We loved the location of the property. We also enjoyed the resort and all of the shopping/restaurant options available. The staff members were super nice. We were instructed to call valet within 15 minutes of check out, but nobody was there to answer the phone. It took us about 45 minutes to actually get our car.

beautiful location finding the parking was a whole deal, checking in and then getting a elevator was horrendous. This hotel is a great location with a terrible setup for the amount of throughput that it receives

- 3.5/5
The hotel was in a great location. Beautiful views on the falls, right on Clifton street. It had comfortable beds, hot water and good pressure in the shower. Loved having a Circle K and Starbucks onsite. The hotel room never got cooler than 72°. There was no fan in the bathroom. The curtains did not keep out the morning light. There was no microwave in the room.
- 1/5
Did not get the promised room. Was given a room without window. Had to pay 160.00 for an upgrade to a room with a small window. My reservation was for a room with garden view and breafast, that did not happened.

Good factors: Cleanliness: The room was spotless upon arrival, which was a great first impression. Service: The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, which made us feel welcome. The Not-So-Good: Housekeeping: We had to specifically request room cleaning during our stay, which was unexpected for a hotel of this standard. Daily housekeeping should be a given without having to ask. Lack of Information: We were disappointed to learn about the magic show and water park combo deal only after arriving. Had we known in advance, we could have booked directly through the hotel and saved money. Instead, we booked through another provider and missed out on potential savings. New Year’s Eve Dinner at Massimo Restaurant: The highlight of our stay was meant to be our New Year’s Eve dinner at the hotel’s Massimo restaurant, but it was a letdown. The food and overall experience did not meet our expectations, especially for such a special occasion. Overall: While the hotel’s cleanliness and service were commendable, the lack of proactive housekeeping, poor communication about available deals, and the disappointing dining experience at Massimo left us feeling underwhelmed. With a few improvements, this could be a much better stay.

Horrible customer service. They over charged my card and im still waiting for the rest of my money on my card. No apology or anything from management. They gave us wrong room keys twice. The check in person was rude. We drove 8hrs with the kids to have a good time and there were so many issues it just ruined it for us.

Suite was perfect with new furniture incluindo a table and two seats, nice square footage. TV was Room service lady was very attentive and answered us fast. Front desk personnel was responsive.

Around 7 pm we started hearing loud noises above our room. It sounded like old clanking pipes which continued on and off for about 40 minutes. I texted the hotel’s customer service chat & they responded by saying they would look into it. Then it sounded like large trolley carts were being wheeled in the room above our room. We found out later that our room on the 12th floor is located directly under their two main restaurants on the 13th floor. Thank goodness the noises stopped at some point and we were able to go to sleep after watching the awesome NY Eve fireworks from our balcony window!! Unfortunately, around 6:45 am on New Year’s Day, different noises started up again. It sounded like a jumbo jet was about to land in our room! So of course it woke both me and my daughter up!! I kept texting the Sheraton customer service number and they kept apologizing and said they would look into it, but I never received a proper answer from them. Upon checkout, I spoke to a Director named Sava, who offered to only take off the valet parking and resort fee charges as she couldn’t do more because the room was booked through Expedia and not directly through them! I paid a lot of $ for that room! She then took my email address and said they would send me a voucher for a future room upgrade, but I still haven’t received it.

The windows and balcony door leaks and made the door cold.
- 5/5
Breakfast buffet wasn't worth what we paid. Prime rib was cold. Soup was bland. No clean glasses for drinks for the majority of our meals. Tasty omeletes made fresh but limited ingredients. Nice view but meal wasn't anything that would bring me back with my family

We had to call Security a number of times each night. These people should’ve been asked to leave the hotel. The room itself was not attended to correctly. We had no shower gel or conditioner in the bathroom, the bed sheets were not tucked in, instead just laid over the bed. I’ve complained to Marriott but they don’t care. Four separate cars were broken into on New Year’s Eve while the Valets were meant to be keeping an eye on them. Appalling!

