Usual Hampton inn. People were really helpful and friendly Bathroom should be updated. Bathtub has been cleaned but it’s at the point where it will never look clean. Also the bathroom door would not stay open

We stayed two nights, good review! The only drawback was being disabled the room they gave us was at the end of the long hall to the swimming pool! For unloading and loading the car, we used the exit door which was 2/3 of the way in the hall, it doesn't stay open unless you hold it open, but it was the only way for us to pack an unpack! Parking in a no parking zone was our only choice!

This hotel is always quiet and clean. Free parking is also a plus!

Standards met as expected with Hampton Inn by Hilton. Too bad there's no jacuzzi

The bathroom had broken tiles half of the tile didn't have grout in it and the ceiling had mold and mildew all over. They switched my room and told me that they would talk with the GM and get me some kind of compensation. I have yet to hear anything from anybody.

The breakfast was varied but the eggs do not taste real. They never do at a Hampton Inn. They have no taste or texture of eggs! The waffles are mushy after being made. The best part were the biscuits and the mango infused water and fresh fruit. The location was great. I had to have the cleaning person go call the desk clerk while I waited and call out Hello for someone to come out. Isn't there a mirror or something to say someone is at the front desk? When he did come out, he was very nice, especially when we saw we were Honors Members. He was a bit hard to understand but tried his best it seemed.

The hotel needs to be gutted and redone. The phone in our room didnt work, we are elderly and concerned for our safety. The good part was the manager & staff were excellent. Just give them a remodelled hotel

The only thing I can say positive is it was the location close to my brother’s celebration of life I have stayed here before due to family living in Norco. I stayed here four years ago and nothing has been done in the four years. It was old. It was dirty. It was tired. The staff took way too long to make eye contact. I thought I was interrupting them.

It was nice that they allowed me to check in early. The weather was extremely hot and the cool room was a wonderful greeting. This facility has a long driveway with a small entrance so it is way to miss. Upon arrival there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. Having to use the lobby restroom was an unpleasant experience. Half cup of coffee on the sink, a toilet not flushed and dirty with paper on the floor. The room was clean which was a relief after the lobby experience. It would be nice if the room had some tea or hot chocolate as an option to the coffee.

Room 330 carpet and room mildew smell and I asked to change rooms. Unfortunately nothing else was available. I was very disappointed.

The room itself was great, but the bathroom was disappointing. It took over 10 minutes for the water to warm up, and the bathroom vent wasn’t working. As a result, the restroom became very humid, and I had to leave the door open to let the moisture out.

0 Nobody was ever at the front desk. Maybe playing video games or on social media? Never picked up the phone.

Close to freeway, shopping, and restaurants. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choices (both hot and cold). Staff was very helpful and friendly. The doors closed loudly so you could hear when people came and left. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Continental breakfast always great. Running out of fresh brew coffee toward the end of the day.

Spoke to manager and they said they could not compensate anything other than points. I checked my Hilton account and points not there. Tried calling them 4 separate times and hotel is not answering.

The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The hotel was clean but could use some updating. The “snack shop” was bare. No snacks other than candy and no drinks other than monster energy drinks. We were there for 5 days and could never purchase a water or soda. Staff was no where to be found most of the time. Saw housekeeping but no one was ever at the front desk.

We stayed to visit family. The hotel grounds are clean, safe (no one wondering around or sketchy people) and quite. We made a reservation so check in was fast and ok. The hotel is clean and kept up. The room was typical except dark, no ceiling light to see well, only desk and night stand lights. The refrigerator did not have a freezer (even a small one would be nice) and we needed one. It was warm so I called the desk and no one answered for the entire night. The next day I had to let them know it was not working. We were there for just a night so it didn't matter to get another one. Breakfast was imitation eggs, so called bacon and gruel on a muffin. Oh and your typical waffle machine. We ate breakfast at a restaurant. Sad to spend so much money and not have a convenient nice breakfast. We stayed at other hotels in town that were better.

She said someone had already checked into the room. I started to worry because it was 3am and I didnt want to have to find another hotel. Staff really was accommodating but this was not what we needed after a long day. Room was good everything seemed clean.

For our purposes, this location was excellent. Very close to our destination and dining preferences. The staff, while rarely at the front desk, were quick to appear and very accommodating and helpful. The included breakfast was the usual Hampton Inns breakfast and very good! Much better than on my previous stay a year ago. The cooked oatmeal is so much better than the instant and much appreciated! Improvements I would suggest: increased monitoring of the coffee station (it was out a couple times during our stay) add some covered parking as the heat is intense! Oh, and streaming options on the tv would also be great, but not having that did force me to watch some very interesting documentaries on Benjamin Franklin! Thank you for a great stay!

Upon check in only one room was available at 3pm. We were told to come back in twenty mins. So we did and was then told another 30 mins. We returned an hour later and they finally had our room ready. You would think booking two rooms you would have both of them available at the same time. Never again!

