Nothing Suspicious characters and vehicles in & out . Whole seen gives the appearance of a Trap motel

Too many issues to list. Toilet and bathtub were dirty, no shampoo provided, bathroom door would not close, TV did not work, no lights except above bathroom sink worked, AC was VERY loud when kicked on and off.

Anyone staying here is probably not reading a review anyways. So there that. Most likely a person staying here cannot afford to stay someone cleaner or safer, yet these people will lie not to process a refund. Sad and inhumane

Nothing. I didn’t feel safe and there were illegal things going on. Illegal activities, room smelled like smoke, was not what was advertised.

This place was the worst place to stay. First you think you’re booking a motel 6 but when you pull up to the place it is a different name. Second you walk on the property and see nothing but dog poop all over . The non smoking rooms snelled like a person was chain smoking in it. The cleaning lady swept the ground and then used the same broom to sweep off the bed . Customer in front of us before checking in was going in to complain about their sheets and bedding being dirty. I had to leave the property and book somewhere else. Front desk said I could call Expedia to get my refund and they would approve it and then denied it after the fact. Customers do not stay at this place!!

Stayed the weekend with my family. The room smelled of smoke and had ashes everywhere even though we booked a non-smoking room. The ceramic in the tub was peeling and stained, ashes on the toilet seat. The bathroom door would not shut and the handle was broken. The parking lot had trash everywhere including the steps and sidewalk. The pet waste area was not maintained. We booked for 4 people and were only provided 2 towels and washcloths. We were not able to get more towels without turning in the 2 original towels we were provided. It was very noisy and lots of banging on doors, yelling, etc. throughout the night. There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the room. The ice machine was broken. I would NOT stay here again.

First off it is no longer hotel 6. They are not pet friendly. We had to change rooms twice. The first room had no t.v. remote, had trash left on the bathroom counter, only had one pillow on each bed, burns in the blanket, and the knob to the shower pulled off the wall. The second room had no working bathroom light, the knob to the shower pulled off the wall, and the t.v. had no signal. Went to get another room, and forgot to keep the room key to grab our stuff. When my boyfriend talked to the attendant at the desk and he explained what happened the attendant asked why we left our stuff in the room, and called my boyfriend stupid. The third room was not that clean, but at least had a working t.v. and the shower knob stayed on the wall.

Was parking easy? Yes. Was parking safe? Absolutely not. Literally saw a car with a busted out window.

The room was clean but I had asked for a non smoking room and there was none available when I get there. The room smelled a lot but the ac helped lower the odor.

Hi, I rented a room but it was in unacceptable conditions. The door lock was damaged and the furniture was broken and deteriorated. For these reasons I couldn't stay and I left immediately. I request a full refund since the service did not comply with basic conditions.

TV did not work, after I told him he never came up to find the problem no referater, not even a chair to sit in, room 207 Base boards look like they have never been cleaned, and I don't know what was that in the shower, WORST ROOM I EVER STAYED IN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The whole room was nasty

Do not go with the cheapest option regardless of your circumstances. I was trying to save money, ended up booking for 2 nights, barely was able to get through the 1st night . I checked out the next day and ending up having to spend more money for 1 night at another establishment.

For pet owners, this hotel is a huge NO! There is very little grass and the grass that is accessible is blocked by stagnant standing water or completely full of poop that wasn’t picked up by pet parents. I stayed there 7 days because I had no other choice and I wouldn’t say this unless I had enough time to observe.

The Area Was Quiet And Was Very Close To The Venue I Was Going To ( Especially Because Do To Booking This Was My Last Option) The Cleanliness Was Very Poor My Room Smelled Like RAID Bug Spray, My Sheets Had Burn Holes In It And We Weren’t Provided With New Sheets, There Was Stains On The Toilet Seat Appear To Be Burn Marks , Holes Punched In The Bathroom Door, Stains On The Wall, The Towels And Wash Clothes Appeared To Be Dirty ( They Were A Beige Color) Only Two Lights In The Room Work.

