Did not know how to work the AC thermostat.
- 0.5/5
The staff was very unprofessional, and they told me that we could leave. So i cancelled my reservation and booked a room at the Sheraton. I had clients on a trip with there family and the room was so hot, the a/c didn’t work, I will never book again

All the staff were nice and polite. Also having direct access to waterpark. The whole building’s air conditioner was not working and it was very hot and also we requested fpr rollaway bed and we never received it!
- 4/5
Location No microwave in room and no ac
- 4/5
very noisy until 10:00 p.m.
- 2.5/5
Close to amenities Old run down Very noisy
- 3/5
We loved the waterpark, love the hotel and water park staff. Our bed sheets were not changed before we arrived, the top bunk had brown marks in the sheets and the queen bed had pieces or marijuana in the sheets. They were never changed between guests and we didn’t notice until bed time and it really grossed us out
- 1/5
It was close to many attractions The hotel was filthy. We had stains on the pillow cases and hair on the bathroom floor. Bathtub full of rust
- 3.5/5
No hot water
- 4.5/5
Bathroom floor was freezing
- 4.5/5
Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service, so this was inconvenient.
- 0.5/5
Nothing It’s run down Rooms are small the beds are terrible to sleep on Smells werid. Dirty Terrible I will never ever go back The water park is run down dirty washrooms are gross very disappointing the view from the room was a wall basically
- 5/5
I’ve never been to this one I loved the size of the room and the space we all had mind you I had 5 in one room The elevator was out
- 3.5/5
Elevator not working the whole trip we were there for. Completely unacceptable. Close to everything
- 3/5
Elevator was out of order and the toilet in our room required maintenance because it was constantly running. There was a light which required fixing/new bulb because it flickered and would not work properly. The water park was great for the kids. The courtyard in hotel was a good idea.
- 2.5/5
This facility is perfect for children, especially for birthday It was my autistic son’s seventh birthday at the time. The elevator wasn’t working. I had paid extra for my room on booking.com but still did not get my waterpark package. Breakfast was not included with the $600 amount that I have paid for one night, my bedsheets had stains on them as well as I left my towels in the dirty bin at the waterpark and was told I will need to be charged if I order more towels in the same day
- 3/5
The location. The rooms were hot and muggy and they said they didn’t have the air conditioning turned on so we were forced to go buy a fan.
- 5/5
Good Good
- 1/5
Room wasn’t cleaned properly, towels smelled bad. Bed sheets irritated my skin and had an awkward scent, beds made noises . Heater had a loud on and off sounds since we left it on auto. I wouldn’t even come to this hotel if the stay was free. The only fun part was the Waterpark .
- 5/5
Just some adults don't understand that Skyline is mostly for children and kids do make noise.
- 4/5
We stayed in room 1912 and the bathroom floor was unusually cold. We couldn’t walk on the floor without
- 3/5
Parking spots to unload and check in. The staff were amazing though.
- 1/5
Half-hour line for check-in, confusing parking, broken room keys. It was a rocky start. Then the room was old and worn, stains on sheets and pillowcases, and lacking really the bare minimum in terms of amenities (e.g. no coffee for the coffee maker, one set of towels for a family of 4). All that is tolerable. But the noise… Walls and ceiling are paper thin. Large groups in the halls all night. Room above us stomping and shouting long after 1:00am. If you can’t sleep at a hotel, then what’s the point? The shocking part is that this hotel isn’t cheap. But you couldn’t pay me to stay here again.
- 4/5
Only having 1 elevator is very hard at check-in and checkout times Maybe having 2 garbage and 2 recycling bins in the larger rooms would be good to have
- 4/5
Room was clean. Provided towels for water park upon arrival. Comfortable. No real complaints.
- 3/5
Room keys are a little bit too sensitive. I had to have them replaced a couple of times.
- 1/5
The rooms are not as advertised. Took over half an hour to find the room, there are no signs to get you to your room and as parking goes it is the worse I have ever seen. I would never recommend the Skyline Hotel to anyone.