The staff Eric, Derek, Nichole were so friendly as were the others, sorry I didn't catch names. We were there for a lacrosse tournament and had 50 plus guests they were so accommodating allowing us all to gather in the lobby, offered us space in the freezer for treats. They tolerated the teenage crazy and we really appreciated their hospitality which we haven't experienced at other hotels. I would definitely recommend this Hampton. Thank you so much!!!!!

Unfortunately while the room was clean it was pretty shabby with a dip in the middle of the floor. You roll in to the middle of the bed at night. The hallway was all ripped up and caused tripping when trying to get our luggage to our room. The breakfast was absolutely horrible. We could not even eat it. Staff was friendly but had no sense of urgency or anything. Took a good while to come out the back, no apologies or anything. Overall not a good experience and will not stay here again.

Originally, I called to book a location near Disneyland however, I was redirected to a website instead the one i was on and ended up booking almost 45 mintues away from Disneyland instead of next to it. Partially my fault for not verifying. Service at this location was great, staff was friendly. 1 lever for the sink was broken.

Incidentally, I believe that the property could benefit from the installation of additional surveillance cameras strategically placed on the rear of the premises, excluding the front area. I have previously contacted the management and expressed my concerns, but unfortunately, my complaints have not resulted in any meaningful action.

The food they served for breakfast made us sick 2 days in a row, so the third day we went elsewhere to eat. So luckily the 3rd day of our stay we didn’t spend half the day feeling ill. The doors on the rooms close REALLY loudly- so anyone within a couple rooms radius would get woken up or annoyed every time a door around you closes. Some quests were rather vocal about their annoyance of this, but it’s really out of anyone’s control who stays here. The hotel truly does smell of animals. I get it, it’s a dog friendly hotel. So if you have an animal, you might not care or mind the smell because you’re used to it. If you aren’t traveling with an animal, you will probably mind the smell. In conclusion, I would literally stay anywhere but here.

There system was down so we did not get keys to get into are room. Front desk had to let us in. My truck was broken into. Broke my back window just outside there entrance. Was told management would contact me which they did not.

I went to the property to check in. The parking lot was empty. I was the only car in it. A guy was outside and followed me in. I turned around at the front desk to look at him and he pointed to the other desk. All he said to me was "Name." He was breathing heavily so I asked him if he was okay. He said he had allergies. Then he wiped his nose on his sleeve. Wow!! I used my credit card to pay for the room, but it was declined. The payment on the screen was much more than I got in the confirmation email. I told him the charge was for more than I was told. He said they added a deposit. I couldn't pay for the room so I left. I am not paying for this room that I never got. The service was horrible and I would never recommend that anyone stay here. This used to be a decent place.

They allowed pets on this property and owners would leave them in their rooms while they got food. The dogs would bark loud unfortunately. A bit disturbing.

We stayed here about a month ago and loved it so much, decided to stay here again, even though our event was in Riverside. Great breakfast, too! Very comfy beds, plenty of pillows and super great AC unit. My only negative, if I have to find one, is their Spectrum Cable. Very difficult to navigate to find a channel. Then again, I'm spoiled with our Directv interface. :D

The parking lot space is limited, and finding an open space at night is hard.

At the time of check-in, at 3:00 pm, there was no one at the desk, and we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to check us in.

The facility was booked for a soccer tournament. My daughter used the restroom and the toilet would not flush. I called the front desk and maintenance came to fix the issue. He turned on the water valve behind the toilet. As the evening proceeded I noticed a leak on the restroom from the water valve. I notified the front desk and they let me know maintenance would be in to fix the issues in morning or we could move in the middle of the night. My children were asleep so it was not possible. Once the mains man arrived he stated he fixed the issue however he did not. We went about our day at the soccer field and returned to another puddle of water. Hotels.com refunded our stay but I had to pay for the night we stayed. They were unable to switch our rooms due to being booked at capacity. In addition, the room smelled like mold not sure if it was due to the AC or carpet. The room appeared clean and updated. The door from the pool to the first floor is not secure and there are several homeless people roaming the area.

Everything was great about the property and its employees. Just the people across from our room was a bit noisy and their dog was barking a lot.

Walkable area to dining options. Great breakfast, clean facilities, and easy parking!

Best hotel in Norco

The staff were all very friendly! Hotels.com says checkout is at noon but it’s really at 11am. We checked out 15 minutes after 11 and double checked on the checkout time and the lady told me it was at 11. She was super nice when I told her what we saw here and she didn’t charge us anything extra! I’ll definitely return to this hotel for Amy future visits.

Checked in and was told they did not have room I had reserved (Queen beds). The only option was to stay in a room with king bed. Disappointed in Hampton Inn for failing to honor our reservation.

First, when we got there no one explained to us that now you are required to let staff know in the morning if you would like your room cleaned. So my room didn’t get cleaned the first day. Then the next day we had the fire alarm go off at 11pm, no one went in to check or anything we evacuated ourselves. The experience unfortunately wasn’t very great, but the hotel looks great and it’s clean overall.

We stayed 2 nights and we had a nice stay. The boys enjoyed the warm pool. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. I loved that it is pet friendly and they have a potty section for the furr babies. We will definitely be staying here again.
