When I arrived The guy was nice enough to let me check in early I was So tired I pay A extra fee, I slept on top on the bed I was So tired… the next day when I tried To get in bed the sheets was so dirty I didnt Wanna stay… However they did give me a extra set of sheets. The guy told me that they would refund my money that didn’t happen so they had my money and didn’t give it back and lied and said that they would. Definitely wouldn’t go back

Pool wasn't open and not sure that the hot tub in the picture exists at all. I received a text saying to text if I need anything. Couldn't get the tv to work so I texted, no response.

Then the rooms were not nice at all. One wall had a quarter size hole in it, and the bathtub had mold in it. Finally, on the morning we were checking out, they deactivated our key cards long before we were due to check out and the staff was rude when I ask them to reactivate the key so we could get our stuff out of the room and into our car. Overall, very disappointed in the accomodations and especially not being able to use the pool. The pool was the reason we chose this hotel for our stay.

I didn’t get my room. They put me in the room where I found drugs. Manager accused me of bring it in the room. I had to make. Police report.

Something different was the electronic check-in window. Nice. Quick respond went the TV remote needs batteries replaced. Cooling fan was loud. Had to turn it off and on during the night. No iron. Shower room wall had no place to put any stuff on but on the floor.

The toilet had stains on it and in it. At first I thought it was a poop stain. But the toilet may have just been old. The fitted sheet moved up on one of the beds revealing a possible pee stain.

People don’t even work there in person; it’s a freaking kiosk. Then our first room was dirty; it hadn’t even been cleaned yet. Then everything was broken in our second one; one of the lamps was missing a freaking shade. It was ridiculous, and that’s not even half of it.

The room had a strong chlorine smell throughout our stay, which was quite unpleasant. The bathroom was not clean—there was hair on the floor, which indicated poor housekeeping. The refrigerator wasn’t working, adding to the inconvenience. Breakfast options were extremely limited, barely meeting expectations. Overall, not a comfortable experience.

I liked the location of the property. The room was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. I liked that the toilet sat high and not low. I loved the breakfast items. I loved how one of the employees accommodated my family by moving our room from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor. Everything was great! There was nothing I didn’t like.

We bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the floor. There seemed to be no housekeeping. We asked for our trash to be taken out and they never came. We asked for new towels twice and both times the towels we were given had black marks on them. The second time it took over 24 hours to even get them. They didnt show up when they said they would. We booked this hotel for the indoor pool, but did not let our son use it because it was an entirely different color than the photos and didnt look like it had seen chemicals in a very long time. The floor around the pool was also dirty. Side door was propped open every time we left. Defeating the purpose of needing a key to enter. Other guests are very loud so I would not recommend for small children either.

The room was very dirty. They "upgraded" me when I complained and that room was dirty as well. The night stand was broken, one of the lights didn't work and it was filthy. There is no one at the desk. Someone comes up on a computer. There were water stains on the ceiling everywhere. I checked out and went to another hotel.

The room was spacious, the bathroom was tidy. The room itself had a faint odor of cigarette smoke and the bed actually had a burn in the middle of it, under the sheets. The housekeeping staff didn’t come to drop off fresh towels or sheets. Overall, it wasn’t a bad few days there as it could have been.

The location was perfect for us, but the room was terrible. Had a bathroom, which had been remodeled, but not completed. The first evening we were unable to turn on the TV, had no luck getting the front dest by phone, so walked and told the screen person about the problem. Place was nasty, there is no one at the front desk they have a kiosk that’s set up with a screen an you walk up someone that is in another country (I know, because I asked them when I was booking in) but they do all the checking in an they scan your ID an even dispense your room keys…not a fan at all! My room was disgusting an the TV was out of date an wouldn’t work when I got in I had to do my own service on it, bathroom was nasty and toilet was broke…had booked until Sunday but canceled the last 3 days of my stay there and went and got a better hotel. Would not recommend nor would I ever go there again!

I came in town last minute for a work thing. I had a long day at work and needed somewhere to stay very late at night. I found this hotel close to my office and gave it a try. It was a fantastic room for the price. I was extremely pleasantly surprised and will definitely consider staying here in the future! I especially liked it in the room I was in there were lots of USB outlets for charging things. That’s really helpful when you travel.

