    The ac in the first room didnt work and neither did the TV. I originally reserved a room with a king bed. I had to move to a room that had double beds and the mini fridge didn't work and the person in the room next to me kept smoking and it came into my room. I have lung problems and I cannot be around smoke. Told the front desk said they would look into it. I left and went about my day and get back to the room they had switched the mini fridge out but my room was over come with cigarette smoke, now remember this is supposed to be a smoke free motel. Signs are everywhere about no smoking 🚭 walk down the hallways and you could smell it. I was moved a second time to another room the smoke was gone. The person from the front desk helped me to move my belongings to the new room. I asked the person in the room I was moving from if they smelled the smoke and they had an excuse about not smelling it and you could smell if strongly. The people that work there ignore the people that smoke in their rooms or on the property. I deserve some of my money back I never had the room I reserved with the king which I paid for only to be put into a room with double beds. Needless to say I won't be using this motel again. Not worth the hassle.

    The location is ok. The lobby and the desk staff were ok at best. The building had no elevator, the rug was dirty with pieces of trash all over, the wall was dirty and the ceiling was coming apart. The room was ok the ceiling was coming apart, there were holes in the wall, and the light fixture was hanging. I saw a man laying on the ground by one of the sides door. The shower was dirty, no microwave in the room. The picture of the building is not the actual building.

    Well... first the room was kind of dirty, there were stains and other things on the walls. Some of the plugs didn't work. The TV never worked the whole time. The pool didn't really have water in it and that was a big reason I booked it based on pictures. I didn't have a coffee maker in my room but had coffee. Had nowhere to make a hot drink so had to go down the street to get coffee, etc. Based on the pictures I was expecting better. Overall not very happy with it. It was meh.

    Somebody tried to enter in my person. They were drunk and tried to enter in the room. I closed the door and called the front desk and nobody picked up the phone. Such useless attitude and no regard whatsoever even if someone is in danger. The floor was absolutely greasy and looked like never been mopped or washed in years. The bathroom door knob was broken. Forget about lock the bathroom door wasn't even closing. Will never visit this property again even if it's free

    Well for starts there’s no water in the pool. No breakfast free or not, there’s a vending machine. The ice machines were broke and u had to scoop ur own ice out of a cooler that any and everyone could open and scoop with no gloves or hand washing station. Definitely not newly renovated. There were holes in the carpet and stains galore. (I have pics). The end all was my bathroom was dirty. I checked in went to get dinner came back to take a shower and go to bed. Only to find the bathroom dirty. I spoke with the front desk who told me she would give me a call in 5 mins. A hour and 30mins later I received a call saying all cleaning staff was gone and that she could offer me. 20% discount. I refused to accept that so I was put thru to the manager. He also offered a 20% discount. Again I refused so he offered to let my family and I use a room “under construction “ to shower at 10p. By now my family is sleep so I say no. He offers to send some one at 9a to clean it & a 25% discount. Again unacceptable! At this point I’m tired and aggravated so I tell him we can talk about in the morning. 9a no one shows up to clean so I clean it myself and go to the front desk to speak with the manager “Hem” who’s nowhere to be found but left a note to take 20% of my room. I’m definitely not satisfied and feel as tho I was scammed!

    So I guess you get what you pay for. Despite the circumstances, please greet your guests gleefully. Never turn your back when speaking. Make a consorted effort to make the place clean. Even if you have to get some nice smelling stuff. And please clean the carpet. You'll be surprised what little changes and a positive vibe can do for your business.

    The front desk people were not very knowledgeable, the hallways were stink, the TV in the room did not work along with the phone. The shower wasn't clean so we had to get a room change in which that wasn't much better. They claimed to have a breakfast area where they served beverages and breakfast, which they did not have!! They claimed to have a "snack market" which they did not have!! They claimed to have a restaurant, which they did not have!! Most of the "amenities" listed were not there!! False advertisement!!

    The lobby looks well kept, my room had sheets w stain, lounge chair stained, no internet so I couldn’t connect to Netflix, the hall way in 2nd floor near room 277 was discolored, some woman look like she’s selling weed or prostitution. Rooms are very shallow, we heard the next door having sex lol thank god I ain’t had my kids w me…looks like a lot of people live there.

