Great staff, good views from the observation floor. Neat having IHOP in the hotel with a view as well. They kindly gave me coupons when I checked in (although I was traveling solo, so I didn't make use of them, since they were mostly bogo deals). When I booked this hotel, there weren't any rooms with a view of the falls, so my view was of the city. I think I'd only recommend staying here if you are able to get a falls view, just since the location is farther from town and the other stops. At least it was a quieter part of town and it is close to the tram. Really the only thing I didn't enjoy about this hotel, were the sheets and towels weren't soft. If they invested in softer linens, it would really have elevated the stay to make it feel more luxurious.

Great location and really welcoming staff. Shout out to valet Ed who could not have been more helpful and friendly on our early arrival. He sorted out our bag storage, and car parking, then showed us to the observation level for our first glimpse of the falls. Easy 5 minute walk to the falls using the funicular covered in the Niagara pass. Restaurant sadly disappointing. Our steak was overcooked and in advising this the chef blamed the lighting! With the prices charged we expected a first class service and environment, but had neither.

The staff was very nice. I must start with every person from front desk to valet to elevator person was friendly. However, we don’t way too much money and we’re very mislead in this booking for what we got. We booked The tower hotel but our room was next door at the embassy suites. Yet we still had to check in at the Tower only. Very strange. The suite did have a great view but the room was so much smaller than we expected and a little dated. Breakfast line was way too long to wait. Elevator lines were way too long. Even valet was a twenty minute wait. We had a very nice visit, I do love Niagara. However, I would never stay at the tower or embassy suites again.

The room was very clean. The staff was great. Best part was this hotel is not very large so we never got stuck waiting for an elevator! I would stay here again. Ended up with a city view room so we were able to watch the sun set, it was beautiful.

This booking was a complete disappointment. Upon checkin I was told that I would be staying at the embassy suites and not the tower hotel. If this was the case I would have booked embassy suites on my own. Information when booking did not mention anything abt staying at a different hotel. The agent checking me in was rude and when I called to ask for help with wifi because they failed to write the password on my hotel key card they told me to call the other hotel. Unacceptable

Loved the view in our room. Staffs were friendly too. The only thing I did not enjoy is how loud the heater is. It feels like you are in a drum and there is a hairdryer blowing in it....

Honestly, it was a super relaxing/calm/clean/quiet experience the bed was so comfortable…and the front desk manager was lovely..the only issues I had was with the pressure of the water (wasn’t strong at all) and the thermostat was locked…loved that the cleaning lady changed all my sheets (and pillow cases) without having to ask…also loved the view, fridge..nespresso machine…and that it was QUIET AT NIGHT!!! Thank you for 2 relaxing days while I visited family in the area.

There was no face tissue enough, In the box it was only 2,3 left, and also there were not enough utensils. Maybe let the people checking in know that you’re not going to replace the towels or clean the room. Unless the person requests or it’s been three days of stay considering you gotta pay all these expensive resort fees and taxes, and have to request your room to be cleaned your sheets to be changed your towels to be replaced and your garbage to be empty probably won’t be going back to that place

The tower is a repurposed observation tower so you get good views of the falls from the viewing level and from rooms on the falls side. Lovely at night. The penthouse level requires you to change lifts.

Great view! Great staff! Polite, friendly and helpful. My room keys didn’t work so they moved me a few doors along on the same floor so my view now included the falls. Yay! Room was clean and well designed to make the most of a small space. There’s a fridge and Nespresso machine with four pods. They said to ask if I wanted more or some bottled water, both complementary. This was my second time at The Tower. I researched a lot of hotels in Niagara and I’m glad I made this choice.

There is nothing like the view from the Tower Hotel. We had a full Fallsview room, and it was truly incredible. We had a great view of all three falls and their nightly illumination. The decor is updated, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right at the top of the Incline transport. Shout out to Kat for her help with a heating issue we had!

We stayed right across from the music festival and it was so convenient! Beautiful room and lots of natural sunlight! Our parking shuttle was a small party bus to ourselves! Will definitely be back.

