Overall a clean safe place. They have lots of security cameras which is good. The staff is always pleasant.

There was nothing to like about it Lift smelled weed. The AC made a loud noise. No electrical pins near the bed. Breakfasts was pre-packed no dine in option. Property advertised a pool but it was closed. Wished Booking.com displayed that explicitly.

If you're looking for free breakfast don't come here. It doesn't even qualify for continental breakfast. They had a huge beautiful restaurant that wasn't even being used. What a waste of space. And the pool had no water and looked to have been closed for years by the look of it. Again very disappointing ? ? ?

The room were clean but the bed was uncomfortable. The staff were friendly but the check in process was very long. The pool was empty and the elevator was broken the morning of our departure.

There were broken down cars in the parking lot being worked on. There were a car full of people who would just sit and stare at you for several hours in the parking lot.

They have not returned the deposit but they also said they didn't take my deposit. staff barely speaks english and is unhelpful with even most basic requests. we had issues with room cleanliness and the staff never attended to our issues. staff refused to replace the towels after two nights we still had wet towels.

The hotel was absolutely terrible doesn't deserve more than 2 stars not sure who assigned them 3 stars. The building looked really old and was begging to be remoldeled. The thing the room was moldy my family get coughing the entire night. They changed the room fortunately which was a hassle. They charged us extra for staying 5 mins extra which is insane. Plus the breakfast was only granola bar, crackers and juices. For a hotel that's charging close to $90 a night is absolute garbage. Not doing their again.

I choose a room with hotub but when i got there they told me they dont even have a hotub in the hotel i tried to cancel my booking for a false advertising but expedia wont refund my money so i had to get back and take any room because it was late at night , and also the heater was so loud i did not get any sleep because of it !

Problems with the toilet and water took a while to heat up

All in all not a bad place for the price. Looks like they still needed to do some renovations and some toches to the rooms but would defenetly stay there again

Nothing to like, wouldn’t recommend it. The only highlight was Tim in the evening shift that changed our rooms after we expressed how bad the first room was. Super friendly guy and very accommodating. Place looks run down. There’s a weird smell walking into the lobby and even our first room had a musty smell, bed hard as a rock, and AC would rattle like an earthquake when turning on and maintained a constant rattling while in use. Second room was decent, no smell, AC was quieter, and bed was a little better. Although the bathroom sink was missing a piece of the counter top that looked like someone simply forgot to add it on so you wouldn’t see the pipes.

Did not see the pool. The $75.00 of extra deposit was an issue. At the time of departure they did not want to, but were forced to by me, inspect the room to make sure I had not destroyed the property. And that my $75.00 would be refunded.

Ceiling in the bathroom was broken; It has big cockroaches.

There was no breakfast even through it was said to have breakfast. We were told by staff they didn't have the equipment to store hot and cold good. So in the morning we had went to the front desk, and asked about breakfast we were giving brown paper bags with water OJ an oatmeal cream pie and peanut butter crackers. The worst breakfast if you wanna call it that I had ever had. The pool was dirty and water was green. If it wasn't for my kids bugging the staff about the pool it wouldn't had gotten open. Even though we were told at check in the pool was down for the rest of the year.Our room smelled like mold so we had to stay gone all day just to not deal with the smell. I was told that the only rooms they had we're there ones with the balcony which was an extra $10. But when we wanted to switch they would have put our family in rooms that were not next to each other.

The front desk woman decided we needed to be interrogated when we were dropping off our bags to our room. As customer, I don't appreciate paying for a place and being treated as a child. When confronted about it, she kept being intrusive, asking for things to be explained to her that were not her business and refused to give a way to identify herself so we could report it to management. Horrible Service... No accountability.

The area of the hotel was great. I had no problems with the hotel except i wasn’t aware of a deposit being added on the price of the room so it was very blindsided so i feel that so people aren’t surprised the hotel should have something on their website about it. But that place was nice overall

It took an almost 45 min to check in. The hotel imposes their personal beliefs on their customers. The policies seem to apply based on how they feel at the moment. We were hurricane evacuees and when calling in as we were on the way, not only were we yelled at but the front desk hung up on us 3 times. They haven't sent my portfolio because they said they didn't see the reservation on day 2. They knocked on my door with a dnd sign on it several times. Maid yelled the entire time that she cleaned rooms. No peace at this place

The hotel needs TLC. The cabinet that holds the refrigerator and microwave is broken, the bathroom could use remodeling. There was only one person checking in and there was a line of people p people waiting. The checkin process has room for improvement. A lady had to pay for each item separately, hotel, deposit and dog, as opposed to just one transaction. The location is great.