- 3/5
Rooms were clean enough for a night stay
- 3/5
The waterpark was very fun. It was busy but the lines moved quickly for the water slides. The hotel needed better upkeep. It was clean, but the carpet in the hallways was wrinkled and needed to be replaced or fixed. In the room the TV only had one channel that came in other than the advertising channel for the property, the tv was not a smart tv so we couldn’t even stream. The toilet took a long time to flush and the bathroom sink drained very slowly, clearly some issues with the plumbing. The shower curtain had several rips along the top. The blankets were very thin and not at all cozy. The parking was also not without issues, although conveniently located it is not large enough to easily hold all guest vehicles and we spent a lot of time circling the lot for a spot as did several other people that we saw.
- 4/5
The pedestrian bridge connects the hotel to the waterpark. Great for winter time
- 5/5
There was no complementary breakfast otherwise stay, park access, parking all were good.
- 2/5
I will not go back
- 2/5
The room had a pretzel bag in the garbage. A hate sitting on the chair. Two large metal pieces sticking out of the bed frame. No shampoo, soap, conditioner etc etc.
- 2/5
When we got there the toilet was not working, someone came and said it waa fixed. It continued to only work if it was flushed many, many times. We understans a movie was being played in courtyard 2, right ourside our room. The movie noise was fine, but people running around, screaming, knocking on our door/windows was a little much especially when it happened until 11pm. We called the front desk to ask if this could be controlled and we were told "its a family hotel" and nothing could be done. We have stayed at your competitor "family" hotels" like the Americana and we did not have any of these issues. Again, in the morning as early aa 6am there were people screaming and running around. We have small children as well, but we also are able to respect the rules and would assume an establishment would follow suit.
- 1/5
poor service
- 5/5
Swimming fun right there in the hotel. Amazing experience
- 5/5
The stay was nice place was very clean.. My son had an awesome birthday
- 4/5
Nice place to stay during christmas time
- 2/5
Didn’t see free breakfast. Everything is dated but clean. Staff was great. Pool area overcrowded and outdoor hot tub was closed.
- 3/5
Hotel not clean
- 4/5
Ok
- 1/5
Not really enjoy, there is few things to do in the hotel other than the water park
- 3/5
room is old, smells strange. No breakfast
- 1/5
Water park was closed before time
- 5/5
Spotless place
- 5/5
Perkins was terrific. There’s no free breakfast once again.
- 3/5
It is so noisy, we heard banging outside
- 1/5
The room is too noisy, the air conditioner is incredibly loud, and it can't be turned off...
- 2/5
Very noisy and small rooms and not clean properly ,also we only use this hotel because of water park, not cheap visit
- 5/5
Staff are nice
- 4/5
Clean room, comfortable beds, easy check-in and check-out. Room key cards are flakey, and could use more power outlets or USB ports for charging phones and gaming devices.
- 5/5
The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and pleasant. Easy and convenient access to the water park.
- 1/5
The property is good. But Expedia marks some rooms as "no water park". Mine didn't have that, but when i got here, the hotel said water park is not included. This dirty and negligent to trap customers in. Discussing.
- 1/5
The bed mattress was so bad that we couldn't sleep until morning.
- 4/5
It was good normal
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 5/5
We were there to celebrate our Christmas with our kids plus a birthday. The staff and environment were amazing. We planning to use this in the future.
- 3/5
Rooms were mediocre. Small for how many people it ‘fits’ pictures make it look a lot nicer, newer and bigger than it is. Very strict on how many towels per room.
- 4/5
Staff was nice and efficient. They have movies playing for kids in the courtyard which was unique and brought a sense of community which was very nice. Had some trouble with the keycards working and not working randomly.
- 5/5
The stafff was nice
- 4/5
Staff was great as usual (this is an annual visit for us for the past 15 years), rooms were clean and comfy, prime time location and looking forward to coming back next year!
- 4/5
Great as always very well arranged the only thing I felt
- 3/5
I was changing my clothes in the room and an unexpected thing happened. The male house keeper just open my door, and I am a female. I have no idea why the front desk did not notify the house keeper that the customer still not checked out, normally the house keeper only comes after the customer check out. And we already notified the from desk we will do the late check out at 3pm.
- 4/5
All good
- 5/5
I love the terrace area and wish the hpurs where longer for families to chill there. Amazing time with the family. I wish the waterpark had a warm pool for kids aswell not just adults..
