Location I didn't like the conditions of the accommodation, nor the fact that they charge for parking; it is not a good place to go with children.

The bed frames felt wobbly and about to break any time you'd switch sleeping positions

I will start with pluses. It’s good location. Clifton hill just around the corner. But this property is extremely old. Balcony connected with neighbor’s room. I wasn’t feel safe. I can’t say it was really dirty but it wasn’t clean either. I understand that this is motel not a hotel but so far it’s the lowest quality I have booked and also way overpriced for this level. I didn’t spend night there and checked out same day. Although reception lady was really nice and location is good it needs major upgrades Dirty, balcony with no divider, no internet signal

Greta location walkable distance to the falls and many shops and restaurants around, staff was super nice especially the lady on the frond desk, available parking with extra fees, they were very kind to let us keep our car in the parking for extra three hours after our check out, very good value, highly recommend

We had the family room and the heat didn’t do the whole room we were cold.

Great balcony and jacuzzi tub the staff was great Crazy homeless man across the street yelling at all hours of the night

There were no clean towels, the front desk was left unstaffed at most times, there was no functional iron or ironing board in the whole facility, and the sheets were stained.

Staff were amazing. You can't beat the location. My TV wasn't working and I had let one of the staff know, two guys came and tried to fix it for me. When they couldn't fix it, they upgraded me to an amazing room. 10/10 stay. Will defiantly book again.

I regret to say that my recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and well below acceptable standards. We found bugs on the bed blankets, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation regardless of price point. There was no bath mat in the washroom, creating a slipping hazard and uncomfortable experience. The shower was difficult to operate - I struggled to figure it out. The room had virtually no proper lighting fixtures. The only light sources were a few dim night lamps. These issues made my stay uncomfortable, inconvenient, and concerning from a hygiene perspective. I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers and believe significant improvements are needed in their maintenance, cleanliness protocols, and basic room amenities.

Good affordable stay

paid an extra $5.00 per day for a Deluxe room, but they gave me the cheapest one, to the point that they didn't even provide bath towels, and Expedia didn't report the type of room I paid for.

Great room and service

The staff were friendly and even helped me back out of a tight parking space without being asked. The price was appropriate to the accommodations and it was nice to stay at an independent place as opposed to a big Hotel chain. Looking forward to my next stay.

Thank goodness there is alot to do in Niagara and we were able to only go into the room to attempt to sleep.

You pay for what you get. Rooms are dated and the bathroom needs a ton of work. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Great place to stay considering it was the first place I’ve ever stayed as an 18 can be loud at times but that’s normal it is Niagara Falls lol me and my girlfriend loved it very clean and the queen room is substantially bigger then the king which was a plus for us

The key of the place is the location and price. However, we didn’t get to enjoy our night’s sleep as the air conditioning kept was making a rattling sound all night. The mattress are not comfortable, but it would not have been a big deal if the air conditioner hadn’t kept us up. The rooms are kept clean.

Hospitality was great, very helpful management is very awesome and helpful was even allowed to park a few hours after we checked out, very clean and family owned. We most definitely will be staying again newly renovated also beds are very comfortable

Room was too small and dark., and inside water was leaking in tub, doesn’t feel comfortable with that.

Booked ahead of time but was a long process to check in when we got there. No outside room seats. Pool was not heated as advertised.

Good if your only interested in a place to sleep. The people working here are so kind, check in is 3pm not 1pm like stated so we showed up for 1pm and they tried to rush our room being cleaned so we could get in quicker and held onto our luggage for us until it was. One of the outlets on the bedside lamp didn't work and the tub facuet was a bit leaky but that wasn't major issues for us. Extremely close to all the main attractions. Very worth it for what you pay. Would definitely stay again.

We booked a room with a king, and were disappointed to say the least. First thing was that the building has been entirely repainted so I it took a minute to realize that it was the place we booked. Second, the restaurant it shows isn't really part of the motel (which I though was hotel at booking but I digress) it's just within the same building. Third, the state of the room was just abysmal. The primary lock isn't intuitive and it seemed like it didn't work at all (it did but it absolutely didn't appear so), and the secondary lock was broken entirely. We also checked in right at 1pm and our room had just been cleaned, only for the bathroom to have a filthy mirror, fist shaped dents in the wall like the Shining happened there and not a single piece of toliet paper. We had to go back down from the third floor just to pick it up. Plus the walls were paper thin and even calm outside conversations can be heard from inside. Overall pretty bad experience, but not the worst of the similarly priced motels in the area, or least that's what I tell myself to keep sane about spending 250 bucks on that night.

FANTASTIC LOCATION! Sad the pool was out of service. Yes, I would recommend because the price was TOO GOOD, despite it feeling like a 2.5 star hotel.

Very affordable property, near all restaurants and shops, friendly staff, family run, near GO bus stop, clean and comfortable.

Late in the night I Found that Most of Electrical outlets had no power, including the Television. Reported it during checkout; not even an apology from the front counter person ( who seem to be likely the owner). Just an apology for the inconvenience would’ve been acceptable.

Spacious room

There is no fridge or microwave and no pool. If you are planning to stay more than a couple of days and you need more amenities better look elsewhere. However, the rooms are clean and not over priced.

