I had to pay a deposit that I was supposed to get back within 5 days and it is yet to hit my account. I will never stay at this establishment again

Need microwaves in the room so you don't have to go all the way to the lobby just to heat up your food. It's really inconvenient especially if you're staying on the second floor

My daughter and I stayed here for a dance competition. The courtyard and balcony view area made us feel like we were in a resort. It was so relaxing to come home to this place after a long day at competitions. It is very clean, and the staff are all very helpful. It is also right next to great eats and Target that are walking distance if you must walk. We are definitely coming back here again any chance we get or even find reasons to stay in Atlanta to stay at this hotel even if it is not completely in the way of where we are headed.

The hot water did not work in the shower… I was told to let the water run… still no hot water… next morning I wanted to take a shower.. no hot water.. I washed up in the sink… twice.. before going out… and before check out…

Great for our one night visit to Peachtree Corners. The facility was clean and very easy to access. Check in was quick and a short walk to our room from the parking lot. Our King size bed was plush, clean, and comfortable. Shower and bathroom were spotless and tv had multiple options for streaming services. Again, we only stayed one night so it worked out perfectly. Also super convenient location with target and Publix across the street (walking distance) and several restaurants/coffee establishments too.

I will NEVER book at courtyard in Georgia ever again! I never get the room I book and then the water is not hot! My air conditioner was not working. Assigned an accessible room when I didn’t book it. Elevator went out. It was just horrible! Then they only gave me 10,000 points back which isn’t even 10$ worth of cash. I won’t ever!

Room and breakfast was very good but there was a smoke smell outside door . I guess it was a non smoker room and family stay but didnt expected this smoke smell. Except this , the stay is excellent

The Starbucks was closed when we checked in at 3 and the rest of the night on a Saturday which I thought was crazy. Then the pool was clean and lit up and when I asked what time it closes she said it’s not open yet. The pull out couch wasn’t made up. There wasn’t even a top sheet over the mattress. I had to call down for sheets and comforter for it even though upon checking in I let them know I needed a room with a pull out couch. For such an expensive hotel room. I thought I would have at least had the Starbucks open since thats part of why I picked this hotel.

The staff was nice. The staff! There were a couple issues that I had to addressed. One, the refrigerator stopped working and spoiled my food. I asked for a dinner voucher and did not receive one, but they did replace it with an old too large for the area. The room had the clean look. However, the living chairs need to be sanitized because they had the smell of a dirty dog. Then, there was an issue with the hot water. Otherwise, the bed was clean, the pillows too, and that is saying a lot. Many hotels do not value their patrons, as least it appears they do not. People pay to have somewhere sleep; therefore, the bed should be cleaned thoroughly and sanitized. Norcross Peachtree Corners Marriott Courtyard, thanks for that.

The room was very nice and staff was fine and location perfect. Disappointed that the bar was not open as I chose this hotel to get together with a friend before going out. Maybe consider removing that as one of the amenities if it's not available. Also, the exercise room was not in great shape. Not sure what was going on with the electricity in there but it looked cobbled together where all the machines were supposed to be plugged in. The elliptical machine did not have any power going to it so it didn't work.

The main issue is no hot water. The staff seemed to be aware of the problem which was not communicated when we checked in. We changed the room, but had the same issues. The building should not be open for business. It was freezing outside, and we stayed patient and skipped taking shower for a couple of days. Even on our last day, no hot water. I am a gold member, and never experienced anything like this.

The air worked fine. We didn't have a breakfast bar. The room was very clean.

desk rep wasn’t clear on where to park to get access to my room. Furniture was stained and unclean. Tub was chipping and falling apart. lighting was horrible.

The young man at the front desk was polite, kind , and very welcoming! The room is spotless and well maintained. It was just sad that the little bistro/bar area was not open at all to have a glass of wine.

The Front desk was awesome and very helpful, we booked for 5 people but they dont have 2 beds and sofabed available for us, Cris the supervisor gave us another room for free for our comfort! Thankyou you guys! You made my day that day!

I didn't get the room that I booked. The hall smelled like cigarettes smoke. The front desks didn't let me know that there was a change to my room until I got there and I had to wait for them to make the change, which caused us to be late for our event. And we had to make changes to our trip. I didn't enjoy my stay.