- 1/5
Heater did not work, too much noise and bathroom was dirty found a bug in the shower
- 3/5
I like the hotel the rooms are very clean my kids love it I always stay there for 2 nights but this time the house keeper were very rude I have small kids I asked for extra blanket she answered me in a rude way and coming to the door counting the blankets in the room and asking me how many blankets i have like I was gunna steal it or something very disappointed and no coffee in the room same story with coffee it looks like she was force to work there..people go away to have good time have a break from stress I don’t think we need to go there stress even more…
- 2/5
was very nice
- 5/5
Perfect
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
The staff is courteous and polite. The room needs a makeover. As soon as you open the door, there's a smell. Not a pleasant one and it lingers. Although, the room is clean. And they need to do some soundproofing or adjust the time at the courtyards to like 10am. The kids were already yelling and screaming at 7:30am in the courtyard. I like the idea of the courtyards but either soubdproof the rooms or adjust quiet time.
- 2/5
Charges for parking was crazy. Noise was out of control at night time.
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
The tv doesn'twork very well some chanlles are in and out
- 3/5
Overall stay is good, except for the noise and banging of wall from other rooms. And the microwave that almost not working. To warm up a pc of pizza took me 3 mins. It has to be changed to a better mocrowave since there is none in each room,
- 3/5
No breakfast at the facility, but there was a diner close by. The place is dated; there was no shampoo, body wash, or conditioner. I asked the front desk, and they provided me with small bars of soap. The waterpark was decent, my kids had fun.
- 5/5
Chromes are very clean.Staff was friendly and the amenities were wonderful
- 4/5
The room was clean. The cleaning staff were great. Checking in and out was super easy. The only complaints is we happened to stay the same weekend as a ton of hockey players and their families. They were all rowdy, disrespectful to the building and staff leaving garbage laying around this including the parents. Most were drinking letting the kids run rampant. And noise was made all hours of the nights they were staying there. Once they left, things were great again!
- 5/5
Went for My Son birthday and it was great …
- 2/5
Room was clean and the staff was helpful.
- 2/5
Courtyard side is awful if your room is close to it, people had parties in there and were letting their kids run around hitting doors and yelling. Went to have a shower in the morning and water was cold
- 4/5
Everything is good
- 5/5
Large clean room. Friendly staff. Extremely quick check in. Parking is confusing.
- 5/5
Kids loved it.
- 5/5
We had an issue with the phone and fridge that was promptly taken care of along with extra towels provided.
- 5/5
It was quite difficult to get to the hotel from the parking, signs led us to different areas. Other than that the hotel was gorgeous and definitely in ideal place to be close to the falls.
- 3/5
I called down for 2 extra pillows at 10pm and it took them an hour and a half to bring them!
- 4/5
The hotel as OK. It was a good value. This is a strange building. 3 stories with indoor courtyards. As I was in courtyard 4 four, top floor, I had a long walk from the front desk and at peak times the slow single elevator was unusable because of volume. I can't help but think that this hotel footprint would be so much better used in a modern multi-story hotel. But I am sure the owners know that.
- 5/5
Awesome service
- 5/5
All over good
- 3/5
Coffee is terrible (always hopeful). Hard to get someone at the front desk to pick up unless you walk down. The courtyard idea are lovely for parents with kids that need space to run around and burn some energy. They even play a movie in the courtyard at nights. Overall a decent first experience. Not sure if I will be back in a hurry but the waterpark stay and enjoy is hard to beat. The access to the waterpark with passes are well worth it and parking extends far into the next day. A good perk.
- 4/5
We did have breakfast at the facility
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Great for families!
- 4/5
The room was extremely hot. When I called the front desk they explained that they either have hear or AC and the heat is on at this time of year. No way to adjust it per individual room. They brought us a plug in fan, which helped a little.... But the room was still very warm.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Stayed here again, always very Happy Cody at the front desk was awesome !!!
- 4/5
The air conditioning wasn’t working it was extremely hot in our room
- 1/5
The rooms are so out dated. The toilet is so low and there is a step to enter the washroo. It is awful. I woke up in the middle of the night half asleep banged up my toes forgetting it was there. My daughter had bed bugs in her bed. We drapped the bed with our towels. Overall it was not worth thr value.
- 1/5
Drapes were filthy. Carpet stained and disgusting. Stairs on carpet worn down to the step. Overall cleanliness of the building is zero
- 3/5
The room was aweful. Dirty carpets all over and no proper ventilation in the room which made our stay terrible. The only positive thing is the connection to the water park.
- 3/5
heating and ac unit was noisey. very poor parking conditions.