This was a trip for a family funeral. The stay was comfortable but no room service, workers were VERY RUDE, We were here for 5 days and couldn't get a towel, toilet paper, let alone a worker to even come to our door. Outside of the bed being comfortable, worst. Hotel stay. We paid for our own toilet paper, purchased our own towels.

This place is a dump and would never stay ther again.

Also the shower head would not stay in place at the highest point (accessible room) so I had to bend at my knees just a little to wash my hair. One more thing, there was not a fart fan in the shower/toilet room, or if there was one, it was not working. We also had two dogs with us and the hotel has very little grassy areas to potty dogs. They do however, provide poop bags and trashcans. I also do want to say that my hotel room was very clean, the towels nice and fluffy, and my mattress was very comfortable.

We had 2 rooms for almost a week with 4 people per room. My husband took 6 total dirty towels to the desk and the clerk said she couldn’t be seen on camera giving that many towels to one person. Signs in rooms declare prices for missing items. We ran out of toilet paper, tissues, and coffee supplies in both rooms due to inadequate housekeeping. I even checked with the desk on the “every second day” to verify we would have service, but no one came. I had to ask for TP and I’m not even joking that I will check my credit card statement to see if they charge me extra for it. Overall, the facility obviously used to be very nice but is now in some kind of rehabilitation. The top floor is under construction. I don’t mind outdated, but the latch on one of our rooms had to be pushed hard to even latch closed. The rooms themselves were comfortable and acceptably clean. The pool was fine. We enjoyed the courtyard and gazebo. There is no or limited air conditioning in lobby areas inside. No air in workout room. Coin op laundry is convenient and quarters are available at the desk. Could have been a great review, but the miserly management really put a damper on the experience.

The room smelled like mildew!! Really bad. The shower didn’t have hot water only lukewarm water. And there is NO HOT TUB unless you get the suite that has one even though it’s listed on Expedia as one of the amenities. Never again. Don’t waste your money. Terrible experience.

Repeat stay and still good. Check in was fast and easy. Breakfast is still to go brown bag with juice/water and crackers.

Front desk staff was very friendly. This hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants and shops! I was only here for one night but it was peaceful and comfortable.

Upon walking in the front entrance both sofa's and chairs were heavily stained (just plan nasty). The smell when walking in should have been common since for me to leave. NO! I was tired, sleepy, a headache and two hours away from home. I had to be back in Buford early Sunday morning so there was no need to drive home only to return in a few hours. Carpet very old, smelly and stained. When we entered the room I thought we would be okay because the smell wasn't as strong inside the room. Im sure because it was no carpet inside the room. The furniture inside the room was SO old. The rolling black chair was cracked all over; should have been replaced years ago. Both lamp shades were stained, cracked and peeling. The bathroom was okay; the shower head was hanging down from the wall. The worst part of this visit; the sheets on the bed had were stained with fuzz balls. We had to sit up on top of the bed and sleep for a few hours. As soon as I saw daylight we left. We ended up at the park 6 hours early and slept in the car because of my BAD decision booking this room on-line. I am sure this is an extended stay hotel. People were hanging outside at the pool and sitting under the gazebo at 2AM. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing!

The hotel itself was clean. The bed was comfortable not too soft or firm. Housekeeping skipped my room even though I didn’t have the do not disturb sign on the door.

Is ok for one night or two. Beds were comfortable

Stayed 4 nights. Did not get any service until the 3rd day. No breakfast offered even though they had a nice facility available for it. Seems like management is still operating under COVID cover rules as an excuse to do as little as possible for their guests. Otherwise decent room for the price

The check in process took a long time because they require a deposit for some reason. And they directed us to where a door would be to get to our room, but then we still had to walk all the way to the opposite side of the hotel to find the one and only elevator that felt like it would break down. Then walk all the way back to the other side to get to our room. The hallways were dingy and smelled like weed, so maybe that's why the deposit was needed. The "breakfast" offered complimentary is just a brown bag with a packaged Danish, peanut butter crackers, a juice and a water. We have food allergies and couldn't have that. The AC in the room was very loud and the beds' bed skirts were stained. There were no shelves in the mini fridge. The alarm clock wasn't even plugged in. The hair dryer smelled terrible when we tried using it.

Clean room, great shower and comfy bed. Breakfast to go bag was disappointing.

I was very disappointed that the amenaties included a hot tub, & their breakfast was a bag of water, oatmeal cake, nutragrain bar, some crackers & a orange juice. Not a continental breakfast. So, disappointing!

The property was well maintained and good for the price

When we asked if the jacuzzi worked, We were told it did. Once arrived the statement was “ the hot tub rooms are taken and the jacuzzi was closed for the season”. Basically we were mislead into booking….

Can't beat it for the price. Staff perfectly friendly, rooms and hallways and courtyard sparklingly clean, despite being friendly to pet guests!
