The best thing about the property was at the rooms were decently updated. There were many things I didn’t like about the property. We had booked this property in hopes to have a great facility to swim however, it was shut down due to bacteria in the hot tub. Also, the staff members just seemed miserable to be there. Overall, for the price you paid I am extremely disappointed in the services.

Our family's 4th stay at the Vittoria Hotel. My kids absolute favourite hotel when in Niagara. This will always be our first choice Hotel. Love that it is situated right across from the heart of Clifton Hills. All of the staff are kind, amazing and accommodating. Definitely a must stay Hotel.

Location was good. Staff was excellent. Room was super clean. Was greeted everytime we walked in. The restaurant breakfast had a great selection, it was clean and always kept being refilled. Our servers were great and Jane was super nice. We had a great stay!!!!!!! There wasn't anything so negative that I can think of.

Hotel was great for the price. Kinda wish parking was cheaper, room had microwave and breakfast was included. The lobby entrances themselves were kinda messy and soaking wet from the snowy mess outside. Almost slipped a couple times walking in. Other than that the room itself looked brand new and all amenities were excellent. Beds were comfy and I liked that they had 3 types of pillows so you could pick the one you want.

The hotel is clean, well organized, and the newly renovated rooms are beautiful. Great amenities, including a pool, and an excellent location near Clifton Hill and the Falls. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Location! Location! Location! Proximity to most attractions around Niagara Falls, literally just a short stroll to Clifton Hill. Breakfast is available on site for a fee. We opted to use the paid carpark behind the hotel. Huge, very reasonably priced rooms. Didn't get the chance to use the other hitel amenities like the pool during our four day stay.

Staying at the Niagara Falls Vittoria hotel was a great choice. The staff were welcoming, the lobby was clean and tidy, the room was big, and the bathrooms were spotless. The swimming pool was nice too the hotel is close to all activities, and it's easy to go around. I did have a very great time staying at this place and I will for sure go back again. Thats my preferred hotel it’s one of the best in Niagara and one of the lady manager of Vittoria she is the most amazing, wonderful and kind hearted person that I’ve ever seen in my life. Unfortunately I don’t know her name but I remember her heart and qualities that she possesed. She will recognize me by my name😉❤️

Everything seemed renovated, the check in was really easy and the room was clean and tidy.

Room wasn’t cleaned, includes stains on carpet in multiple areas, old food under the couch and the desk was never wiped down when cleaned. In terms of a room with a kitchenette, what hotel doesn’t have dishes, cups or even paper towel as part of its kitchenette suite? We’ve stayed at others with a kitchenette and these items are all included. Other issues include overcrowding of the pool, flat and uncomfortable pillows and breakfast menu says they have blueberry pancakes but these are just pancakes that come with a blueberry sauce. Parking is also a ridiculous rate, and the hotel runs out of spots quickly. Staff were very friendly but lots of details are missed for a hotel with medium prices, do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.

The staff was very helpful as we arrived late and had to organize parking. It was only a block away and an easy walk! The room was clean and spacey - no complaints. The breakfast is not included, though they give a 20% off voucher. Would stay again!

Oh Canada! We had a wonderful stay over Christmas! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean and we even had a gorgeous view of the falls! This hotel is perfectly situated for enjoying Clifton Hill and my only regret was the weather forcing us to leave so soon! We hope to return and spend more time in the very near future.

We stay here at least once a year every year for the past 7 years. We actually love the hotel for its location and it’s over all comfort. We started going here before they renovated, and have watched them grow. This year we came back and the restaurant is open for breakfast, we tried it, highly DO NOT RECOMMEND! Unless you like frozen everything, from pancakes right down to the veggies in the omelette and canned mushrooms. The breakfast is a menu style or they have a buffet option at $17.99, which you can go to Al Mac or Country Chalet for $12.99 buffet…. And they probably don’t sell frozen everything…We didn’t have a chance to check out the pool, but we saw a lot of people using it. Overall, we actually love this hotel. (Minus the restaurant) We will always resort back to the Vittoria hotel for our annual Niagara getaway.

