Super 8 by Wyndham Norcross/I-85 Atlanta

Room was clean a bit busted 2x4 behind door, bathroom door was a bit busted almost got locked inside. Not breakfast was served and well at least parking was decent. Could use a bit more TLC IN THE ROOMS

Horrible horrible and no real breakfast here. Upon arrival. Myself and another hotel guest waited 20 minutes at front desk while rep finished their morning spiritual practice. Was charged a $25. Early check in fee. Got to the room to find that it didn't have the amenities we were promised no microwave no fridgerator, TV channels were not working properly as the audio was skipping like a broken record on a phono player and the worst, ran to the restroom in a hurry only to find out after it was too late that there was no running water. Spoke with eh front desk who stated they would get us a microwave and a fridge and that apparently the city was repairing a water main. No other information was provided by the representative at the front desk this was at 10am approx. By 7 no updates as to anything no microwave no fridge, no water. Spoke with the evening shift person and they were able to get me a fridge but had no idea that we were without. Still no update regarding water which we went without out the entire stay running water, no microwave and no functional tv. Hmmmm after speaking with Wyndham they stated proper procedure would have been to assist us with locating a different property of theirs as running water in a requirement not to mention the other issues. We attempted to get our refund of course after staying on a room in which we had to spend money on water to see if we could flush the toilet which didn't work and had to stay with that biohazard the entire no refumd.

Nice quiet area, lovely big rooms. Lots of parking. 2 different cereals, muffins, toast for breakfast. Our microwave in room didn't work, told staff and they let us use the one in breakfast area No safe in the room

TV did not work. Phone did not have a cable connected to it. Cockroach in room. Although only esthetics; the entire room and bathroom had patches in door and walls and several types of damage on furniture and walls. Breakfast was not as displayed on the Orbitz site. Breakfast only had 3 food items: white bread, small cheap muffins and 2 types of cold cereal. The receptionist stated hot meals (waffles) were only during the weekends. The early morning receptionist stated she had heard the cockroach complaint before but not the other issues. She said she could not help me with the room issues and the next employee would have to handle it. I had appointments to make and couldn't wait for the next employee. Later that evening I spoke with the new receptionist and all she would offer me was to change rooms. I asked about a discount, and she said I had to bring in up with the Manager. She gave me a card for the manager (email only) and stated I needed to send an email. I was skeptical since I did not receive a response to my text the day before. With only one night remaining, I felt it was too much trouble to have to pack everything up to move to another unknown room.

ROACHES The only reason I got it is because all the hotels were already booked in the area near me, and this was the only dump that was available. Everything was quite disgusting. So this is an independent owned location. When I was there on the day after check in met the property owner. He was a nice enough gentleman very cordial I had met him because he came down to my room in about 12:30 to tell me I needed to leave. We spoke and he understood that I did electrical work and had asked me if I could look at a couple of things for him. Again very nice very gracious person over the course of 3 days or three nights and four days I offered to do some electrical work at which time he said if I needed to stay I could. Again very gracious while I was there over the course of those few days you became a parent to me that this is a fixer upper to say the least and one that should not be in operation right now. I would imagine that there were possibly 60 units of the 60 I do not know if any of them were livable. I was in room 117 and over the course of my stay I provided a new bathroom bedroom bathroom bedroom door lock install the new charge to the property I also developed a horrible case of bug bites. I inquired with other person now that we're staying there / working there as it turns out the majority of the staff daily staff or hourly staff are residents that are unable to pay their cost is mind-boggling to see how that situation is resolved. Long story short I can't even say this place has potential

The bed was broken and very uncomfortable. Then we found out, the hard way, that it was full of bed bugs. The breakfast offered was stale cereal and a small packaged old muffin. They couldn't find out prepaid booking reservation and therefore double charged us for the stay and fought with us to get it back.!

Had parking and car was in one piece. Lift worked. Needed a blanket but at least got a satin cover sheet with some warmth option. Random big charge next day. Trying to get refunded 'Breakfast'...waffle machine mixture watered down and only got 1 frothy waffle. No new cannister available. No orange juice. No milk for cornflakes, but on request some available. Wifi link missed off entry card. Toilet door wedges against toilet seat if cover down. Low light options in room.

Breakfast was the worst option and choices I've ever had, rooms were not clean, stains on sheets, bathroom door cut to fit around toilet, phone didn't work, employees were no friendly, nice or even cordial. They seems very inconvenienced to have to do anything at all. Pillows were super flat and they told us they didn't have extras. There were 2 towels for the 4 people on our room and we also couldn't get more towels!!!! There were also drug deals happening in the parking lot. Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever, ever stayed in.