    Air conditioning don’t air in first room. Second room the ceiling had mold and the fridge was broken and not getting cold. Floors were dirty and the hotel reeked of marijuana. There was dust on everything. Just terrible. There are people that sit outside and hang around the hotel and watch you. Police was called almost everyday because of disruption. I would not recommend staying here.

    for one thing the air-conditioning is ether gonna leave you hot or cold. There’s no in between the actual rooms and actual hotel looks like it has been renovated in years. There are stains everywhere in the carpet not to mention in our suite there was a hole that was patched up in a really bad condition to be more specific room 217. The only thing that was a saving grace was the price, the housekeepers, and one front desk attendant he should be the manager of that hotel. The other front desk attended that helped me on both Saturdays and the manager we’re both a complete waste of time did not help me at all when our lights were off told us we would have a microwave in our hotel which it did not only to be told that microwaves are only available in upgraded suites not to mention the room itself was not cleaned correctly, but I do not blame the house attendance I blame the managers. Sonesta representatives please check this hotel.

    The TV didn’t work. No one would answer the front desk phone. There was no iron in the room. I had to walk to the front desk at 6am and the young male was so rude, he continued to talk on the phone about technical issues. I had to interrupt and ask for an iron and tell him the TV didn’t work. He said housekeeping would be in at 7:30am; however no one ever came. I called back and got an answer around 8:30am. The young lady working brought the iron to me…. I rate this place an overall 0-1.

    I came in town with my daughter for spring break vacay. I initially booked the hotel because of them having a pool and no parking charge. Well when I get to check in I am told I now have to pay for parking WHY? I was told , “ oh it started today! “ what does that have to do with a reservation that booked BEFORE you thought that up to charge because of the holiday. I assume the girl was new NEW because the TRAINER was doing all the double talking. Had I not been exhausted from a 10 hour drive I would have went elsewhere. Then to find out the pool 1 wasn’t open and 2 closed at 8pm like really? I will not be booking here again and I want my money back!!

    Extremely disappointed.No elevators so you have to walk upstairs on fifthy carpet once you reach your rooms floor your meet by the strong smell of drugs marijuana.The carpet is fifthy black and I heard babies crying and couples arguing.Its no different than the projects in Chicago only thing one good thing happened I made it out alive.Terrible!!!

    The young man at the front desk was very kind and understanding and tried to correct some of my complaints but I still decided to leave the property and not stay for the time I reserved. My room smelled like mold and I had to get some spray from the front desk..the carpet was FILTHY…there was a cigarette burn in the ottoman…the towels had a yellow hue and I had to request new ones because a hair was imbedded in 1 of them…a dog was barking incessantly….they say it was renovated but I think the only thing renovated was the lobby!!

    Submitted request ahead of time ask for a room with two queen size beds. We got one with one queen size bed and one full bed first floor smelled like nothing but animals going down the hallway had to request a room change gave us a second floor now there are four floors in this hotel they gave us a second floor and there was a homeless guy walking around inside. He was also outside baking night time doesn’t feel safe there.

    I would never book at this hotel ever again. The first room I checked into was on the first floor and the sheets along with the towels were dirty. Hair was on the bed sheets. So I go to the front desk and ask for another room on the second floor. I came with a big suitcase and had to carry it up the stairs because the hotel has no elevators. The second room door lock was broken. It would not lock at all. I go back to the front desk and the receptionist says “I think all of the locks are like that”! Which is not safe at all. So I ask for a third room, it stink but it was clean. At around 11pm at night, a man knocked at my door and stated “we got a notification that you unplugged the fire alarm”. As a solo traveler, I was immediately frightened. When I called the front desk, the woman acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. I immediately checked out. There were random people hanging out in the parking lot and around the hotel. I didn’t not feel safe and would not recommend this hotel for anyone especially women. Believe the reviews that are warning you because I didn’t read them until after I left the hotel, my mistake. Be aware

    Was charged a security deposit which was NOT explained on line, asked for non smoking and all you could smell in hallway and room was marijuana. Asked to have light fixed in room so wasn’t so dark, NEVER got done and had a phone IN the room but WASN’T CONNECTED or OPERATIONAL! Surfaces in room were STICKY and refrigerator wouldn’t stay shut, had to close the cabinet door.

