Absolutely nothing, couldn't use the bathroom, couldn't shower. No.hot water, nothing was clean at all... Bed was 30 years old stiff as a bored springs poking in the back, one wash cloth for 4 people.. trash was not emptied from previous tenant.. toilet and shower had not been cleaned in years.. toilet paper was almost gone when we arrived and nobody at the desk to get us more.. on top of the toilet paper being so thin that it dissolved in your hand. None of the outlets worked at all. Looked and felt like a ghetto flop house.. worst stay I've had in my life and we vacation at least once a month.

It was OK but I cannot have stay with your family. We went with a friend so that’s how we managed but for family it is not suitable.

Where it's situated is great. The price was awesome. The staff were very nice and friendly. The interior of the room needed a lot of work. The exterior had quite a bit of clutter and didn't look inviting.

There was a smell of cigarette smoke upon entry of the room and the bed sheets, pillow look unclean and used. The Sofa look too used. Although, I pay $130 for two nights (December) Weekday, so you get what you pay for. If you want quality you have to pay more. It’s so-so hotel if you want sometime off to look around and if you have an extreme budget, the rainbow hotel is good for one night stay max.

Furniture and fixtures were old and worn. Ceiling smoke detector was missing its battery. Despite this, the room was clean and relatively quiet. About what you would expect from a budget 2-star accomodation.

I have stayed here multiple times with no issues… Room is clean nothing fancy… Staff is amazing always willing to help… It’s my number one choice for overnight in Niagara Falls… It’s within walking distance to the casino and many restaurants…

This was a horrible experience, once I saw the cleanliness of the check-in area I should have requested a refund and left. The first room I was given had animal feces right on the bed. The second room was caked in dust and particle bits of I don't know behind and beneath every piece of furniture. There was no central heat, only a fireplace which I was scared to use based on the cleanliness of the rest of the room and a dirty old wall air conditioner. The hot tub and taps in the bathroom were extremely loose and the water took a long time to heat up. The parking was not free nor was there a lot of space for parking and there was no coffee maker in the room.

Cleanliness and amenities need a lot to improve.

Shower curtain in bathroom had mold on it Was broght a used garbage can for anice bucket and plastic insert for ice bucket had mold on it. Towels in bathroom were dirty.

I booked two rooms and both rooms had alot of dirty around the covers and towels look clean but everything else not clean and both rooms smell cigarettes not there again.

I wish I could submit few picture! Old and dirty!! Seems this place runs by family member, the guy who was in the office was rude and careless and wouldn’t respond to me but the next morning the lady with a gray hair was in the office and was nice. Oh by the way office was full of junk and unorganized The room has a bad Oder and the mirror and tub was dirty parking fee was $15 ! But Why???

Pool was very clean and clear

Worst experience in my whole life. Feared for my life staying here. Blood stains in the sheets, clogged toilet, dirty carpets, broken AC unit. The place should be shut down.

Lobby was a mess. We climbed 3 flights of stairs to our room, only to find an ashtray full of cigarette butts outside our door. Room was ok, but all we could hear was the next door Tim Hortons drive thru taking orders all night. There was junkies shooting up near the parking lot.

Good location, affordable prices, nice stuff, but cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired... Also, if you stay in closest to Tim Hortons apartment you will be forced to constantly listen to negotiations about ordering food from their Drive Through

No charging outlets

Some of the staff were friendly enough, but they didn’t come in and make your bed or tidy up the room. They basically replaced your towels and emptied the one tiny little garbage can that they provided. They didn’t remove other garbage that wasn’t able to fit into that garbage can. Also, there were several things in the room that should be repaired, i.e. Bathroom fan did not work and it was stuffed with insulation and cobwebs; bathroom sink would not drain the way it should so it was always up to me to clean the sink; TV was a struggle because it kept losing its signal so you had to get up and change the TV back to HDMI. Limited viewing, limited viewable channels, most channels needed subscription or were French; bedspreads were old and looked dirty upon arrival; chairs also looked very used and somewhat dirty; there were cobwebs in the corners of the room; the insulation of the wall air conditioner was in need of maintenance; the door to the room did not fit properly and you could see light coming into the room from outside; the two chairs sitting area outside of the room was a wasp heaven, we reported the issue because we couldn’t enjoy sitting there for long because wasps were constantly swarming, and it looked like someone had plugged the crack that they wanted to go into with a tissue. No one came to check or fix this matter before we left; we were unable to open our window in the room to get fresh air, the crank to open the window was broken. The room was very dated.

First we got a room that was a pig stye.ripped curtains our door trimfell off soon as opened the door shower head leaked and some dont have cabl tv or anything and no microwaves in rooms. I will never go back there again. Had to pay extra for parking while there. No security, no protection of vehicles as the owner allows people to hit other vehicles and leave without informing the customers nor the police.

Amazing mid century property, the beezeways were clean and the staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean.

