view. Also it was my anniversary trip and I mentioned it to the property on this app and no one even wished us a happy anniversary or asked how was our stay. The room was tiny, the vents were dirty and a king size bed was awkwardly placed in the middle of a small space making it impossible to freely navigate the room.

    Daniel and Heather were great! Made check-in a breeze. The roof top bar was nice just need better bartenders. Ate at the on-site restaurant, food was underwhelming. All in all a good stay for couple's.

    I absolutely love the staff here, in particular Crystal, Melena, Haley and Joe. But truly, everyone makes us feel so welcome. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast à la carte menu is great (even though this time they didn’t have it as the golf tournament has recently ended so they had not quite gotten back to “normal”). If there were microwaves in the rooms, that would be awesome!

    Nothing really. Just not a shit motel I guess. Number one.....way over priced. Hampton inn is much cheaper and much nicer. No parking. Have to park in garage with an astronomical cost and then have to walk half a block with all your luggage to get back to your car. Too small rooms and carpet was not clean.

    The first room we were given was just painted 25 minutes before we walked in. The smell was so strong it was nauseating. The room I Booked and paid for was "Executive Level" but because of that we were moved to the 4th Floor to a different room with a not so good veiw. There was no adjustment to what was paid for the inconvenience which I think was not fair to us and I was a little bummed about it.

    Location Way too many young thugs walking around the facilities late at night smoking marijuana. What has happened to this place. Stayed here many times before and let me say wake up staff and owners. You start letting the wrong crowd around your hotel and you will definitely start losing business. Not sure if we will stay again here. Not comfortable coming into the hotel with all the thugs and gang bangers out all around the hotel. Actual had to ask the one of them to move to get back into the hotel door. Told a hotel staff when we checked out and they said they called the police to take care of the issues around the hotel. Obviously not!!! DEI days are over Crown Hotel… I’m shocked at the issues around the hotel with the Masters coming into town. Be alert stay vigilant if you stay here. Definitely watch your back walking back and forth to the parking deck.

    This could have a been a really nice stay, it’s in a great area and walkable to several restaurants. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Basic check in and ordering a drink from the bar was met with an attitude of annoyance. Not a single person could be considered friendly or helpful. I had to call after several texts to request a receipt, and was again talked to like an annoyance. My shower was dirty and had clearly not been cleaned between guests. Pretty disappointed in my overall experience, I had higher expectations from this hotel.

    The room was very clean and had sufficient outlets for all types of electronics . The food was very good in the restaurant but should have had more fish selections. The food proportions were excellent. The food was a bit expensive but was good. The restaurant area in December was a bit drafty and required eaters and even the staff to wear sweaters and coats. Check in was easy. The TV had sufficient channels to watch college and pro football games. The heat in the room was easily adjustable. The covers on the bed and the mattress were very comfortable. Had no problems with the wi-fi signal in room 504. Recommend a more expanded selection of hot teas especially in the winter months. The parking garage was a convenient walking distance. It is recommended that free breakfast be included with the nights stay.

    Music too loud to try to sleep, parking garage across street and for an older person with bad knees it wasn’t good while also paying 12 dollars extra for parking besides hotel fee. You had to buy breakfast from restaurant on site unless you leave to get breakfast. Toilet sits too low to floor and black hair in shower and on floor in bathroom

    The hotel was excellent , but disappointed with Expedia!!! Due to government shutdown , flying was very challenging & flight was cancelled, so I wasn’t able to stay my 1st night!!     However, our room could have been a bit cleaner. The sofa had visible stains, and the towels and washcloths were noticeably rough... not what I’d expect from a property of this caliber. Because our stay was short, I didn’t raise an issue, but if we were staying longer, I would have requested a room change. The hotel has great potential with its modern design and welcoming atmosphere, but a little more attention to housekeeping details would elevate the guest experience.

    The first room had a strong smell of mold, which made it uninhabitable. The second room had a visibly dirty pillowcase thrown on the bed, which was concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. We ended up staying in the third room, but even there we noticed stickers stuck to the window ledge, which gave the impression the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned or checked. These issues impacted the quality of our stay and were not what we expected from a property of your reputation. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improving room inspections and overall cleanliness standards to prevent this from happening to future guests.

