Only thing is my pipes burst, needed to get ready for an event, then my shower head was loose, water all over the floor. Had to change rooms. So really inconvenient.

I booked a suite with a jacuzzi for a special occasion, but upon arrival, they gave me a standard room with absolutely no explanation or price adjustment. When I tried to address basic needs with the front desk staff, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. It is unacceptable for a hotel that claims a certain standard to be unable to provide something as simple as a pair of wine glasses or an ice bucket. Instead, they bluntly snapped that they "didn't have any" and told me to go get it myself from the hallway machine. The staff completely lacks basic manners and customer service training. Do not waste your money here; the management is a disaster and the guest treatment is shameful.

Overall the room and property was ok. Had a suite with the jetted tube but didn't work at all and we were looking forward to it. Felt like I paid extra for nothing. But overall everything else was ok

The sofa bed in our room was in very bad condition. Very uncomfortable. Needs replaced. The shower(handle) and bathroom area needed a deep cleaning. The breakfast area was small.

First time. BEST BED EVER !! We loved it ! Great staff ! Nice and clean. We enjoyed the fish tank, so beautiful and relaxing. I had to spent some time in the lobby, it was pleasant.

I didn’t like the fact that housekeeping didn’t come any day to clean our room doing our stay. Also, they didn’t give fresh towels everyday. They told us we could only get towels every three days. That’s so nasty!!

The room smelled like a dirty dog, the pull out bed was broken, dirty, and digusting, and they were unable to fix it. The iron didnt work. The lady at the front desk left for lunch and no one was there to replace her. Woke up to find a cockroach in the room and I was over it. Got a full refund and went to another hotel, I was displeased with the hotel from the very beginning!!!

I liked was frere breakfast & free parking. The staff were nice & respectful. What I didn't like was the people next door to me. They were blasting their music & making other noises too. The toilet had a brown spot on it & I couldn't get it off. the paint of the walls was coming off. Also, the tub stopper I had to hold it up so the water would drain. The drink breakfast machine was still down. They didn't fix it yet & I don't know when they are going to fix it. The fitness center water machine was down. One of the fitness machines handles with the weights needs to be fixed or replaced. The gym smelled musty & it needs to be sprayed.

Just a one night stay while I was in town. The area seems safe not a ton of rid raf hanging out. The design of the hotel was impressive not your typical design with a prominent stair case in the lobby. The hotel was quiet almost like my wife and I were the only guests there. The hotel is very conveniently located to anything you could possibly want to eat or do.

Even though they say the room is non smoking one, when you open the door very high intensive cigarettes smell will make you dizzy or they did some bugs treatment in the room and didn’t open for few days because we saw some bugs in the room.

We found this Comfort Inn & Suites surprisingly spacious. We brought a pack and play for our 20 month old and had no trouble with space in the double queen room. The beds were very comfortable and the staff member upon our 1am check in was very helpful and friendly. It’s also in a great location. There was mold visible through the caulking in the tub. It’s very common but it was unsightly.

Unfortunately, we needed to evacuate Florida due to hurricane Milton. We needed something for suite for a family of 5 and 2 dogs. We were able to get out room to accommodate us, which we were so very grateful for. But, the sleeper sofa was the worst one I've ever seen. Not only was the couch portion bad, but so was the bed portion. Sadly, the staff didn't seem to care, nor did they seem to care. Not the worst place, but not a good "Comfort Inn".

This hotel has a nice out side patio, feels like home. My family and I had a cook out in the patio. The owner made us feel welcome. Recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

The stay was awesome. We came in at 3am and they checked us in without a problem. We stayed for 4 nights. Very affordable. My girls loved the pool and we enjoyed the free breakfast everyday. Rooms were clean. Lots of stores and restaurants around. Loved it. We will be back soon

There was a small spider on the bed under the pillow. The carpet showed to have red stains outside the bathroom. The door mechanism lock was not working at all and door remained unlocked and as a result I had to notify staff to repair.

It was comfortable. Choice of breakfast was ok. Did not care for cheesey eggs. And decaf coffee was not an option. People were very nice. There was some type of activity in the parking lot outside our room involving a "crazy" individual, EMS personnel and police.

The young man that checked me in at the front desk was very poliet . I was placed in room 221- the door to the room was not working properly, once I was able to enter the room it was stuffy and smelled bad. I tried to in the air conditioning on and it did not work . The bathroom door lock did not work either . I reported this to the front desk manager and was moved to room 222 . The door worked the room smelled better and the air conditioner worked some . I did not want to move again as it had been a long day . A co worker and I were there for work . The bathroom door did not stay closed. The next morning the drain in the shower would not allow the water to flow . Then I looked at the shower head and felt disgusted. The staff was very pleasant.

