    Paying for parking though a third party was redundant, and unnecessary. Breakfast was minimal and underwhelming. No, signage to direct you to hotel entrance. Enter through unmarked private roads.Confusing. $50.00 fee for encinals which there were none, but charged to Credit Card right away at check in.

    Room was smaller than I envisioned from website photos. Hallways were dim and seemed musty. The outside lights in the parking area did not work and after dark was very hard to see to park a car. Plus, it seemed a liability if someone got hurt, fell, attacked, etc. I mentioned it at front desk and she did'nt seem to know they were out and said she would alert management. Hope she did... we were scheduled to leave the following morning. Air conditioning was kind of loud also.

    It was okay. Shuttle service was available for limited hours. Wanted to use it but didn’t work out for us. Close to restaurants and shopping. Bed linens were thin and molded (hold up to light) so unusable. No laundry service even though it was advertised as having it. Breakfast was basic, okay for what it was.

    Wifi was not connecting in the room. When we realized this we had spread our stuff for the overnight stay. Though the front desk offered to change our room late into the night we were not keen. It will be ideal if the property check the working of wifi connection in the room where we stayed.

    However, while there was a microwave in the dining area, there were no microwaves in the room. Normally this would not have been an issue, but this time our stay was longer and it would have been helpful to have had microwave in the room - for those late night warming up of left-overs. I also thought the charge for parking (each night) was a bit much - especially when someone is already staying and paying for several nights.

    My check in was very nice when I got to the room. There was a stain on the floor. The cleaning staff were very helpful when I ordered food they said they would bring it to the room, but I had to go pick it up and it just seemed like the staff had other things that they were doing other than taking care of the patrons of the hotel

    Overall, the hotel was ok. When thinking of Hyatt/Hilton, you automatically think great things. In all honesty, this hotel did not reflect the name well. There were a few reasons why I chose this hotel over others that were a little cheaper. 1. I knew that the room would be clean and there wouldn’t be any smoking issues. The room was clean, but I overheard a conversation that a lady had just got her room and it was heavy in cigarette smoke smell. 2. Their listing on Expedia says they have dry cleaning/laundromat services. I talked with the front desk for that option after my first night stay, and the desk manager said they don’t provide that service, and he began to show me local laundromats to try after I showed their own amenities listing. 3. Their listing says that they have a shuttle service for guests up to 5 miles from the hotel. A different desk manager said that it’s only for business meetings of at least 12-15 people and only 2 miles. I again showed the amenities list and he repeated what he had just told me. So, I got half of one of my reasons to choose this location. Unfortunately, I will not recommend nor return to this hotel again. They say you get what you pay for, but I definitely didn’t get what I paid for - overpriced.

    The bar didn’t open as scheduled my first night so I didn’t bother my second night at all. My room was clean except for a moldy smell. I always pack a disinfectant spray that I had to use heavily. I found that there was a mini fridge leak on the carpet on my last day that had the room smelling. Staff never told me that there was an ice machine on the 5th floor so I bought ice my entire trip. Everyone was friendly. They had real caged free eggs and potatoes on the breakfast bar which made eating there alright. I would stay again but next time I will demand accommodations and ask questions.

    It was close and convenient to everything. Free breakfast. No extra charge for late check out and early check in. Staff was great. They charge for parking, years ago they didn't it's changed, and it's expensive to be charging that much and not to be in downtown Atlanta. They even charged me for an extra night of parking. Doesn't matter because I won't be going back. The fire alarm went off and it was no fire (faulty system they said) my room heater did not work had to change room, they apologize because the building is old and changed it for free and the toilets were very low, ours wasn't attached to the floor it moved

The bathroom in the room was very small, had to squeez into the corner by the bathroom to shut the door. Didnt like that we had to pay for parking. Why, we paid to stay there and had to pay to park there also. We come to Atlanta every month and will not stay there again, just because of the parking.

    I had a great stay at Hyatt Place Peachtree Corners. The location is a little off the highway but once you’re there the surrounding area is wonderful. There are plenty of food and shopping options. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout my visit, and the rooms were impressively spacious and comfortable though the bathroom was a little tight. I would definitely stay here again.

    There was something on my top blanket and sheet that looked very nasty. The door to the pool was broken. I saw a golden retriever go in with a man into the kitchen area towards the end of breakfast time. Definitely not a service dog. You had to pay for parking in their tiny lot🙄 This place needs some updating and a manager who can get things running cleanly.

    I checked in my room at 8:30 pm left for dinner returned at 11:20 to find my room door open, all of my things ransacked, money and personal items missing. The hotel was no help, no cameras, and the door was not broken!! Someone used a key to access my room. Police were called unfortunately nothing could be done. I was forced to find another place to stay at 1am. 0/10 would not recommend

    They had to change my room. They gave me a smoking room. So they changed my room and it was filthy.     First, the lobby smelled of weed and was consistent the entire time there. Second, the bar is just literally a wrap around with a few seats. Nobody was there for the most part and hence, even if you wanted to get a beverage, forget it. Third, I had a housekeeper bang the door around 9am the third day that I was there and would NOT stop knocking. This ended up waking me up and told them to come back in a bit. With that, I left the hotel immediately. Never in my time staying at hotels that I had ever had that happen. If I am coming back to the area, I will go to a different hotel. Absolutely unprofessional!

    I was given a handicap room so simple conveniences like taking a nice shower was hard for me. I couldn’t even hang my clothes. I’m short so even using toilet was difficult as toilet sat high above floor. Room was musty and AC didn’t work very well. When you walked into room it was damp and humid like. Description Of hotel not accurate. It had a small bar that served 4 things. No restaurant. No shuttle either. They said shuttle was only for large groups? Not happy with this stay at all. However, Staff was very nice.

