STAY AWAY! The Common Areas in the buildings are Filthy! This Hotel struck me as more of a Section 8 Low Income Housing Project or Halfway House. They must have a Contract with the County. But they should not lease these rooms to the Unsuspecting General Public as a Hotel! But here is The Most Disgusting part of my stay! I was in town due to a death in my family. I came to help clear out the Apartment of my deceased family member, and we were working against a very tight time-line. As such, for the first days of my stay, I had made a pallet with some Extra Sheets, and slept on the Couch, due to my being physically exhausted each evening when I got back to the room. On my last night, knowing that I had a long drive back to my home State, I showered and put on my pajamas, pulled the covers from the bed, and sat down on it and began to set the Alarm on my phone. While doing this, I felt something damp where I was seated. I immediately stood up, pulled back the bottom sheet, and although there was some type of thin mattress covering on the bed, I could see what looked like stains, and I was hit with the God Awful stench of Urine! This was Utterly Disgusting! I washed up, changed my clothes, and slept on the Couch once again. That morning, I asked to speak with the Manager. The young lady at the Front Desk advised me that the Manager was Milton, but that he was not in. I explained what happened, and asked her to have him call me! IT HAS BEEN A WEEK, AND HE HAS NOT CALLED!

The bathroom acoutremant included boogers on the wall with hair embedded. The bathroom fan was last dusted in approximately 1985. I could go on, but we will just chalk this one to a "family adventure."

Don’t plan to stay here . This place is filthy and shabby . Cockroaches were running around and the manager Milton was not supportive . We were given filthy room with cockroaches for 2 infants wi th 2 adults room . Manager Milton and staff jamiliah were liars. I got my eye infected by staying at their location . Will not recommend anyone to stay there as the rooms were not cleaned , no pillows provided and the floors were shabby with mud . Room was stinking and sofabed was shabby with cockroaches roaming around and matress was dirty and filthy . A BIG NO as the manager Milton is a liar and does not keep us his words .

So the ladt who checked us out was trash but the sweet young man who checked us in and the kind manager were amazing. The room walls and doors were dirty but they weren't too bad. I do have to admit, my son slammed a door and a picture fell and broke! We felt so bad. It was like within the first hr of being there too! The kind young man was so nice with us when we brought the busted picture to the front. We were prepared for angry staff but received understanding and kindness! It is clear people use this place for long stays and living. I don't judge a places service from the guests as they will change and experience with that is not constant. Manager seems very polite and well kept. Checking gentleman was well mannered. Will return for those 2 alone. I still feel horrible for the picture, so if you all read this in the future, we are still very sorry

Some things like the kitchen cabinets, shelves in the fridge were broken and for the price you pay I expected them to have more utensils to use for the kitchen. The room could have been cleaned better only because I saw about two bugs running around.

My door was kicked in ,bathroom didn’t have shower curtain, sofa bed was broke and dirty they provided no sheets for the sofa until the day before check out in both the rooms I had for my family. I asked for dishes the establishment said they provided for the two rooms all I got was four plates a pot and two forks for the ten people that stayed in the hotel. So as along as I was out the room I had a great time but we made the best of it. I had a phone in the room that didn’t work so I couldn’t call anyone. One of the rooms had no tv plus the ice machine was broken in our building.

This place was incredibly dirty! The doors are disgusting, with stains and they don’t even work properly. The floor is filthy. The bathroom is awful and seems as though the water is making it rot, it was an extremely uncomfortable bathing experience. The couch was so bad, filled with stains and hidden dirt. The beds appear clean but are actually really dirty and gave me acne! The hall ways are terrible, the smell is so bad. Tobacco stench everywhere. The toilet clogged over nothing. I wouldn’t wish this place on anyone, no matter what they did to me!!!

The hotel room had roaches. Thankfully we were able to get a hotel room in another hotel, much nicer, and no bugs. We did get a refund from the hotel which was a relief.

Nothing Rooms were dirty, smelled of cat urine and Marijuana. Couches need to be steam cleaned, there were holes in walls. The doors didn't close all the way. Only saw cleaning staff when Rooms were checked out of. You have to turn in your towels to get them cleaned and returned. Fire alarm went off hotel staff nor the fire department could turn it off, they actually came and disconnected the alarm from the ceilings. There are roaches crawling across the dining table and across the room. I changed Rooms 3 times before I could be some what comfortable. They refused to give me a refund so I could change hotels.