The staff was amazing and super super friendly. Big miscommunication however. The indoor pool was NOT working. The whole reason i chose this location was for swimming with the kids. I was absolutely devasted to see the pool dark green and not ready. I even called ahead a few days before i booked and was told it was up and running. Smh. Very hard pill to swallow. Told me i need to contact expedia for a 10 percent refund and they will offer me a 10 percent refund as well. So a 20 percent refund after all is said and done... Hopefully if i ever receive it. But the staff was amazing and friendly. The breakfast was decent.....pour your own waffles, couple cereals, coffee and juice and some activia. Oh and toast and toasters. I would look to add... Bacon/sausage/eggs and fresh fruit. Just those four alone would be a huge improvement. Rooms were clean and somewhat modern. All in all... If the pool was running. I would've liked this place a whole lot. Its nice little spot and the staff really makes the place great.

But once inside the room was cozy and moderately updated. The halls look dim and dingy but overall for a short stay at the last minute it was worth the price. Complimentary breakfast was decent. The room service was outstanding. She was very thorough and came to clean daily. Sheets pulled back pillow cases changed fresh towels etc. the indoor pool was a joke don’t let the pics fool you it’s not in servíce. Overall, decent accommodations if you are not too picky. Front desk is automated so if u like to have immediate assistance try somewhere over near Ventura Dr or pleasant hill.

The suite was amazing. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was quite good. The room was modern and clean. The AC unit was working very hard because of the heat. The couch was very comfortable, I almost fell asleep one day on it. Overall I was very pleased with my stay

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and I'm shocked that Expedia has a hotel listed like this. I contact Expedia about this and I'm not able to get a refund or any type of compensation for my loss. My wife and my 93 year old mother in law had to find another hotel. This is a totally disgrace and I fault Expedia for listing such a hotel.

The front desk was virtual. I was talking to some guy in India. The property did not feel or look safe, and this is from someone with a conceal carry permit. Just because I carry a weapon, I prefer to never use it. I wasn't sure that would be the case at this location. I did not stay.

The hotel was decent Just walking to the rooms smelled stuffy and the pool area as well as breakfast area could use a lot of touch up. It doesn't feel warm welcoming and its not satisfactory. They have a new way for easier check in but that's the only thing that is upgraded with the times. Real renovations to the lobby need to be made.

Lastly, the second room the television had a bad connection and blinked every two minutes making it extremely hard to watch. The towels were the dirtiest white towels and the linen had paint stains on them. The iron in the changed room leaked water all over your clothes. Also, the Indian family running this hotel has no customer service skills ever. There was an incident that occurred at the hotel the police were there looking through video footage. This hotel is a rooming house for the homeless I saw several people just wondering which mad this stay creepy for a single female. I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. Do Not consider this hotel.

The staff, Dave, was excellent! He is really pleasant and kind but the property needs a lot of TLC. The look is a turn off! The room itself was good. Management needs to fix the lobby and hallways to make it more pleasant and it may attract more stays.

This room should never have been rented out. Room 212. Maybe it was given to us because I travel with and utilize a legitimate service dog. “No rooms available on first floor.” No elevator Second floor hallway in great need of a makeover- ceiling patched from leaks and carpet smelled. The back door had no lock or glass in it. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. But service was friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

Disgusting hotel that stunk to high heaven. Back glass was broken out of the back entrance. Dirty sheets and pillowcases with hair/makeup on them. Hallway filthy. Free breakfast was dry fruit loops or plain white bread.

The address on the app is wrong to begin with so we got lost. The hotel is nothing like the pictures. Very nasty. Went to check in at 8pm check in is at 3pm and our room wasn’t even cleaned yet. Would not recommend.

The hotel is immaculate and the staff at home2 suites go above and beyond for their guest this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in i would always return and recommend all of my friends and family to come stay!

When we arrived, no one was at the desk. We had to wait 15 minutes after calling the number on the desk for someone to assist us. When paying the bill, it was significantly higher than what was quoted on Expedia. I had asked for adjoining rooms; our party had 2 rooms between us. The "continental breakfast" was cereal. There was no coffee or cups in either room.

