The location was great I was only a 9-10 minute ride from everything we wanted to do. It’s a great location without being congested and or too busy. I had a hard time finding something to drink without going into the restaurant.

Good location away from the busy tourist area of the Falls. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff is very friendly and they welcome my dog! This was our second time staying here as it’s very convenient and I can check in and out on line. No issues and very clean!

Heating was very slow. Took 5-6 hours for the room to get warm enough. In the morning there was no hot water so we weren’t able to shower properly. We tried calling the reception to mention those concerns but the room phone had no line. During the checkout we did mention it the lady who was at the reception but nothing was done at that moment.

Breakfast at restaurant with no heat, it was freezing to eat breakfast. Totally unacceptable !!!

It wasn't a clear check in/check out process. We were asked to check in early but then at the front desk, they ended up charging for parking again. It wasn't very welcoming upon entering the hotel. The room was nice, it seemed for breakfast it was a discount offered. Not necessarily breakfast included. If we weren't overcharged and front desk was a bit more welcoming I'd feel better about coming back.

Also, the hotel had a mild mildew smell, very visible signs of wear and tear. Again, slightly expect with price of hotel but was not expecting hidden fees.

We booked a room with a fire place and balcony. When we arrived the room had neither. Upon talking to staff, told the property never had that type of room. I pulled up the website where I saw it - they blamed it on hotels.com...stating different sites have different descriptions. (False Advertising). We left the property, received a full refund. Later told (by locals) good we left - police at that property ALL the time - it's now used for homeless people. Terrible!!!!

First off I booked a room on the ground level and when we checked in, they moved us to the forth floor without even knowing if either one of us had trouble walking. Then the room they put us in was SO noisy from the constant traffic on the highway! It was as though there was no insulation around the air conditioners. Very disappointing... we checked out earlier than planed and will never go back!

Everything was great but there was a smell in the corridors and the rooms. I wish they can use some air freshener everywhere to make the ambiance more appealing

Very dark and outdated rooms

Extra parking fee $20 per night per room was another extra fee which we thought would be included per room. We had 3 cars for 2 nights, so that’s easily a dinner out !! Too many fees everywhere in Niagara Falls now including resort fees ?? Like it’s not a hot beach in the south or anything !! lol Only one small swimming pool in use was available, for the children to take a quick dip ! Hot Tub would have been nice to use as it’s no longer in use. Front door security guard all through the night was very kind, and helpful around the grounds. Niagara Falls is a wild place at night, so we did appreciate that assurance. Staff was wonderful helping us with whatever we needed including an extra cot for the teenagers! Thank you again ! Ps. Be mindful off all the extra fees at checkout.

Clean room

We had black mold in our room, we found it took pictures had the maintence come to the room to fix it, he knew exactly where it was and only offered to "glue it back on the wall". My 70 year old grandma was so sick after the second night in the room she couldn't enjoy the day to go see Niagara falls. The manager has yet to get back to us and has been hiding from us ever since. Never offered anythint for the horrible stay not even a sorry. Will never stay here again.

The next morning we dined at the hotel's breakfast restaurant. Big mistake... we were in a rush and the meals took 30 minutes to prepare and the 2 omelets were made with canned mushrooms and lunch meat ham. The potatoes were bland and the toast was soggy. Not worth $21 plus tax each.

The service was good; the rooms were clean and done every day. Very comfortable beds, nice room with a small fridge. The breakfast is not included, so calculate about 50$ extra per day for two. Don’t drink the coffee in the room, it’s awful. It’s very noisy because of the adjacent busy road. Parking costs extra although the hotel is in the outskirts of Niagara. We shared a car with another couple who decided to take another hotel where parking was free. Altogether affordable, friendly and clean.

had a bad experience at this hotel. When I checked in, they gave me the wrong room key, and there was already another guest in that room. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I hope the management improves their check-in process.”

Nice clean place

Thr room is very clean and comfortable. I like there is a steak house just beside the hotel, it is very good.

There was a group of people who partied until 330am and no one did anything about it.

We used this hotel due to late night afrivak. Che k in was efficient and rooms were in good condition. Would recommend this hotel

When checking in a lady that was heavily on drugs was pacing the lobby. Trying to get a room the staff politely turned her away. Later that evening we realized more people using drugs outside and walking outside the property. We were a little uncomfortable with that. But we understand that it’s a problem you have minimum control over. That would be my only concern when rebooking just for safety purposes.

We were in Niagara for the Barrelman triathlon. Hotel was centrally located. Good spot. The only complaint I have is the room did have an odor to it when we first arrived. I had some spray so that helped.

The ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. 5 stars to them!! The breakfast was great and the steakhouse next door was very nice to have so close, with great meals.