With holiday traffic, we didn’t get to hotel until 1:30am. The person at front desk said because we were late, our reservation for 4 days had been cancelled (which we understood). I asked if it could be re-booked and he said no, there was nothing he could do. After explaining we had been in car all day and just needed him to create a new booking just like the one we had made, he said maybe he could get us a room but it would require an extra deposit, early booking fee and he we wouldn’t get the same rate we had originally booked. We would also have to wait 1-3 hours while the computers re-booted as they were in a nightly rebook (after he had shown me on the computer our reservation being cancelled). I expressed my frustration and was told to ‘check my attitude’. I walked outside to call nearby hotels and during this time the person at the desk told my wife he could waive the deposit to ‘help us out’. We went to the Quality Inn down the street who was happy to take us and checked us in within 5 minutes and even gave us a discount off the Expedia listed price.

Never seen a hotel with so many of the same brown bugs crawling around. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here. Bug spray does exist and they need to go get some expeditiously.

The ad days theres breakfast included- there was not much of a breakfast, and the selection was half empty.

Staff was courteous helpful and prompt. Only that I couldn't stay longer. I felt very at home and comfortable there.

The door to my room clearly looked like it had been kicked in and a crow bar used to open it. There was a very old stale smell in both the hallways and the room itself. The floors were filthy, so much so I had to clean them myself. It just had a very surface looking clean done but once you got up close it was not clean at all. I don’t feel safe either since my door looked the way it did and I got a late night knock as well, which was strange as I was visiting from out of town. Overall I would not recommend this location at all. I also expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager at the facility who basically just shoved me off so clearly she didn’t care. Don’t stay here!

The property needs a serious renovation! Great location however it’s just dusty! The bathroom was not clean upon check in which of course forced me to clean everything! The floor had NEVER been cleaned. The pullout was “ itchy” and the bed was lumpy.

We checked into a room that wasn’t cleaned. I called the front desk to let them know and the manager came and cleaned our rooms we wouldn’t have to move our things again. He did an excellent job and the room smelled nice and fresh. Everyone here has been very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this location to anyone looking for a room 👍👍

The condition of the overall property was horrible. So bad that I left 2 days early. Someone stole the TV out of one of the rooms. Bugs and stains everywhere. The check-in was a mess. I had to wait in my vehicle for 45 min to check in.

The hotel is dated and need of some basic maintenance and painting. Mattress was old and sagging in the middle. It did not feel clean. I was disappointed as I’ve experienced the brand in much better terms. It was quite the let down

The outside looks nice but you can definitely tell its a bit of a slum when tiu enter the building. I mean it wasn't terrible but it wasn't the greatest ever. Not even close. The room looked nice at first but it was humid and kinda of musty. The mattress was old. The pull out bed had a blood stain on it. Very seedy hotel if you ask me.

The front desk agent was kind and helpful but the property was not well maintained. There was a surprise $100 deposit. The linens seemed clean but the room was dirty, the pull out couch has stains and a large hole in the fabric. There were discarded items from previous guests including to vape devices and a winter glove. It was the end of July.

Bathroom peeling and falling apart, not 1 single dish, cup, flatware, or pan in the kitchen. Bed was horrible like the same mattress that was in the pull out couch. This place needs a remodel

The bathtub was stained and scary looking, there were stains in the lamp shade, the ac unit had to be unplugged to cut it off, there are roaches, there was sticky stains on the room floor, and the sofa was dirty.

Easy access to the highway. Roomy Halls smelled like marijuana, security lock loose, hinged not fixed properly, bathroom door hinge broken and wouldn’t close, no breakfast as advertised, none of the outside door key locks were functional. Always unlocked.

There is no hairdryer provided ladies! Shower curtain, towels and bedcover looked new. Hideabed cushions are worn and arms are soiled. Floor corners had dirt and dust The bed mattress sags in the middle Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. I took this as a ‘camping’ experience. Modern camping with the luxury of an A/C Microwave worked and the shower was wet

They upheld themselves on their service animal policy beautifully and treated us very respectfully for the duration of the trip. This is not a place to enjoy vacation. It is like an apartment building. There are kids playing and alot of hanging outside. However, the staff is very nice and the people staying there are very nice. Personally the place was not clean and I was traveling with children. I would not stay again but if you have no choice due to limited funds it is ok.

Hotel area was not safe and folks wandering all hours of the night. Hallways were not clean, had a lot of litter, and smelled. Rooms was not clean at all. I walked around in slippers to avoid the stickiness on the floor and. Room had a smoke smell even thought it was a non-smoking room. Breakfast was a grab a cup of coffee and plastic-wrapped muffin to go. They don’t open up their dining area even though they have it. Fortunately only stayed there for 11 hours to get a night’s sleep in but was uncomfortable the whole time.

