Very comfortable bed and pillows. Shower is clean and good water pressure. Staff at the front desk was always available. I asked for a paper cup (as there were none in the room) and got 4 immediately. The walls and ceiling are not well sound insulated. We could hear people above as if they were in our room. I used ear plugs at night. There were 2 TVs in the room. One did not work and we could not change channels in the other one as the remote control did not work.

The rooms are cleaned very well. Everything is really comfortable. Although near the main street, the location is really quiet at night. The owner is really professional and friendly, also he is very helpful

Free parking, location was good and had decent wifi. Beds were uncomfortable and room was dirty. Floors and walls covered with grime. No tv remote. Several things like drawers handles were broken.

Great attention from the staff. They stored my luggage before my check-in and after my check-out. They were very attentive and always trying to help me with my needs. Very good people.

The parking and you can check in early! The Heater is not working properly. And Towels should put how many people are checkin in. So we dont have to ask.

Staff were friendly, room was clean and it was a short walk away from Clifton Hill and the falls. Would stay again if in the area The rooms could do with a renovation as dated and the WIFI isn't great but otherwise all good