    This hotel was in a great area and very beautiful. The atmosphere and vibe were great. The employees were very professional, helpful and kind. My only complaints were that the room had a light moldy smell, the bathroom walls had dirty spots, and the shower had lots of hair, on the wall and floor of shower. The toilet was extremely low to the floor and was rather close to the shower. I am an IHG member and was a little disappointed.     • We were told upon booking that we'd get conjoined rooms. this wasn't true. • first room wasn’t available until 5 and the second until 7pm. If I check out late, you charge me, but you can check me in when it’s convenient for you? • rooms were NEVER serviced. Had to go down and ask for towels to be sent up on last day. • MULTIPLE COCKROACHES. Not the big “those are water bugs” cockroaches, but the little ones that like to infest clothing. Found at least 3. Know there were more. • After one night mildew started to form on one of our bags. The a.c in that room ran constantly but never got below 75. Very moist. Wife woke up on our last day with super sore throat • Pool never had towels and felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Saw some other guests allowing in 5+ local friends and their kids. Staff didn’t care. • Front desk lady was super rude and couldn't be bothered to help in any way.

    During my entire stay my room smelled like wet dog. I bought air fresheners but nothing worked. I couldn’t change my room because the hotel was sold out. On top of the smell the room was not clean. The couch was filled with unidentified stains that grossed me out. To be fair, this was part of a family trip so I got to see a couple other rooms and they weren’t as bad. The pool repeatedly had no towels and was disgusting. The hotel also used some slippery substance to clean the floors. I almost slipped and fell multiple times. My sister in law did fall The bar and rooftop were very cool. Great food and service. The breakfast was not great. The location of the hotel was great. Cute little area with things to do. Overall the hotel has so much potential

    Only 2 bath towels provided daily but were able to get additional upon asking. Lack of a safe in room was inconvenient. Mini fridge could use an upgrade, not very cold if you need this amenity. Recommend a light blanket vs comforter for summer months, a bit too warm, had to crank down AC quite a bit. Staff as accommodating as they could be, very friendly.

    Very nice for the most part near restaurants plus restaurant and bar in hotel. Walking trails nearby. The only bad part the light wouldn’t stay on in the bathroom while you were in the shower apparently on a short timer which couldn’t be adjusted!

    One of our rooms was dirty. Sheets had stains, bathroom floor had hair on it. One of the complementary bottles of water was open and half way full. The noise from the rooftop bar was extremely loud and kept us up and then they were moving chairs cleaning up until 1am. Not a good experience for our stay.

    I went in so I used my own packet of wet ones. Roof top bar was nice as well as the pool area. In house resturant was ok. I paid $30.00 for breakfast for the 4 days but the steak was well done on two occassions when I asked for medium rare. Cleaning services were terrible. The shower was dirty when I arrived. They came to "clean" it but it still was gross. It was like they went in and looked at it and walked out. I didn't note this a second time to staff as I did not want to be difficult. I had to request towels rather than them being left. The one time they were left, the hand towels had red stains on them. They did not come in and change bedding or vacum the floor at all during my stay. They took the trash and that was it. Hard to tip when people are not doing their job. I'll stay at the Marriot next time as I've never had any problems. Thought I'd try something new. Lesson learned.

    Great stay. In town for a baseball game and it's a one minute walk to the stadium. Staff in the restaurant and front desk were super nice. Bed was so comfy! Breakfast was delicious!

    The property itself was absolutely beautiful. However, the room was not. The shower was visibly filthy. There was dirt surrounding the perimeter of the shower door and hair on the floor and walls of the shower. The shower floor was dirty as you can tell that it had not been scrubbed after ever visit. The water was also not hot and the water pressure was not good.

    The only problems with my room is that i wanted a king bed and i got 2 queen's instead, the toilet seat was very loose and slid when you sat on it and, there was mold in the shower. The soap dispenser hanging in the shower was empty.