The pool and hot tub could have been a bit cleaner. All the staff were great, super helpful and friendly. The location is perfect. The only thing missing was somewhere in the hotel or next to grab a drink(alcohol)

Everything overall was good! Bathroom could use more cleaning as we found hair on the floor and in a towel. Bed and room were spotless.

Room was pretty clean, house keeping was attentive. The pool area was lackluster. Pool water wasn't the cleanest, minimal chairs available for use. There were only 2 hotel elevators so there was almost always a looooong wait. Front desk staff members were very friendly. Parking was not available onsite for us, so we had to walk from an off-site lot in poor weather. The room itself was adequate, but nothing more than just average. Our toilet was broken but was fixed the following day.

Although location was convenient and the room was clean and specious, the elevator were too busy so the wait time was long. The parking lot was two blocks away and when it's snowy with kids, it's very inconvenient and dangerous. The swimming pool and jacuzzi was dirty and no privacy as it was right across a parking lot of an Inn. For the rate we paid, my family and I expected better.

Great location and clean and modern building. The room was quiet if the fan was on, but I couldn’t set a specific temperature. Breakfast was overpriced (and almost the same as a free one at a competitor) - disappointing that glasses of water could not be provided and drinks were not included in the adult buffet price. Staff at breakfast restaurant were very kind and helpful.

The hotel just didn’t feel like a 3-star hotel. The pool was especially disappointing as it was really small, and for some reason the bottom of the pool had gritty flooring that hurt to walk on. The pool area didn’t have lockers or change rooms for guests to use, so we had to leave items on a poolside chair and hope nobody was gonna take anything. The hotel didn’t have slippers when requested, so you would have to bring your own if you didn’t want to walk around barefoot/in socks or regular shoes. Worst thing is probably how thin the walls and ceilings are. In our first room we had people above us constantly stomping around and no amount of intervention from the front desk could get them to stop. Staff were kind enough to move us to a new room that faced the street, and the window didn’t go a very good job with blocking out the noise from outside. This accommodation is definitely more suited for families with young children instead of couples or single travellers. Still, we appreciated the staff for their efforts and services as none of these problems were their fault. The hotel itself just needs a lot of improvements.

Room had some dirt, not too bad, had someone in the hallway screaming at 10pm. Asked the front desk to look into it and basically felt they thought I was making it up. She said her husband was in the hallway and heard nothing but I was looking in the hallway and no one was there. She was quite rude. I understand some noise is going to happen but running up and down the hall yelling profanity and banging on the door to be let in is a bit much. Won't be returning.

The spa, pool, and fitness facilities were well‑maintained and added an extra touch of comfort to our visit. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we look forward to returning, hopefully next spring or summer, for another refreshing getaway.

Loved the hotel been there before however the mat at the door between the lobby was uneven I fell and skinned my knees I am sixty years old it really hurt I mentioned it to staff who asked if I was ok but really didn’t offer any thing to makeme feel they were concerned I am not looking to hold the hotel liable but found it interesting after coming back from dinner they had moved the mat from horizontal to vertical did someone else take a tumble a free night or some admission of liability would be appreciated we love your hotel we brought friends who now love it too my wife has stayed with girls nights 5 or six times looking forward to your response

Everything was great apart from there was nothing in the kitchen, just a microwave and a sink basically. Those were the only additional elements outside of a standard room. There were no plates, glasses or even cutlery to use so the kitchen was useless to us.

Second time at this hotel, everything is perfect, the hotel was quiet so they upgraded us without even mentioning it so it was a lovely surprise to open the door to the room and find a falls view. Big rooms, comfy beds, great shower and the location is perfect everything in walking distance. Can’t wait to go back again.

The check in was efficient, the room was clean; the towels were a bit thin and the soaps/shampoos low quality. We were assigned off campus parking which was kind of a pain - we asked about on property for our second night but there was still none - not sure how their priorities for this worked.

The only area that didn’t meet my expectations was the food. The breakfast buffet didn’t quite match the quality shown in the posted photos, and both the taste and price felt a bit misaligned with what was advertised. It wasn’t bad, just not at the level I expected based on the presentation. Overall, the stay itself was lovely—I’d recommend the hotel for its service and comfort, but I think the dining experience could be improved.