Where I parked was close to my room The cards didn’t stay active I had to get it reprogrammed every hour if I left out of my room. Wasn’t very clean had to clean out my own jacuzzi.

Nothing is how the pictures look, outside is falling apart literally. Ceiling hanging down or missing completely. Doors have large gaps when shut and only close with dead bolt. Floors are sticky and that's with carpet. Don't stay here.

N/A Everything their were dried red stains on one of the bed sheets along with clear looking stains on the others. The door was also painted shut and we literally had to bust the door open to loosen the paint

I booked the room for 5 with two queen beds and sofa bed for kids. Instead the management said we can only give you accommodation for 4 people. They wanted to charge me extra for roll up bed. I had to call the police after which they changed my room. The shower wasn’t working in the new room. Had to call maintenance to fix that. I can’t believe Super 8 has allowed this management to use their name. I would never go to a super 8 again. Best of luck if you plan to stay here.

The guests that seem to be living there consistently are very shady looking, there seems to be drug use and they're standing around in the stairways and parking lot and sometimes being loud. The fact that the entry light was unplugged when I got to the room, had to get manager to figure out the problem and upon checking the room the toilet wobbled and the fixtures were rusted. The breakfast consisted of some stale cereal and milk that was sitting on the counter unrefrigerated.

I had two rooms and my kids room had bed bugs. They got up and finished drive to Florida in middle of night so they didn't wake me. However, when I told the staff he just smiled and shook head. He did not seem to understand english. VERY dirty room. Run down. Door on our bathroom was disgustingly dirty and damaged. Door to room barely closed could see the light from outside door all the way around door frame as it had serious leaks. NEVER will stay there again!

When I got into my room there were pop cans everywhere and a screw driver in the bed under the blankets. I requested another room and was denied by the rude owner, I told him I would NOT stay there and he refuesed to give me a refund. I recommend you NOT stay here!!!

I came here during a very difficult time and the front desk clerk put me at ease with his empathy and kindness. I would highly recommend this place.

The front dest person was not kind. 5. Advertising that breakfast would be offered, but they didn’t. I told the person working front dest that was not right because that is cheat. Then he changed his word. He said, ‘The breakfast will be offered at 9.’ So, my experience? I will never go back to that place anymore.

soon as we arrived we had a great visit. Check in was a fast smooth process, the property was nice and clean with plenty security cameras around the business. I got 2 rooms and both of the smelled fresh walking thru the door. The towels and bed clothes was clean not dingy looking. This was a 4 day family trip and we enjoyed our stay the beds was very comfortable also.

The room was outdated and found a roach in the bedroom. Tv didn't work called front desk and they sent the manager. He showed up with no shoes and looked like he was cracked out. Didn't even want to leave the room until checkout because it felt like if I did I would get robbed. It stated breakfast but when I called the front desk there wasn't any. Don't ever stay in this hotel!!!!

Nothing like the pictures. There were holes punched in the bathroom doors and walls. The area is ghetto. The sheets weren’t changed and had cigarette burns on them. They don’t have a pool or breakfast. The staff was nice though.

The bathroom toilet made this horrible squeaking noise for about 15 minutes each time it was flushed. Guess it was taking forever to fill back up but the noise was awful! Other then that everything was good.

Was over charged for my stay. Told them about it might as well have talked to my ass. I'll never stay there again or use you people for booking again.

The bed was uncomfortable. I reserved 2 rooms and they both was king suite with the big tub in them. When I got to the hotel to check in that night I did not get those rooms. I asked the front desk staff and he told me I did not reserve the room I had reservations for. They had pictures under the description of the rooms and I clicked on the one with the big tubs. I was also told that they do not have jacuzzi rooms and the next morning I seen the housekeeper cleaning those rooms up.

Worst hotel, all outdated, broken bathroom, toilet felt like a rocking chair. Drug and prostitution drive thru, so be careful. I was scared for my family's safety. Look elsewhere or stay awake while your family sleep.

It was good people that worked here super nice. It was rocky at first because our dog sitter bailed on us but after that the guy was understanding and let us stay and pay the next day

The staff was super nice. I checked out early in the morning and drove to our cabin in the Smokey Mountains. That evening, the manager called and told me they found my credit card in our room. He took my address and said he'd send it. I never closed the card and it was in my mailbox several weeks later when we finally returned home. Thank you!

I requested a suite and paid and was given a regular king room. The man said he was out of suites but the prices were the same and didn't give me any of my money back. The ice machine was broken and the comforter had holes in it. The furniture was outdated and looked horrible. I won't be going back!!!

an economical hotel, however very clean, very comfortable beds, easy access, highly recommended

I liked the room service and the manager was polite. He was professional and the rooms were clean.
