The price was more than I wanted to pay for four nights but we were desperate. The room was spacious but the shower over followed which kept the floor wet. The carpet was a little dusty and the sofa felt a grimy. The pullout bed worked and was more comfortable than the king size bed. The bed was too hard but the sheets were clean. The restaurant got our order wrong and there was sugar on the fries. The pool was fun as well as the sauna. Overall, we would stay again.

Pool was disgusting! Look like bird droppings in the pool. Hadn’t been cleaned recently! Our first room, the toilet didn’t work! Second room the toilet worked, but not well! Took forever to check in, antique computers evidently! I could have bought a car quicker! Not a good choice! The reviews claimed “excelant”! Not so much!

Front desk person not there when we arrived to check in - waited 15 minutes. There was a person smoking outside the lobby and smoke would come into the lobby anytime someone would come in. Housekeeping walked into my room at 9:44am and again at 10:30am….check out is noon … Dont walk into someone’s room before they check out!! I waited 45 min for yogurt parfait that they said would be 15 min and then they were missing the almond butter that is supposed to come with it. Will not stay here again due to the poor service. The room itself was fine.

This is now my "go to" hotel when I visit Atlanta. It is consistently clean and the rooms are spacious. It's location is perfect (near tons of shopping and dining), the staff are nice, and parking is easy.

Dinner was not good. Ordered NY strip meal and wings. Steak was too dry and wings flavor was not good. But the fries were seasoned and cooked perfectly.

What I didn’t like about the property was the tub in my room had a slow drain and every time I took a shower I was stepping in ankle high dirty water that should been going down the drain. I wanted to take a nice bubble bath but it would have taken forever for the water to drain.

Absolutely loved this hotel - high reviews on most important things! Recently renovated so very pretty - clean - fabulous breakfast with great service - short drive to many key places but just far enough that parking is a breeze! Our compliments to the hotel staff!!!

We had a great stay! To begin, the staff at the front desk when we checked in on Friday around 3:40 pm were absolutely fantastic! Beautiful smiles and refreshing personalities! The room was spacious and clean! Housekeeping was spot on! Parking ease and the convenience to local shopping was appreciated! This hotel is beautiful its more on the business side of the spectrum. Nothing kid friendly to do at the hotel. There is a pool and things to do around the area.. overall this place was really nice. Staff was awesome. Didn't like the construction on the main street.

We found the resort to be very clean and welcoming, with courteous staff. It's an excellent choice for any stay, especially for extended periods when cooking for oneself is convenient, given that local restaurants are not within walking distance.

It appears to be primarily a convention hotel. Which makes a weekend stay fabulous because it is almost empty.

The restaurant/bar has a good selection of food and drinks. Target is across the street in walking distance and the walk is safe, there is a stop light at the junction and a zebra crossing.

Kelsie was wonderful at check-in. Very confident, knowledgeable and professional. Room was beautiful, very comfortable bed. Glad I became a member!

I arrived on a busy Friday and was greeted by Kymone on my arrival. I requested a quiet room and received one on the 7th floor. The room was in excellent condition and extremely comfortable and quiet. Everything was in order but I could have used a microwave. The bathroom and shower were clean and well stocked. The heating and cooling system worked perfectly. Breakfast was awesome each day and Boris was helpful and pleasant each day. Food was delicious. Target, Publix, Jersey Mikes, Truist are all within walking distance. The pool was closed and we could have used it one or two days. The only negative thing was check out. The front desk only had one employee and she was trying to multi-task and the situation wasn’t good. My check out took 20 minutes with me standing in line behind just one person. I requested a hard copy of my bill and still have no idea what my total charge came to. Correct that issue and you could have received a 99% from me.

I visited for breakfast at 8 am and noticed that many of the food items were already gone and the remaining options were cold. I had to request a refill, as it seemed the staff was preoccupied. I chose this hotel based on positive feedback about the breakfast, so this was a bit disappointing. Additionally, I encountered a clogged tub and noticed a strong smell of marijuana on the stairs. I believe addressing these issues could enhance the overall experience for future guests.

Upon check-in the front desk agent did not greet me and ask if he could help me. I had to go up to him and ask if he could check me in. He did not provide any information on the hotel’s amenities, check-out time, or any info on the hotel’s dining/restaurant. I tried going to their restaurant to order food but there was no one in sight for a while nor did the front desk agent ask if we wanted or needed help or even offer to grab a host at the restaurant. I later called down to the front desk to request towels and he said I would need to come down to get them. No problem. He was with another guest but she was filling out paperwork or something and he could have offered to assist me while he was waiting on the other guest. So I spoke up and asked if he could grab me a towel and I would be on my way and he had an attitude as if it were a hassle. The parking is horrible too. I would not stay at this hotel again.

This was me and my girlfriend's first time staying at the Crowne Plaza and it was beautiful once we turned into the parking lot. From the ambiance to the receptionists, everything was excellent. Our room was very clean! We will definitely be making this Crowne Plaza our go-to hotel!