First of all, the views from the hotel rooms are absolutely beautiful — totally worth the money! The rooms are a bit small but perfect and cozy for a couple. The staff is very helpful and welcoming, and the rooms are spotless — 10/10 for cleanliness! The hotel provides great facilities and a 24/7 shuttle service for parking, which is super convenient. They even give coupons for nearby restaurants and activities around Niagara Falls — great food options and a perfect dining experience. Overall, a beautiful place to stay and definitely worth visiting. I’d love to go there again

Absolutely the best view of the Horseshoe Falls you can possibly get. We were on the 30th floor. At night, the lights and fireworks are stunning! Unfortunately, no ice unless you get down to the lobby, but you are staying here for the view! Admittedly, rooms/bathrooms are on the smaller size, but clean and renovated. Desk staff was courteous. Highly recommend! Truly beautiful view!

When we got to our 'penthouse' room the AC was inop so we had to be switched to a different room. I had to make the journey down to the lobby in order to get the new key. In the new room was clean and the AC operational. However, the room had a very heavy chemical air refresher smell which caused me to wake up nauseated. The parking is about 3 blocks away. The shuttle service is very regular and the drivers were all very friendly. This hotel also doesn't have it's own fitness facility. You have to use the fitness center in the neighbouring hotel. When I got home I checked my credit card statement and found that the $200 deposit was processed twice. I called the hotel and was advised to monitor to ensure it was dropped after a few days or in 2 weeks. Beware! Overall the room was clean but I wouldn't recommend staying higher than the 29th floor. Getting to and from the 'penthouse' was too much of a hassle. For my next visit I plan to use one of the hotels with onsite parking and fitness facility.

Check in was great. Shuttle service is great. We stayed in the penthouse room which was nice but the air wasnt working. They had no rooms to move us and maintenance was in our room till 1:30a.m!! No fans to give us. Room was 83 degrees. We didnt get much sleep. What could have been a great stay....wasnt.

There were a few items not provided which I would have appreciated. There was no tub (but there was a great shower). There were no extra blankets. There was no microwave. However the bed was wonderfully comfortable and the pillows were awesome. It was a lovely stay but due to the off-site parking we may seek out another hotel another time.

We were provided with a free upgrade of a room on the higher floors and had a side view of the falls. Location was great with an inside observation deck where we can watch the fireworks if we did not feel like going outside.

All staff were lovely but a special mention for Scott who suggested various trips inc.Niagara On The Lake which we did. Wow!

We were charged the same rate for the Lobby no view room as our daughter was for their great falls view room. I also did not receive any points for this stay. They also cancelled my room and payment method for some reason but there was a folder laying on the Check In desk with our reservation in it. Quiet disorganized. Excellent hotel in great location, amazing view from our room of the falls and fireworks. Parking was easy bus provided to get to and from remote lot a couple of blocks away, when needing car, bus is requested and arrives within minutes.

You cannot compete with the view from these rooms overlooking the falls. We were provided with a coupon book at check-in which was nice considering the cost of everything. Parking was incredibly easy, although it is off the property they make it seamless. There's so much to do right around the hotel, the location is great.

My husband and I booked the tower for a weekend. The staff were so friendly, we choose to do valet parking and the guys were so helpful. Self parking isn’t that far but you do have to walk. The room was so cute and clean. Everything looked newly renovated. We booked the Canadian falls view room and it did not disappoint :) there was an observatory deck (floor) you could access, it was a good place to watch the nightly fireworks. We also were able to get in to IHop on the 26th floor for breakfast one morning. It was a wonderful visit and definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quiet room and wonderful views.

One of the best experiences I have ever had! We only stayed one night, but the room overlooked the Horseshoe Falls and the view was breathtaking! Better than advertised! We took the boat trip to the Horseshoe Falls, and that was wonderful! We at breakfast at the hotel, and the falls was right outside the window. A truly great experience that I will never forget!

We had a room overlooking the falls with floor to ceiling windows. I think it had to be one of the best views in Niagara! The view took our breath away every time we returned to the room. I like that it is a small boutique hotel without a busy feel. The beds were very comfortable. When we return to Niagara I want to stay in this hotel, in this room.

The air conditioning is broken. The room temperature is only 59 f. No matter how we change. And ask the staff to fix it. Still doesn’t work. Then we have to move it to the ground floor. But those staff is very helpful

It is a very clean hotel. Staff were polite and courteous. Restaurant is in the 26th floor. When you dine there you can see the whole Niagara Falls. Very nice view. Food was excellent as well. The coupons were an add on bonus for staying in the hotel.

Would recommend this area for adult travellers. Location to the Falls is perfect and far enough from Clifton Hill but not too far you can’t walk back and forth.