We had a 5:30 PM New Year’s Eve reservation at the hotel-affiliated Italian restaurant, Massimo’s, which required a significant non-refundable deposit. Despite explaining that the hotel delay caused us to run behind, we were told the reservation could not be moved. After a long road trip, my wife and two young children had no time to shower or properly get ready, and we barely made it to the reservation on time. We paid a very high price for a mediocre Fallsview room, followed by a set-menu dinner for two adults and two small children, with no alcohol. Unfortunately, the meal was underwhelming and did not justify the cost. Given the delays, lack of flexibility, and inflated pricing, I would not recommend staying here on New Year’s Eve, which is unfortunate considering how much we have enjoyed this hotel in the past.
- 4/5
The stay with the family was nice. Struggled with parking and had to park at the overpriced valet. Breakfast wait time was unexpected. Good in general.
- 1/5
At approximately 8:45 a.m., I was then woken up by loud screaming and children yelling in the hallway, which lasted for about 30 minutes. While I understand that noise from other guests may not always be the hotel’s fault, the lack of response made it difficult to rest. What was most disappointing was my interaction with the front desk staff. I was spoken to rudely and made to feel dismissed when I raised my concerns. I was even told that I was essentially “screwed,” which is completely unprofessional and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Overall, this experience fell far below expectations, particularly in terms of comfort, service, and staff professionalism.

- 3/5
The room was clean and updated. However, the wind was howling through the window because the window seal was broken and insufficient. The breeze cooled off the room, and the wind whistled through the window all night, preventing us from getting a good night's sleep. Front desk service was good.
- 5/5
Also was nice that the parking garage is connected to the hotel, you can stay inside and still find lots to do if the weather isn’t great. Close to the falls, and all the good restaurants and attractions in the area. Definitely staying again.
- 2/5
Check in terminal didn't work, check in and room was HOT! Call down and they sent up a technician and a fan. Go to dinner, come baxk and room still unbearable. Have to switch rooms, no one sent to help with bags. New room still warm. Gave up. Not what you expect from paying $$$ for hotel.

- 5/5
Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. Location at the bottom of Clifton Hill is wonderful. Hotel is linked inside to shops, activities, and restaurants, which means you don’t have to walk outside in bad weather to have something to do.
- 3/5
There is room for improvement in the professionalism of the hotel staff. They are not rude but at the same time they are not engaging, welcoming or friendly what I found.
- 5/5
Clean room, good service at check in, nice location
- 5/5
a room facing the falls with a Juliette balcony which was amazing.
- 5/5
Menu premium - great service - beautiful view
- 4/5
Our second visit featured a beautiful falls view from a clean, spacious room on the 18th floor. However, we encountered two service issues that need attention. First, the mini-fridge was malfunctioning (it was too cold, resulting in exploded drinks). Second, the front desk seems disconnected from restaurant operations, as they sold us buffet tickets for a service that was unavailable. Despite these minor hiccups, we value the location and views enough that we would likely stay at the Sheraton again if we return to the area.
- 5/5
Good for family.clean room and great view
- 5/5
View of the falls was great from the room. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very curious.
- 5/5
Had an amazing time the rooms were modern and clean. The views of Niagra Falls was amazing especially at night. Overall great hotel and the location even better.
- 4/5
We had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay overall. The room was lovely, and we especially appreciated the beautiful view and the breakfast buffet. The only drawbacks were that the hallways could be quite noisy at times (which is more on the guests themselves than the hotel) and the beds weren’t properly made when we arrived. A bit more attention to the smaller details would have made an already great stay even better.

Location, location, location, best part of this hotel. besides that the service at the front desk exceptional highly recommended
- 3/5
Breakfast is too expensive with unlimited choice
- 5/5
The hotel is quiet, clean and in a great location. If you stay here, check in, drop your luggage and then park due to the walk.
- 2/5
The hotel is large enough to split families/ singles up: floors 1-12 with kids. And adults without kids 13+ floors. Buffets pasta bar was laughable. And charging for a window seat when we didn’t reserve one. Not impressive at all.
- 5/5
Everything was clean and within reach such as restaurants, shopping and more.

- 4/5
Overall good 2 night stay but parking was $56 a night which is crazy and I didn’t find out until after we checked out when they sent me the bill.
- 3/5
My suggestion is that please do something with the ventilation with rooms with no view and maybe offer something for our inconvenience instead of charging more. Our health is at risk, and for the price it should be immaculate. Buffet was over priced and not very plentiful. Some items were dried out, not enough variety especially for children, and lacking. Ive stayed at the sheraton multiple times over the past 17 years, and this is the first time its left a distaste for wanting to return. We had 13 in our group, a mini family getaway, it was expensive which i get, but i dont agree with the over priced expenses.

I did not like that hotel charge parking fee per night. I thought it was a one time fee that’s charge per your stay. They charge a parking fee for every night you stay.