Unfortunately, my stay at this guesthouse was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. I cannot believe how this place is still in operation. The in-room jacuzzi was filthy — full of grime and soap scum from previous guests. It was clearly never cleaned and was completely unusable. The towels were old, worn-out, and did not seem freshly laundered. The blankets were disgusting — visibly dirty, extremely old, and covered in hair from past guests. It was revolting. There was no trash can in the room. The microwave, which was located in a shared public area outside the room, was so dirty and grimy that it was completely unusable. The same goes for the ice machine — communal, poorly maintained, and extremely unhygienic. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were in the same awful condition: murky water, visible dirt, and buildup everywhere. I couldn’t even consider getting in — it made me feel sick just looking at it.

Aging property but fun. Pool was really nice and clean. Nice spot for a quick getaway.

I was told to cancel booking for refund and charged for four days It took me four days to process claim for refund from expedia. I have been notified that my initial payment will be refunded.

Was walkable to Clifton hills 15 min walk on left or east side of the Skylon Tower.

He then proceeds to charge me for four nights and told me to get refund from expedia. Cancelation option for me at check in was not an option. I complained to expedia and have yet to hear from them.

Staff should be helpful

If you want a room that's not fussy, cheap and comfortable, for me it meets all the requirements for a decent stay. There is a nice pool, many restaurants in the area. If you don't have a car it's convenient for Niagara transit.

The room was in disrepair

It was a nice place to stay for a day or 2. Good to rest. Pool like nice. Rooms could use a bit or a reno but for the price it was perfect. Would go again.

Around 2 AM, I woke up to the sound of water droplets hitting the foot of my bed and the floor beside my bed. The ceiling was leaking, and the leak was spreading along the ceiling as the water kept falling from different spots. Good thing my bag and laptop were not beside my bed because they would have been ruined. I do not think this was an isolated incident as the ceiling was discolored, so it has probably happened before, and we were told that the upper units have jacuzzis, so if water gets on the floor of those units, it is likely to happen again. We were allowed to move to the room next door due to the leak, so we made several trips hauling our belongings into the new room at 2 AM and were unable to fall asleep for a while because the new room was hot and we had to wait for the A/C to cool it down. Immediately upon walking into the bathroom of the new room, I noticed hair on the "clean" bath towels and a dirty floor. We could not find any outlets except for maybe one, and the power strip USB port did not work. This motel was USD $178.53 (CA $202.16) per night, so I had higher hopes for the quality, but when I went to the front office to check out in the morning, they kept insisting that I got a deal on the price due to booking early and everyone else was paying much more (crazy that it's that expensive to begin with). Also, parking was not good.

We booked a queen room with a hot tub but when we got there we were told that it was "under renovation" and so a regular room was provided at a discount. This put a damper on the weekend since we were really looking forward to the hot tub. If you book anything be sure to also call the hotel to confirm the room.

Room had a heavy odour, 1/10 cleanliness. Couldn’t convince myself to sleep the night and left.

The room was gross. Dried urine on the floor in the bathroom. There was not a clean surface anywhere. I slept in my clothes because of the whole non-hygenic vibe. There was no hot water coming from the tao in the bathroom just from the bath tub. The towels had dirt marks on them. The only reason i didn't leave was because it is right across from the olg stage. My destination.

On checking in I was not given a password for the internet.There was only one plug in the room, no plug in the washroom for my husband's shaver or to plug a nite light in. The room was cold even set at 90. The bathroom was freezing, you'd have to run the water forever to get hot water, and to make the bathroom warm enough to get wet and not shiver. Such a waste of water. I chose not to shower as I knew I wouldn't be able to get warm. The TV was not checked to make sure it was working and there was no instruction to how to operate the cable. I was hoping since it is so close to falls view casino that I could save money by staying here. Maybe in the summer when it's warmer. They need to put a door sweep on the door as there is a real gap letting light and cold air in.

I liked the cost. ,but you get what you pay for .Toilet didnt work properly ,entire room was outdated, they rent out parking spots in their parking lots for non gueats which is small and cramped as is.The room was dirty looking ,the office for check in was very messy ,unorganised ,and a lot of clutter ,it beeds to be cleaned up ,all over .Wont be going back .Unsaftisfied with my stay

This hotel is ok if you are looking for somewhere to sleep shower and is inexpensive.

I would park my vehicle here but that's about it. My partner and I booked a room here, tried to stay here and couldn't. The room was filthy dirty from top to bottom. Glass surfaces dirty top and bottom, some type of red substance (likely blood) on the wall in the bathroom that I had to clean up, the tap in the sink was so loose it sprayed water all over the bathroom. There was a 1" gap under the door letting cold air in. The heat did not work. The bed linen was old and not the freshest. The hot water took at least 3 minutes to get luke warm. If you like throwing back to the 80's and being the remote control for the TV like you did as a kid, then you would love this room. But wait, there's more! The baseboards haven't been cleaned since 1987, the snap together vinyl floor was water damaged by the window, the couch was like you were surfing the biggest wave and the bed was the most uncomfortable thing you could ever lay your body on. The staff....Oh what a joy they were. The manager was extremely snarky, condescending and downright ignorant. He immediately got defensive and angry when I told him politely the problems we had with our stay. He asked questions like, "Have you ever stayed in a hotel before"? Yes, as a matter fact I have and this isn't one. The manager is so wound up in his delusions, thinking his beds and sheets are the same as the highest end hotels in the industry. This place should be condemned and bulldozed down

Jet tub did not work which was disappointing. Room was clean. Lady at reception let us keep our bags there while we waited for our ride past check out.