1. Lighting in the rooms is very limited and there are table lamps which come to rescue and not the ceiling lights. Its surprising that in the queen suite there were only 2 night lamps and nothing extra. Same thing in the living area which only has 2 table lamps and a small light over microwave. It feels like there is too much cost cutting on good lighting which is a core part of the stay. You need to improve on this please. 2. Drinking water is being charged for 3 bucks extra which is only 500 ml which is not acceptable. After booking a stay of almost 200 dollars water is charged extra and no filling station available. 3. There is a coupon provided for breakfast with 15 percent off. However for a breakfast setup the items are quite expensive ($22 CAD omlette, same prices continue for french toast omlette and tradition breakfast) coffee is not included and which is additional $4CAD. one might feel thats its too expensive and that's why most people would prefer having it outside. Rooms were preety good apart from lighting setup and until you get used to it. Bathroom accessories were very nice and everything was provided. Overall you will like the view from the rooms and are spacious if you are booking a suite, not sure about other rooms. But might reconsider booking next time due to some of these factors which I personally didnt l

housekeeping didnt leave the clean towels next day. i was stucked in elevator for more than 25 minutes. no apologise

Mattress were better than most but still not great. While they added a deposit, some tourist location fees, and parking (less than others in the area) at check-in; the overall price was reasonable and facility and room quality made up for this minor inconvenience -- and I was aware of this before booking because I read all the fine pront.

Charged for parking, had a Starbucks inside but never open, and the prices were never the same. Only has 1 pool to use, half the plugs in the rooms dont work. Definitely worth paying a bit more elsewhere and get a better experience. Wont be going back.

I. The morning we needed ice and the Front desk said to go to floor 4. So got there and said to go to floor 6. The bathroom was dusty - just. Oops tell had t been cleaned well in a while.

This hotel is very nice and the beds are comfortable and the bathroon is spacious. We love the separate suite. Definitely staying there again.

The room lacked a table and a lamp in the sitting area. So you had two chairs and no where to put a drink and no light to read by. The shower was impossible to turn on. The room size was impressive.

2. When its a suite, like we’re staying for 7 days. perhaps dont put a smallest fridge like a college kid would own in his dorm room.

I stayed at Ramada Plaza for a few nights and I want to especially mention Sherjeel for his outstanding service. He was professional, approachable, and always went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. His polite manner and genuine care made my stay memorable. Staff like Sherjeel truly set a high standard for customer service, and I really appreciate all his efforts.

They charge a resort fee when the pool is under renovation. You pay for something you can not use.

Beware of extra charges , resorts fee 20.00 , parking 20.00 my 20 lb cockapoo 40.00 plus 89.00 a night 169.00 CAD definitely not worth it , Resort fee ? Outdoor pool closed , half the hotel under renovation Lundys lane / QEW paid another 10.00 for parking near the falls , to far to walk with my dog , 89.00 a night definitely worth it , not 169.00 got ripped off , thanks Mike Brampton Ontario Canada 🍁

I liked that this property provides cribs . I wish the refrigerator in the room was stronger or that it had a freezer setting because it was not able to freeze the ice packs I needed for my child.

Parking is so convenient. But it is far from the waterfall

I was taken aback paying $20 to park my motorcycle, all ontop of the quoted Expedia price...

My husband stayed at this property for a couple of days during a work project. He was thoroughly impressed with how clean and nice the rooms were and how easy check-in was and check out. We were able to add days conveniently and easy. We were sent direct messages from Ramada about check-in to be able to check in from our phones ahead of time to let us know about anything. Every interaction with staff was amazing. They’re so friendly and kind would absolutely stay here again. Enjoy enjoying the week days of the summer amazingly price for what you got.

There is an amazing restaurant wild fire steak and seafood right next door reasonable prices and great food. The hotel has a restaurant that offers breakfast generous portions and good food. Overall good experience

The pool was small and water temperature cold. The tiles around pool were slippery. I also wished they had a jacuzzi. Looks like they used to have one. Late night going to parking lot saw and smelled some people smoking drugs at the entrance.

First time at this hotel usually stay closer to Clifton hill. Was pretty unsure how the hotel was but I have to say the customer service at this hotel amazing explained everything always there if we needed something. The rooms pretty clean and no smell. I definitely will be coming back for sure.

I stayed at this property for 2 nights. The room I had was very spacious and nice. Quiet at night but still very close to the places I was needing to go. The shower head wasn’t the greatest and not much water pressure but other than that everything else was good. It was a bit dated but clean and staff were very welcoming when we checked in. I would stay at this hotel again for sure.

All charges should be upfront prior to booking not at the hotel, Vouchers for meals also should be explained properly. There is a Starbuck kiosk that opens at 8am and closes at 11am; Breakfast opens at 8 to 11am as well? Does it make any sense?

However, I was surprised by some of the extra charges. There was a $19.95 resort fee (plus tax) per day, which felt unnecessary for a regular hotel with no available outdoor pool. In fact, I only found out on the day of checkout—via email—that the outdoor pool was closed for renovations. It would’ve been helpful to know that in advance, especially since pool access is typically part of what justifies a “resort” fee. To add to the confusion, the hotel policies also included a 4.8% per day “Digital Marketing Fee (DMF),” which was never clearly explained. I’m not sure why guests are expected to pay for a hotel’s marketing expenses. In short: while the room was clean and the service was good, the added fees felt excessive and not well-justified based on the amenities provided.

There is no breakfast included at this hotel, we went to Ihop at the hotel over and paid 100$ - knowing this I would have spent more on a hotel with a breakfast to be closer to the falls. There aren’t “many attractions” close to the hotel and felt that the 20$ parking fee was excessive. I would stay here again.

The hotel is very upscale. Very clean and recently renovated. Our suite was very spacious and clean. Well laid out. We loved the ensuite with a couch and extra tv. Definitely stay there again.