When I asked the front desk about switching rooms, I was surprised to learn they were already aware of the problem. I was told that all one-queen rooms (about 40 of them) have the same issue and the only way around it would be to upgrade to a different room type, which wasn’t possible since my stay was company-paid. It would be helpful if the hotel and Hotels.com clearly mentioned this in the room description so guests can avoid it if they’re sensitive to noise. I bought earplugs, which helped slightly, but after four nights I still averaged only 4–5 hours of sleep. That part of the stay was rough. Outside of the noise problem, the hotel itself is solid — good amenities, a vibrant lobby, and a small but decent gym. The staff were polite enough, but they didn’t seem particularly motivated to help given the situation. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the one-queen rooms need a clear warning or a fix.
- 3/5
There was no breakfast. Parking was $169 which we were unaware of when booking.
- 5/5
The location was perfect. Very nice staff.
- 3/5
With the exception of the man who checked us in, the staff were all wonderful. However, there were many disappointments for us at this hotel. We had reserved a falls view room with a balcony, fireplace, and sofa two months before our stay. Two weeks prior to our stay, i called to confirm the details and was assured everything was in order. Upon arrival, the man who checked us in was rude and unhelpful. Everything online stated that self parking was $35 to $45 per day, he wanted to charge us $50. There was no sofa in the room when we arrived, and upon calling the desk was told that there was a previously unknown $25 fee to "hold" a room with one, and there were no rooms with a sofa available during our stay. The "balcony" was a section of window that opened and had a railing that extended approximately 4 inches out from the opening. The fireplace looked nice, but only blew cold air into the room. We were tired, so decided to go to the hotel's buffett restaurant for dinner. There was nothing that stated the cost, and that dinner ended up being $70 each! For reheated frozen foods, some of which was burnt! Several people in the elevator stated the same thing after leaving. We visited the casino, went back to the room and went to bed. We were awoken in the morning by the fire alarms going off. This lasted several minutes, with an announcement finally being made to stay in your room and that the alarm was being "looked into". At least the view of the falls was spectacular.

- 4/5
The property was good. My only complaint is that the TV did not work in our room the entire time. We could not watch the news to see how the weather was going to be for our daily outings.
- 2/5
Room couldn’t be controlled by thermostat. They said they would change rooms but we had adjoining rooms rooms with a toddler who was sleeping so that was out of the question. Gave us two fans worked well other than try sleeping with two fans of you are not used to the noise. Woke up next morning to no hot water. Gave us a discount but still

The room was clean the housekeeping staff work very hard to keep it that way. The club lounge was disappointing, little things were missing ie ice to place the yoghurt in to keep it fresh, I saw the same yoghurt cups out 3 days in a row. It would have been nice to be told that the weekends don’t have hot foods at breakfast. I wouldn’t of spent the money to book it if I’d known.

The air conditioning unit did not work when we try to use the fan. The room was hot all 3 days we were there. The tv flickered on and off when trying to watch tv and it happened with half the available shows. There towels had stains on what were supposed to be clean.

I booked two rooms (262 and 263), for two nights. We have 3 Adults in total (you can tell from expedia as I booked there) and we only have 1 car as I told your people when I checked in. In your bill, I was charged additional occupancy on one of my room (262), for two days. Furthermore, 263 was charged for 45 dollars parking fee for two days, which is correct, but 262 was also charged for 45 dollars parking fee on the second day, which is extra. I talked to the people in the lobby and they had canceled the extra "additional occupancy" and "parking fee". Per my request, the manager canceled 1 day of my parking fee as the compensation, which is just OK. To be honest, I am not satisfied with this compensation but I don't want to make the people working in the lobby awkward so I just let it go. I am a bit angry to Sheraton Fallsview this time. How can you made so many mistakes in one single bill? So you assume all 3 adults living in one room and leave another one empty? So you can charge additional occupancy fee? (staff claimed that that is what was they received from Expedia, not their fault). And for parking, it is strange as it is only charge additional on the second day! I really don't want to assume it is intended but I cannot convince myself! I live here last year as well, and I never checked my bills carefully before as I trust Sheraton. The billing system is chaotic to be honest! A bit disappointed. Cannot imagine how many other customers who doesn't check bills carefully!!

