    Very quiet throughout the building, just occasional noise from ppl going into their room. Rooms were clean but the Carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced with Tile Flooring throughout! It made the room look bad. Bathroom was nice and clean and bright! Luggage cart was extremely difficult to maneuver with and without luggage on it. Other than that, had a great stay!

    First they lied about the deposit it was supposed to be a $40 deposit they took $50 from my card when I confronted them they lied and said part of that money was for parking that’s a lie because I paid $24 separate for parking and I have both recipiets. They said it would be a 3-5 day wait on me getting my deposit back that was a lie. They told me I would receive my full deposit now they are saying I would only receive $25 of that. The amenities sucked the pool was nasty the breakfast was never refilled even if you were there on time. Staff was rude just not a good experience. And the hotel stinks I paid almost $300 for this hotel and they’re talking about I can’t get a refund . I DO NOT RECCOMEND .

    A storm knocked out the card reader system so we could not check in. Ever heard of a manual transaction? I had to take my disabled mother out in the rain at 2am to another location because the management doesn't have a clue how to do a manual credit card transaction. Horrible! Several families had to be turned away. Then they tried to charge a non-cancellation fee because we weren't checked in. Are you kidding me? Horrible.

    There were numerous issues upon check in. Initially we were sent to a room that hadn’t been cleaned, the next room, both tvs didn’t work, an electrical outlet was pushed into the wall & unsafe, the next room was ok but housekeeping ignored multiple requests to clean our room. There was a major water leak from the 2nd floor laundry room onto the 1st floor. In the laundry room, the dryers weren’t working. We were given a late check out however the mgr neglected to let housekeeping know. Upon coming back to the rm to get the rest of our belongings, housekeeping threw our groceries away. Mgmt did provide some $ to cover the groceries and did credit the parking. However for a Marriott and as a member, our overall stay & the problems we encountered was disappointing to say the least. As part of the Marriott hotel chain Residence Inn at Peachtree Corners/Norcross needs to do better!

    Great place to stay. Very convenient location and our 2 bedroom suite provided plenty of room for the 3 of us. We didn't use the pool or patio area but it looked very nice.

    The room was partially serviced once in five days. the coffee packs were not replaced at all during my stay, and the body wash ran out mid-shower. The breakfast service was poor: the forks and spoons and coffee ran out and the dining area was dirty.

    Staff is absolutely amazing. The rooms are dark and dank and depressing to say the least. They need an upgrade asap. The carpets are old and need to be pulled up . If they would get rid of the carpet and upgrade .. it would be a decent stay. It literally rained in my room .. the staff was very concerned and caring but the building need to be leveled and rebuilt.

    Check in was quick, asked for a second key since we’re family of 5 but receptionist said 1 is the limit. Hallway to room was smell full of air fresheners, suffocating. Room was not vacuumed, trash from previous stay was still there, no bath mats. Overall, this property could use a major upgrade and staff could be better.

    Didn’t provide me a sponge at check in. When I called to ask for one, I was told I had to go to front desk. I went and was told they had run out and there should be a delivery the next day. Left a note stuck on my hotel door asking housekeeping to provide me a sponge. They did not. I eventually had to go to front desk again to get one. Many little instances like the one above that made the experience a little disappointing. Housekeeping didn’t refill my toilet paper when refreshing my room The fridge on my last day had frozen everything in my fridge which was strange as it had been perfectly fine majority of the stay. Super confused also by the laundry bag and paper hung up in the closet but when I called concierge they said there is no cleaning service..? YouTube stopped connecting to the TV after the first night You can definitely tell the difference between day staff and night staff. The night staff concierge are rude and unhelpful at times. So that’s why maybe I did not inform them of the little nuisances. Would I stay there again? Yes I would because it is clean, comfortable and in a somewhat quiet area however some of the staff aren’t the friendliest.

    They charged my incidental card an extra $143 and tried to say the Expedia would not work which I had the receipt showing it paid the night before. Then tried saying we had a late check out at after 5 pm which was also not true we were at the aquarium in Atlanta and then home in hamilton Alabama then. I also had to get the maid to come so I could show her the serious issue we had when we woke up to ants covering the wall to the kitchen area. Having to throw food and snack away. The maid and I spoke around 10to 10:15 am and she apologized said she would let the manager know and went ahead and took the room key and told me I was good to go that I only had to leave the key on the room for check out but she would take it down now and speak to staff about the ants. When I discovered the charge I called them at 5:30 to ask why I was charged and got the two different excuses she told me she wasn’t sure what the issue would be but had to talk her to her manager and would be returning my and I have not heard back.

