    Didn't have all the towels bedroom was not the one I booked so paid more for a cheaper room. Due to over booking. They shouldnt be available then. Really misleading. Only had 1 pillow on one of the beds was brought 1 other pillow. Said they would bring other half of towels and never did. Tbh dirt everywhere on the floor. Didn't even look like the place was swept or mopped. Had hair on the towels I did have in the room. Bed spread and comfortable had brown and tan stains on it. I felt dirty even after showering. A/c worked and tv was fine thats about the only good thing I can say about my stay. Room was being put together when I checked in at 4pm sunday eve

    Do not select this as an airport quick stay. No shuttle as advertised. Sketchy area. No extras in room. Just two beds. No coffee machine, had ripped sheets, no chair etc. very basic place. I’ll read comments better when selecting next time!!

    Room was dirty with creepy crawlers and mold. TV reception was poor. And when I asked for a bar of soap I was told there was no soap to be had. The second night there was woken up at 4:30 AM by loud pounding. Someone was nearby trying to break into a room near mine with a hammer and crowbar. I had to call the cops.

    The reservation was made at 1 am, 17 April 2026. It was to stay at the hotel immediately for the night. When I get to the hotel, the attendant was sleeping and then finally answered my call to check me in. Only to be told there is no availability.

    When i first arrived to pick up my room key there was no one at the front desk and i had to wait approximately 30 minutes for them to get back from the airport. After i got my room key there was no soap for the shower or the sink anywhere in the room. TV remote did not work for the tv (remote was receiving power) one of the bed sheets looks like a cigarette was put out on the sheet. Room was supposed to be smoke free but smelled like smoke. Paint on the walls is flaking and needs to be redone. Floors are stained.

Then man in the morning didn’t bother even listening when I explained what i needed and then just said no! And walked away !     DO NOT BOOK THIS STAY!! This is the worst possible property ever. The stay was so disgusting, dirty, poorly maintained. Our room had tons of mold on the ceiling, roaches everywhere (we spotted almost 8), broken chairs, dirty bedsheets, bathroom door had a huge hole in it AND the property owner/manager was incredibly rude and inappropriate with us. As soon as we checked in to our room, we noticed all of the above problems and went to them asking for a room change. They did not stating that they didnt have any more rooms (their website did say they have rooms available). We contacted Expedia for a change of stay at that instant itself but were met with threats from the property manager asking us to leave in the next 30mins, else he would call the cops. All this was also happening at 12:30am since we had a late check in. The hotel owner started calling us again and again asking us to leave since we broight up the issue with expedia. He started cursing and abusing. We couldnt leave at that moment since expedia’s relocation team couldnt find another property for us so were asked to stay just for the night. We did the same and upon checking out as soon as we could the next morning, the owner again called and started cursing saying he wouldnt agree with expedia on giving us a refund. We finally got the refund for our entire stay but had to go through so much trauma, unhygienic conditions and absolutely horrible behavior from the staff. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS STAY

    The linens appeared clean, but honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve never been washed. The ‘comforter’ certainly hasn’t. The towels and wash clothes were dingy and filthy. I didn’t even want to use them because I wasn’t sure if they’d never been washed or were just dingy. Felt disgusted and literally went and bought a towel and wash clothe from Walmart down the street. The bathroom was also filthy. Looked like the toilet seat had never been cleaned, the shower was gross and dirty. One of the staff was an a-hole about resetting my room key. Interrogated me and then demanded the room key, fixed it, and threw it back at me because it was the middle of the night before storming off. This is your job dude. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN AND GET IT OFF EXPEDIA. The place honestly needs to be shut down,

    Let's start with the good. It's close to the airport. The room had a microwave and mini fridge. Now for the bad. The television did not work, and even if it had there were no batteries in the remote. Both bedspreads had several cigarette burns. Each bed only had one pillow. And my favorite...... there was no shower curtain????? How does that happen??? I've stayed at much nicer hotels for less money! I would have left and went to another hotel if i hadn't just driven 10 hours.

    There was no slower curtain. The sheets were filthy. The ac didn’t work and when you tried to contact the front desk no one would answer. After helping move our daughter from SC to Norfolk with the NAVY we just wanted to rest and it was so disgusting we couldn’t rest. I’ve been workin with Expedia to cancel our 2nd night because we were definitely not staying there and tweeting to get our money back. But these people will not answer the phone for them either. This is definitely the worst place we have ever stayed. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever!