    I watched multiple people outside dealing drugs. My room smelled horrible like pet urin I had to go out and buy cleaning supplies I couldn’t bear it and the bedding has not been changed. House keeping staff was rude and not willing to help. One night someone kept trying to open my back patio door which had a broken lock!!! I had to run to the front desk at 2am. It was so dangerous.     I spoke to someone who said he was the manager and to a person behind the desk about these issues. The desk clerk was indifferent but did coordinate fresh towels. The manager said the problems with cleanliness arose from Sonesta's policy of encouraging pets. The manager stated that it was not possible to keep the hotel clean with the number of animals in the rooms. He also confirmed that people were permanently living in the hotel but said that they were cash payors. The condition of this hotel was shocking to me based on my understanding of Sonesta's reputation. I'm available to discuss further as needed by phone or email.

    well, for the relative price - it is fantastic. there's trash in the parking lot, and large dog poo outside. but the rooms are fine, the bed is nice and i sleep fairly well. don't love the pillows. also my tv was stuck on "no signal" and nobody picked up the phone at the front desk for me to ask about it, but i also didn't care enough to walk up to get someone at 10 pm

    The hot water did not stay hot for long, and the heater was blowing cold air instead of heat. I only had one wash cloth and two towels to dry with. On top of that, the hallways smelled strongly of urine, marijuana, and cigarettes, and there was trash piled outside one of the room doors. I’ve stayed at this location before and never experienced any of these issues, which made this stay especially frustrating. This was not the level of cleanliness or comfort I expected.

    Based on my standards when it comes to hotels, I wouldn’t stay here again. There were unknown foul odors throughout the hallway and in the rooms, roaches, outlets in the room didn’t work, heater didn’t work etc. staff responded to issues in a timely manner and took care of what they could though that was the only plus.

    We requested to switch rooms, hoping for better conditions, but the second room was even worse than the first. Due to the overall cleanliness issues and strong odors, we felt uncomfortable staying. We checked out immediately, did not stay the night, and had to find another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

    i stayed here the prior weekend, so a good 7+ days and still saw the same trash out in the yard not more than 50 feet from the lobby entrance. so that's kind of ridiculous. also large piles of large dog poo. i get that you have sketchy customers who lack public common sense, but it's not a good look for the business not to care either. i stayed in a different wing this time near one of the exit doors and was shocked at how quiet and peaceful it was, like i didn't have noisy neighbors, crying kids, fighting or hip hop to 2 am. bed was great and i slept well.

    We booked two rooms. One room was missing a microwave, the other was missing a microwave, a fridge, and the hair dryer. It was also missing the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The shower was terrible, everything was dirty and neglected, and there was no one at the front desk when we need them.

    just trash outside everywhere. now, i get the customers do really stupid stuff but you should not have broken alcohol glass on the grass and trash in the parking lot. i like the bed, but the pillow was terrible. i was pleasantly surprised at how quiet my stay was like there wasn't anybody next door to me, but i know all visits can't be like that.

    It is not the room really, it is the hallways, I think the rugs in there needs to be either replaced or just with straight flooring because you guys are allowing dogs to be there and it smells, and to me the rugs look muddy and smutty making the hallway stink, and they should fix there smoking section better for people who don't smoke to smell that will improve the property better . Other than that it was a okay stay