- 5/5
Yes it was pleasant
- 5/5
did not eat breakfast at the hotel. the room was comfortable.
- 3/5
We like the Waterpark, the rooms were ok, quiet, walking distance to the activities.
- 5/5
Exactly as advertised. Keep in mind it's a Family hotel so it may be a little more noisy as other typical hotels. Check in and check out though mobile app very quick and easy. Text message assistance to make sure your on your way or if you need anything was really appreciate while running late for our check in. Parking spots were available at any time of the day. Overall it was perfect and walking distance of all the attractions.
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
room was too hot, AC did not work. Also the elevator wasnt working at night
- 4/5
Convenient location, hotel & waterpark are a little dated. Would benefit from a renovation but very clean & affordable.
- 1/5
Room door had issues took 1hr to finally opened no heat
- 4/5
A good weekend stay for your family , very family friendly accessible to many areas and very easy 5 min walk to Clifton Hill, very clean rooms.
- 4/5
Good
- 1/5
This hotel should go through heavy renovations, I was very disappointed. Outlets weren’t working, bathrooms very old and rusty, the handle to go to the hot water wasn’t working. There is no heat they gave me a portable space heater and didn’t work. TV wouldn’t work properly and the sheets on my room was stained. The rooms smelled back and so did the hallways. Never ever going back. If you plan on staying make sure you bring a space heater, some portable shower and your sheets. And some extra bottles of Lysol spray.

Good location. Old facility. Decent for thenprice.
- 5/5
The best waterpark
- 5/5
We loved staying here. Clean, spacious rooms and a fun family friendly environment. Great for kids! Very nice staff.
- 3/5
Just Another Hotel 🏨 Room, no big deal!!
- 2/5
Pictures is not same Everything is wrong’ I don’t like this
- 1/5
Must pay a resort fee on top of parking that is not close at all. Ants in room. Not very nice stay.
- 5/5
The location is very convenient—you can walk straight into the water park from inside the hotel. Guests also get access to the park one hour earlier than the general public, which the kids absolutely loved.
- 1/5
I Will Not Stay Here Again..My first night there my car got broken into and they didn’t do anything about it and you have to pay per night to park in the lot ..The rooms need to be updated as well
- 1/5
The room smelt like old pee and very outdated.
- 5/5
I like this property so much
- 4/5
Staff was prompt to fix the toilet and television. Carpets in the hotel could be replaced. Court yard had a move for families. Walking distance to the Falls and Clifton Hill. Amazing price. Off site park was $5 over night. On site was $23. Very safe area! Overall price and location was a winner.
- 5/5
Very good
- 4/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Not a great view
- 3/5
For such a popular hotel, it seems a bit outdated. Definitely in need of upgrades and renovations. The courtyard movie was nice. Fallsview indoor Waterpark wasn't as impressive as i had anticipated. But it was still a fun time.
- 4/5
Great Staff!
- 5/5
I always enjoy that my grand children love to come and have fun and are safe .
- 1/5
Car was broken into on there property, lights flickering in room, hard to find staff, very run down needs updating. Would not recommend, will try another place next time.
- 5/5
Was awsome front desk was great service was good and water park was fun thanks skyline for your service
- 4/5
Walking distance to everything. Room is clean and staff are friendly. The only negative I have is that the body/shampoo dispenser is totally empty which should have been checked. I have to use my facial cleanser to shower as I wasn’t aware that it’s empty. They did provide us with travel size shampoo/conditioner after.
- 5/5
Everything was so close and everyone friendly
- 2/5
Door to room did not work right, always a fight to open to gain access to room. No sneaking out if kids are asleep. Shocked to find a broken razor blade on the floor in middle of night. Very Lucky no one had been cut on this.
- 5/5
I am very satisfied with the location of the hotel. The room is clean and tidy. However, there is a smell in the corridor and courtyard that is very unpleasant. In addition, the sound insulation of the room is very poor.
- 4/5
Friendly staff quite affordable and clean
- 5/5
Very friendly staff clean and convince
- 4/5
Friendly staff affordable and clean with kids it’s really worth
- 1/5
Expedia Expedia has inside people selling personal emails. Fraudulent Expedia emails to pay extra.

- 1/5
Great property
- 4/5
I asked for extra towels to be delivered to my room, none came.