We had a wonderful day and loved the view from the pool deck to watch the light show on the falls.
- 5/5
Room was very clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel is located within walking distance of all attractions.
- 5/5
The stay was impeccable! The friendly staff, the view, the powerful shower, the speedy elevators, the clean environment, the ease of check in and out, the support in finding alternate transportation when our first ride didnt show... absolutely amazing!! Kudos!
- 5/5
The hotel staff is so kind.
- 3/5
Decent needs updates and better cleaning.
- 1/5
Empty hair conditioner, hair in the room, smelt like wet feel. Door locked us out and we had to wait for 30 mins out for the security to come up and open it. Only brewed coffee offered, only one person in the omelet egg station, had to wait for the breakfast and the options were very limited for a four star hotel. staff looked tired and we felt sorry for them, it reflects management rather than the staff. Long line of people complaining with non of them being happy or satisfied with the response. No compensations according to a lot. Just terrible really. Last time to use this facility and will highly and actively not recommend this place to family friend colleagues and social media followers and reviews.
- 5/5
Great view and friendly staff. Very enjoyable!
- 5/5
The view was amazing.
- 4/5
Nice place
- 4/5
I didn't good to the bar, but i was disappointed that I was asked to leave pool area as they don't allow outside food even though the food within the hotel premises. This left a bad impression
- 4/5
Overall my stay was great! We had wonderful time in Niagara falls. Only reason I didnt give full stars is the first day for our free breakfast the waitress we had was an older woman who didn't interact with us at all. We got sat by a friendly young lady, but once we were at the table no one came to see us. My friend had to get up and ask for coffee and when she got brought the coffee she had to go searching for cream and sugar. And when we were finishing the waitress brought over the receipt and we were getting ready to leave and she basically told us we had to leave her a tip. My friend was upset and told her if we received good service she would have gotten one and we left. The other 3 days we had different people and they were great! The other issue is when we were checking in, the guy that checked me in, told me that self parking was 40$ a day... when I checked out and got the bill parking was 45$ a day plus tax! Not to mention, the deposit on my room was almost 1000$ so my credit card not only got charged right away for an almost 2000$ stay I got charged 3000$ which was my whole credit card limit. 😅
- 5/5
Great staff!!!!
- 5/5
Great location. Beautiful view and easily accessible. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
This hotel was clean and close to everything. The only thing was the WiFi connection on the television was poor.
- 4/5
Great place. Was a bit disappointed when I found out we had to pay $40 day parking. The buffet didn’t have much variety either. We got there 40 mins before ending and there was no lo get any bacon and they were not going to bring out any more either. However the service was very good, hotel was clean. The gym was great. Kids really enjoyed the pool as well.

Beautiful view, amazing hotel
- 3/5
All staff were friendly. Everything is at a walking distance. The breakfast is good, for dinner not many options.
- 4/5
Hotel had a great view of the falls
- 2/5
On our second night, we discovered a roach in our room. Housekeeping retrieved it promptly, but management informed us there were no comparable rooms available that evening to move us to. I expected a follow-up the next morning, yet no one contacted us until I reached out around noon. When I finally heard back, we were told we had to move to another floor so pest control could inspect the room. The move was presented as mandatory, not optional, and still no compensation or goodwill gesture was offered for the inconvenience. The new room was fine, but the lack of proactive communication or service recovery really undermined the stay. Even a simple apology or waived resort fee would have shown accountability and genuine hospitality. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t reflect the 10/10 service standard Sheraton Fallsview promotes. I hope management and Marriott corporate review this feedback seriously; guests deserve quicker resolution and better follow-through when something goes wrong.

Hotel was nice. Our room sucked. Our city view was mostly rooftop of another building. I was disappointed
- 4/5
The room overall was decent we had a side city view but could still see Niagara Falls, which was nice. The cleanliness could be improved a bit, but aside from that, we had a great stay!
- 5/5
Amazing view from our room
- 5/5
Amazing
- 4/5
Enjoyed my stay

Never had any worse experience than this. The room is like a you are entering a jail. No window but just a wall. Dark and moldy. Shame on you Expedia that you mislead customers with your wrong information on your website.
- 5/5
I liked everything except finding the non valet parking garage
- 5/5
Great location! Fireworks from the pool with sparkling wine and charcuterie board well worth the price!
- 5/5
Friendly and lovely staff and hotel
- 3/5
The water view room is different from the pictures shown. Parking is painful and more expensive than the price outside.
- 5/5
Great location! Loved the view from our balcony and enjoyed the fireworks at night.
- 5/5
Spa was amazing, staff very helpful and polite. 22nd floor view was beautiful
- 5/5
Clean, spacious room
- 4/5
Everything good and convenient 👍

The staff at the front desk not too clea welcoming
- 4/5
Too commercialized and noisy. Rooms dated. Staff nice.
- 4/5
Location was perfect.