    They charge $12.00 for overnight parking however the hotel has a parking lot and is located about thirty minutes from Atlanta. In addition to this when requesting additional towels and a blanket for the pull out bed, we were told we had to come to the front desk to get it. There was no room service. Lastly, the breakfast!!!! Many items were missing and the selection was limited. Yogurt was out and watery with no toppings for it, they instead had toppings out for oatmeal but no oatmeal! They had no real plates or utensils, only paper plates and plastic utensils. Coffee was only available during breakfast hours. When leaving at 6:00 am there was none available… also a first for us! All in all, as a family who often chooses to stay at Hyatt Place’s when we travel, we were extremely dissatisfied and know the Hyatt brand would be as well!

    We had an unexpected situation where our Airbnb flooded, and we arrived at the Hyatt Place around 12:30 AM — exhausted and stressed. From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They were kind, professional, and incredibly accommodating during a very difficult night.     The property is located in a nature surrounded area= nice and quiet. What I did not like is we have to pay for parking. In Expedia, we were told there is $12 parking, which is already hard to swallow (when hotel parking are almost always free except for Vegas as far as I know) but when I checked my credit card statement, it even increased to $13!

    I chose this property because of the reviews. Well the reviews must have been paid for because it was nothing like they said. Rooms were very outdated, didn't feel clean, faucets shook and the door to the bathroom touched the toilet and it was very hard to move around. The staff was not friendly, breakfast was sparse and you could tell the person heating up the breakfast didn't want to be there.

    We've stayed at the Hyatt - Norcross/Peachtree on multiple occasions when visiting family in the area. Only one elevator was working the entire weekend. Our room was outdated and a little musty - the carpet in front of the bathroom door was frayed and torn. It was clean, but rundown - this hotel needs some upkeep. Breakfast has gotten worse - and gone are the "real" dishes, cutlery and mugs, replaced by picnic ware. Finally, while I resent having an additional charge for parking, I resented even more a front desk attendant clearly wanted us to scan the QR code (data collection!) rather than add the charge to our stay, as has been done in the past. Very unfriendly. We're finding somewhere else to stay

    2 weeks in a row I stayed at a hotel. I went to Beyonce concert in DC, stayed at the Marriott. Hotel with my children it was clean. Staff friendly. I paid $65 a day for Valet parking which was told to me prior to booking. I was fine. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The next weekend I drove down to GA with my daughter and stayed at Hyatt. Upon checkin they said it’s a parking fee. I said it didn’t tell me that when booking. She said oh. We’ll update the site. So I had to prepay. Only for me to see that someone stole the caps off of 2 of my tires on my truck. I drove a 2024 Nissan pathfinder. It was probably 2 others in the lot. But., I don’t understand why someone would steal them. When I checked into my room. I had to give it another clean down. There was a set of eyelashes stuck to the ironing board. I took a picture of it. I did not touch it. The refrigerator did not work. So my leftovers spoiled and my drinks never got cold.the pullout had dirty linen on it. I called downstairs. They said they would be up within 25 mins. I waited a little over an hour. But had to leave so I can get dinner for my daughter. When I went downstairs they apologized and said they’ll have it placed in the room. When I came back it was tossed in the room. One would think they would make the bed back up. Cause I stripped the dirty linen off. I ended up just letting my daughter sleep with me. I only went to breakfast one day of my stay. Because the limited seating and food.

    I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Atlanta Peachtree and was very disappointed with the experience. First, the phone in our room didn’t work at all, which was a serious inconvenience—we couldn’t reach the front desk or request anything without leaving the room. Worse, we were charged $418 even though the room had already been paid for in advance. When we brought this up to the staff, there was little urgency or clear explanation, and the issue wasn’t resolved during our stay. It’s unacceptable to deal with basic issues like a non-functioning room phone and unexpected charges. I won’t be returning and would caution others to double-check their bills and confirm that everything in the room is working. When we first got there we also had to switch the first room because it smelled very moldy and the rug was wet. They were able to switch that room right away at least.

    The customer service representatives were friendly. The room was clean. However, it did have a hint of a wetness smell in the room when the air conditioner was off. The location is quiet around the hotel. However, it’s a little far from the city life places and events.

    We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt in Norcross. The staff was very friendly and took care of any concerns. The only bothersome thing was the “slothavator” the slowest elevator in the earth.

    The side doors were inoperative the entire week of my stay forcing you to walk to the front each time. One of the elevators was out of order the entire week. The front door sounds like it's coming off of its track every time it opens. In a one week stay my room was cleaned one time. I would not return.

    Check in was great. Lobby had dim lighting, hot, appears to be an older hotel. Only one operational elevator which created issues for extensive wait times for numerous guests and housekeeping. Lighting in hallways dim. Unable to access pool. Room was ok, clean. Unsure how previous reviews were calculated! Won’t book another stay at this location.

    One elevator was closed and the other was a little questionable. I was not aware that you had to pay to park. I paid on the app and they attempted to also add it to my bill. The staff was nice though and it was a good place to stay otherwise. Very clean.

    Staff was nice and the gym was ok. Everything else is a 2 star the hotel elevator was not working, the hotel looked old and gloomy from the front door, the hallways and the rooms. Wore shoes and socks the entire time in my room due to how dirty the carpet looked the room was not properly wiped down either. No microwaves it was n overall disappointment. It looked more like a motel to me. I will not be returning

    The staff at check-in was very pleasant, but when I spoke to the daytime staff about an additional days parking charge he wasn’t able to help. The next morning when I went back to resolve the issue no one was working at the front desk. There was only one elevator working and it was the slowest elevator I have ever experienced.