- 3/5
The beds were horrible. They were squeaky and rock hard. The cable also froze a bunch of times
- 2/5
The property was old dingy, they're not very well maintained
- 1/5
Wasn’t clean
- 4/5
Very nice place to stay close to everything. Courtyards were nice
- 1/5
I had the worst experience, the beds are not comfortable, wake up with big back pains
- 2/5
Exactly loud music from the unit beside ours, when we talked to the front desk the one attendant was great but the second one from the office was heard saying heaven forbid loud music after a music festival. We were not here for the music festival and had kids with us and it was almost 11pm
- 4/5
Very convenient to all the attraction on Clifton hill
- 4/5
Everything looks very old
- 1/5
Dingy, Dirty. Will never go back. I actually ended up booking at the Sheridan and paying for two hotels for my stay.
- 5/5
Excellent service
- 3/5
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel is getting outdated and is due for a renovation.
- 1/5
Filthy place. Paper thin walls, and rude staff. I got an extra unexpected 50 dollar charge on my credit card a couple of days later. This trip was 300 bucks last year with my family but this time around it was well over 1000. The indoor pool has outrageous line ups for the slides, and not worth the cost. Niagara falls in general is just a waste of money and unsafe for families. We found dirty needles around my truck in the parking garage when i was leaving with my children. We've sadly decided that Niagara falls isn't somewhere we want to take our children anymore.
- 1/5
Staff were very rude and disrespectful.
- 2/5
In addition, the washroom water was not working properly, and the shower had no soap provided. The only positive part was that the bed was comfortable enough. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve your service.
- 2/5
It
- 5/5
all good
- 1/5
There were issues with the availability of hot water, phone service, and towels during my stay.
- 3/5
Is safe and easy to move around, dining option is bad the Perkins restaurant they suggested is bad the service is the worse, waitress had an attitude.
- 1/5
The room was dirty. The carpet dirty . The sheets old and have holes everywhere.
- 3/5
Room was clean, staff friendly. Pool and waterslides not so good.
- 3/5
The cleaning stuff is very poor they have language problems
- 4/5
Very nice facility.
- 1/5
I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Sky Line. Staff was very unfriendly and rude, no help at all. The whole property was worn out and old. The only thing going for this place is maybe the location.
- 5/5
Front desk was nice, rooms were nice, location was ideal! Me daughters loved the Waterpark!
- 5/5
Waterpark
- 1/5
This was a terrible experience, the bed sheets were torn, stained pillow case , the towels were old, bed skirt were stained , rusty ac , that made strange loud sound all night , reported it and was told that it will be fixed , the next day we were switched out to another room.the carpet was worn out. The entire hotel had just one small microwave, and it was dirty. The only thing good about the location was the maid services , they were friendly and helpful. The rooms were as expensive as Sheraton, and I expected better , at least proer towels and not torn bedsheets! . Skyline , you need to do better!
- 4/5
NA
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay at Skyline and would go back. Its convenience to the waterpark is quick and easy for families. Walking distance to Cliffton Hills and many restaurants.
- 3/5
Most channels on the TV had no signal. The fan in the washroom didn’t work. If it wasn’t for the location and the price, I’d spend a little more on a higher quality hotel.
- 5/5
Great place tp stay with kid's
- 2/5
My first order of business was to fix our privacy curtain since it was off of several hooks. Nothing gives you a feel of privacy when other guests walk by your room and see everything. Lord help you if you gotta haul a heavier suitcase, those carpets were in need of repair 10 years ago. Also if you are in need of crying toddlers you can experience it on 3 sides of your room free of charge, but their pillows were nice
- 3/5
The overall stay was okay, the room looked clean when we went to bed after a long day of clifton hills but when we woke up the next morning we discovered the bed sheets were covered in food/whatever else the last people slept on they gave us free food vouchers for 1 meal as a family after they had to change the sheets twice since the first time they changed it after the incident they still put dorty sheets on the beds with food on them so they chnasged them for a second time . We werebunaware of lack of microwaves and nobody told us where the communal microwave was so we found it by asking another resident of the hotel. Super close to the water falls and clifton hills and the waterpark so 3 out of 5 stars
- 3/5
If you're just seeking a convenient overnight place at a budget price, then this works!
