We were there for a relative's memorial that afternoon, so had to book Friday night, even though we weren't staying then. One front desk person (May 2 am) wasn't friendly, but was efficient. The other desk person (May 2 pm) was super friendly and helpful. However, it would have been better for the Hotel to have a list of taxi services, instead of solely relying on Uber. It all worked out okay, though.

Great stay, clean hotel and property. The only thing that was getting on my nerves is my bathroom door closes automatically, I looked at the hinges it was spring loaded.

Extremely clean, inside and out. All staff extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was as good as continental breakfasts go, not shabby at all.

Amazing overnight stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. Will definitely book again. The Derby Room & Dona Luisa's were great for dinner & drinks and didn't have to worry about Ubering.

I love the upgrades since I stayed last! I do wish the ac/heating units were newer- they look worn and require so much fidgeting to get a good temperature. Housekeeping does a really great job! Beds made perfectly, towels folded so pretty! Always a quiet hotel, great nights sleep on nice mattresses!

I stay at Fairfield anytime I can. This was the least effort I’ve ever seen put into their breakfast. Was pretty disappointed.

Looking for the cat after I found all the trash in the bushes and against the fence line. I even saw an attendant cleaning the lot and avoiding the areas that actually needed it.

I arrived early …I had to uber there I noted when I made reservations and paid full amount for my stay ..: when I got there they didn’t have a room for me so I had to go else where to paying extra to uber

If you don't ask them to pick up trash make beds and clean up dirty towels in between the nights I stayed for two nights three days walking around dirty towels and trash cans that are full of trash I wouldn't complain but I'm paying over $160 per day or night

The room was very spacious, very comfortable bed, the bathroom was spacious too and the staff was very freindly, accommodating and was very helpful and so nice! we really had a great stay and awesome experience! None! Everything was just perfect!

Breakfast was awesome! The staff even put out food a little early to accommodate our large group of athletes with early games. The team was really gracious and made things easy for this first-time travel sports parent! The pool is small but mighty! And the rooms are large and comfortable.

Breakfast time only till 9 with little selection. Booking.com advertises falsely. The pictures they showed for our hotel were not correct showing a kitchenette area with full size fridge and sink which I thought we were booking. We got a microwave and mini fridge. Quite pricey for a hotel.

Hotel was great, bed was comfortable, room was clean and quiet… but my goodness the pillows are terrible! Had to layer pillows on top of each other and I still woke up with a very sore neck. If they offered different pillow types this would’ve been a very great stay!

The hotel is nice but the breakfast ran out too quickly and the tea selection was terrible. Not big things but worth mentioning.

Overall, our stay was good. The room was nice and spacious and the bed was comfortable but bring your own pillows because theirs are lumpy. We were on the third floor and with the exception of the last night, it was quiet. The last night we were there, teams from a sports tournament were on our floor and it was LOUD. This was extremely upsetting because we had to be up at 3 am for an early flight and the noise in the hall and the slamming of room doors went on and on until after midnight. The breakfast was AWFUL. We were in town for a beloved family member’s memorial service and because of the busyness, needed to have breakfast at the hotel to save time. We chose this hotel because of the included breakfast but after the first two days of tasteless eggs, tree bark textured bacon and flavorless sausage, we seriously considered changing hotels because we were spending way more money than we planned because of needing to eat out. Even the pre-packaged Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches were hard as a rock and the waffle machine made no appearance until Friday (I guess they save that for the weekend crowd which sucks.) It was very disappointing and added more stress to our already stressful days.

the room i stayed in was recently remodeled and very accommodating, big shower, nice TV, workspace, sheets, furniture. the refrigerator worked, but was freezing some items and it was not clear where the adjustment was located. the microwave did not work, even though it was new. after replacing it several times, it turned out to be a circuit. the staff was great and friendly.

Only having one elevator presented some inconvenience.I needed to hunt down an ice machine due to construction on the second floor. When I came down for breakfast, some of it had run out, and that was disappointing. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

The building was getting some renovation I believe from what I saw, housekeeping wasn’t available at night but other than that it was an amazing stay for me and my kids for our soccer tournament weekend!

On Sunday morning, our family began preparing for the day around 4:30 a.m. This involved showering, changing, light conversation, and playing low-level music. At approximately 6:30 a.m., we were disrupted by a knock on our door. I answered, only to find a female employee accompanied by another guest. Your employee informed me that there had been noise complaints and requested that we lower our music. However, what transpired next was nothing short of alarming and deeply concerning. The accompanying guest, who presumably filed the complaint, began shouting aggressively and profanely at me. He yelled, "Is that all you're going to tell her? There are children trying to sleep! When you leave, they'll just turn it up again! I'm going to call the cops! Turn it the **** down!" The guest's behavior escalated as he moved closer to me, invading my personal space in an intimidating and threatening manner. This encounter was profoundly distressing for our family, particularly because it was facilitated by the employee, who displayed a glaring lack of judgment and training. Allowing a disgruntled guest to personally confront another guest is not only unprofessional but also a significant lapse in ensuring the safety and well-being of your patrons.

A little noisy from freeway but otherwise clean and neat. Coffee, fridge and microwave in room. Plus a full length mirror. Desk with chair, easy chair and rolling ottoman meant plenty of places to sit. Non dairy milk offered at breakfast as an alternative

I booked the rooms for my grandaughter and her new husband. The bride and her sisters don’t one night and the bride and groom the next. I ran over at ten pm to make sure the room was ok from the girls. Stay It wasn’t so I went down that late asking for fresh sheets and towels. No problem. It’s the little things, the human factor that makes life good. So I thank them for that

Right off the highway, it was super clean and the staff was amazing, breakfast was so clean and the waffles were amazing! It was quiet and locally central to everything. Norco is such a lovely town! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Just passing through for a one night stay for a funeral. The hotel appears fairly new and in good condition. Got a good nights rest and checked out by 9:30.