The room was great and had the perfect location as the walk to Clifton Hill was only a few minutes. What stood out the most was our service on check-in. The man at the front desk was so kind and even upgraded our room where we had an amazing view of the fireworks over the falls. The room itself was very nice. It wasnt stuffy, the large window was great and the ceiling were high enough so it wasnt claustrophobic. It was quiet which we also appreciated. If i had to say a negative the pillows werent too comfortable and i wasnt too pleased with the parking arrangements. Some of the staff could have been a bit more pleasant. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

The only negative was the noise from the room above. With hardwood floors, we could hear people walking back and forth in their room late at night and early in the morning. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. This hotel is located within walking distance to all attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable, overhead shower didnt function. Gym facility was very clean and in good order, the hot tub and pool weren't especially clean. Parking and breakfast had extra charges. Staff were very friendly.

The first room was a bit dirty upon arrival and my boyfriend and I were upgraded to a suite. The man at the desk for check in upgraded us without us even asking, and the original view and room was perfect besides the bathroom. I loved our welcome here and even though we missed breakfast, it smelt amazing. I cannot wait to come back for another stay and I recommend the Vittoria. The pool and hot tub are also very clean with stocked towels and a nice gym!

The place is amazing for a 3 star hotel. Location is very close to where the action is and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We are very pleased at the time we spent at the hotel! Condition was alright, parking was a pain. We had to park in a lot offsite, which parking at night and walking there felt sketchy at times. Hotel is in a good location for food and shopping, however we had an attempted mugging while walking the heavy tourist area just outside our hotel to a nearby restaurant. Not the hotels fault - just be alert in the area in general. Our room was large and spacious. No issues with checkin/checkout or staff. Midline hotel.

Close to all the craziness on the hill (forget what it's called) but quiet in my room. Price for parking was reasonable too. Staff is next level, from the maintenence crew being on point, and the front desk having great knowledge of the area. Very supportive and understanding to family needs by providing us with extra towels and bathroom supplies. No complaints about the room. Beds, floors, sinks all clean. I can handle afew marks on the wall or a stain here and there as the hotel is starting to show that its being enjoyed. Overall, very clean no issues that would prevent me from visitng again and again. Gym and pool are perfect size. Location is the best on the strip and the fact they can handle families of 6 is the best part for me.

Me and my wife celebrated our 26th anniversary. The hotel staff was very knowledgeable and kind to us. Room had great view to the falls. Shower was excellent. The heater was somehow annoying (noise coming from the fan). This could be fixed if repair guy takes the fan apart and lubricate it with mineral oil (sewing machine or razor’s blade oil). The hotel is great but I don't appreciate how they will add other charges or change the prices a slightly to charge 5 to 10 dollars more than what the booking reservation. It feels shady. The way they break down the charges is so confusing. For 5 to 10 bucks it isnt worth my time to argue nor would it be deal breaker if they orginally communicated the charge, it is the way they sneak the extra charge that I don't appreciate.

The swimming pool area was not accessible for my mom who is handicap and needs a wheelchair, you can clearly hear people in the rooms next to my room, hard to get sleep with the noise

Initially was pretty impressed with front desk staff check in was easy, however I didn't get the top floor I asked for, the problem with this was how loud it was on the 5th floor. From about 1230am to 4am there was noise next to us and above us. I don't know who was above us but it was like a herd of elephants on the rampage, whereas the people next to us had some kind of sex party. My kids couldn't sleep at all. I called the front desk but got no response. Could be the adjoining door was allowing noise to come through. This really soured our stay.

It was a nice clean hotel . Only stayed for 1 night , but was really nice . Only problem was our toilet didnt flush at all , so had to fix it myself ( pulled the arm up inside the tank since it was missing alot of water in there . It then started filling up on its own) Good thing i know basic plumbing , or wouldve had to call someone impatiently. Other than that , the room was nice . Would return

Our stay was fantastic the view was very nice, the ladies at the front desk were very nice. Only thing I would consider is adding microwaves to the rooms. Other than that super clean, sheets smelled fresh. And the best part just minutes away from Clifton hill and the falls.