When we arrived, no one was at the desk. We had to wait 15 minutes after calling the number on the desk for someone to assist us. When paying the bill, it was significantly higher than what was quoted on Expedia. I had asked for adjoining rooms; our party had 2 rooms between us. The "continental breakfast" was cereal. There was no coffee or cups in either room.

They did move me to another room, a suite, but some things were still missing. I'd still classify the replacement room as minimally acceptable.

I didn't like the fact that the curtains didn't close everything is way outdated someone else's belongings was still in the room and I felt unsafe because of the outside and the hanging out other customers the cleanliness was poor, it should have been rated 0.9.

Treated like a lying criminal. Watched from surveillance cameras. Lied to about the bill and fixing the broken heater. Noisy/ no amenities. Don’t stay here!

We heard a lot of noise from our room. The breakfast was absolutely insulting. They served white bread and fruitloops! I wouldn't stay there again.

The front clerk was rude, the room had a very bad order and had drywall work still being done! We didn’t stay, we had to leave. I’ll be contacting the licensing office or health department of GA to do a surprise visit to this place. What is advertised online and what you get is absolutely atrocious. This is a true definition of Bait and switch!

The hotel was terrible. I was there for like 15 min and left right away. Our nonsmoking room smelled like smoke! We started getting super itchy as soon as we walked in the room, the bed had stains in it and we saw a cockroach in the bathroom! They did not allow us to get our money back because we booked it through orbitz it was terrible!

I had a reservation before, when I checked in, I was giving a difference price, higher price. I had to pull my reservation receipt in order to get the price I booked. Also, the room has a smell, probably smoke residue. Hotel staffer didn't want to change the room. Will not stay there again.

You get what you pay for, this place is horrible! Needed a room for one night, as soon as I opened the door there was a terrible smell and roaches !! Went to the bathroom and I see roaches again. The man up front is plain rude and unhelpful. They also charge a $60 deposit fee wich I didn’t see on the descriptions. Overall it’s a dirty cheap place.

First and foremost, the pictures on Hotel.com sight did not translate over to this Hotel. I felt conned. The rate I got at Hotel.com, this Hotel attempted to increase by almost $20. I actually had to negotiate back down to the reserved rate & they still got a dollar more out of me. There were people before me that they required the room be paid for in cash because they said their credit card system was down. This was attempted on myself as well but coincidentally the credit card machine worked for me. You were not permitted to back into parking spaces at the Hotel as a Police ordinance required nose in parking or risk getting a ticket. Police actively patrolled the lot & it wasn't because they just had the time to do it but because they made the time to do it. Police give attention to Hotel lots only if attention is needed on Hotel lots. My room was obviously renovated but also incompleted & I don't expect it will be completed. The staff except the one female upon my check out was very rude. The free breakfast was... cereal... in a plastic container...that I wouldn't trust on the freshness or quality over a 24hr Gas Station convenience store and that was it...everything else was empty as if they just ran out. No... they just didn't have it & even if they did I wouldn't of ate it anyway because the eating area was like a 1 star Hotel lobby. As soon as I parked my car, I knew this was going to be a bad experience & yet I actually paid to go through this worse Hotel stay EVER

Had a room for 2 queens. Definitely was 2 full beds, not 2 queens. The curtain also didn’t block the street light that was shining right through our window, so we had to rig up some towels

I just didn’t like this hotel

It was not my greatest stay, the room was missing a latch on the lock, the desk lamp didn't work, the wifi was horrible sometimes, the window blinds didn't work, and the lights on the right side of our bed didn't work but the customer service was pretty good (Deven in particular) and my girlfriend and I still were able to have a relatively good time.

This was terrible. It took the front desk at least 10 minutes to check me in, even though we arrived after 11:00 p.m. and there was no one else checking in at the time. Next, the staff gave me a key to a room that was already occupied by another guest. When I went back to the front desk, they acted as though I had made a mistake and gone to the wrong room. (I hadn't - I'd gone to the room number they wrote down for me when I checked in.). The room was very bright all night long - our window faced the well-lit parking lot of a neighboring hotel - and the hall was noisy. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Sheets had stains on them. Bathroom smelled like urine.

Room was nice, everything else was junk. Decided not to check in after seeing the rest of the property.

I only have one THING TO SAY BED BUGS......
