I wouldn’t recommend this motel to anyone because the bathroom was filthy.

Quiet place but not very clean

Need people that can actually speak English.

When we arrived we paid $30 for early check in they face us room keys etc wheb we got in the room it smelled like SMOKE cigarette smoke yes it’s a smoking room but it was supposed to be cleaned right smh no we go in the bathroom dirty towels bunched up in the corner tub and toilet dirrty trash under the beds and on the counters nothing was sanitized nothing smelled clean the sheets and covers was also used. Long story short I went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies and plug ins and cleaned the room ourselves and asked for the $30 backs

In the beginning, the staff was friendly. The front desk agent during the day is very kind and helpful. The cleaning staff are horrible human beings, especially the older gentleman that cleans rooms with the elderly lady. He literally called me a woman and other homophobic slurs in front of guests and harassed me with homophobic comments and attitudes throughout the two weeks there. I had to leave the property because I extended online for 2 more days but when I arrived back to my room, they completely trashed the room and the evening front desk agent is very rude, belligerent and dismissive. He refused to change my room, give me clean towels, and trash can liners. He spent the whole time trying to gaslight me whenever I simply tried to explain the situation where he stated: " you have to leave by 6pm because now I don't want you here because you're being difficult." I simply responded: "I'm not responding to that!" Completely unprofessional and tried to use his size to intimidate others. I'm open for any advice regarding legal representation also.

This is a basic "place to sleep" hotel, nothing fancy. But, for the price they do what they do well and the location is excellent. Also, it has a quiet safe vibe which I really like.

They were rude checked in at 6 left at 1030 very unreasonable very rude arabs

It is, what it is, and if you guessed F—K Motel, yes, that’s it. A little dirty, no roaches tho.. very cheap, rude front desk lady,z( the husband is very nice) over all it ok, but being the cheapest in the region makes “Ok” feel more like, well uhh yeah it’s “ok”

Hidden cancellation fee(read details as they’re hungry to nickel & dime you!), private owned written all over this business. Smoking room(I am not but was mistake) was said to be clean. Hook latch on door loose, so piled up what I could for my safety. Brown drinks streaking down the walls, dried white stains on TV and microwave. Curtains covered in tears, cigarette burns, and stains. Air vent in bathroom was covered in dusty buildup/grime. Bath curtain nasty/unchanged, & toilet was nasty all in the key areas. I couldn’t get out the booking, bought cleaning supplies and ONLY cleaned what I planned to use. I’m so happy to have left and promise to NEVER return to this mess ever again. This is a hotel that if you need a place just to lay your head then it great no deposit required will let you in a little early on one entrance now on the bad side internet and cable constantly went off and on so you wind up using your own device

I was looking for a safe place to stay, it served its purpose. There was one thing that scared me in the night … a knocking at my door… maybe they had the wrong door because they went away. Otherwise, I slept well and found it to be relaxing. Thank you

Negatives: - Additional fee required upon arrival when prepaid thru Expedia. - No early checkin wo paying a $20 fee, other ATL motels let me checkin early to get belongings out of the car for safety. Too many fees.

Cleaness Old and holes in the door of the bathroom and wall. EVERYTHING IS OLD AND OUTDATED.

Good customer service. Easy quick check-in.Room had a clean refrigerator and microwave. Furniture was very old (90s??) and in poor condition.The tub was slippery and was an accident waiting to happen. Wall lights were too bright and harsh.

This hotel is my go to as long as it offers competitive rates per nignts stay. I have stayed at multiple hotels, inns, motels and extended stays for work and I have found Rodeway to be my go to. When I walked into the room, the bathtub was completely stopped up, and it got worse from there. There were used needles floating in the toilet, clear evidence that someone had been shooting up drugs in the room. If that wasn’t enough, there were bloody stains on the blanket and actual feces on the bathroom floor. It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned in weeks — maybe months. I immediately went to the front desk to complain, and the staff was either indifferent or overwhelmed — either way, nothing was done. This hotel is a serious health hazard and no one should be staying here. I wouldn’t even let a stray animal sleep in that room. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s unsafe, unsanitary, and downright vile. Consider this your warning.

I come here often because it’s quiet. I reported a musty smell and worn out bed. I complained and they came and replaced a broken chair and I was told because I used the bathroom I couldn’t get another room. I’ve never had a problem until this last stay.

The motel and staff were fine. We have been staying at hotels for over a month at this point with no issues. We only stopped here because one of our cars had a brake issue and we put it into brake shop that took overnight. The room was basic yet clean. No bugs. Quiet. Not a lot of traffic or people but the police are an absolute pest. Threatened my husband with arrest for "loitering" while waiting outside our room for our instacart order. Completely overbearing and insane when a family has 2 rooms booked for 2 nights. Said we can only go to car and immediately back to room and its the law. We own a campground and I have never in my life dealt with such nonsense. The surrounding area may have a bad reputation but decent hardworking traveling people shouldnt be harassed for exisiting in a normal manner. Would stay again in the future if it wasnt for the overreaching Norcross police department. Will not be back.

The staff at this facility was kind. Otherwise the best thing I can say about this property was there were no bugs. The rooms were not clean and we're very outdated. This was a great place to stay while I was filming in the Atlanta and surrounding areas. It was quiet, perfect temp insider my room, was able to use an iron from the front desk. My only complaint was the ice is upstairs only, with no way for anyone who is handicap to access it! So it's not very handicap accessible.

The ceiling collapse why me and my kids was sleeping they still making me pay no paperwork

No hassle check in. manager even gave me an iron for my suit. No loud noises. No noticeable drug activity, prostituition or police presence. a peaceful 2 night stay. P.S. AC never got cold but the nights were cool enough with just the fan. Id stay another 2 nights if I had to.

So i arrived at the hotel pretty late . I walked in the hotel lobby stunk so bad . Ok boom , I’m waiting at the counter and ain’t nobody coming . So i start looking and i see the worker sitting down rocking back and forth . So I’m like hello she get up taking her time . Didn’t greet or nothing . Kept tryna catch a attitude until i told her “ idk what’s yo problem but watch who yu talking to “ just was super annoying but the room was clean and the bed was super comfy .

Everything was fine. Atlanta traffic sucks and it can be busy on the nearby streets but other than that this place was fine. I would probably stay again if I was looking for a low cost option.

This hotel is in Norcross GA and it is a Rodeway Inn. Otherwise most everything else on the site is a lie. We picked because of high rating, including rating of breakfast. There was no breakfast and the property is 25 years past it's prime and shows it. It was fine as place to sleep. It was pretty quiet but it's relatively high rating on this site is completely unjustified and the pictures almost must be from another property.

The checkin area smelled rotten when I arrived and it's obvious the checkin girl hates her job. My rooms carpet was sticky and left residue on my socks and the bathroom had hair all over it. You can also hear the people next to you as if the wall is just a partition and unfortunately in my case the prople next to me were fornicating very loudly. The best part was the gentleman i checked out with, he seemed very friendly.