The staff on the reception was kind and helpful and the location is quite close to the Niagara Falls but overall it’s just an average hotel in a touristy area

Everything along the lines of staff, service, cleanliness, etc. was in order and very fine. The only problem was with parking. It was somewhat irritating to be told that there was a space available on site behind the hotel, only to drive around, find nothing (all spots taken) and then having to park at the annex site. Front desk needs to keep a better record as to who is staying and what spots are available for them.

We got an upgraded room and it was very spacious and nice. Everything was clean. Staff is friendly. Had a good view of the downtown area which was neat.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet did not include beverages and there was no option for tap water, so you have to pay $3 for a bottle of water or other beverages. So unless you’re not going to drink anything with your meal, plan on the price being higher than advertised. The onsite parking is limited so you will likely need to park in an offsite lot (which is not included in the price of your stay, you have to pay daily for parking). The offsite parking is about a half a block away and well lit, but there are some abandoned buildings near by which makes it feel less safe, especially at night. It was pretty noisy given it is on the main strip, but it does make it convenient if you are wanting to engage in the entertainment in the area. Overall, I’m not sure I would stay there in the future given the parking situation and the noise, but it worked for the short time we were there.

Excellent accueil , chambre impeccable , buffet déjeuner : comptoir chaud (oeufs brouillé, bacon, saucisses, crêpes, pain doré, patates déjeuner et tasty taters) le tout bien chaud. Comptoir frais avec yogourt, salade de fruits (industrielle), fruits frais. Grille pain à notre disposition avec bagels, pain blanc et brun. Bref un magnifique séjour au delà de nos attentes. Je recommande.

We booked our stay at Vittoria Hotel months in advance, and as our anniversary trip approached, we received three emails from the hotel asking if we had any special requests. We replied each time, clearly mentioning that we were celebrating our anniversary and would appreciate something thoughtful to mark the occasion. Unfortunately, our messages were completely ignored—no acknowledgment, no gesture, not even a mention at check-in. It felt like our efforts to communicate were dismissed, which was disheartening. That said, the hotel itself is in a fantastic location and the room was generally clean. However, there were a few details that detracted from the experience: a used towel was still hanging in the bathroom upon arrival, and the blackout curtains didn’t block sunlight at all—making it hard to sleep in or enjoy a cozy atmosphere. Overall, while the property has potential and the setting is ideal, the lack of responsiveness and attention to detail left us feeling overlooked on what should have been a special occasion.

There was no kitchen. The room was nice...nothing special. Your typical room with more space. My wife cleans for a living. My packing suitcases on the flooring. She could see debris and cereal under couches and furniture. So i dont think stuff gets moved to properly clean when using the vacuum. No big deal...but this questionnaire asked...you im telling you what we saw.

Clean, safe, staff at front desk very nice...not biggest fan of the off site parking but with that said they told us to ask first thing next morning to see if an onsite spot had opened up and it had, $10 more and we moved the car...overall a wonderful stay for all things Niagra Falls

The room was perfect! - only thing I would change is, when someone was done using the washroom above us, anytime it was flushed, we had a LOUD noise eco into our room from it. But it was manageable as we weren"t in the room much other then to sleep.

An excellent location, close to the Falls, but what really stood out were the staff, including their recommendations. It's easy to discover places that cater to traveling families in the area, but they were able to recommend places more suitable to a solo traveler who's hoping to have interesting conversations along with good food. Parking and bike storage (and retrieval) were also convenient.

Hotel was close to Clifton hills and so many restaurants , room was roomy and comfortable bed. Pool area was not accessible to someone with disabilities having to climb stairs and pool and hot tub was too small for many guests and the biggest downfall was no parking by the hotel and had to park 5 minutes down the back streets which does not feel safe and having to pay for parking .

Super close walking distance to Niagara Falls! Loved the location, but rooms and lobby were a bit outdated and could do with a remodel.

I was bitten by bed bugs when we stayed there. The front desk representative Kim insisted those were mosquito bites and tired to downplay it. First of all the bites were close together almost in a line. Also it’s end of September so there is no mosquito. The sofa was covered in someone’s food crumbs since who knows how long ago. Curtains and walls have tiny blood stains on them which was so gross. The swimming pool was filthy. The room smelled so bad. We were unable to open the windows. I know it’s a budget hotel but please keep it clean at least. Whoever travels there should watch out for bedbugs because the staff was clearly in denial.