    It was definitely filthy and we will not be returning. We were booked for a 4 night Thursday -Monday and left 2 nights early. We’ve stayed numerous times before but it has definitely went downhill. Trash everywhere, dogs of all sizes everywhere, cats everywhere, smelly rooms, the shower curtain smelled of urine!, the empty convenience area with $6 beef sticks, strange men knocking on our door, it was just truly awful.     Not much lighting in the room. Carpet in room and hallway was stained. No garbage can in room or bathroom. Refrigerator froze my drinks and food. Tv wasn't able to turn toward the bed. Lighting by bed one lamp bulbs was daylight white and the other was yellow. The side door entrance garbage can was full and overflowing and by the corner by the door smelt like urine.     Nasty hotel. Mold in vents. Dirty towels with hair all over them . They offered me towels out of sealed shipment boxes that were never washed. Water stains and the ceiling peeling off . Disconnected fire alarm. No tv remote . I would not let dog stay here. Carpets have never been cleaned .. Worst Sonesta ever. I have stayed in many and I have never seen one like this.     This was one of the worst, most nastiest hotels I've ever stayed in. Outside, all the grassy areas were littered with dog fecies. As soon as we walked inside to go to our room, you could smell the stench of cigarettes/weed under the smell of air freshener. The floors were filthy and the walls were dirty/scuffed. The rooms were even worse. Several things were broken and didn't work. It smelled awful, there were cigarette burns in several places. Many things on the walls were crooked, (shelves, mirror, outlet covers...). The lobby snack area had barely any snacks/drinks. The ice machine was out of order and they offered no breakfast/coffee in the morning, despite having a breakfast area. I paid $100 deposit for 2 rooms, when I checked out the hotel clerk, had the audacity to check the rooms to see if they smelled like smoke! The whole hotel smelled of smoke/weed. I got my deposit back, still, I felt it was unnecessary.

    The most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life of extensive travels. The hallways are puke inducing & the rooms smell like cat urine & cigarettes. Wall paper are peeling off & dried liquid, I dare say bodily fluid, all over the walls. I booked for 2 days, couldn’t wait to check out. I only stayed cause i could barely keep my eyes open from my long travel & couldn’t risk driving. STAY AWAY!!

    The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was generally clean, with the exception of some garbage that was piled at the end of our hallway on the second floor for two days.     If you don'tind the smell of marijuana and cigarettes then this is your place. The beds are comfortable The pillows are comfortable, and that's about all I can say for it. The side entrances are always locked so you have to go all the way to the front entrance no matter where you're at in the hotel. And there's no elevators and no one gives clear instruction

    Do not trust any review rating this property higher than 2! Even driving onto the property you realize that something is not right. A lot of sketchy people (most likely homeless), and there is trash laying everywhere outside. The room that we we’re given was absolutely disgusting. Balcony door, shower knob and TV broken, carpet full of nasty stains and the sleeper couch was literally a health hazard. I had to turn off the A/C because it blew cigarette smoke in our room and my eyes and nose were irritated. I did not sleep a wink and we left at 3am after being awake for 36 hours having flown in from Europe that day. They even have the audacity to hold a 100 dollar deposit for damages!! How dare they!! The only positive was the young gentleman who checked us in and was very helpful.

    This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The parking lot was ridiculously cramped, and once I finally got to my room, things only went downhill. Most of the outlets didn’t even work, the TV was completely useless, and the bed was so uncomfortable I barely slept. I was so miserable I actually checked out a day early—and they still charged me for my full stay. Absolute waste of money. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else.

    This was the worst experience I ever had staying at a hotel. Of course the checkin process was ok. The front desk worker was polite, however when I asked her for an extra blanket, it was not provided. The front lobby was clean so I thought ok it’s ok until I got to the hall leading to my room. The carpet was filthy. The whole hall smelled like weed. The rooms was exceptional. I had to clean before I out my bags down. The bathroom walls had dried blood on them and the floors was dirty. The bed was hard as a rock. The next morning the fire alarm went off and there wasn’t a safety measure in place for guest. The kitchen caught fire. The front desk staff was clueless when guest was asking what was going. They assured all was fine instead of evacuating the building. The hotel was full of homeless ppl who lived there with their dogs who pooped everywhere. I see why it was so cheap. I will NEVER again stay there. I will sleep in my car first.

    nothing like being greeted with contempt by the worker and seeing cigarette butts just outside the door and multiple "large dog" poo piles on the grass with flies swarming. i had a stain on my shower curtain, and the hot water wasn't very hot like it had about run out. i also had house keeping enter my room 30 minutes before i had to leave and then asked if i was going to stay another night. i don't think he understood what i was saying and left, thinking i was going to pay for another night. the bed was decent, pillows were mediocre, but the shampoo was pretty good again. i mean i've stayed here at least 5 times before and this was the worst experience, but it's still better than a motel 6