People were sleeping in the parking lot, meandering around the halls. About 10 people were staying in the room next door and they were loudly yelling. My room was filthy and had stains all over the floor. I immediately asked Expedia for a refund and was denied. They said the hotel refused, but honestly I blame all parties. It should be illegal to take money for a hotel room that you can't stay in. Sometimes your gut tells you when you're in a dangerous situation. I left and stayed at the nice Hilton down the street.

    The staff at the Peachtree Corner Marriott are some of the friendliest and most helpful that you will find; whoever is hiring is doing a great job of finding nice, competent people! Our room location was wonderful - on the back side of the hotel away from parking lot lights (!!!) and noise. Good selection of items at breakfast. Very pleased with all of our stays here.

    It wasn’t directly next to the main road so you didn’t hear traffic all night. They did have the security that you could not get into each building without a key card so that was nice. The room was very nicely clean and well stocked. This was the first hotel room that had a dishwasher in it for me. I didn’t have any complaints. The only “negative” thing I felt was their breakfast could have had a little more variety, but let’s be honest, since Covid they don’t do breakfast like they used to.

This fee was charged even though the Orbitz description clearly stated the price included ALL taxes and FEES. It is unacceptable. To add insult to injury there were at least 60 empty parking spots, the place is not a resort, the place is not in a busy or tourist area, and finally many cars in the lot did not have the required parking permit. If the reservation hadn't been non refundable I would have walked. I don't fly airlines that charge for carry-on bags and I don't stay at hotels that charge for parking

    I reserved a two bedroom handicap room. Upon arrival, the room I rederved months in advance was unavailable. In addition, there was no no proper substitute offered, including a one bedroom handicap suite, despite me explaining that my mother needs an accessible bathroom. Then, I was met with the attitude equivalent to, "Oh well, there is nothing we can do", despite this being the fault of the property and its management. I called to the front desk on the second day of our trip and the room I booked still being unavailable. On the third day, the room I booked was still unavailable. However, my mom got moved to a handicap suite after I explained the bathroom challenges she had suffered the previous days. The third day moved marked the second to last day of the trip. Essentially, my mom could not enjoy her trip here due to the insufficient response of the property. Once again, do not book this hotel if you actually need the accessible room you reserved.

    It was nestled in a quiet environment and very peaceful. The rooms were updated but the elevator, rugs and some public areas seemed outdated and needs a touch up. Breakfast was lacking options but generally okay for some guests. There was plenty parking space

    Although the hallways were a little dreary (could use new carpeting), the room was very nice: clean and comfortable. Kitchen was in great shape. The AC unit was very loud (as seems to be the case with all hotels), but we were able to adjust the temperature so that the compressor didn't kick in at night. Staff was fabulous - SO friendly and helpful. Really exceptional people. Good breakfast selection and good coffee. We were pleased with our stay and will be back.

    Property is pretty decent and clean. Although, we had some young kids above us stomping and running around. Once a few people notifying the front desk they piped down until the morning. Free advice, if a person has children book them on the first floor, that way they arent over anyones head.

    I was excited to stay here and while being checked in Ed stated that I made my reservations on an outside website. I stay in this area one or two times for 4 days each month. I stopped staying at other hotels because other hotels charged per night to park outside on their property. Well Ed alerted that I needed to deposit $60 for incidentals of which $36 would be kept by the hotel as a parking fee. The room initially was *** per night but breakfast was added for an additional ** a day and then the parking at ** per night. So now without taxes that is *** per night. Any savings by using Hotels.com was taken by the extras!! Never again will I stay at this hotel!!! Plus the ceiling in the bathroom was crumbling and peeling.

    PROs: friendly staff, spacious rooms. Appreciate having 2 BR with doors and 2BA. CONs: room is very outdated. Couch cushions are lopsided and worn, so uncomfortable to sit on. One of the toliet seat is extremely stained yellow and worn (SO GROSS). Closet sliding door track is covered in black fuzz and not properly cleaned. Kitchen counter is stained. Stove not properly cleaned (had spots of red sauce which I cleaned myself). Carpet is worn and torn in some areas. One of the bedroom the dresser is postioned so tightly by the bed that it was hard to sqeeze through. Hotel manager sent us to the wrong building causing us to unload and reload our luggage into the car in the dark, drizzling rain. Breakfast ran out of food before closing time at 8:30 (Friday) and 9:00 am (Saturday). Did not like having to pay for parking.