Stayed for 4 days, confirmed breakfast and there was none for any of the days, just coffee and not even milk or creamer. Bathtub water was not flowing out. No lights in the kitchen, complained and they said they are putting a work order. Later when asked, they started asking me question about who in the front desk did the work order, how did he look, short or tall, Grey or Black, etc, etc.

But i dud like the room layout with the separated kithcen and living room area

However, the facility itself has serious issues that can’t be overlooked. An alarm went off at 4 a.m., which was very disturbing. There were roaches in the room—it honestly felt like they lived there. The water was either scalding hot or freezing cold, and the room temperature was just as extreme with no comfortable in-between. The door wouldn’t close properly, and I had to get help from the front desk just to open and secure it. There was also no chair for the desk, so I had to pull the rolling desk over to the bed in order to work. Despite all of this, the staff was so wonderful that I chose to focus on their efforts rather than the shortcomings of the room. They’re clearly doing the best they can with what they have. Management should absolutely invest in improving the facilities—because the team here truly deserves better. They made a tough situation more bearable with their amazing attitude and professionalism.

They gave my reservation away. But they called me 6 hours before i checked in to let me know there was a $100 deposit. My question is why didn't they know they weren't going to have rooms for that evening. I spent 3 hours trying to get another room through expedia. Overall terrible experience.

The room I booked was not set aside for me. The room was filthy. There was fresh BLOOD on the bed pillows in the room they gave me. I needed to vacuum the dirt and crumbs from the sofa sleeper. The door lock was wobbly. No coffee pot available, no glasses or cups, no extra pillows available to replace the bloody pillows we found saw in he room. No food in the main office in morning. Missing curtains, dirty floors not cleaned.

There was a turd in the toilet, sink had spit and hair, fast food trash on the table. They offered a different room with a broken oven, finally a decent room, 3rd times the charm. Ice machine did not work, very few breakfast options, crib availability from online was not accurate as they’ve never had a crib before.

They need to up date the whole hotel, they need better rules for people that visiting or staying because you would of thought it was a murder going on upstairs from my room the kids where jumping off furniture to the bed then running like it’s a playground I told the front desk staff twice but I will never look this away ever again if I can get my $68 back I would or my one day stay and sleep better somewhere else I would but never again here.

Overall very spacious, loved the kitchen, spacious bathroom. Dirty couch and couch bed we couldn't utilize the let out. The bed had a noticeable dent which made it uncomfortable. I had to do a little cleaning upon arrival. The noise was crazy you could hear everything very thin walls. Staff very friendly though.

I had to purchase various cleaning/disinfecting sprays to wash the floor, table,chairs, applieances and counters. washcloths were black when i was done. debris and curly black hairs in the dining chairs. walls had a lot of splatter and stains. I literally had to scrub everything. hallways and stairs' rugs are BLACK as night, very unhealthy. stair rail was sticky probably due to , im grossed out. im done with review.

This isn’t what we expected of what we saw. The room condition was old, bathroom door can’t close, refrigerator and other appliances beyond repairs. We only stay a night, will not come back to this hotel for later trip for Atlanta vacation.

The place was so dirty! Fingerprints on the walls, oven didn't work, and the bathroom toilet was stained. We were only staying for 2 days and it's hard to find enough room for 6 people so we stayed but I would recommend somewhere else. Only thing good was the man who checked us in. At least he was kind

There are roaches, there isn't any hot water, smoking in a non smoking hotel and the staff are the worst that I've ever seen.

Neighbors very noisey. Staff was good to ask them to keep in down but that was not enough. Lots of trash in the trash room Loads of debris outside, some new some old, including dog feces. Had to wait for check-in due to internet being down (OK in the room during the rest of the stay.)

The high point was the staff. I asked for silverware, and it beat me to the room.

I was not able to check in due to misinformation on behalf of the property. I was extremely unsatisfied with the whole experience I will never go back there nor will I refer them to the property.

Weed smell is unbelievable.

The pull out couch had stains on it. The shower didn’t hold hot water that well and the fan above the toilet was absolutely disgusting with mold. The bed was not that comfortable, broken in very well. No support at all. Breakfast only thing good was coffee what little they had left and only a few muffins and oatmeal left. Not happy.

Everyone at the desks that night was very nice & that morning I checked out. But the room was nasty.

Parking is plentiful. Rooms are really nice with a whole kitchen. Bathrooms are very clean with plenty of hot water. Central heat and air. Some maintenance needs done with the door on rm 328, but overall a great stay.

I did not feel safe. After my first night. I checked out. The screws on the lock of my hotel door were loose. The door would not close properly. The shower was so dirty. I had to put a towel on the inside of the tub just so I can shower. The staff at the front desk was very nice though, both when I checked in and checked out.