- 3/5
The hotel had holes in its blankets, dirty towels and carpet. Very little dim light, the wall paper was coming off the wall and the tub was rusted. The food was not that great we couldn't even finish our breakfast. Overall it felt very overpriced for such an experience.
- 2/5
Over priced for the condition of the hotel and over charge for parking. Should be considered a motel not hotel
- 4/5
Stayed with small kids and the waterpark and other entertainment were all walkable distance. The courtyards are beautiful and the room was clean. The beds can be improved. We had one bed with a nice mattress and the other was not great. All the staff are really nice.
- 4/5
Property was clean for an older hotel. Parking was available but not in Skyline Hotel. Their garage was full when I checked in. Had to park in the Casino parking garage across the street.
- 4/5
Lots of stairs!!! One elevator for the whole place, try not to rely on the elevator! Bridge to water park was great as well, especially with little kids. I would stay here again!
- 5/5
Convenient
- 4/5
Nice and clean
- 1/5
We stayed one night and left to get a better hotel. Run down and the room was not clean. View out of our window was the buildings AC units on the roof.
- 1/5
This property is extremely out dated, the staff was very loud at 6 am every morning. The rooms were not very clean, dark and TV barely had 5 channels. The water park is quite dirty with leaks and rust everywhere. The ground felt like a swamp. I was not happy at all especially with the rates for this sub par hotel.
- 3/5
False impression that Waterpark was included, Hotel is outdated .
- 2/5
Customer service was terrible. Receptionist staff was very rude and not helpful at all. There was no soap in the bathroom. I mentioned it to them, still they failed to provide it even after the complaint. I understand guests mostly bring their own toiletries but Soap is a basic hygiene need. Staff should show some courtesy specially when guests are paying huge amount of money. There was huge line-up and wait during check-in. Seems like staff donot care at all. No courtesy and very arrogant behavior. Felt disappointed and insulted during my stay there. Not a good experience.
- 4/5
Nice
- 5/5
Super amazing. Awesome staff.
- 2/5
Check-in, however, was a headache. Rooms aren’t guaranteed until 4pm, but ours wasn’t ready until nearly 5:30. We were told to text to see if it was ready, but after sending a message at 4pm and getting no reply, we returned 40 minutes later with exhausted kids—only to be told it would be another 20 minutes. Even then, I had to wait an extra 10–15 minutes for the key. When we finally got in, the bunk beds weren’t fully made—top sheets were just folded at the end. After such a long wait, having to make beds on vacation was frustrating. The bunk setup was great for our family of five, but the beds themselves were awful: sagging toward the middle so you roll into each other, and pillows with no support. My back hasn’t been this sore in ages. The room was also rundown—stained carpets, chipped furniture, grimy walls—and nothing like the online photos. We didn’t use the waterpark, just needed a place to sleep, which it technically provided. But between the poor beds, long check-in, and worn condition, I wouldn’t return unless major upgrades are made.

The room... Had hair, public hair, balls of black hair... Hair gets caught under the bathroom door, after cleaning and closing door, more surprises were found. Poor and rushed cleaning. The floors between level 2 and level 3 are made out of wood, not concrete so you can literally hear everything in the room above you, people in the bathroom, people being intimate, floor constantly squeaking very single step for 4 hours in a row while trying to sleep, yea that was horrible... Paths do not have off-ramps, the west side of the building as bricked path from the sidewalk leading to the entrance but there is no way off in a wheelchair, so have to turn around and drive on the road to get to the doors... Niagara itself rates rather low for accessibility but this just lazy.

Carpet stains thru out. Chair had stains. Room telephone didn’t work. Couple of the lamps didnt work. Empty water bottles and caps left behind on the floor from previous guests. Bathroom fan didnt work. Room didnt have a microwave. (Only 1 microwave at the ice machine for the whole floor, which was filthy.) 2/4 beds were made Facility had marijuana smell thru out 24/7 Would not recommend nor stay here again. Best part of the stay was checking out.

The hotel is quite run down and poorly kept. The premium being charged is purely for the location.

Good place for gateways with kids.

Property is run down and needs renovated. There is absolutely no sound proofing between the rooms, you can hear everything in the room next door and the people above us sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling, would not stay here again.

The waterpark was awesome. The kids enjoyed a lot, will definitely book again in the same unit.

Convenient access to waterpark through the skywalk, very close to Clifton Hill but very worn and in desperate need of renovation.