    The hotel is dated meaning the room that i was in have furniture from either the 1980's or 1990's. The carpet in tbe common areas along with the room needs to either be replaced or clean. The water in the bathroom take awhole to drain once the shower shut off. The room appeared to look clean but everything is dated. There's no elevator so if a disabled person want to stay there it must be on the first floor. Or if the customer has trouble climbing the stairs, it would also be a problem. The carpet in the area with the stairs is frayed in some areas and the wall needs to be replastered. On my second night there, the room next to the room I was in has a barking dog that barked throughout the night. I left at 5:00 am EST due to the noise and i let the front desk know. I probably won't stay there in the future unless updates are to the hotel

Se que las personas que hacían todo ese ruido tenían una boda, al otro día mucha gente saliendo como a una boda, supuse que eran ellos, estaban en la misma ala de mi habitación, y por eso todo el escándalo, pero eso fue algo agobiante, no saber lo que pasaba en el pasillo del hotel, dejó esto, no para echar abajo el hotel, solo que deberían de haber reglamentos, ni me atreví a salir de mi habitación.     The property could use som improvement; the carpet insude and outside the room needs to replaced, as it is heavy with dirt accumulated over years. There are no microwaves in the room.

    Not maintained well at all. Walls, ceiling, floors, furniture, etc. very tacky dirty and shabby everything. Amenities missing from rooms. Had to change rooms three times to get a decent room. The only things I can say good about our experience was front desk experience was good. Bed was comfortable and the noise level was acceptable. That’s about it. The room was rated at a 7+. It was about a 5 or 6 at best. Pictures on the site were deceiving.

    The hotel was very dirty and our room was dirty as well. Heavy stains in the carpet was an eye sore and the room smelled like urine. We were given another room and that room was no better. The sink and the shower would not drain and our 2nd room for our teenagers had a blood stain in the carpet obviously from the previous customers. This was the worst hotel I have ever been to

    Seems nice from the initial walk in but the rooms left a lot to be desired. Had to switch rooms because the first one was so dirty, second room was definitely better but not great. Good enough for the price, but definitely not what it seems like it would be based on the lobby and website. Could use better house cleaners and it would’ve been much more highly received.

    No elevators, my room has trash behind the dresser, bathroom smells and has blood or 💩 on the wall, door lock broken, not one smile from staff when we arrived. Overpass entry to hotel ceding has big hole. Ceding in bathroom dirty and paint chipping.

    The room was nice, but we were there three days and didn’t get any cleaning services. They said they had new workers, but SO! The sweet spot? The Pool area was fun. Good price for what we paid for and nice rooms.

    I would not recommend this hotel. I was moved to three different rooms before ultimately deciding to leave. The first room had a broken lock and a strong, unpleasant odor in both the hallway and the room itself. In the second room, I discovered a piece of a condom wrapper, hair, and Tums near the headboard. The third room had crumbs on the desk, stains and burn marks on the couch, and a shower that wouldn’t drain. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were unacceptable.

    The price is reasonable considering the amenities, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The carpet was noticeably dirty — not a huge deal for one night, but still disappointing. What truly ruined the experience was the lack of basic courtesy from the staff. The room phone didn’t even work, so we went out of our way to call from our cell phone to request a late checkout — they acknowledged it, but then we were still disturbed by repeated knocks at the door. If a hotel can’t respect a simple request or maintain basic cleanliness, what does that say about the rest of their standards? I won’t be staying here again, and I hope management takes this as a wake-up call.

    Could have been better the cleanliness of the hotel was not the best. We stayed at a sonesta in Atlanta before not this one and well needless to say they took a lot of care of it outside and in. Trash everywhere outside and smelled like dog urine near me he back door.

    I would not recommend this property. The man at the front desk was very rude. We had already paid for our room days before the stay and when it was time to check in they told us that they don’t have our room anymore. Meaning they gave our room away and didn’t have any available other than a smaller room we did not want. They wouldn’t give us a refund and we had people reach out to them for questioning and they wouldn’t respond. And another thing the room they gave us the bathroom door was you might as well say broken it was very hard to open we had to call someone to the room to basically break into the bathroom.