To noisy, but wonderful room

I reserved the most expensive falls view room and got a room in a mid floor and the trees blocked the view. When asked for a different room I was advised that there are no other rooms. The air condition was very noisy and a technician couldn’t fix it after several visits. We had to wait in the room until it wasn’t resolved, and sleep with a loud AC noise all night. My wife was offered breakfast discount coupons by the concierge so she took it in case we’ll decide to have breakfast, but they automatically charged us $128 in advance without letting us know. In the morning when I went down to the front desk to reverse those charges they did it and offered me to cover the parking cost for the AC noise inconvenience, however they charged me for the parking twice and we had to reverse this as well. Lastly, when I was taking the first trip to the car with our luggage I told the maid that was in the hall that we will need another half an hour to clear the room (it was 2 hours before checkout time) and she said I should hurry up if possibly because they are very busy this morning. We had 2 adjacent rooms so she asked if we can maybe move our stuff to one of the rooms so she can start cleaning the other… the nerve on this maid. Oh, one more thing, some of us went to get some breakfast after all and the waitress had very dirty fingernails, which was quite disgusting, so in overall an awful experience and I will probably never return there.

The room was spacious, clean and had an awesome view of the falls and the nightly fireworks
- 5/5
Definitely coming back

I stayed for 3 nights and I did not receive any cleaning some mold visible in the shower, beds comfortable great location staff were nice except for a lady at the concierge desk the day of my check out.

Amazing hotel would stay here again

WE found Hard Rock store
- 5/5
Great place to stay. We had a great view.
- 5/5
Great place. However, expensive.
- 5/5
Loved our room overlooking the falls. So nice to watch the fire and see the fall. All lit up at night! Would highly recommend staying here.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. We were able to see Niagara Falls while having breakfast. It was a good time.
- 5/5
Friendly, helpful, and professional! 😉
- 4/5
I would recommend calling the property or being specific about what view you are requesting. Also be aware of all the extra fees and taxes. All in all, a good stay.
- 4/5
I didn't like the balcony because it was too narrow and useless. We paid extra because we thought the room was bigger and having a balcony, but we got totally disappointed. The view was amazing. Sofa bed was not comfortable.
- 4/5
A hotel of this quality should not have these issues.
- 5/5
The hotel is beautiful, close to everything: Rainbow bridge is 5' walk, the Ferris wheel, the cruise boat, the falls (all three of them) Room was spacious with exceptional view of the falls, the fireworks, the street. Couldn't be happier. Concierge went above and beyond to help us book a transportation. The buffet with breathtaking view as well. Love every minute of my stay. Thank you.
- 5/5
Was an excellent location and very professional staff.
- 5/5
Amazing location
- 5/5
Overall good experience. All the staff are polite and competent and the rooms are well mantained. The Sheraton is also ideally located next to many of the attractions.
- 5/5
The hotel was in a great location for all the sights we wanted to see. It was close to restaurants and the boat tours. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. We had a nice view of the American falls. The wait time for elevators was a little long when it was busy- just something to note for timing.
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
Beautiful room with Falls view
- 5/5
Great Location, lovely staff.
- 4/5
Overall, I would give my stay of 4 to 5. What would optimize my review is the room service I needed it a couple of times once for breakfast they didn’t read the notes. The order was not correct and it was cold and then the same thing happened for dinner service - the food was cold and made from frozen in some cases and again they did not read the notes when I asked for a couple of extra things. It’s too bad. The rating for the room service would be two out of five highly suggest using valet you do have In-N-Out privileges, which is wonderful if you need to go run an errand and the folks there the team there are fantastic. Kudos to everybody else at the property.

Excellent stay.

Very good services.