First night I arrived me and the kids were going to bed and my son found big flying roach I complained to the office and they gave me another room when I went to inspect other room I found bed bugs roaches and dirty sheets pillow sheets and bug hole in the box spring mattress it was a dirty nasty flity motel it need shut down

I would NEVER recommend this property to anyone. The overall property is run down and the area feels a bit unsafe which is not really a big deal but the room itself was disgusting. The door didn't seal, the walls were literally streaked with dirt, the floors were dirty, windows slopped, and the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. The kicker for me was the burn holes in the bedding. I refused to sleep in a place that can't provide decent bedding so I only spent about 10min there and then they and Expedia refused to refund my money for a stay I never had.

Noisy area Day and night! Parking lot has to many pot holes. The interior smelled like mildew, horrible lighting actually very minimal lighting. The tub was old she looked out of shape. The bed was lumpy not comfortable at all!! Pillows were flat and different sizes!

The property was in a great location. The front desk people were very pleasant. That was the worst stay that I have ever experienced, I will never stay there again!

Do NOT stay here! This place is dirty, unkempt and dangerous! There is pot smoke ALL the time, we had to wear masks to and from our car. Not to mention people dealing drugs at any given point of the day. People sleeping in their cars! Never felt safe. No clean place to walk our dog, feces everywhere there was grass, he ended up doing his business on the pavement. The room: we had to switch rooms immediately upon check in as the sheets were not changed from prior occupancy, there was hair and crumbs/dirt visible, and they looked slept in! The refrigerator and microwave were coated with spilled food and the toilet still had a bowel movement in it. The room we moved to was not much better. Al least the sheets seemed clean but the towels/face cloths were heavily stained, the shower curtain was full of mold. I had to get cleaning supplies from the local dollar tree just to feel like it was clean enough to stay for my daughter and fiancé and I. The shower took 15 minutes to get warm, not hot, warm! The beds were so uncomfortable and sat upon a rusted nasty metal box for a frame. There were flies constantly coming in the room as the trash cans were ALWAYS full and horribly smelly outside the room and all over the hotel complex. The pool: we never got a chance to use it as it was always full of people but it appeared to be clean. I could go on and on but I think you get the picture. Overall it was the very worst hotel we ever stayed at, period!

It has potential motel 6 (all) need to check out the properties and fix how there quality. I’d choose this motel 6 over any of the other motel 6’s.

The rooms smelled foul, the rooms were dirty they had bugs in them. The shower head leaked and squirted all over the ceiling and towel rack and toilet. There were people using the pool from 3pm till around 330am. Very noisy hard to sleep at night.

Booked for non-smoking but given smoking room. So everybody (4 of us) including my 75 mother in law and my 8 yr old daughter complained the whole night. Front desk said booking is not guaranteed!!!!

I never received room service or clean linen. No one even knocked on the door to ask.I’m dusty, smell of cigarette smoke and animals but she said she had no other rooms available and all she did was get back on the phone and continue her conversation. There was no microwave, although I paid the extra for the microwave. Was told that you’re not allowed to have any friends or guest to come by at any time you must visit them off the premises. but the person who rented the room. When you try to talk to them about any issues or problems, they talk amongst their selves and act like you’re not standing there. It makes me feel like they’re talking about me when they are being disrespectful and knowing that there’s a language difference. They took my money on the visit for the overnight. Stay that I paid for they . Said that they could not find the reservation that I booked online. The front desk had showed displeasure in my continued use of using discounts or coupons. So unable to see my reservation as they stated they kept my money trying to be understanding and know that sometimes things get mixed up I would just pay for the night again and deal with the transaction with the third-party That I booked with they raise the price of double. I took my belongings Forcing me outside all. I explain that I have chemo every morning that sometimes it takes me a little longer to walk from the back to the office in the morning to pay after my doctors visit. I’ve never been treated like this

Reserved and prepaid for a a single king, when I arrived they never got my reservation but gave me a "complimentary" room which was a double bed room which had mold and the bed sheets we're disgusting. I ended up checking out as fast as possible due to the conditions. Motel 6 refused to refund me due to "never getting the reservation" and Expedia claims its not up to them and that Motel 6 got the money. Just spend the couple of extra bucks and go somewhere safe and clean.