    My family and I enjoyed our 5 night stay! We loved the home feel with the two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area. Good space for our family of 5. The bathrooms were very clean! We enjoyed the breakfast! Great value for what we paid. We definitely wouldn’t find a place like this for this price in New York! Clean and quiet grounds, lots of food choices whether you walk or drive. The staff was very friendly ! For the space, value and convenience and cleanliness, we would definitely go back again!!!

The front desk team was responsive and always polite and pleasant. Within an hour a member of the house keeping team came to my room and brought the silverware and the pots so I could cook. And shortly after that a member of engineering brought a large board to “fix” the couch, which made it much more comfortable. The staff is fantastic! Without them this would have been a very low score…the team should be commended for being outstanding and a great example of hospitality!

    Room is humid and warm. Central air is off, it's a hundred degrees outside, and they've put an undersized air conditioner making a ton of noise right next to the bed. Unpleasant sleeping conditions, wouldn't recommend. Breakfast was edible.

    The 2 bedroom suite worked great for our family of 5. The hotel is in a nice area with plenty of dining and shopping nearby. My frustration with this hotel is that they are clearly trying to save money and it’s frustrating as a guest. We had a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms and were registered as 5 guests but yet there was no bedding for the pull-out sofa, they only gave us 3 towels, and it had a full kitchen but only 2 spoons and 4 forks in the drawer. We were there for a 5 night stay but only got a total of 2 packets of dishwasher soap in 5 days. In addition, in one of the bathrooms the built in shampoo and conditioner was empty and I had to ask multiple times for it to be filled. It felt like I was constantly having to run to the front desk to ask for things that should automatically be provided. Finally, the nightly parking fee is ridiculous. This is a suburban hotel and the parking lot is solely for this hotel and parking is not at a premium.

    The bathroom shower could be updated. The electrical plugs could be updated to include usb cords, for family to be able to there video game consoles, also the pool was green and it was 90 degrees outside. It would have been nice to get in the pool. Breakfast was excellent!!!!!

    The main areas in the building hallways hadn't been vacuumed in a very very long time. The first room we got had a huge cockroach in the bathroom and we had to switch rooms. There were heavy stains on the carpets and the beds were very UNcomfortable. However the service staff and management at the property were great, I won't be staying here again.

    There are three buildings here with the lobby being in the middle. It was raining so I was in and out of the rain my first night. The 1st room was on the 3rd floor in building A. There was loud music coming from the room beneath me and arguing. Once that stopped I was finally able to sleep but then awakened by the staunch smell of marijuana. I called the front desk and they said they had a room available in building B. I had to go to my car, (in the rain) drive to the lobby building, retrieve my new key, go back to my car (still raining) and drive to building b, get OUT of my car (still raining) and then lug my suitcase and whatnot in the rain to the door which by this time, there was no close parking. After all of that, my stay was quiet and peaceful. I don't think I'll be staying again though, simply because of the inconvenience of having separate buildings. If everything was in ONE building, or connected, I would think differently.

    The poor - stove was outdated and looked used well beyond its use now , One of the bedroom doors locks was broken and the handle would fall off - paying for parking seems excessive - The good - Staff was friendly , 2 bedrooms were large with their own bathrooms - beds were firmer than we like but were stil comfortable enough to sleep on.

    Absolutely horrible customer service. We booked a 2 bedroom suite for 6 people well in advance only to get an email an hour before we checked in to say they changed our reservation to a one bedroom suite for 1 person. When we contacted the property to see what was going on, I was left on hold and hung up on several times. When I finally got to talk to someone, the front desk staff said they tried to call me earlier in the day to say they didnt have any 2 bedrooms available. I never received one phone call from them. While in the lobby, we talked to 4 other people that had to deal with the exact same issue. We will not be returning.

    I have no complaints except that our door was EXTREMELY squeaky and unfortunately scared our cat every time it was open or shut. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Great area right near Koreatown.

    When I arrived, I was directed to the wrong building. Then when I went to the correct building, my appeared to have been used. The bed had imprints on it and a hand towel was on the counter in the bathroom along with an open bar of soap and its wrapper. I was given another room and the desk clerk brought me the key. Breakfast was late one morning, and another morning it took 40 minutes to replenish one of the items. Overall, it wasn't great, but the room was good enough.

    The hotel is clean, just a bit run down. The toilet did not flush properly. I had to hold the handle. The hair dryer did not work. The carpets are old and dusty. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I did not eat Breakfast every day, however, when I did eat there was a full breakfast available. I like Marriott, however, this bed was not as comfortable as most of the Marriott Hotels that I have stayed at.