    This hotel was filthy inside and out. My daughter rinsed her feet in the tub and used the bathmat to walk across the floor because she want to walk on it bare footed. Half way across the room, the bathmat was black! The bedding was stained, had burn holes, and hair stuck to the sheets. The staff was rude and unhelpful. The late night window required you to yell into a ring doorbell over the street noise and she refused to come to the window. The TV didn’t work and when I called the hotel from my cell inside the room, the man continued to yell at me that wouldn’t help me. After 45 minutes of this ordeal, I booked another hotel and we left. Shame on me for not reading the reviews but we were in a hurry after our flight delayed to the next day.     This hotel was filthy inside and out. My daughter rinsed her feet in the tub and used the bathmat to walk across the floor because she want to walk on it bare footed. Half way across the room, the bathmat was black! The bedding was stained, had burn holes, and hair stuck to the sheets. The staff was rude and unhelpful. The late night window required you to yell into a ring doorbell over the street noise and she refused to come to the window. The TV didn’t work and when I called the hotel from my cell inside the room, the man continued to yell at me that wouldn’t help me. After 45 minutes of this ordeal, I booked another hotel and we left. Shame on me for not reading the reviews but we were in a hurry after our flight delayed to the next day. I count on Hotels.com for at least decent rooms and was caught off guard this time. Do NOT stay here and I highly recommend this hotel be removed as an option on the site.

    Upon discovering the bugs, I immediately documented the issue with clear photographs and videos. These visuals show numerous bugs on the mattress, bedding, and furniture. The room had a broken mirror, missing microwave and there was supposed to be a mirror above the sink which was missing. Even more distressing was the hotel's response when I contacted the front desk on 7/5/25 at 7:09am. When I reported the severe bug problem and the bites on my baby, the woman I spoke with, with a middle eastern accent, refused to offer any assistance or alternative accommodation. I was explicitly told that I would still be charged for the room, and then she passed the phone to her husband who unprofessionally hung up on me. after multiple attempts to get their names, they refused to disclose this. This behavior is not only unhelpful but deeply disrespectful and completely unacceptable for a hospitality establishment. Due to the unsanitary and frankly horrifying conditions, and the severe lack of customer service the staff, I recommend to avoid this location.

    The only good thing is the bed tv fridge and the shower is amazing other then that it’s got roaches and spiders and the microwave had to be exchanged and was thankfully and a little better to make things worse and the lock is broke to make things worse the people are loud and very obnoxious I traveled with my son I’d definitely recommend go somewhere else

    The tv didn’t turn on with the remote. I went to the front desk and he told me I would have to pull the wire out and put it back in. After doing that it still didn’t work. He then sent someone down, who got it to turn on but you only got one channel. As the night went on the roaches started to come out. My boyfriend called the front desk and the lady said that they only come out at night. He asked could we change rooms and she said no not until the next day and hung up. He called back and talked to someone else who claimed that he didn’t know about any roach problem and we could get a refund for our next night.

    My stay was terrible the front desk worker was rude and you can barely understand her soon as I walked in my room you could see the dirt stains on the sheets and pillow cases I went to the front desk and asked for clean sheets and the lady act like she was mad and offered me a refund why would you offer a refund instead of trying to accommodate your guest she was upset because I took the dirty linen off the bed and said she couldn’t resell the room because I had messed it up it was no wash cloths the microwave was dirty the refrigerator was filthy I had to buy my own bag of ice it’s just a waste of money after already having to pay for the room I would not recommend at all this is my 2nd time going and this time was worst than the first but I will never go back having to have my room door open so I could deep clean the room was just crazy to me they literally put no effort into cleaning then when I checked out they didn’t even take the sheets off that I had used just went and made the bed up

    When I entered my room, the bed has not been made from the previous guest, the room was dirty. I went to the office and they switched me to a different room when I enter the second room. It was not much better than the first. The room had been cleaned, but I assume with dirty rags and mops. It smelled disgusting and left a lot to be desired. The bedding had holes in it from what seem to be drug use, there were bugs in the room, and although the bed was made, the linen was from a previous guest. There was hair and other noticeable items in the sheets and bedding. The bathroom facilities did not work properly.

That they would rent out cash for a discounted rate!!! There was only one housekeeper who had a bottle of glass cleaner and a toilet brush. Thats what was used to clean everything!!!!! The mop used was brown!!!They charged a service fee of $3.50….. that you had to pay via cash app!!!! Complete dump and scammers!!!! Would NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

    This was your typical "no frill" motel. A friend and I only utilized the room for a few hours before having to be dropped off at the airport. Aside from cigarette burns on the comforters and sheets (in a non-smoking room), cracks and holes in the walls and doors, stains in the bath tub and ceiling, the TV not being able to turn off, smoke detector dangling from the ceiling, no water pressure from the sink, and killing a roach....the bed was at least bed bug free and comfortable for a couple hours.