Night outrage prices smh these hotel is a mess now too many people...on here trying to get money for thing that ain't working right needless to say I would give any stars to this place of business

It was terrible, smelled fresh paint,smell the cigarette when it was a non smoking room! Very dirty!!!

There was dirt & feces on the floor, sheets completely stained up & burn holes in them even though I was in non smoking. Totally overpriced for how disgusting it was. I will never stay here again!

Wash cloth and towels were dingy as if they were not washed. Needed assistance using the tv which was related to switches and wall mountings.

Upon entering the restroom, the towels were darkly stained (unsure if they were clean). Pillow cases were the same. There appeared to be feces smeared on the wall next to the toilet paper roll holder. We witnessed bugs crawling on the floor and wall early in the morning.

My husband and I got there and the guy at the desk was rude. We asked specifically for a non-smoking room as I am 6 months pregnant and we walked into the room and it smelled heavily like cigarette smoke. We immediately walked out and told the guy at the front desk and he said that he couldn’t do anything. So we contacted Expedia for a refund. Don’t waste your time or money at this motel.

I had a notification from my financial institution that a charge hit my account. I went back to the front desk and the same employee contacted the assistant manager on ground. She came into the office without the decency of a greeting and began to type while looking at the keyboard. She never acknowledged me as the consumer and told they employee that I wasn't charged. I informed her that the charge was evident on my phone. She waved it off and said she couldn't focus on my phone, but only what her computer screen showed. I told her that the money was actually taken out of my account and it showed that money was taken by Econo Lodge. The assistant manager just shrugged her shoulders. The employee told her that he ran my card. She said it didn't show any charges to my card. She told him to print a copy of it. I told her that was pointless to me because could see the deficit in my account. I told her that I didn't appreciate her lack of empathy and concern and she lacked customer service skills. She wouldn't like to be in the same predicament. I didn't have an extra $50 for the hotel. The employee didn't do the check-in correctly. I had to suffer!!! What's the compensation for that spiral?

My wife and daughter needed a place to stay overnight, and the first room that was given smelled of smoke, dirty towels, and a dirty tub. The second room was more of the same plus a broken toilet. The front desk was rude about their property being in the condition that it was in. No customer deserves to pay for those accommodations and rude behavior… I want my money back…

No trash can or soap dish in room. Non-smoking room booked, BUT obviously smoking had occurred in room due to strong odor at initial entry. Broken knob and catch on bathroom door as well as unrepaired HOLE in bathroom door due to someone kicking it/forcing it open. Dirty room AND dirty bathroom (long purple hair at eye level on all 3 shower shower walls). Smoke detector started beeping every several minutes at about 6:30 am due to low battery. Lobby had obvious, dirty and sticky floor. Room booked was supposed to have sink in room, separate from toilet and bathroom, received bathroom which contained all three inside bathroom. I didn’t need anything but a clean room with typical “amenities” for a brief overnight stay, but what I received was YIKES! Guess it could have been worse, but that would have invoked a response by me to leave to find another room when we had just driven 3 hrs. to reach the motel at 10:45 pm and had to get up at 4:15 am when I had only 1 hr 30 min. sleep the night before.

Receptionist are rude. We ask for some extra towels and they didn't want to give us jus a couple more. It was 2 towels for 2 guest for 4 day.

Have asma so asked for non-smoking. Got a smoking room that had a broken down bed, nasty tub & dirty floor. Asked for clean n/s & given another room just the same. 3rd request for clean non smk room. Put in room a non-smk, but door wouldn't latch, open an inch on the bottom, nasty floor/tub & roach in room. I took pics but won't let me post.

The stay was okay. I was upset to find out that they consider a fridge & microwave a deluxe room and charge another $12, i thought that was in any motel room, but i have to say it was a decent stay oversll.

I got rob for my purse and my id was inside of it and i was traveling from nc so i couldn't get a id right away because i was traveling through uber but my i d was already on file because i had stayed 4 nights before the incident happen and the front desk knew exactly who me and my husband was so i wanted to extend my stay but with out the id i couldn't so i we had to leave and go to double tree because i had my id loaded on my phone so they took that every hotel i went to allow that but them but if you already have me in the system i didn't see a problem but to each it's own and property is surrounded with crack heads and you hear gun shots every night

This is a classic military town motel, NO frills safe wasn't very nice, towels were not clean and bedding wasn't the best

The room had a lot of space for a 2 double bed room. The back of the hotel was very dirty (trash). The front desk person wasn't very nice or helpful!