There was no warning of tye charge for parking at the motel so we were charged another 35.00 on top of the 220.00 for the 2 nights the motel was durty the tapa in the bathroomsink woukd flood the bathroom everytime you used ir . No toilet paper in the room we had to ask . When we left for the day we came back and had a hard time finding a parking spot . Its in our opinion they are just money greedy and don't care to support their customers at all. They did NOT clean our romm at all except empty the garbage can and an attempt to make our beds with the same sheets from the night before we will never go back there

Well. The owners tried to make us comfortable. Which is A Big Plus, in my opinion. The heat didnt work, the sink was plugged. The TV was sub par.(no streaming or bluetooth sharing.) Thetoilet had soil under the seat. All problems were fixed the next day, except the tv.

Avoid this place so that you don’t spend your entire time in Niagara Falls hating yourself and regretting your trip. AVOID RAINBOW INN. it’s disgusting, dirty and loud. This is the type of place people go to so they can have sex with prostitues and do hard drugs. Management / owners could not care less to provide customers a decent stay. People were smoking in their rooms and the smell ended up entering our room. You hear people screaming in the parking lots at various different hours of the night EVERY night. No hot water, no heating and they only provide you with one role of toilet paper for your several night stay. There was blood on the bathroom walls. The bed was so god awful. They do not provide a comfortable and relaxing environment. I’m shocked and surprised there are not cockroaches and rats. Please do not go to this establishment because it doesn’t deserve to even exist.

Exactly what you pay for

There was fecal and blood stains in both beds in our room. The sink was clogged, there was hair everywhere and the tv had been burnt with a lighter. Would not recommend, not to mention the front desk area looks like a teenagers bedroom.

Exactly what we wanted from a Niagara motel. Affordable, within walking distance of the Falls, with several food/drink options nearby. The heart-shaped jacuzzi in the room was also appreciated.

When I made the reservation online, it looked like a nice place for a reasonable rate. When I arrived, I discovered that it was not only dirty, but that on top of our hotel rate, my friend and I were each getting charged an additional charge for our cars to be there overnight. I went to the office on the morning I left to ask for change for American money to tip the housekeepers, and he shorted me on the conversion rate. The next time I come to that area, I will be choosing a slightly pricier Hotel, that I'm sure will be cheaper in the long run.

The rooms were old, out dated. Most of the tv channels didn't work, it was an antenna. The mattress cover had a blood stain on it. Mentioned it to the housekeeping and they don't do anything about it. The shower head a lot of calcium buildup, it was not very clean. They only left 1 roll of toilet paper. And it smelled really musty. We had to put our own air freshener in the AC.

It’s worst place ever I see

This Inn was very unkempt and unclean for us to be in, the bed sheets wasn’t clean. The shower pipes were both running when it was time to take shower!

On the plus side check in was super easy and the jacuzzi was quite nice. The rooms are also soundproof which was very nice. We never heard any noise outside. It’s conveniently located close to most major attractions and restaurants, many within short walking distance. They also had a nice looking pool but we didn’t get in this time. If you’re looking for a cheap getaway and don’t plan to spend much time in the room it would suffice. But if you’re looking for somewhere with amenities you might want to look elsewhere

The manager was nice. The hotel was minutes from the falls. I will be booking again next year.

The rooms need more love, more attention to detail. The fabric chairs are dirty, wood on bottom of bed and bed skirt dirty. All in all I have stayed here before and it has gotten a lot better.

Uncleaned room, it was noticeable that it had not been cleaned for several days and there were animals in the bathroom. The service was very bad and not recommended at all.

First and foremost the manager/owner of this property needs to update their website and show the current condition of the rooms in this motel. The rooms we were in had NOT been cleaned properly, inside the showers and around the toilet bowls were dirty, plus they had dirty towels mixed with the clean ones. Then this man had the audacity to try and say the kids did it when we only arrived about 10-15mins before we told him about the dirty bathrooms mind you the kids hadn’t even went in the shower yet because the first thing they did so go to the pool before it closed. The ceiling had water damage, bathroom door handle was loose, carpet wasn’t vacuumed. No remote for the tv nor the ac unit.

Location is awesome. Concert at OLG and Tim Hortons close. Reception is messy and very dirty. Rooms are not the cleanest either. Knob for shower doesn’t work so had to use the shower head just to wash my feet. Holes in blankets and bedspread too. Good thing though are the concrete walls so it was great for noise unless it was the neighbouring bathrooms.