The reception staff is Lead by an amazing young man who has excellent communication and customer service skills. I would highly recommend this property to stay.

Mr. Milton is very respectful and helpful in the front office. The maintenance staff is also very helpful whenever there is a problem.

This place is worse than dumpster. Dirty, mold everywhere, advertised with fake clean pics and mentions free breakfast, which is non-existent. Forget room service or any service, the towels were dirty, no soap or coffee maker, half of lights were not working. they even try to charge to replace the dirty towels, and won’t give any extra towels. The only staff is rude. And it’s right next to Marta with loud train noise making life miserable every 2 minutes.

I refused to stay and asked for full refund. By far the worst property I have ever visited. Outside doors didn't lock. Everything was dirty. Door was falling off kitchen cabinet and stove. The floor and couch were filthy.Screws on door all loose. Even more disappointment! After five hours of driving to get here I could not believe what I saw.late and tired I had to search for another place to stay in this busy area! A horrible experience that Will Not be forgotten!

The water was coming black from the faucets, had tonlet it run for a while to wash my hands and my kiddos hands. None of us took a shiwer you could imagine why. Dont waste your money. Dont cone to this hotel never. The matthres in the sofa cama was horrible thin, you could feel the wires from the framing of the bed. The sheets has stains of blood, had to change them myself. Horrible experience.

The staff were friendly. The facility itself was horrible. The room was not as advertised. There were 5 ppl on the reservation and we had 3 towels. When we asked for more towels they advised us we had to bring the other towels back and we can get more towels. The pull out bed had no sheets or pillows. When I asked for some the my stated they did not have any more pillows. The kitchen was dirty and the fridge looked like it got into some sort of altercation because there were multiple indents in the finish of the fridge. One of the beds had a sink in the middle that we didn’t realize until it was time for bed. The biggest issue was no hot water. At best, it was lukewarm. We also experienced a few roaches coming out when we ordered food. The hallways, stairs and elevator were filthy. Our front door didn’t close properly and we had to get maintenance to come and check the lock. The staff tried their best to help and apologize. The pictures shown online are a stark difference to the actual room. If I knew it would’ve been like this, we would have selected a different hotel altogether. I didn’t take pictures because I was so disgusted and disappointed. We came to town for an event otherwise I would have left. I will never stay at an extended stay again.

They sent me a message the day a arrive and some parte said: SMOKING: The hotel is a non-smoking hotel, smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the building. If you wish to smoke you must step outside. There is a $250 smoking fee if you smoke inside the building. That is NOT TRUE

The doors leading outside that were supposed to remain locked, stayed unlocked and open the entire time we were there. The entire hotel smelled like weed and the floors were dirty upon arrival to our room. The doorknobs were broken and the vent fans were missing covers. Overall just a rundown place at a decent price.

When we arrived, I was told they had my reservation, but no room was available. What? Seriously? What is the purpose of making a reservation if you can't reserve the room?

It was extremely dirty. If it was cleaned, then the room was a great size for our family. But there was hair in the shower, dirt and dust everywhere, stained furniture...

I know it’s a third party how I booked my stay and I wish the refund policy was more balance and equal for situations like this one. It would make it easier and more timely

While the room was comfortable and clean, the property (hallways, stairway, elevator) was filthy -- a smashed orange in the elevator for 24 hours, a discarded shoe on the stairs, dirt and debris everywhere. There were children running around yelling at all hours.

Dirty hotel. Double charged me. Smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana. Lots of loud banging noises outside my room early in the morning because they were moving things around and completely had hallway blocked off for my family to leave. Was required to put $100 deposit when room wasn't even worth that. Won't get my business again.

This review could be extremely long if I were to go into details. I am an operations manager in the food and beverage Industry with over 20 years in service 10 in management including Hotel management. First training and development from the top to the bottom beginning with management. GM and Assist GM need Communication and unconscious bias training with some empathy. The property was trashed. Grass needed to be cut weeds everywhere. My dog stepped on glass while on the grass area for pets. The carpet in the hallway was black the back door was completely dismantled no key was needed anyone could walk in. My room the outside door had black scuff marks all over the door. We had a 2 bedroom unit. There were pictures missing off the wall in the living room. Blood on the bathroom door. Dried up bug on the wall. The shower was decent but definitely needed some repair. The bed was comfortable but that was it. My daughter's room was dusty and smelled like someone was chain smoking in this "smoke free" property. They also don't offer clean fresh towels. You must bring your dirty towels in to be washed and given back to you. Please do this before 1:30p.m.(Should be told at check in)No screens in the windows. I'm not sure what your paying a deposit for I would've had a more decent stay at an motel and won't do extended stay again.