I made this reservation online. My flight got canceled. I showed up to the room and it was nothing like the pictures on the website. Went in the front desk and tried to cancel the reservation. She told me I couldn’t!! Got my key went to the room. The room smelt so bad and the bed had drippings and dropping all over. It smelt and was so dirty. Someone else booked me a room at a different motel. So After 30 minutes of checking in and handed her the keys back. Told her I wasn’t staying there. The lady was so rude. I have already made a full complaint to Motel 6, for a refund. I shouldn’t have to pay for a place that advertised as a nice clean room. I didn’t stay there.

Full of dead bugs, dirty linens, lumpy pillows, just an absolute piece of junk that is not fit for human occupation. Smelled of smoke. Puddle in front of air conditioning. Second room AC didn't work. Loud electronic sound in first room. We ended up leaving and driving the 3 hours home.

The beds looked in bad conditions. Black from the sides, and even the bed sheets felt wet like if they weren’t dry properly. Also, the entrance door to the room had a hole underneath which made access to bugs. I truly didn’t feel comfortable even being barefoot. It didn’t look like the pictures that were shown about inquiring about booking!

There was a dead bug on the bed under the cover when I pulled it down and one on the bathroom floor, the table/counter area under the tv was dirty. When I arrived to check in and was told I couldn’t check in yet because they were still cleaning, but then get a dirty room.

It became evident that the hotel’s primary focus is on revenue rather than guest satisfaction or safety. Security measures were glaringly inadequate, with a general sense of neglect for guest safety. Furthermore, despite the advertised availability of non-smoking rooms, the pervasive smell of smoke suggested otherwise. This, combined with the overall state of the hotel, made for an extremely unpleasant stay. As well, to reply to this review that I will know happen, apologies and stating “we will improve” means nothing without real action.

I liked the evening front desk guy. An African American guy whose name begins with A. Very gracious, pleasant, and respectful. Came and fixed my TV both times I stayed. He made me feel like I was at a 4 Star Hotel with his good manners and professionalism.

Door broken. Once closed it would open without staff intervention. Roaches. Dirty linens and floors. Rude arrogant and confrontational male housekeeping attendant.

It also appears as if someone is living in shipping containers right behind the building. First time I ever checked out of a hotel the same day I checked in. Went to check out and complain, staff took my key said have a good day and walked in back so I couldn't continue talking to them. Did not get a refund. Stayed for maybe 3 hours why I found new arrangements.

The room looked nothing like the picture. It smelled like cigarette smoke and there were cigarette burns on the bed. The towels didn't look clean and the shower curtain had mold. The floor was dirty and the door didn't seem like it was shutting securely. The staff was friendly.

I absolutely hated this hotel . It was so loud and the police had to be called multiple times and then a resident stabbed another they blocked off the scene and then questioning everyone for hours that honestly knew nothing about it ! A shame please avoid !

The general manager Thomasine was very helpful, polite, caring and welcoming. She also was constantly checking on me to make sure i was comfortable and safe with anything i needed. Also her staff was great with a certain member that stood out overall. Her name was Nisha and she was excellent with her manners and customer service.

We had a bad experience, the manager of the place made a mistake with us saying that we had not paid for the room and they evicted us and I lost my money. I expect a refund. He was a rude person and not at all professional. I recommend other places but not here, so please look for other places. This is a terrible place to stay

The main thing that I dislike about this holy spirit is I went online to Expedia and the room was 123 I went to the desk to pay and they said that it was $83 so they only took out $83 but Expedia took out $123 I find that a complete rip off and I would love to speak to a supervisor to see how I can reimburse my funds. The room had cobwebs on the wall. A lot of noise will be made around my room wee hours in the morning. Someone even knocked on my door very hard aggressively more than one waking me up out of my sleep. This was not a good experience and possibly the worst motel 6 I have ever been to