The property itself and rooms are clean, the hotel just seemed a bit rundown and musky. The area to turn in and out of the hotel is a nightmare. Certain time of day, you can forget about trying to make a left out of the hotel.

We visited for the Beyoncé concert on Sunday night. The hotel was in a great location. However, check in was a little disappointing as we had to take an accessible room on the first floor, when we would have preferred to be together, considering the two rooms were booked at the same time with the same reservation! Furniture is very outdated and cleaning wasn’t up to par. It appears they just straighten up versus actually cleaning the rooms. The beds were comfortable however which was a plus. The guest keeper did not disclose breakfast hours or anything. They weren’t the friendliest when checking in. I felt as if I was an inconvenience for them having to check me in. One of our rooms smelled like mold in the restroom. The hotel has potential. Housekeeping was very nice and friendly.

I've been calling for several days,multiple times a day trying to reach the front desk to add breakfast to my reservation once i noticed I hadnt added it! Only to be told upon check-in with phone records as recently as yesterday showing I was trying to call that breakfast couldn't be added at check-in so this will be my Last stay at any Hilton property!

Clean, quiet, and conveniently located

The staff are excellent, friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel itself…meh, everything is very old and worn, dated. It was exceptionally clean but the furniture and fixtures all need to be replaced. Our room had ZERO usb plugs. I had to pop over to Target to buy adapters to charge our phones, watches etc. it was inconvenient and another expense.

There was only one thing I didn't like I didn't get my room cleaned like I had asked for it to be done and I don't like hair left in the bathroom other than that it was great

1. Parking was free and easily accessible on the compound, 2. The staff were very courteous and took care of our needs, 3. The lobby was warm and welcoming in the 40 deg cold, 4. The facility was quiet for personal work, 5. The room was quite clean and well dusted in comparison to other popular short term stays that are higher priced. 6. The bath tub was very clean and the shower head was working excellently, again compared to other higher priced stays. Great job by cleaning crew. 7. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows allowed an excellent sleep, 8. There were many tv viewing options available with HBO etc. I was happy to catch up on the latest episode of Dune (series). 9. The Internet is free and open. 10. Checking in and out was so simple and easy. What can be improved:- 1. There was no phone in the room to call front desk, 2. There were 4 lamps in the bedroom but none was very bright (maybe I could have removed the shade). But I felt there could have been one that would light the room sufficiently since it was a single bedroom instead of having to turn on multiple to get sufficient light.

Very convenient location near restaurants, grocery store, etc. Loved the "snack cart" idea, they came room-by-room in the evening to offer a selection from a complimentary snacks, water, and juice.

Our first room developed a leak in the bathroom at the sink faucet overnight while we slept. When we got up in the morning there was 2" of water on the bathroom floor and wet carpet at the entrance to the bathroom. We were given another room, but some of the extras, pertaining to the coffee were missing, the pillows were uncomfortable as compared to the first room, and the TV was situated to the side of the bed instead of at the foot of the bed. On the second night, after attending a wedding we came back to find the TV not working, and were told maintenance had left for the night at 6 pm. Apparently they were called back and the maintenance man was able to fix the TV by about 7:15 pm. The doors to the dresser would not stay closed, I suspect the room was out of level. The bistro which is normally open was closed (Saturday night at 6 pm) so we had a pizza delivered. The staff was responsive and polite.

Hotel was okay. It served the purpose for what it was needed for. However the basement rooms are damp, and have a slight odor. Overall it was fine but it wouldnt be my first choice when going back to Atlanta.

The room itself was comfortable and had a balcony that looked out toward the pool. The pool area was also lovely, with plenty of loungers and a serene atmosphere. There is a Target nearby as well as plenty of dining out options. Overall, my stay was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this hotel. I look forward to returning in the future!

Overall it is a great place to stay! Staff nice, pool area and lounge area nice! Room was okay, not a lot of room if using the sofa bed and pillows on sofa should not be an options due to unsanitary.