Stayed for 3nights and had great time. Great location, good staff and clean room. They clean my room everyday which for me is great.
- 5/5
The perfect place to stay
- 5/5
Great location! My only criticism is that our room didn't get done 1 day, after we asked for it...but otherwise so great! The beds were dup er comfortable
- 5/5
Everything was good … Thanks 🙏
- 4/5
We enjoyed our honeymoon in Niagara Falls. The views were incredible. The water pressure was great. Although, at checkout, we found the final invoice quite confusing to understand what was being charged.
- 5/5
I had an amazing experience here in this hotel, they upgraded me to the best view ever. I will definitely come back and will book with this hotel
- 5/5
Beautiful view from our room! We could see fireworks from our balcony every night. Parking was just next block. Activities were affordable and easy to access.souvenirs were pricey though. But Beatiful place, with great Falls that light up at night and fireworks at 10pm. Good entertaiment. We had an amazing experience and a wonderful time.
- 4/5
I would not recommend their buffet, although I read great reviews it’s over priced and the food was not good at all. We paid $80+ for 2 adults and I barely had a few bites of my egg. Nothing was fresh. We went around 10am. Other than that, we loved everything else about our stay and would recommend it!
- 4/5
Overall the room was fine, we asked for the higher floors as it was our 10 yr Anniversary and stayed 2 nights.
- 3/5
Clean and nice
- 5/5
The hotel was okay. Quiet and in a good location. Great breakfast. Overall, I recommend it.
- 5/5
Lovely view of the Falls. Hotel price is very reasonable.
- 5/5
The rooms were beautiful and very clean! The staff and service were great also. It was worth the money for one night for a beautiful view of the falls and fireworks through the small balcony from the comfort of our own room!
- 5/5
We only stayed one night but the hotel had a lot to do and it is in the middle of everything.
- 5/5
Easy checkin, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, wonderful view!
- 5/5
We had a great time seeing The Falls. My wife loved the boat ride and the behind the falls tour. Our room had a perfect view of both falls. We enjoyed when they were lit at night and could see the fireworks over the Horseshoe. Highly recommend this hotel when going here. It’s a Classic!
- 5/5
We can not wait to come back. The location is perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Everything was just perfect.
- 5/5

Staff members were great

The hotel charged me for parking even though we arrived by train / tax ito Nagara Falls and i stated this at check-in. After several emails they are blanking me and there has been no refund yet. Terrible service and ending to a great stay.
- 5/5
Everything is all around you at the Sheraton
- 5/5
The room was clean and so was the property. The view of the Falls from the rooms are beautiful. I will be staying again!

My first time at a Sheraton but definitely not my last. From the moment I was welcomed from the Valet team to the concierge and the check in process. Room was beyond my expectations and clean. The staff went above and beyond to make sure there was I needed or could make my stay any better. A truly absolute gem of a place. I strongly recommend it and plan on staying with Sheraton in the future

Clean and best view

I booked a city-view room but was given a room facing the casino building. I chose the room based on the photos in your listing. I reported this to staff but was not moved to a different room.

⸻ Our recent stay at this Sheraton was very disappointing and far below expectations, especially given the occasion we were celebrating. From the moment we entered our room, we noticed a strong moldy smell. The bathroom had visible mold along the shower walls, and every time we used the shower, not only did water leak all over the floor, but there was also a leak coming from the ceiling. We decided to order room service, but unfortunately that experience was just as poor. The nachos we received were cold, looked like they had been microwaved with old cheese, and were barely edible. This stay was meant to be special for us, as it marked our 1-year wedding anniversary. We specifically chose this Sheraton to remain loyal to the brand since we had stayed here on our wedding night. Sadly, the quality and service this time were far from what we had expected, and it left us feeling very disappointed. This experience has made us reconsider staying with Sheraton in the future, which is unfortunate given how meaningful this location was to us.
- 2/5
Staff made many amateurish mistakes regarding my Bonvoy service, running us around to the desk numerous times.

Exilant
- 5/5
The hotel was fabulous. Staff were amazing. It was so close to everything and we had a wonderful view of the falls from our hotel room. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone that’s going to visit there and I will definitely be back. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Oh and the valet parking guys Tony and Norman were amazing people too. Friendly and had my car to me in less than 10 minutes. Thx Tony

Beautiful hotel, great location
- 5/5
Clean room. Great views. Friendly staff
- 5/5
Everything was well worth the price, especially the views from our room overlooking the falls. We watched the fireworks from the comforters of our room the first night and it was breathtaking! The staff are friendly and welcoming. All the entertainment was within walking distance with more than enough to do for every age group. Our favorite, besides the falls, was the Skylon rotating restaurant. We were also able to walk from our hotel across the Rainbow Bridge to the U.S. side of the Falls with no issues, just don’t forget your passport.