This location was amazing! Nice clean rooms and very comfortable beds! Also, the guy working overnight is a sweet soul. I had my puppy with me and he made me feel so comfortable and welcome because not every place is fond of dogs .

I am probably overly critical when it comes to cleanliness but this hotel is over the top clean. The housekeeper’s do an amazing job and add some personal touches that are not the norm today.

Electrical outlets worn out. Tub didn’t have skids in the bottom. Had to pu a hand towel in the bottom to keep from falling.

The carpet was cleaned during our stay. The carpet was wet the second day and night to the point that shoes had to be worn the entire time. Fans were left in the hallways to dry the carpet and there was a constant noise during the night. The front desk staff was unfriendly and the customer service was poor.

My family and I stayed here years ago and decided to stay again. I had a few concerns with this stay: 1. The sofa bed look Iike something taken off the street—very flimsy and very stained! My 10-year-old granddaughter didn’t want to sleep on it. The best I could do was spray Lysol and cover it with sheets I brought from home. 2. The bathtub was in great shape but it was too slippery especially near the drain. I almost fell. 3. Toilet overflowed.

Basic hotel - good for longer stays as it is pet friendly and has laundry and pool. Breakfast is sufficient. Drains are slow!

I didn't even book didn't have nothing called and let them know they said that they would have someone get back to me and never did but still somehow they still charged me. The price was high when I looked online when I called they tried to push me to book but I said no then still charged me and have not called me back like they said they would so they won't do what they say. Untrustworthy people that steal money

We were there for Memorial Day weekend ad the place was packed. There was apparently no maintenance staff on duty and the housekeepers were only there in the morning. Our sink was very slow to drain and I never got fixed. The toilet backed up and overflowed and the desk clerk had to bring me a plunger and towels to mop up the floor. The smelly towels remained in the bathroom for the rest of our stay (4nights), even though the hotel policy was to clean the rooms every 3days.

The smell is bad and no shower sprouts in the bathroom I was staying. Had to take a bath in a tub which is too small. Not worth $203 a night. Never staying there again.

My room was fine the only issues I had was the continuous noise on the floor above me like someone was walking all night long it was annoying Also housekeeping cleaning my room without my knowledge I thought housekeeping only comes to your room when you’re checking out that’s how it’s been in the previous hotels I’ve stayed in due to COVID-19 regulations so to come back to my room and see that it was picked up make me feel uneasy, because I had stuff out that I didn’t want housekeeping to know about I felt violated I feel violated, and they only gave me like three washcloths, which was very odd to me

We would definitely stay here again. Our room was clean and the bed was super comfy!

Cons- you’re not allowed to get breakfast and bring it to your room; however, the dining area is extremely small. We weren’t able to get breakfast on our second morning because it was full each time we went down with no place to sit. Room had a musty odor. AC didn’t work well in the bedroom but it did work fine in the living area. There were no blankets or pillows for the sleep sofa. We booked a king suite w sleep sofa for 4 people (2 adults, 2kids). Also we only had 3 towels for 4 people. I asked the front desk for an extra towel for our 4th person and the front desk staff acted as if it was extremely inconvenient. We also asked for blankets and pillows for the sleep sofa. I was told I could have a sheet but that they had no pillows so my husband and I gave the kids our pillows from our bed.Also mold around the ceiling vents, painters tape around the bathroom mirror. Bathroom mirror was also motion sensored so whenever the kids used thebathroom the light would flicker off and on the entire time and there were empty water bottles on the floor near the bed so the cleaning staff must have forgotten to throw them away. Overall it wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed but I wouldn’t stay there again. Good news is that there were no bug problems just very unfriendly and non-accomodating staff and hot, smelly rooms.

Don’t stay here if you need a 12 o’clock check out. They will not accommodate you. Parking lot was almost empty and they couldn’t allow me 1 hour. I definitely won’t stay here again. Dated! Limited breakfast. Juice machine broken. Hardly any food left for the guest when all the staff finished their carry out plates.

The hotel was clean and had a good breakfast. I booked it 30 minutes before checking in with the fear it would not be great and i along with my friends were pleasantly surprised. Nice hotel.

Pleasant staff. Cleaning is done daily and very well. Good breakfast.

Was on the 1st floor and the people above us were stomping around all night and sounded like children running down the hallway upstairs too. Room wasnt bad, mold on ceiling in shower as well as peeling paint. On ceiling. I rate it a 6/10.

The hotel is dated! It’s time for updates carpet, beds etc. The lady at the front desk was unwelcoming. I wish i spent five extra minutes to look on this app for a better hotel. The walls are thin. You can hear everything. At 7:30am they started vacuuming the hallways. I do not recommend this hotel.keep looking.

All good. Breakfast was good. But tired with flush in rest room.