Room was dirty, AC didn’t work properly. We didn’t even stay there. We checked out within 5 hours of checking in and was a waste of my money. The front desk didn’t even ask what was wrong.

Despite the description, the room does not have a microwave! The coffee maker was not working. Trush cans were not emptied.

It was okay. Not the best not the worst. System was down so we had to wait an hour and 30 minutes to check in. Also never got a key for our room the desk clerk had to take us to our room everytime we went in which was a little inconvenient. But other than that perfectly fine.

This property was great. The area under the sink was damp when I arrived. My name on the TV and different soaps were a great touch. The chair arms need to be tightened.

The facilities were average for a Marriott but i'll cut the location some slack for now as it was being renovated.. i'm guessing they will.be much better very soon.. meanwhile they could pay some attention to the staff training in customer service their eere good and not so good staff.. They guy during our check out just didnt care.. while our check in lady was great.

Water pressure so low the toilet wouldn't reliably flush even with careful use. Had to have staff unclog it. Twice.

They charged my credit card for $20 deposit for incidentals to be refunded if not used. It is totally unnecessary. Now I have to keep an eye to make sure they refund it.

I actually witnessed another guest be very rude and disrespectful toward him. Abdul remained calm, respectful and even after numerous times being yelled and cursed at - Abdul still attempted to help and satisfy this guest. Remarkable young man.

I loved everything about the property & service they provided

This place was perfect for a recent 2 night stay while I was taking a training class. The hotel was clean and fresh looking, the area was quiet even though there were a few major roads nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. But most of all, the staff members were the friendliest most helpful people. ! They made my stay very pleasant. Thank you!

The guy at check out was super friendly. I didn’t like the fact that we had to find the elevators, they are no where near the lobby. The beds were ok kind of iffy if there was fresh bedding I always bring my own cleaning supplies though & spray everything down. The stay was decent.

I was able to check in right at 3:00. The clerk had my keys in hand and all info in a matter of minutes. I found a clean, comfortable room, a beautiful outdoor seating area at the pool, exercise room in great condition, and a spotless lobby and hallway. I felt safe and comfortable all weekend.

The mattress was too soft and the ac/heat was very noisy when it was running. Also bothered me to pay $122 for a room and did not get a complimentary breakfast.

Nice place to stay around Peachtree Corners/Norcross area. It's opposite a target and publix and close to a few shopping places. It would be nicer if the hotel provides complimentary breakfast.

Never had a problem before. Asked for specific room with balcony because this is the reason I stay there, the receptionist was very rude and did not accommodated us. Next day we moved to different room and the aircondition wasn’t working. Asked them to fix it and they never did. What a shame

The front staff and staff at Bistro are all super friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were all very friendly as well. The room was comfortable. I stayed in a King room. The only suggestion if I had to make one would be to update the style inside the room. Renovate them. Would that prevent me from staying again? Not at all. Overall 9 outta 10.

Very clean, spacious rooms. Cute balconies. Great outdoor pool. My only negatives would be that “breakfast” is via Starbucks in the lobby so no free breakfast or anything and secondly the halls on the second floor felt like the heat was on. Idk if an AC unit was broke or what, it was 90+ degrees out and thank goodness the rooms were fine.

Draw back was slow in the breakfast area. Just not enough staff. No coffee available in lobby except at dining area which is fine but one person can not do coffees and breakfast for as many people that stay there. Both days left without coffee because it took to long.

Property manager was very rude & non-responsive. Room was not clean upto standard, bathroom had no ventilation.

My wife and I where out for our anniversary date and decided to get a hotel. We reserved the king room with one king bed, a king sized chair, etc… we get there and the guy has no idea what we’re talking about, says they had no more rooms available and I had already paid the king size price!!! Non refundable and rude.. will never stay here again..

Nice hotel with green tree around. The receptionist on September 4 let we had earlier check in (11am) without charging anything. That was so nice of her. Our room was nice 2 queen bedrooms with pool view.

Very pleased with the room and front desk service.

The location was good. It was across from Target, Publix, Smoothie King, etc. The staff was friendly and professional. My only issue was that we arrived about 4:30 and the room still wasn’t available considering the fact that check-in was at 3p but she did explain that they had been short staffed.