    They didn’t have breakfast at all which said was included in multiple websites and tourist guides with hotels listed. It worked as we ended up not really staying in the room much. Only the bathroom lights worked and there was hair around the bathroom when we got there. Other than that it was fine comfortable bed. Staff is friendly.

    Hotel was dirty, writing on walls, ceiling dirty, cigarettes butts was on the bathroom floor, shower head was tapped on, fridge dirty, bugs was in the room, sheets had burn holes. I was charged an extra cash fee upon checking in. I want my money back!

    The spreads were so dirty, dingy, the floor had paint splattered all over it there were holes in wall. Tv didn’t work. The clerk told us our credit card had declined and we needed to pay we immediately checked with credit card which showed we had paid in full. Clerk charged $5.00 service charge we have no idea why. Needed shuttle to airport scheduled it for 9am went to office next morning and told shuttle wasn’t running til 10, we called taxi which was cheaper than they were charging for shuttle. Advertised breakfast included, sign in lobby no breakfast.

    You get what you pay for though... Cigarette burns in the bedding, stains on the sheets, TV had no sound, room smelled like mold and a mixture of curry seasoning and smoke... But at least the lights from the paramedic vehicle and commotion next door was soothing...Not next door as in the property next door...literally the room next door. I can only imagine it was an OD. Even if you're on a super-tight budget, stay somewhere else.

    My stay was horrible...we got a smoking room but the sheets and everything had holes in it ...the TV wouldnt work. And the whole room smelled horrible. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was about to fall in . And then when we asked about everything that was wrong thet said because its a smoking room thats how it was . So i was like well can we just change to a nonsmoking room and then they charged me a $100 deposit for it ...and it wasnt any better. The TV didnt work i saw roaches it was just a horrible hotel and stay and they were rude as HELL !!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. ILL SLEEP IN MY CAR FIRST .

    Property is short staffed, and some of the staff are short-tempered. They have hidden charges too. I had to pay a $5/day service fee on top of what I prepaid with Expedia. Locked myself out of my room once and they tried to charge me $1 for a new room key (never had a hotel do this to me before). The room was in poor condition, it was hard to shut the door, there was no iron to iron out my suit, and the sheets had yellow stains on them. I normally have pretty low standards for cheap hotels but this place is not even worth the $50/night I spent

    Room 126 is horrible, most disgusting room I've ever stayed in. Room was dirty, burnt holes in cover on bed, toilet wasn't working properly, Mini fridge was leaking water when I've arrived and front desk just mop the water up in which water was on the floor again later that night...Staff member was horrible, they wouldn't let me change rooms.,... Stayed 2 nights and should be reimburse for at least one day....OVER ALL IT WAS A HORRIBLE STAY!!!

    I returned back to my room around 11pm and the keys did not work for my room to get in. I went to the front office and there was a sign that said “will return in 15 minutes” I waited over an hour and no one returned. I had to spend a night at another hotel and spend more money. The following morning the owner said I would be refunded for that night stay. It’s been since Dec.26 and I have still not received my refund.

    There were poop marks in the toilet, and dirty footprints on the bathroom floor mirrors were smuggled. Problems with the TV setup could only control volume, and channels manually. I did not leave because my flight was at 6 am and the clerk told me he could not refund my money since I booked online. When I picked up my purse to leave a bug was crawling on it.

    Bed bugs, cockroaches, drug paraphernalia left in the room alomg with dirty clothes and trash in the drawers. I had to sweep and mop and clean the entire room. It was a horrible experience.

    The property was unkempt and dirty. The room was not properly cleaned before I entered the room. The covers had burn marks in the nonsmoking room. There were holes in the wall and the paint/baseboard were peeling. A waste of money as I couldn’t stay in the room.

    The Sheets were Stained, the Door could barely Close the lock was nonexistent. It was a Nonsmoking Room and it smelled like an Ashtray. The Bathtub and Toilet looked like it hadn’t been Washed in Weeks. I requested a Refund and was told to Checkout and go to another Hotel and come back for My Money the next day. To Days later I still did not get to see a Manager which was always unavailable and I am from outta town just visiting My Son who’s in the Navy.

    By far the worst experience in a hotel EVER. Tried to sneak in charges not on the website, tried to charge me EXTRA for a non smoking room. No one around at check in time and management staff very very rude. They were cooking their cultural cuisine in the back so the whole lobby smelled terrible. When I got to the room it smelled like WEED even though it was non smoking. The remote didn’t work unless you stood up next to the tv and pointed it behind the screen. I went to call the front desk you can’t. So I called from an outside line and all you get is a busy signal though there are no phones ringing.

    Extremely dirty room. The hotel said it was the last room. I think the hotel staff was using it as a break room as TV was on and bed looked like someone had been on it. Bathroom was dirty with shower so dirty I could not step into it. Took a picture.
