I really appreciate how secure the place is. During non-check in/out hours, the building is only accessed by the key card.

The room was not as clean as it could be. I’ve seen far worse, but also far better. The staff were friendly and helpful. For the price, it wasn’t bad. The location was good for accessing local trails, which we were interested in.

Great location You have to have a key car to get in the building. It’s very noisy at night. I can hear the people on the second floor walking in their room a lot of door slamming. Bed sheets very thin.

Outside the centre but well connected by road into the centre and for inwards travel. Free parking. Good size room with comfy beds. Fridge and microwave. Big TV. Windows open. Free continental breakfast. Laundry facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Minimal storage - 6 hooks but no hanging rail or drawers. Shower is hot but low pressure. No kettle or coffee maker in room.

Room was good for one person and was good Around 10pm a rowdy crowd came in and was very noisy for 3-4 hours which made it impossible to sleep no matter what I tried to do. There were grown ups and kids beating and banging doors relentlessly.

The room i was intended to go into wasnt clean and no ho use keeping servicesto do it., The elevator didn'tever work and i did not received a room checkbut one time in 5 days . The day i specifically asked for then i felt thequeen bed room there was only e /nough towels for 2 people and they were the little ones that required for each person. The hotel was very basic, not even drawers or a closet to put your clothes in, and the few coat hangers the room did have werent all there and couldn't hold much. there 5 days and received a room check up 1x and that was after i specifically asked for it to be cleaned

It said it included breakfast but only included OJ, milk, coffee, and youth could make your own pancakes. I know not all places have a full spread but some fruit and yogurt maybe cereal.

Nothing Everything. It was not what I was expecting and was in a very bad part of town. We checked in and left immediately and went to a Marriott.

This was perfect for my needs, close to my relatives. Room was comfy and clean and the place was quiet. Would have liked some fruit and eggs for breakfast but this was still a great value.

Broken elevator our room was in the third floor, made a reservation for 3 ppl, only 2 towels in bathroom, toilet used and not flushed when we walked in, beds had a sheet but no blankets on them… it’s winter! Breakfast was a joke… broken cereal dispenser, paper plates so cheap you could not separate them, 1 individual juice in fridge, 3 yogurts and an open gallon of milk… coffee tasted like it was a week old but then again I have never tried drinking something so old… so I could be wrong about that part… RIDICULOUS!

I stayed 25 days. There were not many guests staying there. Parking was safe. The room was clean. Staff was courteous. The breakfast was OK; the pancake maker did not fully cook the pancakes, left them slimy on the inside. The only complaint I would voice is that I had a couple of VISA gift cards I wanted to apply as a partial payment to my bill, but they would only accept my credit card.

Most things were good… Simple clean room close to the interstate. The two negatives were that the shower had a very low flow and barely hot water; There was not a good sound buffer between our room and the room immediately above us.

We complained 4 times (between 9 pm and 11 pm) about the people directly above us running, stomping, dragging furniture around and making an intolerable amount of noise until finally at almost 11 pm after we had gone to bed, and had to go to the front desk for a 4th time, they allowed us to move to another room. No hot water for a shower the next day. Uncomfortable bed. Hair on bedding and in shower. Nobody asked us at checkout how our stay was. Very unpleasant stay. I never complain but could not deal with the noise and staff who simply did nothing to remedy this until we were ready to pack up and leave in the middle of the night.

Great location, affordable, staff is friendly, loved the renovations and tons of unique light fixtures, huge TV, very nice bathroom with a walk in shower, clean towels and comfy bed. Elevator worked just fine. Thanks again for your service.. Highly recommend!