    The other issue I have is that even though it was a pretty busy weekend a lot of people out they shut down their hotel bar about 10 o’clock on a Friday & Saturday, what’s worse is the bartender even cut off the fire pit with a full crowd around. To be honest, I don’t know if I’l ever stay there again, especially when the Marriott is just across the river and same price if not a little bit more a little bit less. Now the downtown AugustaMarriott is worth it.

    I have stay here a couple of times and always really enjoy it! The area is super cute (though there is some construction at the moment), easy to walk to restaurants, a nice outdoor bar. Both times that I have stayed here, it has been a good experience.

    Hotel is in great shape, clean and with great amenities. Visiting this area at least once every month. I would not go back to this hotel due to service and staff issues.     Although the property itself was beautiful and the room in general was nice, the fridge was not working and out food spoiled. Also, most importantly, the shower stall was NOT clean. It had hair in it and when I stepped in it I almost slipped do the shower being slimy. I made a complaint at the desk, however due to the fact that I made the complaint with Expedia, the hotel said the could do anything for me. I would like to file a complaint. I really wanted to like this property but the shower issue and the fridge rubbed me the wrong way entirely.

    I was excited to stay here, as I’ve driven past the hotel when I lived in Augusta. On my visit home from Germany, I made a reservation. Upon check-in and during the first few days, I dealt with a front desk hospitality worker who clearly didn’t like her job/want to be there/was rude. One of those. The last conversation we had, I let her know that I had put the trash outside of the room (as no one cleaned my room once while staying there & I had to do this and request the items that I needed a few times) and that a lightbulb was out next to the bed. She wrote this down (or appeared to…the pencil looked so heavy in her hand that it looked like a curvy line was drawn). No lightbulb was changed until I brought one from my storage unit and changed it myself. Towards the end of the day, my keys were locked and I could not get into my room. I went downstairs to let them know, and they asked to see my ID and scanned over it for a little bit as I stood there needing to get into my room and needing to get back to Evans. A gentleman that I had not met, walked up and asked me about my day about my trip about a lot of things… Things I did not have the time nor energy to discuss. Long story short, after the keys were locked they needed to change my room and he walked up with me and proceeded to walk into my room with me and I asked him to please just let me change rooms myself because I needed to repack all of my belongings. I had a panic attack After this. I will never stay here again.

    I was really hyped to stay at the “Crowne Plaza” but the experience didn’t live up to expectations. The business center printer was out of ink and when I went up to front desk, the GSR made the worst face and huge shrug as if to say….okay so how is that my problem?” They never did get any ink or offer any alternative service. Nobody seemed to like their job there. The conference center bathrooms two of the sinks were out of soap, two days in a row, when I approached the front desk to ask my question, the person BEHIND THE DESK (because I wasn’t going back to the previous GSR) asked, “Did you tell the GSR? I looked at her puzzled and she said, “I’m not a GSR.” Maybe my 12 years in the industry made me jaded, but EVERYONE is a representative of the hotel. She was six feet from her desk mate all she had to do was say. Thank you, we will get that taken care of. I was hosting a business meeting and I felt like an inconvenience and I’ll stay elsewhere next time.

    The room was nice and clean. I wish the tvs were smart tvs or had more options. There was only ONE TINY trashcan in the room which was very annoying. Other than that, the staff was very friendly except housekeeping. Had a host come and help me load my car up which was helpful. Will definitely book in the future again.

    There was no help with luggage. One day one of the beds was made and the other wasn't. Bathroom floor not cleaned -- I had dropped a tissue that I couldn't pick up due to having surgery and it was left there for the entire visit.

    The check-in process was fine. Staff were friendly. The room was not clean. The toilet seat was up upon walking in and there was a giant coffee stain on the wall at the entrance to the room. There was lots of visible lint in the room. The showers also had visible lint. For this hotel’s price point I’d expect it to be cleaner.

    Most upscale hotels provide water in the room or at least one bottle to get you started. You don't provide any water and we paid $21 for 4 bottles of water which was ridiculous. Also, the room view was terrible. So many rooms face the back and you are looking at multiple HVAC. You have want to consider adding some greenery to camoflauge the undesirable view. Thank you.