We had a great stay here! The aircondition was so cold, perfect for the hot weather. The location is excellent—very close to everything: restaurants, convenience stores, and especially Clifton Hill. Although it's a bit far from Horseshoe Falls, it was perfectly fine because you'll enjoy the walk there.

The only thing I didn’t like was the room doesn’t had refrigerator

Peter at the front desk was very friendly he offered to upgrade my room right away which I thought was was great! I liked the room very much as it was very modern which is very important to me. I arrived there early and he was very accomodating to get my new room cleaned quickly.

The room was clean. Beds are comfy and the pillows are too. Jacuzzi jets were strong, shower like a pressure washer. Would stay here again.

I like the owner, friendly. The room was cool, quiet, and super comfortable. I didn't want to leave. But I had to. Only down side, the toilet wasn't working for my one night visit. But good thing I was at a festival during my short duration

Just the location thats is

No microwave or fridge in rooms. No cold water, only hot so couldn't take a shower. Paid parking, the ad said $15 but the hotel tried to charge me $25. At the end , the front staff agreed at $15. Only plus point is, you can walk to the falls from there, probably 20 mins walk.

The owners wear really nice and friendly. The room is clean. The beds are clean and comfortable. It would be nice if there was heat in the room.

It is located very conveniently and near to almost to everything, however cleanliness wise it is average. and i saw a cockroach in.the toilet but i couldn't ask for more because it is cheap.

Close to the falls

It is run down and not very clean. We had to go out and but some cleaning products just to clean things n the room and washroom. tiny shower. Very old beds and uncomfortable. Did not even stay the night. Left and went back home. With the door to the room closed, can still see to the outside with the gap between the door and frame. This was on the 3rd floor. For $400 a night this was horrible. This was for new years eve.

When we checked in our room was not clean at all, even bed sheet has not been changed from previously visited guests. Bathroom was too dirty. There was lots of stuff in the flush also sanitary stuff which even was not flushed. There were no towels or toiletries in the washroom. Pretty disappointed. No service was available in late hours.

I like the layout of the room.

The staff was very friendly. Upon entering my room was a different story. Being an employee of housekeeping was surprised to see bedding un tucked and pillows looking like it was slept on. Grabbed a towel which had big stains on it. Bed was comfortable. I always tell my housekeepers presentation is a big thing. When a guest sees 1 thing wrong they look and do find others. But it's convenient and I will go back.

No freeze or no microwave, not clean at all. Good for close location.

Great little motor inn close to Clifton Hill. I stayed in one of their upper level suites. If you're not looking for anything fancy but don't want to stay in a total dive, this is a nice middle ground at a pretty affordable price point. Excellent friendly service at the front desk and very affordable parking.

The room was dark and TV wasn't working. Bathtub faucet was broken. No coffee maker, kettle, or microwave in the room. It felt a little creepy.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed. The tv did not work at all, there was cobwebs all over the ceiling, there was a ringing and buzzing noise at night that lasted throughout the morning.

It was my second time staying here. It is very affordable and near to downtown and Niagara Falls so easy access to all the spots and area is really nice with decent rooms. I would highly recommend to check it out

Location... location.... location....the best, walking distance to everything. Cleanliness not the, housekeepers need to take a bit more pride of their job by paying attention to details. I had to clean the shower head from mold, the bathroom had toothpaste spit on the walls, there was shoe marks on the wall from someone killing a insect or something, bedding had stain Spots, also but not least there was a Roach around the sofa bed. Please please change the carpets very Dungy, dirty and dull. Overall the best location, I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching all the action.

The hotel was fine and basic, the staff were friendly and the location was great, very central. But we booked it for the pool, which was closed, covered in a dirty tarp and filled with garbage, which was really disappointing.

Went there for the pool with my kids there was no pool no fridge in the room service was excellent but the experience was terrible

Property was very shady, very shady customers in and around the building as well. People looking to be on the come down crying on their way out… someone hissed at us from the parking lot… Very bad reviews on Google which scared us but thankfully there were no bed bugs or used needles under the bed… there’s a chain but no lock for the deadbolt. Felt mildly unsafe at first but okay stay and great location, right on Clifton hill.

Internet is very slow. AC couldn’t reach the next room (we booked the family room). Noise from outside can be heard even having the door closed. No pool even though it was posted on website and online booking. Carpet was not vacuumed properly. Hairs were found on linen and towels prior use. No microwave in room. Not enough towels provided when we specifically booked for 5 people. Building itself is old and needs upgrading with appliances, carpet and bedsheets they provide.Property owner did not communicate when asked via email if the room has microwave and fridge. Barely any space for parking. Needs improvement with cleanliness and maintenance. Fromt desk is friendly although it would be great if there’s a phone to contact them from the room.

Excellent location that's easily walkable to the Falls, restaurants, shops, and activities. The location made our trip convenient overall. The staff also did their best to accomodate us and quickly gave us items we requested.

The office is run down. You will wonder if you are in the right place. The room was ok. Overpriced for what you get but ok. Don’t bring your bathing suit based on the pictures.

Property is near the attractions and walkable distance. This is the only positive. Surroundings are very smelly. People are drinking outside of the rooms and in walking areas.
